    @O2 I have a new contract with you on a sim only deal. I received the sim card 3 days ago and I added the PAC code that @VodafoneUK provided me. I thought my number would have crossed over however, I'm still paying for Vodafone and the O2 sim. Please can you help?

    @O2 An absolute shambolic customer service. No protection against fraudulent activities on your account. No monitoring of abnormal activities. They aren't aware of their own scheme for alternative dispute resolution. Escalated the complaint and they hang up on you.

    @O2 ridiculous customer service rang within cooling off period to cancel contract and subsequently rang 4-5 times to cancel to be told on Tuesday that i would get a refund and to confirm cancellation today and now being told i have to pay a cancellation charge. Sort it out @O2
