@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@imchases @O2 I’ve already sent them one today, plus one Saturday, one Friday n one Thursday. They are a dreadful company, the worst I’ve ever experienced in 20 years of having a mobile and they hav some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced so not surprised they haven’t replied.

@O2 when are you going to get your act together? Three months now with a terrible phone signal in the house, trying to run a business here, get missed calls. Signed up for WIFI calling, even that’s intermittent. Refund for poor service required.

@O2 We’ve sent multiple daily emails including today, were told last week that a lady in the Fraud department called Eleanor would contact us on Wednesday (28th) she has never attempted to contact us. That’s the last that we were told despite daily emails to your various departments
