    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

    ****** off now been with @O2 for years and the last two weeks I’ve had no service and things only work when I’m connected to WiFi. Can’t ring them to sort it and trying to do a complaints form and even that won’t sodding send

    @O2 @DonBramfoot you must be aware of the sheer volume of calls purporting to be from yourselves? I hang up and block (or play about and waste their time for 20 mins). But surely you should have the resources to get these clowns loacated and banged to rights.
