@O2 hey there, is is usual for your agents to reach out (on 4 different numbers) to someone who isn't the account holder asking to gain access to the account holder via them? If so, it's absolutely terrible. Your cold calling is becoming enough to make me switch all 3 accounts.

@O2 I asked if I could terminate my airtime bill and carry on with my device plan as it had been over two years. I heard nothing back and I have just recieved an enforcement and termination notice in the post. Awful customer service and not what I requested.

UK Network Providers really covering themselves in glory. @VodafoneUK are so bad they've broken my connectivity rather than fix it. "Have you tried pressing the reset button"? AFTER nearly 2 hours talking to them. @ee capped at 600Gb. @O2 also capped at 600Gb apparently.

@O2 purchased galaxy watch 4 yesterday on what I thought was a good deal (£11 a month) - wake up this morning to see much better deal (7.99 a month + £50 Google play voucher.) Is there anything I can do to get the new price - loyal customer of 10+ years. Please advise.

Barbara in payment management at @O2 just hung up on me after I told her I was going to jump off a bridge. That’s really good customer service that is! I thought they have a duty of care towards vulnerable customers? Clearly not!

Dear @O2, how can it be that on a trip from London to Manchester by train and back I've spent most of the two journeys without mobile data? We're in 2022 and frankly I find it incredible that service is so depressingly bad. Please sort it out👍🏿
