  Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

  @kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.

  @kokeshimum @O2 Same here. Switched over to o2 a couple of years ago and its the worst network ive been on. Can’t get signal anywhere and rarely get 5g

  @McWhirterAlex @kieran_jsmith I had to leave @o2 after 29 years as the service had just deteriorated so badly. Didn’t want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. I’m now using a MVNO which uses EE and it’s just so much better for half the price too.

  One reason I miss working for @O2 which i never thought till now is when samsung release new tech, cos I loved seeing it first!!!

  Try dealing with @O2 when something goes wrong abroad. They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Completely unacceptable.
