@O2 have been asking for a week for simple answer to question about leaving o2 and termination fees. Now referring o2 to ombudsman as your Twitter customer service is dreadful. You’ve take days to reply and been no help at all, your lack of advice may have cost me £400.

@O2 really? do you not think I have already tried this as well as speaking to customer service on weekly basis. no amount of steps is going to rectify it if you don't fix the issue.

@l1ght__eyes @O2 Definitely would recommended trying payg sims from the major players in your area. Years ago I used to be with Orange (now EE), but found O2 better after trying all the network payg sims. Haven't felt the need to switch since.

Hi @O2 just wondering, have you given up trying to provide a mobile signal at this point? Because I notice your ability to collect a direct debit is still as competent as always.

@O2 I had call today from a random number in Leeds, confirming to me that you as my network are selling numbers to cold callers. I’m sure there is a policy/law under GDPR that forbids you to sell my information. Happy to give you a call to discuss cancellation of my contract.

@O2 @Ofcom Since 27 July 2022 when I got a message saying that you had completed upgrade work in this area and the network was working well, I have received no fewer than 19 notifications of faults! The latest has been ongoing since yesterday morning with no communication. 🤬🤬
