    @O2 you couldn’t transfer my phone to new contract and as a result, it’s been disconnected for more than a month. Your complaint department keeps telling me it’s not fixed yet for two weeks, I can’t get PACCode to move to another provider! It’s ridiculous!!!

    @O2 guys I'm trying to pay my bill and I'm in an endless loop of texts and a automated answer service that only offers more texts. How have you made it so hard to pay? The link to verify my emails happened 5 times this morning. Can't access the O2 app for the same reason

    @daviddunninguk @O2 O2 has gone from one of the best to the worst in this area and North Yorkshire. I have been with them for 15 years and I think it’s come to the point to change. Quite often full 5G signal but won’t access the internet. You ring up to tell them and they say nothings reported 😴
