    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @O2 I have been trying for about a fortnight to sort out a new SIM only contract and each time I am met with the attached. I've tried multiple cards, different browsers and I can't do anything. I can't log in and talk through the app as well because I'm not a customer.

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.     @O2 @O2 - Even though I was supposed to be disconnected, you took £17.99 and I spent more than an hour, with the worst colleagues based from India who had no clue what they are doing. Simply the worst customer service bar none.

    @BluesnJazzxx @O2 They have known about this issue for a few months now but don’t want to take responsibility and actually fix it. It’s the same on the website too. Someone seriously messed up and it would seem that O2 don’t care. They have become prawns. No backbone and full of shite
