Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

Hello @O2, please employ people Customer Service Reps who listens and communicate clearly or better train them to speak good English. Half of my conversation with this lady today was a complete waste of my time. Use of English was poor. Listens to respond not to understand. #END

@virginmedia Yes and confirmation they’ve closed it ! Maybe it’s time to pass this to Offcom and let them deal as @virginmedia seem more bothered pushing @O2 SIM cards on everyone rather than fixing issues

Funny @O2 advert at the moment boasting about coverage. Failure to invest in the network in North Lancashire and Cumbria says otherwise. Why I switched networks after 12 years of decline.
