@O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

@O2 We have been referred BACK to the shop in Southampton to raise an issue we are trying to sort for 2 weeks now. We were told that the shop manager has full authority to write off the bill we are refusing to pay because the terms of the contract was misleading.

@O2 joined last Friday, my number was swapped yesterday. Today no signal all day. I couldn’t make call, text or internet. What a terrible service. Wish I never left EE. Missed so many important calls. You don’t have any customer service on phone?? Only available in chat WTF???
