    @O2 Twice Ive rang to complain as phone has been dropping calls for 2 months in my area. Everyone affected. After holding for ages both times the signal dropped whilst explaining. Were they clever enough to call me back? Of course not. Awful customer service

    @UKCopHumour @GorillaoJustice @O2 Glad it's not just me, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire terrible. Standard of excuses of engineer aware, can't get access to mast etc. Never used to need WiFi calling outside!

    @O2 I’ve had no phone signal for 24 hours, your help option in the o2 app just takes me to an online link to tell me a mast isn’t working properly. Need to speak to someone ASAP as can’t send or receive texts or calls!

    @O2 Having wifi is ok. But when I'm out and about I can't use my phone. Very handy if there's an emergency. But it's ok I'll look for a network that can provide signal 24/7.
