My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

Really disappointed with @NOWTV_It after they decided to deduct money from me for a membership I never wanted nor requested. Unfortunately they’re ignoring my requests for a refund, hoping @Ofcom will be able to help. Strongly suggest everyone is careful when using #NOWTV #ofcom

Avoid @NOWTV broadband. Awful customer service, no communication no cares given about anything. And if you want to talk to a manager you can expect a call back 48 to 72 hours later! AVOID.
