    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @O2 I bought or upgrade to a iPhone 11 in November. Having lots of problems since then. Poor connection to internet. Phone running slow. I heavily rely on the internet and have been let down many times!!! When out shopping even worse. Who can help.

    @O2 Why is your live chat service useless? - I need to set up my Samsung Active2 on my S21 Ultra data plan, and they're telling me to go into store. All other networks just send the code, so why can't they?

    @O2 There's no physical damage, I think it must be a system thing as it randomly closes apps when I'm using them and the swipe function doesn't always work. It just doesn't function very smoothly for a 3 month old phone.
