@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@nowtvhelp really disappointed with the service from NowTV. No broadband since Weds. Numerous phone calls without a resolution. Having to put myself and others at risk as I can’t work from home and the kids can’t access the fantastic online provision school have put in place.

@G33K_D4D @NOWTV it seems to be a issue initialising stream quality, if you move the popup out of the way, the stream quality eventually establishes itself and you can watch the relevant channel. Still not good enough for the money NowTV demand for their sub standard service

@DCross_psycho9 In is your sky viewing card number They do this to help Sky identify which viewing card is illegally rebroadcasting online streams and take the appropriate action I have only ever seen it on sky set top boxes (not BT boxes, BT apps or nowtv apps)
