    @virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

    @O2 Maidstone east, on the train, no service west malling no service otford no service swanley minimal service, London Bridge, minimal service. every working day of my life, trying to work on the train and staring for 45 minutes of a 1 hour journey at a frozen screen. Do better

    . @virginmedia I’m also locked out of my account for weeks due to something going wrong with merging @O2 and Virginmedia acoints. Escalated several times and once again today. Your support options knowledge articles, and support paths for this issue are shocking - HELP

    @O2 my signal has been shocking for over a week now! No 5G, barely any 4G and struggle to make and receive calls! No doubt I’ll still be expected to pay my full, high, bill come the end of the month! Possibly time to shop around after 15 years!

    Who's got a decent phone network that actually works outside ? @O2 have to be the worst ever right now No 4g or 5g working anywhere right now No one helps either, shocking customer service for the price

    @O2 Hi um nothing bad lol but I’m paying for a iPad and very happy with but I was sorting out bank stuff and noticed I am paying for a separate sim which I can not remember but taking out. It’s been going on for years lol I looked at emails etc and it is a sim which I’ve never got

    @DavidJa51216245 @SkyNews @O2 O that glorious. I'm two months in and all I've had is lies from CS and no other help. They claim my account is unlocked but I can't even get through a simple credit check page. Maybe I'm just a month away for more terrible service
