The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@stevencamlou @juneslater17 Agreed, use youtube, freeview, freely, nowTV, etc. Sounds like they need a reality check and debt counselling. No shame in getting help to maximise what you can have for the least money.

.@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice

Feeling let down bought a Nowtv stick in a Cex shop, 'cos a deal with Sky TV included all Sky Movies. Plug in, enter code. Nowhere to enter code, 1 hour via Indian help no connection. Returned stick today, very poor customer service and misleading people into getting a bargain!

@theodora335 Has this been confirmed for Kenan's series?! Halef could have a problem with increasing ratings, because they divided the fans at the start. And NowTv cancels series quickly if they don't meet expectations... At the end of last season, they only had HS left...

@NOWTV @NOWTVSport your coverage of the USA open tennis in New York is a disgrace. Sort your scheduling out.Every day you have matches listed that are not playing. Your price increase is shocking too - from £19.99 to £34.99 a month & the service you provide is unacceptably awful

Just a tip for anyone using the #NOWTV Sports Subscription in the UK, the default price is £34.99p/m. Go to cancel your subscription. A few pages in, you may get an offer of £17.99 for the next 6 months. Feel free to repost, might help someone out!

@NOWTV have you ever thought about fixing the buffering problem that your streaming service clearly has for live sports? People pay so at least figure out how to give us a service that doesn't jump every other minute 😤
