@O2 I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but your service recently has been shocking. I upgraded & ordered 2 phones on 12th & 13th Sept. On 22nd Sept, your loyalty team cancelled my orders without my consent, promised next-day delivery, and never called back. Now I’m told it’ll take another 4 weeks — I needed the phone for my holiday on Tuesday. Weeks of misinformation & broken promises. @virginmedia @O2 There's an issue. I was told it'd be resolved yesterday but hasn't. Now it's stating 15th Oct. I can't charge my car due to no WiFi. I can't work from home. I can't watch TV.

-@O2 -in the last couple of weeks you have taken over £700 out of my bank account in bills for 4 fraudulent accounts that were opened and which you told me you closed on Sept 10. I've spoken to customer services 4 times - but you just keep taking money out. You're a disgrace.
