    @ThreeUKSupport how can I get back money I’m owed? I returned a phone within the cooling off period and I’m still owed the £90 upfront fee. Every time I speak to customer service (joke title) I’m told I owe you money but I don’t! I can’t believe I was going to leave @O2 for you!

    @O2 They must not be with O2 if they have been able to text on there phone! The worst signal provider, and shoddy customer service.

    @O2 Spent 2 hours and 45 mins on hold today with 3 calls being cut off by O2 agents. I’m trying to clear up a mess that was caused by O2 that is having a severe impact on my credit score. Also no reply to my DM, I will never be using any of your services again.

    @O2 disgraceful customer service when trying to sort out my son who has Asperger’s account. Taking extra payments and then hang up in their customer. Well done O2

    @O2 very disappointed with your service. Unable to get consistent signal via hotspot. Tried to cancel due to lack of consistent service only to be told I will be liable for remaining charges. It would be nice to speak to a human!
