The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@virginmedia It’s back up and running but when trying to access YouTube through Virgin it’s very glitchy so I’ve switched to my nowtv stick. The wifi seems to be ok so must be an issue with Virgin TiVo & accessing YouTube through that.

@IanJacklin1 I’ve had 4K TVs from all 3 and all great quality. Sony uses Google Play store so bonus of more apps. Samsung have limited apps on their store, no NowTV for some reason

Teeeeensy issue trying to sign up for NowTV. I can't see the kids package on the main site, but when I Google it I can. But. I can't get past a checkout screen with nothing in the basket. Everything is hard. Everything.

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve been having ongoing issues with NowTV app on iOS devices, both iPhone and iPad. I have Sports subscription through BT TV but it just doesn’t work on mobile devices. Please help as I feel I’m paying for service that is not provided to me.
