Despite explaining that our alarm system cannot be installed due to the lack of internet. What can you do to help?

They constantly want me to make changes to the router Wi-Fi … even thou we don’t use the Wi-Fi on the router… we have a mesh!

Chris (@KingDeDeDeReal) reported@NOWHelpTeam Live chat are quick to dismiss it as an app problem when it obviously isn't as it effects all of NowTV's apps I try. They then dismiss it as paraphrasing - as a partially deaf user I know what paraphrased subs look like, and in most episodes it's not "paraphrasing", but broken.
