    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @O2 I’ve sent a DM but haven’t had a response since Friday. I still cannot connect my Apple Watch to my o2 account — setup is showing outdated 2019 terms and not creating a new connection. Store support couldn’t fix it. Please can someone look into this urgently?

    @O2 Can someone please help me. Last night due to your mess up you left an elderly relative without a phone. Promises to send e-sim never came. 2 hours on the phone and you cut me off. You should be ashy
