  @O2 Day 103 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

  Really want to know how @O2 have the ******* nerve and audacity to increase their prices so ******* much when I can’t get signal ANYWHERE making my phone unusable unless I’m attached to Wi-Fi WHICH DEFEATS THE POINT OF A MOBILE PHONE. First chance I get I’m moving elsewhere.

  I thought moving back to @O2 from Three after 4 years would be a good idea, apparently not. My worst customer services experience in years, no one from @O2 is either willing or able to help me.

  @giffgaff and @O2 seems that this is not the best network for use on a canal away from civilization. Can anyone recommend a more reliable network that may want some promotion on my other profile and social media as I continue my lone canal journey. I don't mind advertising
