My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

only got NowTV to watch last of us & it is without question the worst streaming service i've ever used. interface is rubbish, navigation impossible, have to download & open separate application to watch something, doesn't keep you logged in. defo gone when i finish it

@NOWHelpTeam Can you clarify what this means? That you don't provide technical support for certain TVs? NowTV definitely works 95%+ of the time, and there's an error code in the bottom right of the original screenshot I sent if that helps?

@NOW That last update for the nowtv player on pc is bullshit, crashes constantly now, random errors. could you not just carry on playing a series instead of pushing me back to the website to refresh reselect what i was watching? #nothoughts
