@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@NOWHelpTeam I had a live chat today and was told they would email me to see if we could solve the problem. Not heard anything. My box keeps saying it is offline. Keeps going off when watching. Using the black NowTV box.

@HSBC_UK I could, but my issue was with NOWTV, not HSBC, so I’m not sure how you can help! My comment related to NOWTV’s infamous “customer service” - HSBC blameless here. Thanks anyway.👍🏼
