@o2 please tell me how I can get hold of your customer services team on the phone. I’ve been trying since this morning and just get put on hold then cut off after 20 mins. Tried 5 times now and it’s becoming v tiresome!

Trying to speak to someone from @O2 customer service is frustrated as seriously convinced they hire people who haven’t got a clue what they are doing, retraining definitely required

If I had a nickel for everytime I had to explain to @O2 that I can't call their customer services about my broken phone because my phone is broken, I would have two nickels, which is not a lot but it's weird that it's happened twice.

@O2 contacted @Ofcom regarding your conduct. Never missed a payment in 14 years of contract with you, then you cut me off when my device plan was paid 28th February?? No way.

@O2 do pay as you go sims not have access to myo2 now or something. Never worked for weeks now I can’t even log in on the website. Not happy. Glad I ended my contract now for this awful service or should I say lack of service.
