@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@O2 Twice Ive rang to complain as phone has been dropping calls for 2 months in my area. Everyone affected. After holding for ages both times the signal dropped whilst explaining. Were they clever enough to call me back? Of course not. Awful customer service

@UKCopHumour @GorillaoJustice @O2 Glad it's not just me, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire terrible. Standard of excuses of engineer aware, can't get access to mast etc. Never used to need WiFi calling outside!

@O2 Having wifi is ok. But when I'm out and about I can't use my phone. Very handy if there's an emergency. But it's ok I'll look for a network that can provide signal 24/7.
