@O2 I’ve done that several times, I have no signal or my mom or sister who live within 2 miles, my son and dad on EE never have issues…in some places we have emergency calls only! Disgraceful

UPDATE @MartinSLewis @O2 have reluctantly given her £20 back BUT are going to TAKE IT BACK off her tomorrow, because shes not took out a bundle, and are stopping her number.....I dont like these forceful tactics and I never have liked any THEFT of people's money

@O2 totally agree.... and God forbid your ever in the position of identity fraud with o2.... you've more chance of walking to France that receiving a resolution from their fraud department... empty promises at best
