@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@O2 Well that's me never signing with O2 again. A big selling point of renewing my contract was being able to recycle my old phone for £154. Now they e-mail me saying they've revised the offer to £30.80 due to "screen burn" even though the phone is in perfect condition. Scam.
