    @O2 hi, I did a sim switch yesterday and it’s been over the 24 hours and I still have no service on my new phone/SIM card. Have tried turning it off and on again but nothing?

    @O2 I did try the web pop up page and there was no response there. Where I'm at is one data bolt on purchase worked (the second one), whereas the first one didn't. I get that things are busy, but that's not an excuse for this poor level of service
