@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@NOWTV can you please fix your laptop app, it never loads properly on the separate video player we have to dl. I miss half of the sports I want to watch because of it and makes my sports pass obsolete. Its very outdated and never works

@DrHoenderkamp @virginmedia Doc Renee - looked all these replies. Nobody ever shown me service providing a faster BB together with all TV channels (I’m big on sport) plus Netflix, etc. Yes it’s expensive. Yes occasionally breaks. Yes CS not best. Yes expensive. No I don’t work for them. TOOB and NOWTV - no.

@NOWHelpTeam keep getting this error message (error code ovp 00009 ) when trying to watch content on nowtv stick. Been happening for over 24 hours now. Is there a fix in sight? Is there any compensation in place for the downtime?

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.
