The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

Clive Roper (@CliveRoper) reported@NOWTV Anyone answering Live Char tonight?? Waiting for ages. Now Tv not working on Hisense tv or Amazon Firestick today, all the apps and services on both are working fine. Rebooted tv, router and broadband. All services except Now are working fine!!

I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

Charlie Vanstone (@iamcvanstone) reportedAnyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, itโs a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. Itโs been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. Itโs still not been fixed.
