    @virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

    @O2 Multiple, I live in sittingbourne its bad. Home, work, bad. Leicester to see family bad. Bournemouth weekend away, bad. Your status thing says its fine. Im not here to moan about it more just to ask can you do anything about it? And honestly, why is it the worst its ever been?

    @O2 The service you have provided me since joining a family contract a month ago has been absolutely shocking. I have spent over 10hrs on the phone, with no resolution, had all our SIMs cancelled without being told so, and dealt with clueless and unhelpful customer service reps.

    @O2 Hello! I’m trying to pay my overdue DD (meant to change bank account details but forgot, so the payment didn’t go through!) however every time I try to access myO2 or via App I just get “path forbidden” when trying to make the payment. Can you help me please? Thanks

    @O2 Thankssssss but I Already dm’ d you guys twice and no response… however after sending the complaint email 13 times one after the other I finally got a response to say they’re gonna investigate.

    @O2 I can call, receive calls, text but cannot get texts. Support told me to get a new SIM, ordered on 22/5 nothing arrived, today told to wait till third week of June. Zero urgency or escalation, no complaint route, I am frustrated!!!

    @O2 do you even accept new customers? first, the system accepted me, and i passed the credit check, but when i got to the eligibility check it marked my revolut card and a card from a traditional bank as fraud. the next day, i got this message (along with server configuration errors???) it's almost been four days since i was supposed to receive my callback, still nothing to this day i'm not the only one experiencing these problems, i even tried browsing the community forums but to my surprise they are also down please fix your broken system, not even your support team knows what's going on...

    @O2 I’m absolutely getting fed up with the new app, every time, I tried to use it keeps opening website for virgin media. Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!
