@O2 30min call today for a CS agent to accept an adjustment error to this month's bill, to then weirdly moan down the call whilst sending an email to management to confirm the error & to then send a text to confirm £10 off next month's bill... #poorcustomerservice #weirdcalls

Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

@MartinSLewis the speaker on my phone has stopped working. @Apple say under consumer law as it’s less than two years old that @O2 have to either replace or repair the phone. O2 say that as iPhones only have a 1 year warranty it will be a chargeable repair. Please help?!
