@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 hi guys just did a click and collect order for today to collect my upgrade, did all the checks and said it was in stock. Went through with the order to then receive an email saying I can't collect today. Can I cancel that order please if I can't get it today.

@O2 woeful customer service from you today. currently 2 hrs on phone to cust service, spoken to 4 operatives, no one can apparently sort out my expensive upgrade phone on the way to incorrect address. Abortive trip to shop as well :( help pls

@AnthonyMorrow83 @O2 Speaking as someone who ...er... knows someone... who has a day job there, hang up and go to your nearest O2 shop. They are better trained, better incentivised and have more freedom.

@O2 Massive favour have you guys got an email for ex-employee references? Please. I'm currently in the process of having vetting done against me and they need obviously you guys email but since you don't use email it won't let me continue. Any help appreciated!
