@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

For the price of the licence fee, I cld have Netflix and the entertainment pack of NowTV. I dont know about you, but the BBC offering looks like terrible value. You dont even have teletext any more ffs

@NOWTV I bought and paid for a day pass for todays arsenal game, i only get to watch one every month or two because of the hours I work, I've now had to spend over 45 mins on your customer support live chat as it won't stream on my TV and I've missed over half the game so far.

@jesslynnrose Have you ever tried NowTV though. You can't stream it in the browser and have to download a mac app to watch. However you can only choose what to watch from the browser. It then opens the downloaded app to stream (if it doesn't crash) 🤯

@NOWTV my elderly mother has tv and broadband from you, has been paying £18 a month and for the last 3 months she's been complaining of poor video quality. Turns out she's averaging 0.29mps download speed. I can't find a number to call, all online...she's 80 years old guys...

Just realised for the last few months I've accidentally being paying for a service i didn't use, I don't remember even getting it, I use the free version like. FFS. On the + side, binning that off and a raise at work means NowTV sports bundle is in budget
