Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

@NOWHelpTeam KH, One week later, I heard nothing back from Sky/NowTV. You have just cut off my internet service. You have had my credit card details repeatedly, failed through your own error to take payment and are now in breach of contract. This is not OK, I need immediate action to restore.

@UHD4k Main benefit is 4K sky on a rolling contract, albeit with slight cost bump for that flexibility - I dont think that has been done before cos NowTV was poor quality....

@NOWHelpTeam I primarily watch NowTV on my PC. I just tried the app on my phone whilst connecting to the same network and it worked fine. I'm assuming this is an issue specific to the app
