@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE One of the worst areas I have experienced but it well known is Elvetham area of Fleet, Hampshire.

@O2 @O2 - absolute disgrace of a company and don’t expect any help from their customer services team. Manger refusing to refund or give their names to be held to account having made a total mess of our order and then expect to spend days on the phone trying to sort. Buyer beware

    Jambo (@The_real_Jambo_) reported

@O2 @davehpayne O2 have went downhill since merging with virgin media, been a loyal customer of 02 for over 20 years but considering leaving when my contract is up.

  • SlowFastJames
    James speed 🌲🌳 (@SlowFastJames) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Seems like you should switch, even if mid contract because they're unable to provide the service contracted.

  • Peek0320
    peek (@Peek0320) reported

@O2 your switch up scheme is a massive scam, got me to sign up to a new contract, received my phone and listed issues literally not present on the device and told me to now keep paying for the device as well as my new one. Lmao 🖕

  • coomerdarren
    Darren Coomer (@coomerdarren) reported

@NaomiRedman4 @O2 @virginmedia I had this problem I put in my email address & password which I use but it failed so tried again email then clicked forgot password once I reset that and was sent a verification code once I did that I was back in maybe try that.

  • adamtranter
    Adam Tranter (@adamtranter) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They have bike lanes and crossings in France too. It’s a bit weird blaming them for the lack of signal in a privatised and for-profit mobile phone network.

  • Marooned_Sailor
    Ian Judd (@Marooned_Sailor) reported

@o2 @ofcom we have been waiting over 20 years for a reliable mobile internet service on the london Portsmouth train line… I know you are busy but any chance yet of an eta for delivery?

  • Kathypent1967
    Kathleen Pentiicost (@Kathypent1967) reported

@O2 Hello O2, I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have been trying to choose a tariff using the free call option, but there does not appear to be any way to do this. In addition, I am unable to log into my online account despite multiple attempts. This has made it impossible for me to manage my account or select the tariff I want. Please can you investigate these issues and advise me how to access my account and choose a tariff as soon as possible. last month I left £15 on phone and u never used that for this month don't ask me to pm you as i cant use that I would appreciate a prompt response. Kind regards, Kathy Penticost
