@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@O2 Trying it on WiFi it looks like there's a flashing grey box in the priority tickets section where it's constantly trying to reload a picture. Guessing this might be the problem.

@O2 Your customer service is shocking. Been trying since yesterday to get through to insurance. Thought the 'lost*stlen' option might get someone to answer. But no. Still ringing out. Not good enough.

@O2 Sending a big thank you again to your customer service support. Today I had help from lovely Lauren who was AMAZING sorting out three accounts and was so knowledgeable and helpful followed by Geraldine on the payment team when I accidentally deleted the wrong dd . Fab team 🎉
