My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@NOWTV Have just switched to you from sky. I realise that you are the same but now 1471 & caller display are not working. All attempts to contact you failed. Broadband is less than 1/2 the speed advertised & don't give me that nonsense about testing the line over the 1st 10days

Everything else seems to work fine though, YouTube, nowtv, Roku, Disney. It's just Netflix that has literally frozen 50 seconds in to S2E19 of Reign

@SkySportsPL @bet365 Sky you own NOWTV. I have been promised a refund of £25.98 for being charged in Dec’20 & Jan ‘21 for your “boost” & “pass” even tho cancelled on 4th Dec for Sky Cinema pass.Please have yr NOWTV refund these 2 months totalling £25.98, thank you! I am not working now due to Covid
