@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 can you tell me why I’ve had no 4G data all day? My O2 app not working as usual so can’t check if I’ve got no data left. Not had a text to say

.What’s happened @O2? Since merging with Virgin, topping up data has gone from two taps to a Kafkaesque ordeal. App requires an email that never arrives. Phone numbers unrecognised. Anyone found a workaround - carrier pigeon perhaps?

@O2 My number ported over yesterday and I’ve topped up by £20 but I cannot link my o2 account to my number so I cannot choose the bundle I need. I’m on a £10 rolling plan so I’m just getting charged for data. Customer services can’t help and o2 store can’t help. Absolute shambles 😡

@O2 I’ve already logged it with your customer service team, they told me it was an IT issue that you were aware of but your replies here suggest you don’t!!

I am not getting anywhere with your customer service reps . Is there anyone I can talk to with some common sense, please? @O2

@O2 O2 and your ridiculous payment site * That can't recognise a card's expiry date * That keeps you in hold wholly infuriatingly repeating ad nauseum "Your call is very important to us" *Then terminates the call* All this while threatening to terminate my service because you haven't collected my direct debit although the cash to pay it is in the account and there's never been a problem before!

@O2 Happens at your call centres in Mumbai daily. Stop tjem from selling. Or move call centres away from Mumbai. Its long been suspected data agents get their information from these call centres. And as you dont have an O2 official stationed permanently in Mumbai trust is an issue
