@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@nowtvhelp It's a Lenovo TAB 4 8 Plus. Issue happens in the NowTV app. I can connect in the web browser. But the web browser does not allow playback. If I select a video in the web browser and click to play it in the app it passes me to the app which immediately disconnects. Every time.

@NOWTV Ive had Now tv since it launched and I’ve never had a problem . Its on my phone laptop tv’s not a problem ive got movies and the entertainment channels monthly at the times i want it . Free tv apps oh tho the uk tv play is pants since they removed most of the channels .

I’d have no problem paying to watch F1 races if it didn’t ******* cost me £46 a ******* month. Or *only* £33.99 a Sky Sport Monthly pass on NowTV. I’m not paying £34-46 a ******* month to watch a couple of F1 races, but FOM provide literally no other way to watch em live
