    @GarethBattersby @boxofnumbers @O2 Everyone calls it innovative yet they really aren't the iPhone 11 to 14 are basically the same phone small minor upgrades and if their phones are supposed to last a long time why's most upgrading to the latest ones all the time and having problems with previous when new are out

    Anyone else constantly having issues with @O2 internet?! I leave my house and nothing. Phone says 4G yet nothing. Constantly. Been like this for months been with them for years think it’s time for a change.

    @O2 #O2Priority link for cavetown tickets not working - click on 'get tickets' in app and it opens Ticketmaster but doesn't allow any booking. Can you fix? Not the first time the app won't give access to presale.

    Anyone else noticed a dip in all round service from @O2 since they merged with @virginmedia? Customer service is poorer, everything takes longer to do, coverage is poorer. I miss the old O2 service, it was impeccable.

    @O2 again having signal issues in LS1 6PJ. This is not the first time. For a major mobile phone company this is not acceptable.

    @O2 It's been two months and I still can't access wifi on the London underground. Always could before I got a new phone. Have followed all suggested steps. Have also tried (and failed) to get help on the app via the chat with an agent option. Can you offer any assistance? Thanks.

    @O2 2 days now with no signal. All occupants of my house and my neighbours as well as guests cannot get any signal here. It was raised yesterday and we were told there were no issues found. This is completely inaccurate. To go from 4 bars of 4g to 1 bar of “e is not ok

    @EjWaterfield @JamboNFT @O2 Doesn’t bother me. Lower monthly payment and I have the option to pay it off if I want plus I never change phones every year as I don’t see the point.
