Was about to leave a network to join @O2, only to find that their address finder is broken (when using a postcode) and there is no option to enter your address in manually when checking out. Decided to look elsewhere.

@O2 absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Every menber of staff gives different information and the last one made out I was lying! Ask to speak to a supervision or manager and told O2 don't have any!
