@ConnaireMcG @O2 If you turn on "WiFi Calling" then assuming your WiFi is decent, then it shouldn't be a problem. That's how I got round always flipping to O2 Ireland down in the Point

@O2 I upgraded my phone 2days ago I was told next day delivery Only for @dhlexpressuk did not come yesterday,then it wasn’t delivered today and here I am still waiting But when I ring DHL I had to rearrange for tomorrow if my phone doesn’t come tomorrow I will cancel my contract

@O2 So your response was be patient; it’s been six weeks of patience! 1st complaint made Aug 6th, 2nd 19th via email! how patient should a person have to be when they have sporadic service, having their life made miserable & having to make nr daily calls to you that lead to nothing?

@O2 not only did you fail to transfer my sons number to his new account, in spite of hours on phone & assurances today, it seems you have now CUT OFF both phones completely. And yet, we are being charged for 2 accounts with O2. Neither phone number works. Please call me urgently.

@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.
