  Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

  Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

  @Char_Tutton @AmazonUK Yes I can. @O2 They left me without a working phone for 2 months. Even sent my broken phone to their repair centre and it came back still broken. Cancelled my direct debit mid contract and they sent debt collectors after me. I still didnt pay them
