    The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

    My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

    @NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

    Btw **** Now TV the colours on the app are absolutely horrendous. The whole episode was basically red / pink like Jesus Christ fix your ps5 app @NOWTV #AKnightOfTheSevenKingdom

    @NOWTV help - 2/3 weeks in a row - I havent been able to use the 3 streams at the same. Time - keep getting a ‘too many users’ But i changed password and logged everyone out Please help Or refund me a months money for missing out on a stream im paying for Regards

    @flixtonred Hi Yes, the apps are pre loaded but you will still need to contact Sharp or NowTV as this is not an issue with the Freely app itself.
