@isponsor @virginmedia @O2 Does that mean I’ll get a signal to make a call without going in my back garden?

@O2 Hi, I am being absolutely bombarded with spam calls for a while now and I am already registered on thing thats supposed to stop this. Is there anything you can do as my networkk to help? Thanks.

  • MrAshleyJohnson Ashley Johnson (@MrAshleyJohnson) reported

@SudakshinaKina @O2 @virginmedia I have both too. But can only see a price increase on both contracts! Would actually like to see a ‘bundle’ discount for lost ally to both but never gonna happen. Such a shame that networks prioritise new customers with ‘deals’ rather than keeping their own customer base happy.

@SudakshinaKina @O2 @virginmedia From my experience and others I know virgin media is rubbish .Worst internet I’ve ever had

  • dartduignan180 sean duignan (@dartduignan180) reported from Culmore, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia @O2 But not your customer service when it comes to cancelling an order

  • jeffro0906 jeff (@jeffro0906) reported

How ******** does it take 24hrs to activate a new SIM card on an upgraded phone? Genuine question, @O2 are telling me “just keep switching your phone on and off during this period” the buttons on my phone will be ****** after 24hrs of switching it on and off. #PissPoor

  • smellymafingers Smellmafingers (@smellymafingers) reported

@96Swinger @virginmedia @O2 Willit mean an end to Asian customer service people called " Archie " or " june" mishandling complaints ? Or better still investment into UK only call centres for UK business?

  • jeffro0906 jeff (@jeffro0906) reported

@O2 It’s never taken more than 5 minutes previously, if I’d known we’d gone back to dial up internet speeds I’d not have upgraded. Absolutely ridiculous timescale to change a number over to a different PIN
