When issue flagged here asks you to DM. Takes 36 hours to ask for an order no. Meantime you call them and get told order is still undergoing checks and you'll have an email by end of day. CONT @O2

I really don't like paying an expensive phone contract when I have the worse @O2 signal ever. O2 has always been amazing, now in the last month I'm lucky to have internet more than I don't. How can technology advance but something like signal decline??

@O2 I ported number at w/end by phone. told it would happen today. temp o2 num went offline 1030. lost my EE service at 4pm, I ring my ported number it goes through to o2 voicemail and this num is on the myo2 app. However I still can’t get service was advised would be done by 6pm

@O2 @giffgaff what’s the crack with the network being down in Devizes, Wiltshire. Says a mast problem but it’s been like this since lunch time. Phone is essentially useless as we do not have Wi-Fi in our location, or a landline so rely heavily on the o2/giffgaff. Time scale???

Second day of having no outbound calls or data from @O2 . Mentally ill and clinically vulnerable but been ignored all afternoon again. Totally gross. Call me so I can cancel my contract and leave. NEVER BUY FROM O2
