    @NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

    My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

    The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

    @NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

    @GermanTank_BW @SenabyeGee I'm not specifically talking him as opposition but the rest, on the issue of languages he offered an alternative i.e. focus on languages that can enable trade with the rest of the world, not familiar with the NOWTV issue, he also offered ideas on Bonno Housing

    Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.

    @skytv your NOWtv app is terrible, especially on AppleTV: I’d like to subscribe to your UHD service, but I get no sound on AppleTV! You are loosing revenue. No option to watch from start on live tv! Should be able to stream past live TV almost immediately. Please fix these issues

    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @Benleo NOWTv has an even worse Indian call centre, I guarantee it. VM is only the second worst TV co.
