    @O2 rubbish customer service. Agreed to tariff in November, did not put it through, spoke to customer care and said they won’t bother to check records if they made a mistake because irrespective they won’t rectify. Danielle from o2 spoke to me.

    @O2 I have had a faulty phone which is under warranty returned unrepaired due to them believing and the customer service personnel saying it wasn't. It took the O2 insure to confirm the T&C.. Promised a call back from Customer service
