@O2 what the hell is going on? On the @c2c_Rail train have full 5G signal yet can’t stream a song on Apple Music without it buffering. This really is a basic requirement now and you can’t do it….. by far the worst network in the UK.

@O2 is there currently an issue with O2 in the WF10 area (work has been done lately in the area) I can only ring 02 mobiles, other mobiles and landlines aren't working.

  • dino868 Sussex_Gal - we wun't be druv! (@dino868) reported

For cryin' out loud @O2 - why?! 🤔😠 What possible reason is there for sending out text messages at 3:00AM in the morning, waking people up and worrying them for a brief moment that something bad has happened... unacceptable!! 🤬 #O2

  • Hobbitronicfunk Hutchinson (@Hobbitronicfunk) reported

@O2 Xbox Series X and Samsung Galaxy Watch in this case, very odd. Not a massive issue but would explain things if youre experiencing a high payment default rate on these items if people dont pay by Direct Debit and prefer to do manual card payments

  • PeteWiFi Pete (@PeteWiFi) reported

@O2 2 years now since I switched, multiple support tickets, many failed promises from you, and I still don’t have my Volt benefits because “my account is not eligible”. Well it’s been eligible from the @virginmedia side since day 1. This is beyond pathetic.

  • TemplarUK Last Knight ⚔️ (@TemplarUK) reported

@O2 Needs to sort their **** out. Otherwise, I’ll be leaving after 20 years..
