Oh no, nevermind. 😭😭😭 It continues to be utterly dead. At least I managed to get a two-factor authentication text at 6am to sort out Lucent’s National Insurance contributions the brief moment service returned but honestly @O2 these two weeks service has been horrific

@O2 @SamsungHelpUK @TSScot Bought the Galaxy Watch 5 4G 44mm from O2. Turns out you can't actually make calls on the watch despite advertising it can. Store staff couldn't resolve it. Google search suggests it's a common problem & yet the watch is still available for sale !!

@O2 Nothing yesterday, but it turns out the customer services person i spoke to scheduled it for today despite telling me it was yesterday. i requested it on monday around 12 noon
