    @daviddunninguk @O2 They are awful. I spent next to 18 months without a signal in Strensall. Oddly enough…. I left 02 at the first opportunity. My wife is with EE and never had an issue.

    @O2 @O2 I'm now being transferred to a 3rd department! Almost an hour on the phone and not resolved... very shocked at how poor your customer service is esp to someone who's been on O2 for 10+ years.

    @O2 my order placed on Tuesday which was next day delivery hasn’t arrived, Royal Mail say the tracking number doesn’t exist and I can’t find an answer on the FAQs or a number to call, could someone help me please? 🙏
