  Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

  @O2 Can you investigate a possible Emergency Alerts Cell Broadcast issue around RG18? Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.

  Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡
