    @virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

    What do I need to do @O2 to make a refresh order?! 17 calls since Tuesday, incorrect advice given, cut off three times, lucky if get to speak to an advisor with the right training!! Tearing my hair out!! Been a customer for 20+ years .... aghhhhhh!! #O2 #customerservice

    @NicolaJBetts @TicketmasterCS @O2 Hi Nicola, I would assume so. The problem I have is I have not received any emails informing me of the postponement or the new date. And, when I log in to ticketmaster there is no evidence of having tickets, yet I have the confirmation email and booking number.

    Is anybody else on @O2 and their network is playing up? Someone tries to ring me and it’s starts to crackle 5 seconds in, then says call failed....utter joke🙄🙄 I think it’s time to change network!

    @trishgreenhalgh @O2 It's rife.. I'm trying to get another telecom service to downgrade my mum's package.. so far, after several months of trying to reach them, they've offered a paltry monthly discount against her committing to 2 year's subscription.

    @O2 Is this a genuine number for you: 0344 809 0202 and also 202 from my mobile. I was the victim of a scam on Wed, which I reported, and I'm still waiting for your Fraud Dept to call me, but am still getting messages from you about the phone and service I did not request. HELP!!

    @JohnBirtwistle @O2 Atrocious. Unlike other companies who take a DD payment out on Fri or Mon either side of a weekend due date, O2 don't do that, they suspend outgoing calls, demand payment & threaten to cut the user off! They claim it's a system error but do nowt to fix it, as it keeps happening!
