@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@WalkinshawAlex @O2 They are dreadful, my mum passed away a month after I took out a contract for her, guess what….. they refused to cancel it. Only cancelled a year later when I emailed the CEO but no refund ever given. Should be ashamed of themselves

@O2 Happy Father’s Day complained twice in 2 months due to bad network.Both times asked to pay £122 to cancel contract. Put through to someone else put phone down on me because he couldn’t here my reply. Don’t use this company bad tactics to get you of the phone.

@WalkinshawAlex @O2 I had a terrible time complaining to them about my uncle’s contract. Detailed letter stating the next step was the Ombudsman. Every penny refunded.
