    @O2 absolutely appalling customer service from your company when trying to resolve issues with my wife’s phone. Network team were supposed to send a text yesterday and nothing. Wife phoned today still nothing. Can she get out her contract? Shockingly poor

    @O2 Yes & yes, I believe. iOS 15.0.2 (iPhone 12 Pro Max). Priority 8.0.1 (1646). Been an issue for a while now. Seems to only affect the Offers > Newest section. Example if I wanted to win the trip to see the Northern Lights (yes please!), pressing the card does nothing.

    @O2 your customer service is shocking, not had data that works for a year n half (after multiple hours on the phone to u on several occasions) and when calling to cancel just now I was greeted with sighs and sarcastic comments :) waste of money x

    @O2 Just to get help with my account i am asked the answer to a security question, but the question is withheld. How can one answer a question you that refuse to ask? Entirely redundant security process.

    @o2 your customer service is shocking. Not had data that works for year n half even after multiple calls and emails, finally called to cancel today at the end of my contract and was greeted with sighs and sarcastic comments :) sort it out
