My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

@NOWHelpTeam 3 months after your last promise that you're fixing a basic accessibility feature, and it's still broken. I did a Subject Access Request and got the interal notes from your staff saying they knew subtitles were broken on NowTV, but to lie and say it was paraphrasing. @BDA_Deaf

The "SOLUTION" suggested by @grantshapps to the total lack of customer support from @nowtv was to contact Citizens Advice. #WTF ? How will this help get ANY customer support from @NOWTV ? He really really doersn't get it.

Tried posting on their forum, but it's just users helping other users, and the same thing happened there - despite me being very clear that @NOWTV themselves had taken a payment I didn't authorise, people just told me to use options that do not help my situation.

@Kjvincent1979 I use DirectSave which is the cheapest I could find - with an inclusive landline package it costs me about £30 a month. Brilliant customer service, only issue was when a router died. New one arrived 2 days later. 45-50 mb downloads.Also a NowTV stick so I can access sky channels.
