@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

Anyone thinking of switching broadband, AVOID @NOWTV and @SkyUK. My parents switched on the 19th December, since then their number doesn't accept calls. I've called nowtv most days since, spent hours on the phone. They closed a complaint with no action and it still doesn't work.

Poor customer service @NOWTV. Told my mum to purchase a Sky sports day pass to get 4 months free of sky sports free (as the original code for 1 month didn’t work!) and now you have told her no and making up dire excuses! £9.99 pass purchased not the £9.98 pass so isn’t eligible!!

Don’t understand why it’s so hard to get in contact with @NOWTV @NOWTV never get replies to my emails and the automated live chat is just awful! Just a con so u ring them and spend an unlawful amount for them to put you on hold! 🙄
