    @O2 I don't know a Barbara. And I'm afraid I deleted the texts. I got one about changing my online password. I haven't done this. I got another calling me Barbara which appeared to be a customer service follow-up call.

    @O2 Ive sorted it now after 45 minutes, getting through to retentions then being sent to returns and exchanges. All I wanted was to change my bill date. I know Customer Services are very busy but stopping people from getting through isnt the solution!

    @o2 What is going on with your network at S74 0PB. Multiple devices have full signal on 4G getting sub 1Mb down and up is so poor I can't even test. Vodafone and EE at the same location (full signal too), 50Mb+!

    @O2 your automatic system is the worst! I’ve just been on it 5 times to try to speak to someone and there is no option to. It’s just says “bye” and cuts me off! Please can someone help!
