My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

@clareellenhope NordVPN is one of the best for streaming. I use it for Netflix/Criterion and have never had a problem. However, it might not work for every streaming service as some have grown wise to VPNs and block them, but I doubt it will be a problem for NowTV!

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve been on it 3 times!! They send me to a Sky order page to order a remote online but the site no longer works, it directs you to a Sky phone number that does not work, I’ve rang NowTV to be told I’d have to buy an ENTIRE new NowTV kit🤬😡😡🤬

Why do no apps work on my Samsung Smart TV. First NOWTv stops working due to a firmware issue and I’ve contacted NowTV who say it’s the TV and not them. And now Hayu doesn’t work, just get a black screen. Help @hayu_uk @SamsungUK

@NOWTV This isn't a complaint, just some feedback. The NowTV phone app is troublesome. If I cast to my TV, it can't override what's already on the TV like other streaming apps can. So it gets confused and when you try again, it thinks there's a concurrency error.
