@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 after 11 calls to customer support and a visit to an O2 shop my wife is still unable to receive calls or texts since transferring to O2 on the 19th. How do we get someone to resolve this?

@O2 your customer service team are the worst I have dealt with. Need a pac code and getting moved from one person to another then on hold for hours. I call back again and the same thing.

@O2 @canopyandstars You probably won't get signal data though and o2 will be unable to help you. Miss selling and threatening enforcement letters dated the same day I took out a miss sold product. Shameful. Want to talk? Complaint 5092263
