My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

Hi @NOWTV I have ur app on an AmazonFire TV and on x1 firestick in another room. Neither are loading up shows at the mo. The buffering ring just goes around&around. I thought this may be down to my internet (although never been an issue before) but all other channel apps are fine

@NOWTV help - 2/3 weeks in a row - I havent been able to use the 3 streams at the same. Time - keep getting a ‘too many users’ But i changed password and logged everyone out Please help Or refund me a months money for missing out on a stream im paying for Regards
