My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(
