    @virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

    @O2 I have. Apparently my @SamsungMobile note 20 is not compatible with your service. I find that totally ridiculous. Wifi calls are not on the flagship model unless you buy from O2. This was not mentioned by o2 or Samsung at the time of purchase and I did ask both

    @O2 I don’t get a sense of urgency from your reply at all . ‘Always working to improve the network’ doesn’t coincide with what I’m on the receiving end of - a damaged mast for over 2 years?! No regard for the customer experience nor endeavour to retain them. Such a shame #GoodbyeThen

    So @virginmedia @virginhelp is there any intention of giving us north west Londoners any ACCURATE INFORMATION as to when this fault will be fixed. 3 days now working from home hotspotting my @O2 data! Not a happy customer #shockingservice

    @O2 No sorry I don’t have another phone to try my sim, everything else is working fine on my phone it’s just saying no service. So once I leave my house to go to work etc then calls text & internet are not accessible.

    My husband & I have been with @O2 for 15 years plus. Can’t believe the terrible service after using them & O2 recycle. 10 phone calls later no further forward. Kept phone & no money. Disgusting 😡

    @O2 extremely poor customer service. I can call o2 then every call is terminated after going through the selection process with an automated operator!
