    @O2 57 minutes to speak to an advisor? Are you ******* kidding me? No wonder there is a mass exodus. Increase in price, degrading service and a non-existent customer service department.

    Hi @MartinSLewis just spent 37mins on hold with @O2 to give them a chance to keep a 15year loyal customer! Told them what I would like and they couldn’t offer anything close. Then they called me back and offered a better deal than the last bit was still way off.

    @O2 why is it so hard to cancel my contract after your unreasonable price rises? Not clear how to do it in the app and a 53 minute wait to speak to someone on your chat… I’m sure the regulators would love how hard you are making it for people to leave

    @lilleyjnr @O2 No they've apparently disconnected me to start a new contract but have yet to reconnect me over 6hrs later!! I'd have been quicker moving network!!

    @O2 your service is terrible I shall cancel my DD if you can’t explain why I haven’t been able to get mobile data for the last month I’ve tried to contact you with no luck...don’t say use the app to contact you as I can’t ! I’m not paying for a service your not providing
