@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

@O2 Another appalling experience - O2 owe me money which the Ombudsman have instructed O2 to pay and O2 are still harassing me for money I do not owe! Almost two hours wasted on the most appalling "customer service" by O2 today - yet again. Time to email the CEO.
