    @jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

    @nowtvhelp This morning I just been on quite a few forms people with nowtv I thinking of cancelling it with BT because of all the problems they're had with the now tv app complaints on the btforum what are are complaining about on the forums it not just me and it the 4k box t4000

    @nowtvhelp just thought I'd let you know that I watch the programme not in HD the program was called Warehouse 13 from syfire but then if I watch a programme in HD it lights up so could it be the nowtv booster HD problem on YouView boxes

    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @philiphiggins @CherryWhitePins I find SkySports+ to be poor. Poor picture quality, poor sound, no mics around the pitch so atmospheres sound poor, not available on NowTV for those without Sky subscription while SkySportsMix has old games on at the same timeโ€ฆ all for less money. SL on SS+ been a waste of time!

    The utter incompetence of @NOWTV broadband who can't even get their own phones to work, let alone my internet. They're run by Sky but can't match a Sky deal and can't answer what happens to my phone number and contract if copper wires stop while i'm in a contract with them...

    iโ€™m sorry but @NOWTV @skytv youโ€™ve sped up the club scene in ep 4 of heated rivalry and iโ€™m not having it, the song is so much faster! fix it please now, what happened to no edits no cuts ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @NOWHelpTeam I thought the issue with two devices had been resolved but alas it's back to how it used to be. I don't have to force close any other app I subscribe to, why do I have to do it with nowtv?Why can the app not be intuitive enough to realise the first TV is on standby?

    Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV
