    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.     @joshjeram @O2 @davehpayne Indeed. After half an hour on the phone trying to get them to honour the prices ON THEIR OWN APP. I got offered a "special deal" as I am such a good customer. An expensive 24 month contract... The are an absolute shower. I'm moving provider tomorrow - one with a UK call centre

    @O2 I'm trying to cancel my contract however it says to call a number. The issue being I have been unable to call or receive for over 4 months hence why I want to cancel my contract. Please advise

    Thinking of switching from @O2 because their network is lacking. Haven’t been able to get decent signal at all for months and today, could get signal when I was in direct line of sight of one of their masts.

    hi @O2 i am still owed £659 for an iphone i bought from you which never got delivered which i requested a refund for, in APRIL. countless times i have called, gone into multiple of your stores and still nothing has been advanced please i am a 21 year old student thanks

    Published Phone number for O2 Woolwich does not work. It connects, goes silent & disconnects the call after around 5 seconds. When I phone 02 customer services they cannot help me @O2
