@O2 Made a complaint on the 8/03/2022. Received a text on the 16/03/2022 saying someone from the complaints team would call me. Unfortunately I was unable to talk due to being at work and the gentleman said he would send an email but I've received one not even a follow up call

@O2 Is something happening with the O2 service ? Constantly cuts out, every few seconds; then no service; now 3G. Happening more and more, recently. Almost a daily occurrence. Has O2 taken on more traffic than its infrastructure can handle ?
