PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Anyone else using the NowTV app on their Smart TV and finding the sound quality to be shocking? Some bits really loud, others barely audible. Even with a sound bar.

@scully1888 @NOW I pay for Netflix, Amazon, Disney.. Would happily pay for NowTV but happy to admit I pirate Sky Atlantic stuff due to their attitude towards picture/sound quality. Too easy for a 5 min download in 4K/Dolby Vision/Atmos quality to bother with them.

@NOW bug report.. its been around for ages... nowtv app on roku picks wrong resolution and you have to quit to fix, if link to TV is interrupted- e.g. switching amp on/off. All other players cope with this, please fix! Thx

@scully1888 @NOW Wow really? Was gonna get nowtv for 3 months to watch TLOU but if this is the case then I will pirate Piracy only exists when there fails to be a better market option, and nowtv is awful: expensive, includes ads, and stream quality dips often.
