@O2 I have been reporting problems since end of 2019, but nothing has even been done! I cannot use the 5G in my house and the phone signal is awful and can only use the phone in 2 rooms and it now always working.

@O2 your customer service/bereavement process following my dad’s passing in March is abysmal. Been on the phone for about 10 hours since his passing with promises and failed returned calls. Nobody will help and we will be cancelling everything with your company!

@O2 Trying to transfer a number from 02 payg to new 02 pay monthly sim card is proving impossible. "Keep my number" web portal reports error. Online chat continually busy (after I have typed in my query), dialing customer services cuts off. Help please, this should be simple.
