@O2 So how do I know that you’re doing this as I’ve been a customer with you for much longer than 8 years. Care to share please? I would like to know if I am affected and if you have been overcharging me. I’m sure you wouldn’t have contacted me if I hadn’t contacted you first 😡

@O2 local phone mast down since 6pm Wednesday! Isolating people who are already struggling. When will it be fixed!

  • AlanReeve2 Alan Reeve (@AlanReeve2) reported

@O2 great company, great service, good signal but why is your hold music such awful quality? It breaks up and is full of white noise. It's kinda like a bricklayer living in house that's falling down, not a great advert.

  • ShimmeringLigh4 Shimmering_Light (@ShimmeringLigh4) reported

@mick_gains @O2 @OakNational I am with 3 and paying a fortune for a shitty service, I was thinking of moving to O2 but reading your comments and the recent news O2 having been fined just make me think .

@O2 If only the customer service was customer focused, there must be financial bonuses for non competitive additions

@O2 if you think I would ever subscribe to Disney+ you must be insane @disneyplus Never! #WeLoveGinaCarano #GinaCaranodidnothingwrong

  • tiatto1 Phil (@tiatto1) reported

@O2 And the tone of your reply is not exactly the way to speak to customers new or old, which is why I have replied the way I did previously. If you want to treat customers with contempt, then carry on. You’ve already been forced in to a 1 huge fine.
