    @O2 can you do something about your dreadful signal? My data doesn't work, I have no signal so I can't call anyone and yet I am paying for this? I have contacted customer services but all they say is that a telephone mast is broken?! sort yourself out or at least stop charging me

    @O2 customer service is an absolute joke! I’m ready to upgrade and their shocking system isn’t working, i phoned someone who said they couldn’t do anything, but they’ll call me tomorrow! #NotGoodEnough

    @O2 However, switching off her sim immediately at the end of the call, without warning, was at best unprofessional. She is once again without any means of contact for her work. Disgusted at your behaviour and will be looking closely at the service on 3 remaining family contracts.

    @O2 An ongoing issue for 4 months! Countless promised phonecalls that do not arrive. A promise of a call today at 3pm. You guessed it 16.35 and again no call. It’s infuriating and completely unacceptable

    @O2 I've been having problems paying my phone bill. Everytime I enter my card details it says the payment has failed and need to contact my bank, I did, and they said that a payment was never shown. I tried logging into MyO2 and it shows an error message once I've signed in

    @O2 please urgently reply to my em. You have taken £250 from me without authorisation for a sim that I could never use as it did not work so cancelled straight away! Despicable from you considering these hard times at the minute!!!!!

    @O2 I switched over to O2 in July and my signal has been awful since then - is this your way of “having things back up and running ASAP”? I’m not even getting my moneys worth here and it’s interfering with work and my personal life
