    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    Just let me know why you visited the store instead of using the online chat when you had the issue with the e-SIM. WHAT A JOKE Your issue could have been resolved much faster, but sorry about that. I understand, and I can give you £20.00 as compensation @O2

    @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor
