The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@virginmedia My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

@NOWTV By all means! What can you do about the remotes? I put fresh batteries in, they last a couple of days, then stop working. I have tried several brands of batteries and it’s on two different remotes. They are obviously sub-standard. Can you issue replacements?

@NOWTV We've been calling them nearly every day - they keep saying they have no information on what's wrong or how long it will take to fix. They simply pass the buck & blame Openreach. It's ridiculous, I've got 3 kids who are missing out on vital education !

@nowtvhelp couldn't login to my nowtv account. Been on the live chat that say account has been suspended but can't tell me when or why all they can do is pass it on to another department who will contact me I. The next 48 hours so being denied a service I am paying for

@nowtvhelp I was watching NowTV today and it crashed at 6:20pm. Can't log into my account now "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later" I was on the Live chat for half an hour then got disconnected from that too. Please help, don't want to miss the match tonight.

@nowtvhelp Must just be my expectations. Wait actually it can’t be.... because Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and funny enough Apple TV+ apps all work really well. Must be NOWTV as always trailing behind.... (Another free trail Shipper in Home Bargins) 🙄
