My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

Gawwwd there's some shite on NowTV! Wonder Woman 1984 - what the hell?? I enjoyed the 1st, but this one was just awful. Tenet - really interesting idea, but an hour too long and I just lost track of everything. Any recs for decent films I must watch before my sub runs out?

@NOWTV Why isn't it possible to activate a sports day pass through your Fire TV app? If I buy it via my account page it should be available to use in any of your apps on any device. You need to fix this.

@OpenreachHelp @NOWTV don’t seem prepared to do this, despite the original date of 09/12 having been missed and us now being left without service. An update was expected from yourselves today, but we’re now being quoted a different issue with operations on your end, and another week of waiting.

@SamsungUK @CraigxMitch @NOWTV Ah yes, the “engineers” they came to fix my Q950R 8k TV when it broke after 18 months… of minimal use.. £1900 they wanted after the £4k I already paid (flagship model at the time) Absolute trash, worst TVs and aftercare ever. I saved the £1900 and put it towards an LG OLED.

@OpenreachHelp Thanks Antony. @NOWTV have repeatedly quoted me that there’s a delay on your part, and the can keeps getting kicked down the line another week each time. Is there any independent regulation or oversight of your activities which would help to expedite an appropriate resolution?
