    @O2 will you really offer wifi call and 4G calling for pay as you go users? Because in my home it’s says no service please do offer for pay as you go customers i am literally struggling finding signal..

    @O2 Well for the 100th time, 4G is slower than dial up ever was and despite having full signal or so my phone shows when ever I make or get a call the person on the other end can’t ever hear me. This has been going on for the best part of a year if not longer. And I always get fobbed

    @O2 currently had little to no signal now for almost a week. Was told they were repairing a phone mast and today they told at midday it had been fixed but I’m still on no signal. Post code is RG12 8SE.

    @O2 is the worst service provider ever! Customer service and complaints team is total crap! That Jodie person is basically braindead. It is absolutely unbelievable how trash it is. And I thought notging can be worse than DPD! Don't buy #O2 #Telefonica
