@O2 advice pls, for weeks/ months I've had hardly any signal, NP44 postcode, apparently there is a mast not working nearby, pls reduce my bill/improve my signal, I am so fed up. I've been with you for about 25 years & am thinking of going elsewhere. Can't make a simple call 😪😠

@O2 can someone at O2 come back to me as to why you are trying to charge me for a call outside my tariff when I have made no call???? Tried contacting but no response as yet. Love to say this an isolated issue with O2 but

  • Andy_TheGrouch Andy (@Andy_TheGrouch) reported

So bored of @O2 being unable to maintain 4G or a phone call wherever I go. ‘No network problems in your area’ well there clearly is. Garbage.

  • Nalfy5 Nalfy (@Nalfy5) reported

@O2 Yes, as I said I have been through the entire support process 3 times, even again this morning yet nothing is being done to fix it, just a loop through the same support processes

  • mreyetee Thomas Burton (@mreyetee) reported

For three years I have been saying @O2 need to revisit the prices of their Data Bolt-ons. It is never more true than now. They're wildly prohibitively expensive. I need an extra 10-15gb once a year. I end up buying a random PAYG sim and putting a tenner on for data hotspot

  • JamesJansson85 James Jansson (@JamesJansson85) reported

@O2 no help, no communication, no cooperation. How do you get it soo wrong?

  • Hathor32563459 Hathor (@Hathor32563459) reported

@O2, when an agent was asked if O2 thought people with mental illness were stupid, the agent said 'I don't deny that'. That proves 02 policy on mental illness.

  • JamesJansson85 James Jansson (@JamesJansson85) reported

@O2 MS disabled with no working services and no help or explanation as to why. Not good enough
