The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

I need help from someone techy! I have an Amazon fire tablet, I like to watch stuff while I run on the treadmill. Have read that Now is available for it now, but when I try to download, it keeps asking to install on a phone I don’t own any more - any ideas? @NOWTV @amazon

@NOWTV I mean, many creators have said it’s one of the worst movies of the last decade.. in a similar bracket as Cats, so theirs the morbid curiosity watch I suppose.

@NOWTV Yes, the pattern is that it starts working after an update and then the setting for Local Network access gets messed up and you can't cast I know what to do but my point is your app should be smart enough to avoid this or at the very least flag the issue (ie lost local network)
