@O2 I bought an Apple Watch from you but it’s not connecting to the data. Have been passed between 9 people on 3 calls and advised to contact Apple who sent me back to you then I got hung up on. Terrible customer service.

@O2 I had 12GB of data left on a PAYG sim when I took out a contract. What I didn't realise is that using the same login to move from PAYG to contract effectively removes the PAYG from your account. Meaning that the £10 I had just spent on PAYG was a complete waste of money....

@O2 ... two iphone 64gb XRs felivered to O2 Recycle yesterday morning 6am, still not processed. Tried calling three times today 2 hrs on hold only to have call hung up as soon as answered, no response to emails and no response to fb chat. Shocking poor!

@O2 They never returned, someone answered then pretended not to be there. Spoke to two other people, had the phone put down again. Then I spoke to someone called Sean who was amazing! But sadly have had many issues the past week with o2😔

@RachaelDunlop @DublinWriter @O2 It is possible to delete a message from an iPhone. This may or may not delete it on other devices, have not tested that. I have had problems with message sync between devices though.
