    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @O2 I have the account no, mobile no, and SIM no, which I have found in emails from 22-23. I just spent 80 MINS on phone with your customer service, they could not find the account and hung up on me. I spent another 45 minutes after ringing back, transferred and the call went dead.

    @O2 wtf is going on with the signal recently? Status checker says nothing wrong anywhere, but my 1-2 bars of 4G that is useless say otherwise, sick of paying money to get no signal

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones
