    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 joke company. 7 days after placing order, 2 phone calls to customer service, 2 escalations needing 24 hours still not resolved. If customer service is this bad when I’m trying to join, what will it be like when I’m tied into a contract?

    @PureGym @O2 O2Wifi is awful at the London Oval gym. Keeps disconnecting/super slow. Even when the gym is almost empty. Can you work together to fix this? Pretty please 🙏
