    @virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

    @O2 Worst customer service. Wouldn’t recommend o2 to anyone. Don’t care about giving customers the best experience, just a matter about money. Been with them for ages, got over 10 contracts with them. Can’t wait to leave. I’m paying a lot of money for sims that don’t work.

    1 of 2 @O2 How many times do I have to be promised a manager call back within 24-48hours for it not to happen? And when it finally does happen after 5 attempts, I’m promised if I give him 48 hours to sort the issue he promises it’ll be sorted’.. doesn’t get sorted🙄….
