    @NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

    The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

    My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

    @daydreampiv @snoopyshane Yea it’s so ******* **** lmaoo. I mean of course if you watch it on your laptop or phone and not on Sky or nowtv etc it would be fine. But yeah anything streamed on our TVs unless it’s like Netflix etc… it would be affected. But yeah no problem!

    @NOWTV @NOWTVSport your coverage of the USA open tennis in New York is a disgrace. Sort your scheduling out.Every day you have matches listed that are not playing. Your price increase is shocking too - from £19.99 to £34.99 a month & the service you provide is unacceptably awful

    @cinema_add8ct @2wlovers Nowtv has always been the worst channel ever..Idk why it hasn't been shut down till now. Anyways I just hope no one will touch our dizi that's all that matters to me. I don't care about all these other dizis.

    @_hypocaust NowTV has regular play issues for me. Often needs resetting, and the default screen is a mess. DAZN has lifted its game but is still prone to bad jitters.

    Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

    @NOW You've asked me to update my payment details, but it is not possible to do so. Every card I use, the same error message. So, constantly crashing to the home-screen, no adverts just gaps and now I can't make payment. What's going wrong #NowTV? @NOWHelpTeam
