@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@nowtvhelp hi, having issues where my broadband keeps going on and off. Ran an a service check on the nowtv website - said it recognises broadband is slow but couldn’t diagnose the issue and asked to contact now tv. Any issues in the Stockport area?

Look out for emails from the Accessibility Team. Emails are received on that case number. Some @NOWTV staff sending emails from the Accessibility Case number tells me to contact the accessibility team on the site. Round in circles. No help from the Accessibility team @nowtvhelp .

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

@NOWTV In the past month or so it’s dipped offline a few times which has made working from home more difficult- no issues spotted on service status. I want to swap from brill broadband to fab fibre - but is the fav fibre deal (£24/12mths) only for new customers?
