@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

Hi @NOWTV can you sort you're terrible service out, our programes crash every 10 mins while watching them on the smartstick, then everytime I try and report them via your website the live chat crashes too, not great hey!

@NOWHelpTeam Really not good enough. Renewed yesterday only to find the app doesn’t work on your own technical partner’s platform. Roku stick not a NowTV Roku stick which is an irrelevant distinction anyway.

Picture quality on @NOWTV @NOWTVHelp is dreadful even with a wired connection and paying for Boost. Barely holds HD quality.

@Melissa90827791 @TalkTalk Not had any problems with TalkTalk in the past, just disappointed Sky Sports is now only accessible via NowTV, means you can’t pause, record etc on your tv box.
