@O2 I had a note 10 that never worked when showing 4g+ and now I have an s21 5g that also doesn't work when showing 4g+ and I have never even seen 5g on it. Advice from Facebook 02 was to turn off 4g. Not very helpful.

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support
