@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@anon_opin Probably have a point but it's definitely not the worst. Have you tried watching TV through the Nowtv desktop app!? Click play about 2 days before you actually want to watch the show! Also, iPlayer goes up to 11!

@NOW hi, is there something wrong with the Nowtv app? It keeps telling me that I am offline when clearly I am not. Every other application works fine. This is on my phone and tablet. I have rebooted my Internet, both devices and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but same error!
