@O2 Hi there, my mobile phone hasn’t been getting signal for calls and days since Saturday. My postcode is DT10 1PF. Would you have any idea of when it is going to be fixed please, as I’m paying for a service that I do need and cannot get.

@I_left_the_UK @O2 I’ve just been to read up on the changes properly. The email they send out is awful. It depends on when you started a Tariff. Mine is after the cut off date so my device plan cost isn’t affected. They really need to review their customer comms better before sending out.

@O2 @ComplyandBye Absolute robbery by another billion pound company. No compassion whatsoever for it’s customer and subscription base in the current climate. Contractually they can do it yes- morally they didn’t have to but the bigwigs and fat cats can only smell money. Absolute shame on you @O2

Evening @O2 just wondering why the hell I’m paying you £50pm for supposedly unlimited service, which is unavailable more often than not. No service either phone or mobile data since approximately 1030 this morning - BT35. Completely unacceptable.

@MarcellusWotsit @O2 I've had the same issue for the past two weeks a mast near me not working and they think it's ok to charge you for a service you cant use. They should be compensating us for non usage
