@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

Hey @O2 how comes as a customer of over 30+ Years when I ring up to get a new sim-only deal you cant even offer me a deal as good as the one I got for my fiancé the other week as a new customer? Absolutely s**t customer service and especially when you have a long term customer!

@virginmedia @O2 Between the pair of you I pay £100+ a month, every month. If I don't fully pay, you bill me a penalty charge, if I don't pay, you disconnect me. You are providing an equally very poo service that isn't that cheap. Are you going to apply automatic discounts?

@virginmedia having issues, can’t check status as unable to get on the app or website as no wifi and my @o2 signal is horrific I’m my house so keeps cutting out. Is it still down?

@virginmedia Ridiculous!!! Not only @O2 mobile signal went poop since you merged, now even my broadband is horrendous! 16:54 i still have no internet connection! But hey, we have to pay on time! Might have some "technical issues" when bills arrive and maybe i will "merge" with other provider
