@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

@ladygigi_ @NOWTV Unfortunately you can't change the DNS setting on the nowtv router but you can on individual PCs. So manually setting to Google domain name servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 should provide interim workaround.

Don’t understand why it’s so hard to get in contact with @NOWTV @NOWTV never get replies to my emails and the automated live chat is just awful! Just a con so u ring them and spend an unlawful amount for them to put you on hold! 🙄
