    @NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

    @bt_uk I'm aware of the problem, the issue is with Sky channels via NOWTV, which isn't covered on that page. The program guide never updates so it doesn't record properly.

    @nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

    @NOWHelpTeam Live chat are quick to dismiss it as an app problem when it obviously isn't as it effects all of NowTV's apps I try. They then dismiss it as paraphrasing - as a partially deaf user I know what paraphrased subs look like, and in most episodes it's not "paraphrasing", but broken.

    @NOWTV I consider the user experience on macOS to be sub-par. I signed up this evening, I watched a few minutes of one show, there was really bad sync between the HomePod minis, the quality was poor and the experience does not flow. can I cancel the subscription and get a refund?

    @skytv Stop selling me SKY Glass - Don't need new TV for 5 years - have 4K 65" + ATMOS Receiver, gigabit broadband. Don't want cables/dish but would buy Sky. Even upgraded NOWTV with full access/schedule/recording would work. Or new external Digital Box. What's the problem?

    @OpenreachHelp I was on the phone with a very helpful assistant from @NOWTV who was on an online chat with @OpenreachHelp - they said nothing could be done. Despite explaining that our alarm system cannot be installed due to the lack of internet. What can you do to help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Doesn't solve the problem of being saddled with a TV to pay for for the next 3years though does it ,but as you already had a streaming service in the form of nowtv this could have been avoided
