@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 the worst customer service in the uk. We have 5 contracts with 02 we can’t wait to leave after such bad experience of calls dropping and no customer service . After 20 min in hind calls drop.

@O2 Guys i got a code through O2 priority for 6 months free of deliveroo plus subscription but the code doesn’t work and i cant subscribe to it on the Deliveroo app as it says the code is not accepted. The code expires today can you please help!!!!

@O2 terrible customer service. Wife swapped to O2 yesterday. Number should have ported across from ee yesterday. Now being told you can't do it until Monday. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.

@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

@O2 Hi I'm looking to get resolution on an overcharge issue on my mums mobile phone bill. She is a pensioner of 74yrs and is stressed about this. Over 4 hrs on calls and been cut off trying to resolve. Bank debit card has now been frozen as she blocked a D/D for another payment.
