@James_Peverill @O2 If it's delayed, it's delayed. Just give me enough info, so that I know whether to take the day off and let the inmates run the asylum for the day, or go to work. If I miss it due to my own stupidity, that's on me. If it's poor communication, that's a customer service issue.

@O2 That’s great thank you. But why am I being asked by @virginmedia to pay more. Spoke with two people yesterday and 1 person said an extra £2.25 for upgraded broadband speed and another said £12 for an extra SIM card?! Very confusing and not good service.
