    @O2 just awful. I have complained repeatedly and got nowhere. I pay £60 a month for 30GB of data and I can't use the phone. I get full signal and 4G yet the quality of the data connection is so weak that I cannot even use WhatsApp. 3 months now with an unusable phone.

    @O2 All I can see is my contracted allowance. I recently upgraded my phone and enquired about it. The customer representative in the shop said to do something through the my O2 app but I can’t remember what I needed to do 😩

    @O2 Yea the phone has the latest update, just got the phone, I’m not running duel sim. Yes it does connect and also get a weird message on txt messages sometimes aswell about number no longer valid, but it is. But I’ve never had that before. What does it mean.
