@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 hi, having trouble upgrading my phone via O2 switch up and also purchasing an Apple Watch. Same card I used to make a payment for my monthly bill (which went through fine) is not being accepted to pay £1 for either device. Can I get some help please.

@O2 pretty poor customer service when all I’m asking for is to increase my mothers call minutes on her monthly contract as she is currently in hospital with a broken leg and all you want to do is sign her up for another 24 month contract!
