@O2 you didn’t collect my direct debit last month. My dd is live and I had money and now my o2 account was showing overdue ! I paid via card but it better not go against my credit report or I’m making a formal complaint !

@FFAKTERR @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@O2 Ended one of my 02 contracts as couldn’t do anything close to the other networks. Second one will be ended next month and third one a few months after that. Then no more 02, and all because you don’t value your customer’s. 18 years of contracts coming to an end ✅

@ultimatedoris @O2 I also work around Bath and have the same issue , says I have 4g+ , 2 bar signal and yet nothing loads up , but my work phone on EE has the same 4g+ 2 bars and I can roam the Internet no problem at all , I'm also thinking of leaving as I'm paying for a service I'm not getting
