    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    The service I've received from @O2 absolutely disgusting trying to sort an issue and speaking to someone it was very difficult to understand which makes it more frustrating one that talk too fast with a heavy accent.

    @Joff_L @O2 That is down to how the comparison sites they earn commission on new connections and sweet **** all on upgrades ot tariff changes for existing customers.. and thats across all UK Networks

    @O2 I ordered an iPhone in February - received a fake plastic device and have spent 8 hours over 10 calls with the support team to try to resolve this with no luck. Absolutely terrible service from O2 ! Day 36 #day36 #o2customerservice

    @BenInRushcliffe I used o2 switch up the other month. The phone got lost in the post, they tried to charge me £900. Several phone calls and its still on going @O2 customer service is based abroad and it's terrible
