@O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@O2 @nickgd99 Stop telling people to use wifi when they should be able to use the service they pay for! Ps sorry to the person on the Twitter account, I know this isn’t your fault!

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 2nd day in a row now that the WiFi has gone down. This is not the first time. Working from home & this is seriously affecting my business. Had Sky Broadband for nearly 10 years & never had this issue. Your WiFi service is the worst in my experience. Regret switching now.

Phoned @O2 and waited 40 minutes to get through all for the caller to say my signal was bad and hang up on me…. Wow
-
Pyeinthesky
(@pye_in_the_sky) reported
@O2 if you're increasing my bill by 17.3%, does this mean we'll see any improvement in signal? This is a shocking increase, when the quality of service from o2 seems to be getting worse. Every day I have poor signal both in & out doors. Always an excuse, never a solution.

@rockNrowell @O2 @MartinSLewis Terrible! Plus the signal and mobile data is awful. Can barley get signal and 4g speeds are rubbish

@O2 @Aumz So we never get the benefit of a negative RPI, all take and no give isn’t it?
-
Steve Banham

@DrGMcLeod_Leeds @O2 Let me guess - they can hike the price with impunity, but you can't terminate the contract without substantial penalty?
-
Dr David Hall
(@davemhall88) reported
@O2 any particular reason for the last few days I've had basically no mobile data? Barely pick up 5g in places I did before and the 4g has full signal but no data speed. Is there a fault?
-
Paul Nichol
(@peeblesrunner) reported
@O2 (Gareth Turpin) very disappointed that you want to hike up my contract by 17.3%. Using RPI which is discredited by the ONS to get a bigger increase. You well know that inflation is decreasing. Very poor customer service!
-

(@mrslollyd) reported
@O2 how long do we have to change our mind on a new contract? Took mine out 2 months ago at a price I could afford and now you’re increasing it by £7 a month. I’d therefore like to cancel because I can assure you I wont be paying it.
