Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

@NOWHelpTeam I bought a #nowtv stick to watch the @lionsofficial series. Your streaming service didn’t work. Was then told that I needed to delete and reinstall the app. I replied “your mobile web page was also down”, at which point I was cut off the chat. Embarrassing service!!

@NOWHelpTeam The most frustrating thing is you online chat wasted so much time because they couldn't even be bothered to properly check your own list of supported devices. Now the game is 20 minutes gone, the app still doesn't work, and I have lost the will to ever use @NOWTV again.
