    29 days ago (13 Jan) I paid @O2 for an iPhone. Delivery cancelled due to “suspected fraud” — but my number was already ported. Today (11 Feb): still no refund and no number restored. I need urgent resolution. Case still open

    @WillWaight @O2 My contract was up in October but they still kept billing me. I went to the shop to complain. We were on the phone to customer service when they reconnected me and sent me a £25 bill while I was sat there. I see no alternative but to take legal action against them.
