The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@now Hi, there is a problem with the NowTV website billing back end, causing it to repeatedly forget my credit card details, display clearly contradictory info about payment status of my account. Phone staff rude and unhelpful, unwilling to escalate as a -technical- issue. Help?

@UHD4k Main benefit is 4K sky on a rolling contract, albeit with slight cost bump for that flexibility - I dont think that has been done before cos NowTV was poor quality....

@JensonButton Awful news - we were hoping for F1TV like the rest of the world but now we have to hit the BSkyB paywall which is 5x as much (NowTV) Or a Sky Contract which is 10x more

@NOWTV if there is a problem with your broadband network, and you can detect it is with the network outside of my home, and you even say "we will not need to access tour home" why do *I* have to book an engineer? Surely you should fix broken networks without me requesting it?

@NOWTV my Internet is down for the umpteenth time this week, and I'm totally fed up with it! My partner and I rely on our Internet service for so much, and yet we get in and can access nothing, again! I'm so sick of your terrible service!
