Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

Dear @O2. I just got a call from O2 Network & Promotions who offered a 40% reduction on a new phone and to either beat or match my existing tariff with EE. They also offered to buy out my contract with EE to move me over to O2. When I asked them Qs, they hung up. Is this legit?

@O2 my account was terminated back in July of this year. I have only been made aware of this today. Your customer service agents advise they cannot see who terminated this account apart from a name of a female individual which is not myself. I need help ASAP!

@O2 Received a call from 0333 006 7136 claiming to be from 02, offering 40% discount on my contract, if I renew for 2 years. When I asked if I could speak to the team via Live Chat on your website, they said they'd put me through to another team on call to help. Suspect fraud.

@o2 not impressed yet again. 40 mins on hold to speak to the 'fraud team' then I am told I will be transferred over and you cut me off. Why is o2 ******* useless. Your company is a complete **** show. I am so glad my contract is up in 3 months.U are a disgrace to the industry.

@JamieCook1995 @O2 Ah I’m just me. Everybody loves a treat and even better if it’s free. The greggs and Caffè Nero will tell you if it’s still available and you’ve got 20 mins once you’ve requested the QR code to redeem it so do it when at the shop.
