@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 have you given up providing network coverage? I get nothing at home where you claim 4G coverage, now on holiday in the Lake District, which is apparently out of network? Why are you so incapable of providing any kind of service?

If you’re going down to Cornwall any time soon and are on @O2 - you may as well leave your phone at home. You can’t get a signal, or internet anywhere and O2’s answer to your £60-a-month plan is to ‘go and find a hotspot’. #O2

Fraud prevention is shocking with @O2 Do not get a contract with them. No protection, no help just a dent in the credit score. That's all you get.

Turns out DHL don’t honour next day on Saturdays. @O2 suggest to swap to #DPD as they have great tracking, work 7 days a week and generally have a good quality service. DHL are ****

@Michael53878801 @O2 I always buy sim only - that way you have more control on which network to choose, and even though its a lot of money to find, its cheaper in the long run. Samsung are good phones 📱

@O2 why have you made it near impossible for a chat help. Now it's all agents are bust and has been for days. I purchased a data bolt on when I'm.meant to be unlimited, only for it not to allow me any service yesterday. I needed this for a trip and could open 1st page only on any
