@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV we have been trying to connect for the past 50?minutes to try to watch a bloody football match, and it does not work, we even used the chat and nobody is answering, such a waste of money. I will get a full refund and will cancel my membership.
