@O2 I have a complaint and have already tweeted and DM’d you. Can someone contact me please or do you ignore complaints on twitter like your call centre staff ignore complaints on telephone calls?

  • tom_pinnock54 Tom Pinnock (@tom_pinnock54) reported

Hi @O2, how do I order an esim pack please? There's no option for it online or in the app. I'm currently on hold for customer services but it's just playing some really horrible music at me.

  • Michelle_stt Michelle Kilgariff (@Michelle_stt) reported

@O2 signal in our area last month was down for over 3 weeks. Told the issues won’t happen again as they’ve fixed it (been ongoing for years) got a text to say the mast is down again and will be fixed the 12th then 13th and now the 20th. This is absolutely ridiculous now

  • cocktailqueen87 Laura_Lou (@cocktailqueen87) reported

@O2 help please my new tariff was moved over last week, I was assured my @virginmedia bolt on would carry over but it's not showing. Was also promised a few other things and not come through either #consumerduty @TheFCA

@O2 2023: network is busy in my area so can't make phone calls

  • EmsyTatts Emma (@EmsyTatts) reported

So disappointed with @o2. I got talked into changing my contract in December and now been hit with a huge bill for being abroad. I’ve always had O2 travel on my account and wasn’t told this was being removed. Time for a contract change after being a loyal customer for 25 years.

  • Ya_Mudda_ Ya Mudda (@Ya_Mudda_) reported

@O2 been on hold to 202 for hours now trying to cancel my contract - do you intentionally make this difficult so people just give up?
