My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@OpenreachHelp Hello, I have an issue with NOWTV who won't proccess an ORDI request with Openreach. My house changed name a few years ago and I need to get this updated on the Openreach database. However my ISP (Nowtv) seem unwilling to help or don't know what to do. Can you help?

@nowtvhelp hello! I'm moving home soon, and I'm trying to work out if NowTV would need to send an engineer to install a broadband socket, or whether there's something already there, so it can be done remotely, without someone needing to come. Can you check this for me?

So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.

@NOWTV Please do some work on your Apple TV app. It’s woeful. No watchlist. Search is abysmal. Just incredibly hard to use. Just integrate with the Apple TV app and that would at least help.

@NOWTV Yup. I’ve been through those steps a number of times. As I said, I’ve had an engineer out twice previously. My case was closed in December due to the assumption that the issue was fixed when I got 3mbps speeds. I’ve emailed yourselves to reopen my case.
