@O2 I tried everything with O2’s complaints team with no resolution. They ruined my credit file, caused me extreme stress, and wasted my time. I’m only posting this to give O2 the bad rep they deserve.

@O2 please explain when now my contract is complete why has my phone suddenly become flakes. Battery running down fast, apps keep crashing phone running slow. I thought @Ofcom had ruled on this. Forcing customers to up grade. Because phone has become "faulty"
