    @kelseyanewman @O2 I get the same problem. They fob me off but saying that they’ve checked any work going on in the area and I’ve said everything is fine the network is perfect so basically they’re blaming me & my phone. I’ve got a brand-new iPhone 11 with 80 gig of data and can’t use it

    @O2 Day 3 of having no service on my phone. I was told this would be fixed in 24 hrs and was lied to, I was then told by the end of the day yesterday it’ll be fixed,again MORE lies😤WHEN WILL I GET SERVICE ON MY PHONE?! P.s thanks for putting me in danger :)

    @O2 I have rebooted several times. On the help page on o2 app they have said another 24 hours! That makes it 36 hours.That’s quite unacceptable as I need the phone for work today. Please can you look into it further?

    omfg I was on with @skytv yesterday sorting out an issue with my SkyQ and mini box and just received a bill from @O2 for the call which was £26!!! surely that can’t be right

    @O2 I need some help in regards to changing my number due to spam calls. They always come through as I’m mobile numbers but it’s pre-recorded Chinese messages. Would I need to visit a store for help with this?
