@O2 I'm really disappointed with 02. Set up 2 new mobile plans as new customer. Sim expected next day -yesterday. Didn't arrive so expected today. Just had an email saying dispatched today arrival 2-3 days -too late. Not a good start. Maybe I should look for different provider.

Terrible experience with @O2 Canceled my contract within the first 14 days, and they confirmed and then charged me! I had to call again, 20 minutes of wait, an advisor confirmed they had made a mistake and confirmed that my contract was canceled. Charged me again!

@O2 just be aware theres a new scam of people calling o2 customers offering a free apple watch and they are very persistant and rude and will keep calling even when you ask them not to
