@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV Hi, thanks for getting back. on my 1st tweet, I attached images with the issue. on my mobile, it says that I need a pass in order to watch The 2nd image is showing that I have the pass on my account is active as the next bill is due next month. Don’t know why it wouldn’t work.

@NOWTV anyone else having problems with now payments. Sep & Oct took double payments sent bank statemet to prove this. Nov took payment nowtv saying not paid. Again sent bank statemet. Still waiting on refund from Sept oct

Comparing @NOWTV app and @btsport app is not even close, Now TV have to improve the quality considering what they charge. Boost is no good either when on 4k TV.

@LaughablyFree @NOWTV Yeah the menus are ******* embarrassing. I'm not sure how it is on all formats, but on PS4, it just looks awful and is awful. I'm not sure how they think it's acceptable in 2020. Bugger all choice as well, it's bad.
