My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

I think you'll be able to watch the Snyder Cut free in the UK. Looks like NowTV / SkyCinema has the rights to it. But, there's a 7 day free trial for NowTV. Don't see why it wouldn't work.

@NOWHelpTeam Trying to access NowTV app that comes with our Samsung telly, just refuses to load and clicks onto normal TV. Doesn't even show loading screen. Any ideas? Can't uninstall as app is loaded on the telly. NEED MY 'YOUR HONOUR' FIX!

@adam_sw11 @NOWTV Thank you! I won’t really know until there’s a match, but I’ll report back. Some channels work now, others say they require a NOW pass, but I think that’s consistent with the limitations of the Sky Mobile Sports pass anyway.

@the4kCollectivE This is ridiculous. I now can't watch it legitimately in Ireland because I don't have Sky, and NowTV is the worst, definitely not 4K. I would have much preferred being able to spend €20 myself from Google Play Movies or something.

@JustBeerBarry @NOW_Ireland My parents have nowtv and any higher streaming quality and the internet available for rural Ireland just won't be able to handle it, there is an argument to make it changeable but I'd wager that's a lot of work, it's probably easier to just keep 720p because it's decent quality
