    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    Are @VodafoneUK blocking my new iPhone contract to try to force me to upgrade my current contract instead? This would be far more expensive for me. Hey @O2 you might be getting a new customer because of this 👍🏻

    @O2 so I used O2 recycle for my S9 phone. Quoted £71, upon receipt of phone by O2 advised the valuation revised at -80% value (£14) phone is perfect! I requested to cancel and return device which was accepted by email. Today received an email advising £14 will be paid to me??!!

    @o2 can someone please help me with a missing delivery? Should have received it in 24th September. DHL are saying they have returned the package to you, I can’t seem to be able to get hold of anyone to corroborate this or arrange re-delivery. Thank you.

    @O2 has to literally be the worse network. Just found out they scammed my mum whilst she was grieving I go taking out an extension to her contract for the same phone and she can't even make and receive calls. Time to speak to #ofcom @Ofcom
