    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @O2 why is 3/4G signal always so bad? I’m in the middle of a city. My friends who are also with your network say the same thing. I look elsewhere for network providers in the future.

    @O2 Trying to change my billing date but your website keeps changing to a blank white page. Tried in Chrome and Firefox. Previously when trying this I ended up in an endless loop with no resolution so can't seem to change it.

    @O2 I’ve 2 phones on my account. One has Spotify which I need to cancel but my son has the actual phone. The Spotify a/c is his but he’s ill in hospital & unable to do it. They say I must contact O2 to do it. I’ve spoken to O2 by phone but they say only Spotify can do it! Help.

    Upgraded @O2 after speaking to a young lady called Nikki (from up north). Not because she convinced me, because she seemed to actually care. Ensure you commend her for her approach. Ps - I nearly left due to phone signal being nonexistent at Leeds Festival. Sort it out for 2022!
