@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

My @NOWTV experience since joining has been awful. On my 1st day, I called to see if they could install sooner. They couldn't. They text me later to delay it by 3 days actually...

@NOWTV we were upgrading our broadband is the Internet speed you‘ve delivered was too slow. Now you are charging more then agreed on the phone and confirmed by email. Your chat is not working as well. Please send me a dm how to solve this.

@NOWTV the man tells me that the issue may not be the router and he'll go check my line. Its my line. Surprisingly... It's going to take up to 2 working days to fix. This is on top of the time I waited for the new router.

The BBC TV this year... Is the worst ever. No wonder we don't pay for a license. Its all about Netflix, Prime and Nowtv. Mr BBC you don't even have one good blockbuster film on. @BBC

@NOWTV I have just had an email to say I have purchased the sky sports day Pass, NOW TV Boost and Sky cinema pass on my account. However I did not carry out this purchase. I have cancelled all passes but have been charged when I did not authorise this. Can you help?

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp Can you help? I have just had my monthly phone charges for TWO calls I made to the NOWTV support line for a new Broadband service. The call charges total nearly £50 for around 12 minutes from a UK Landline. This cannot be right for a support line. #shocking
