    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @O2 4 weeks in and I still can’t change my bank details or speak to someone can someone please help as the number you have doesn’t get me through and I can’t do it online

    @O2 Been to my local @Tesco store and their system wouldn't let me have a top up voucher. I also don't have a e top up card. Phoning in via 202 or 4444 doesn't work either.

    That was a bad bad move. Over 12 years, @O2 cheerfully siphoned more than £5000 from my account. When I discovered this recently and stopped the DD, they sent the £75.82 due to a collection agency (Lowell) who continue to hound me.

    Absolutely shocking service from @O2 the past few days, including being hung up on and not being able to get through to being told to source materials on ebay and give them a call. After 10+ years being a pay monthly customer, I'll be leaving at the end of my contract. #appalling

    @O2 Hello! The signal's been very low grade for the last week in one my office locations (HA2 postcode), do you have estimated date/time for a fix?

    @O2 It’s not just that area though, nor is it a recent occurrence. It’s the same issue everywhere, full 4G or 3G signal but limited data. After 9am getting data is nigh on impossible. Come the end of my contract I’ll be moving networks if there hasn’t been an improvement.

    @O2 @O2 it’ll work randomly for about 5 minutes and then stops. If I manage to get data it’s often 3G or extremely slow. I’ve been contacting you about it since April.

    @O2 your customer service is the worst. Your customer service advisors wouldn’t cancel my contract. They said I have to talk to retentions but I don’t want to speak to retentions I just want to end my contract. 😭😭😭😭
