@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@cryptomancc @O2 File a notice of correction with Equifax etc, will help fix the mark on the credit score for the moment (O2 did the same to me, didn't close the account properly, issued a bill 2 months after closure, then marked it in default - took over a year to sort)

@O2 and they want me to pay £90 excess to downgrade my phone... i've already paid off their basic phone on my 02 refresh, more than once but they'd expect me to continue paying off the remaining £800 🧐 I think not mate. I'll stick to my broken phone...
