@O2 very frustrating two days trying to add data to my dongle as site comes up with error messages. Several calls yesterday where I passed around and then was told that a local branch could help add funds, so went in and they reckon they couldn’t. So, not very happy at all.

@simon_taxi @O2 I’m finding 4G around Regent St, Gt Marlborough St is awful, drops to 3G and sometimes E. Not sure if it’s to do with O2 or it happens with other providers……

@o2 left after 24 hrs due to poor signal cancellation within my cool-down period and got a bill for £84, now I have a default on my credit report for and nobody as o2 will help! Emailed the @financialombuds as it’s affecting my credit
