@O2 are the worst network providers going!!! Unlimited data plan capped at 25GB because your using too much!!! Phone up to complain & magically cuts out during call. Only ever a poor line when you want to cancel something

@O2 my roaming would not work in France last week, got the text to say welcome to france etc, but nothing would work, tried all the usual tricks, whats the common cause of this? I had mobile data, a 3g signal but no data at all

@O2 Thanks; I just googled "is it normal to block popups" and as far as I can see it absolutely is, so maybe your website shouldn't be using them - particularly in a situation where a user is locked out of their account and has enough problems already.

@O2 I've had quite a few problems using the Greggs codes. Never had problems at Nero. Either the code doesn't scan or I'm told it's the wrong code when it clearly isn't (and I'm not going to get into an argument over it. I've also had, twice, "this code has already been used."

@O2 Additional coverage whilst on the train would be great. As an example, between Leicester and Market Harborough, I'm lucky to get 3G and in parts the signal drops out altogether
