.@O2 changing over to o2 is proving a nightmare, my phone no was working, texts don’t, and now my mobile number is apparently out of service… & we have to wait another 50mins for my 24 hr pac code to be fulfilled they can’t look now #badservice

@O2 O2 acknowledges the problem. Says they can’t do anything about it, refused to release me from the contract and tell me “I’m at risk of affecting my credit rating”. I just wanted my phone to work.

@O2 Order a phone that never arrives despite 2 emails, countless chats and 17 (!!!) phone calls to customer service. Despite DPD saying the phone is lost and O2 promising to send another, it never happened. Please don’t tell me to send a DM- it will be my 11th pointless one.
