@NOWTV - the app on LG TV’s isn’t playing after a software update to the tv. Can this be fixed? The app works but says there is an error when I try to play something.

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

@NOWTV I can't access my account through any platform, it just says "Unexpected error" or "There was a problem signing you in". I've tried the Live Chat but it keeps timing out. I'm being charged monthly for entertainment passes I cannot use!

@NOWTV I appreciate the connection issue is with open reach a d they are struggling to get a connection, however I’m choosing you as a company and expect a certain level of customer service! I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no! Due to the pandemic we don’t share headsets”
