My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

Anyone else have @NOW @NowTv steal money from their bank account? They’re support is totally stone walling me after I’ve received 3 duplicate charges (6 in total) and asked them to sort it out. Terrible service and no idea what to do now...

@pauloconnell100 @NOW_Ireland @Clancy_1994 So true Paul. I was with Now TV for years paying for Sky Sports and the terrible quality of 720p and laggy sports made me leave and I ended up just going to Sky itself and Sports is 10x better. NowTV is great for convince and no contract but 720p is ridiculous as standard def!

@JustBeerBarry @NOW_Ireland My parents have nowtv and any higher streaming quality and the internet available for rural Ireland just won't be able to handle it, there is an argument to make it changeable but I'd wager that's a lot of work, it's probably easier to just keep 720p because it's decent quality

@mThinkr Just for the record for those who have access to Nowtv should realise there is a free trial just saying so if you don't want to pay and watch it legally thats pretty much the way, please don't pirate the movie, those views on legal sites will help bring the sequel.

@NOW_Ireland This is ridiculous. I now can't watch it legitimately in Ireland because I don't have Sky, and NowTV is the worst, definitely not 4K. I would have much preferred being able to spend €20 myself from Google Play Movies or something.

The @NOW app on my @RokuUK @Roku has totally disappeared from the Home Screen 🙁 when I search for it it’s showing up but not letting me go on it 😢 has anyone else got this problem? #NowTV
