@O2 got a new iPhone 13 from you last week. Instantly got a bothway bar. Went into store they convinced me I could get a new iPhone 14 and return the 13. Customer service now not allowing me to return the 13 and I’m paying for 2 contracts. I’m within my 14 day. What’s going on!!
