    @O2 I cancelled my contract within the 14 day cooling off period due to poor signal and service, yet you never generated a final bill or confirmed account closure, demanded money not owed and now have added yourself to my credit report. What is going on over there?! 😤

    @O2 @virginmedia As a new customer to O2 and an existing customer of Virgin Media I'm extremely disappointed. We can't get an O2 VOLT upgrade applied because the accounts are in different names but the same address. Absolutely rubbish!

    @O2 Hello, I'm trying to see what Volt benefits I can get for being both an O2 and Virgin Media customer, but I can't seem to find an option on your website to say I'm already a VM customer. The Volt page only gives me the option to join Virgin Media.
