@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@NOWTV my dad is unable to sign in. He has just got a subscription via BT and trying to set a password but no matter where he is trying (browser) it’s saying unable to sign in error message, try again later! This is since yesterday, what’s going on??

@NOWTV We are on an LG oled tv. We never had significant issues before until this week. It’s unusable and all the while Netflix and Disney plus are perfect so it is not a WiFi / broadband issue here

@adilangley Are you able to uninstall & reinstall the app on the TV Adrian? Do you get any issues with other apps on your NowTV box?

@NOWTV That’s the problem. I’ve had to do this multiple times and often have to restart my TV just to get your app to work. This doesn’t happen with any other app (Netflix, Amazon, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, BT Sport etc).
