    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

I know it sounds ridiculous but twice I’ve brought tickets on that website and I’ve been stuck on that and it never stopped I had to go onto a different device. I think it’s a glitch. These ticket apps should be more prepared 🙄

    @O2 Shambles on priority, didn't go down as Peter Kay ticket sales started ,been down since atleast 9am .Unexpected demand ,obviously don't know what you are doing he hasn't toured for 12 years and you put all the ticket dates on sale at the same time .Anyone with common sense ?

    @O2 what an absolute shambles the presale for peter kay has been, when the website was down before 10am you should have delayed the sale and sorted your website out to handle the traffic, now scalpers have snatched them up and selling them at 6x the price 🤬🤬

    @Jessica_K_2008 @adamtonydavis @O2 There isn't an issue, people/lots of bots have got on. It's just the servers can only handle so much traffic. It happens with every big-ticket event, but they do nothing about it.
