@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 That doesn't answer my question as to why it's been like this for at least 4 months yet you continue to charge me for a service you aren't providing and now want to charge me 13% more for not providing that service

@O2 can you please tell me why, since at least November last year, there has been no mobile data signal in #cupar #ky15

@O2 How does "I live internationally, please can I cancel a different way" take over 24 hours to get a reply, which suggests "call us on a +44 number"???

@JacCooper1 @EnglandRugby @O2 True; we never really got clarity on how many additional changes he was permitted to make, if at all.

@Gavlar321 @EnglandRugby @O2 Watson provides near world-class cover at 15 which Arundell can't yet. I've always thought he's better suited at 15 than wing. He was outstanding in the 2017 Lions. The lack of centre cover is a good point. It essentially means Farrell will never be subbed for Smith which is sad

@O2 Customers SHOULD be able to cancel when you are putting the CONTRACT up by 13.4%. Why do we have to keep our end of the contract, but you don’t have to?

@O2 you have let your customers down. Putting up your prices to incorporate a 13.4 pc inflation rate + another 2 pc is so unfair - especially as the rate of inflation is lower than 13.4pc now:(
