    The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

    @NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

    My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

    .@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice

    @NOWTV help - 2/3 weeks in a row - I havent been able to use the 3 streams at the same. Time - keep getting a ‘too many users’ But i changed password and logged everyone out Please help Or refund me a months money for missing out on a stream im paying for Regards
