@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@NOWHelpTeam When contacting live chat the person said that this is a issue that a lot of customers are having right now! But can’t tell me when it will be sorted out! Asked if I had to get back in contact with nowtv and got told…not really!! What a poor service

@NOWTV Moved from NowTV broadband to BT broadband but carrying on all NowTV subscriptions. Changing today, but @NOWTV felt it necessary to cancel broadband at midnight last night (20 minutes ago) Terrible behaviour. Won’t ever go back.
