    @O2 nobody has got back to me and I am really getting frustrated. O2 customer Rep on the phone now saying that another 5 to 7 working days will take for the restrictions to be lifted. What a shambles is this

    I think it’s time to switch from @O2 to another provider internet recently has been pretty terrible 3g & 4g

    Another city. this time Milton Keynes. Of course I don't have signal @O2 My phone is pointless. works nowhere. 5G doesn't exist either.

    @O2 I don’t know if you have any clout? O2 billing is shocking! number you gave didn’t work. None on the app or website or rubbish help function work. Yes, he was late paying, but he hasn’t been able to pay and now there’s another bill! I’m going to resolver. Please, can you fix it?

    @O2 Evening, I have a New contract & phone, However the signal is so poor I’m struggling to use the internet at all. Spoke to customer services which did not see to know? Could you perhaps help me please? Otherwise I will sadly need to terminate my contract. Thank you.

    . @O2 Intermittent in my area for 5 weeks now due to a broken mast. Waited for a call back from a manager twice now to no avail (likely as I have no signal, as I’m on O2). Anything you can do to help? Going round in circles with your phone support.

    @O2 Yes I have tried manually setting. I have used my phone/ sim abroad multiple times this year. I just keep getting “E” with 4 bars of signal. My boyfriend is with EE and accesses 4g with cosmote.
