    @NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

    @NOWHelpTeam No. I've just signed up to NowTv and just keep having problems with launching it. If I do force stop everytime it works fine.

    A lot of the Internet is down, from the McDonald's App, to NowTV, to Fortnite Issue is currently unknown. Likely an issue with the infrastructure of one of the underlying companies that "maintain" the Internet (for lack of a better word)

    @now sad to report that despite only getting 0.8 Mb download (instead of 75) I am told there is nothing wrong by NowTV - so why did I call them? No apology just made to feel that it was my issue. Problem not resolved - customer service?? @SkyUK

    @NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"
