@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@O2 I thought when the app went down yesterday it was because of the sheer amount of people trying to log in to get ready for now. I assumed that would have given you a clue about the demand. Guess not.

The one good thing @O2 and @virginmedia has to offer was priority tickets and they have managed the **** all over that this morning as well. #PeterKayTickets #o2down

@O2 You need to cancel the tickets going on sale until it’s fixed and then give us all plenty of notice otherwise all the touts and bots will snatch them up and only people with ridiculous amounts of money will get to see him instead of his real fans

@O2 @TheO2 Watch all the bots come in and buy so real people and fans have to pay 3x a ticket value at least on Saturday through a re seller. 02 don’t give a single ****

@O2 Been an O2 customer for 30 years - stay with you because of priority but today has been shambolic - everyone knew that demand would be unprecedented- it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to have phased venues by days so that you didn’t have the world trying to log on this morning
