@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

4 days later... and nothing at all has happened. No fix, no engineer, not even a reply to a tweet I sent Virgin Media directly. Ordered a new line for £5 from NowTV, will be £24 a month, saving £350 over the next year.

@NOWTV shame the Roku powered Now TV sticks keep not working I like Now TV but it would be nice not to have to spend 20 minutes fault finding when I just want to watch GMTV in a morning while I get ready #fail

@NOWTV I appreciate the connection issue is with open reach a d they are struggling to get a connection, however I’m choosing you as a company and expect a certain level of customer service! I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no! Due to the pandemic we don’t share headsets”
