Got to love being on @O2. They charge extortionate rates, claim to fix problems and make them worse. My phone does everything except the one thing its supposed to do... Make and receive calls. Absolutely no coverage whatsoever anywhere in the country. Looks like EE in March

@O2 It is, but after they reconnected the number, when I turned on the phone it said the SIM is not in service. As soon as I made a call to it, the phone rang and the network detected the SIM I was asking how I can make the SIM appear not in service again (without disconnecting it).

Hi @O2 - I ended my contract in March and am still being billed, AND am now receiving messages threatening loss of service etc. I can't log in as the account is closed, and I can't get put through to help without paying you more money. I need this sorted please asap.

@O2 the network coverage in my area has suddenly become so atrocious, that I am unable to make/receive coherent work calls. Your status updating texts say an engineer has ordered parts…however it doesn’t seem to be getting fixed & you just keep pushing the resolution date back!
