@O2 Your network has been getting worse by the day, often full signal yet you can barely load a webpage. Furthermore when people call you expect to wait 45mins to speak with customer service then on top of this you think you can increase fee’s for an overall poor service #LeaveO2

@O2 @GreggsOfficial 02 priority code for free drink. The store claimed that their till machines had errors and cannot allocate any coffees against the 02 award. However now looked at the code and it says redeemed. Poor service.

@O2 @EnglandRugby Now you need to smash your network coverage. Increasing the cost by 17% but I can hardly get signal. What are we actually paying for because you’re not updating your infrastructure to give full coverage. I’m in failsworth, Oldham. We should have signal!!!

@O2 you need to change your delivery provider as DPD are shoddy and you can never contact them to discuss the delivery, organise to pick up, or change anything about the order. Appreciate the expense of item but some people work full time!!! Useless service!
