ShabyDiamond (@ShabyDiamond) reportedSo looks like @O2 doesn’t care about a customer who’s been with them for nearly 18 years - a complaint made and they offer a measly £30 which doesn’t even cover 2 months bill - @EE where u at holla at your boi looking for a new contract and better deals than you know who
-
your blah (@your_blah) reported@O2 Dont worry about it im paying off contract and moving to another network
-
Drew White (@drewsnx) reported@O2 So it's only the broadband I want to change. The O2 Shop guy told me that as a VM customer I need to talk to them, while Virgin Media told they don't do 5G broadband. This is most bizarre example of a partnership when I am already a customer of both but can't get an answer.
-
ShabyDiamond (@ShabyDiamond) reported@O2 Sorry but you can’t (why am I saying sorry) a complaint has already been raised and not resolved to my satisfaction - loyalty gets you nowhere with o2
-
Safiya Amina Hafeji (@safiya_amina_3) reportedIt's been coming back to me and making me curious, so I thought to post the 'repeatedly' part (I was speaking to the complaints dept): @o2: I spoke to my manager and the only options are to resubmit the complaint or retrain the advisor. Me: resubmit. @o2: Can you confirm ...
-
Gaz (@GazTasticooo) reported@O2 massive security breach from o2 this morning. Not happy with the service. People need to avoid o2.
-
Amina Begum (@AminaSBegum) reported@O2 keeps getting emails that a balance is due but in fact he is due money from o2. None of these agents are understanding what is happening & wants it to be resolved ASAP & issue a complaint due to this mess via the Ombundsman as it seems like O2 are trying to take his money!
-
Jess Jones (@jess18x) reportedWhy am i paying @O2 so much a month just to have a phone with no signal? i cant text, call or use my Internet!!
-
Kieran (@Kieranjl) reportedHard to believe in this day and age, someone in London can download a film in seconds, Kevin Bacon can shave someone and land a plane over a network according to there advert. And yet I have to go for a drive to receive a text message. @O2 How can you charge someone for this?!
