@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@O2 Hi guys. Upon checking MyO2 to see my data balance, my tariff change that was planned is now different. Instead of giving me an extra 1gb of data, you’re now taking away 2gb and im unable to cancel this. Any chance this can be checked??
