The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

E S25OWL ๐ฆ (@davo33uk) reported@lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say canโt afford PAYG and they offer you like ยฃ1.99 a month for basically ยฃ19.99 sky
