The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@NOWTV I consider the user experience on macOS to be sub-par. I signed up this evening, I watched a few minutes of one show, there was really bad sync between the HomePod minis, the quality was poor and the experience does not flow. can I cancel the subscription and get a refund?

@NOWHelpTeam I primarily watch NowTV on my PC. I just tried the app on my phone whilst connecting to the same network and it worked fine. I'm assuming this is an issue specific to the app
