@virginmedia @O2 But not your customer service when it comes to cancelling an order

  • jeffro0906 jeff (@jeffro0906) reported

@O2 It’s never taken more than 5 minutes previously, if I’d known we’d gone back to dial up internet speeds I’d not have upgraded. Absolutely ridiculous timescale to change a number over to a different PIN

  • STJonesx S T Jones (@STJonesx) reported from Alway, Wales

3rd week of no signal and @O2 in absolute NO rush to fix the issue. Can’t wait to cancel my contract this week 🥳

  • thedogger31 george (@thedogger31) reported

@isponsor @virginmedia @O2 Does that mean I’ll get a signal to make a call without going in my back garden?

@SudakshinaKina @O2 @virginmedia From my experience and others I know virgin media is rubbish .Worst internet I’ve ever had

  • Leafylou69Lea Lea (@Leafylou69Lea) reported

@O2 joining forces with the AWFUL virgin media is upsetting!! Virgin are horrendous!!! Think I might have to see how much to get out of my contract, or I’m definitely after over 20yrs, seeking a new contract at the end of term!! Just awful!

  • Simpsonanton21 A.l.f 🛸 (@Simpsonanton21) reported

Fecking @O2 I'm having problems connecting with the Internet good 4g but no data packet

  • SirWobby Michael and Herman 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🌍 (@SirWobby) reported

@virginmedia @O2 Well this explains the discount being nuked after being a customer for 10 years. Might be time to bail like a father in the ghetto.

  • MrAshleyJohnson Ashley Johnson (@MrAshleyJohnson) reported

@SudakshinaKina @O2 @virginmedia I have both too. But can only see a price increase on both contracts! Would actually like to see a ‘bundle’ discount for lost ally to both but never gonna happen. Such a shame that networks prioritise new customers with ‘deals’ rather than keeping their own customer base happy.
