    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @MichaelsTecTalk @O2 Yeah, but it’s definitely time to switch. I’ve been with them for probably 10+ years now and the service has progressively got worse and worse. I can’t even hold a phone call without it cutting out in or around my house. (And I live in a built up area)

    .@O2 1/2 8 days after pac code switch to you, still no sms/no calls & I am spending 2+ hrs a day with useless #02 customer service. Apparently the escalation from last Wednesday was not processed so they did yesterday so 5 more working days on real help #badservice

    @o2 thanks for informing me of a 13.4% increase in my airtime bill. I swear to god, if I read this time next year you've made record profits you will not only lose me as a customer, but I will actively stop any friends, family or stranger from purchasing from you again.

    @AJeftech @O2 They’ve been incredible for their customer service and signal In built up city or large towns is great, but in your everyday town or smaller city, it’s awful. So I did the same.
