@O2 how is lots being sold as i no one can log in ? either with virgin , desktop, mobile app, even my o2 app is down , i have only managed to get sent a code to log in and nothing happens total rubbish who is buying all them tickets then? ?

@O2 Not impressed - wasted hours today trying to get tickets and neither app nor website loading. Plenty for sale on re-sale sites so obviously some are profiteering from this. You could track them but will you? So much for rewarding customer loyalty!

@O2 How is it acceptable for you to log customers out when they are already logged in and ready for the sale times? I got my first code 6 hours after I first tried to re login. Absolute shambles. 8 hours on and still can’t log in. Surley you knew the demand would be extremely high!!

@O2 I’m sick of O2 never mind what’s happening with this O2 priority but I never get connection, their 4G and 5G and even 3G is terrible, I am in a contract and want out any ideas anyone ??? I have had a new sim off them and still nothing !!

@O2 How patient do we have to be? Site been down all day and app and now seeing tickets being resold for astronomical prices. Who are you allowing to buy them ? It's not your customers.
