    @O2 Now that you’ve acquired Virgin Mobile UK, please can you sort out a really frustrating issue which has been happening for a couple of years, because of the network settings iPhone users experience a frustrating bug with number formatting in the contacts app 1/2

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 As nobody responds to a webchat and WhatsApp just says it's too busy to look at my problem, can you help? No broadband for over a day and the check doesn't check, just says it can't.

    @O2 I’ve got a PAC code. I’ve been trying to sort this for over a week now but your customer service hasn’t been great since I’ve joined, not a great first impression 😞

    @MyMoneyAlive @EE Yeah, I had something similar from @O2. I take solace in knowing that, thanks to the contract renewal process, I’m paying less today for my mobile contract then I was five or even 10 years ago. They may raise my bill for now, but it will go down again when I need to renew,

  • jcassidy2 James Cassidy (@jcassidy2) reported

    @O2 help!!?

  • RossUKRFC Ross (@RossUKRFC) reported

    Service from @O2 incredible. Live chat always too busy even 7am on a Sunday and invited to DM them on here then no reply. Meantime prices going up 17%.

    @O2 @EnglandRugby As a Welshman I hate rugby so I don’t care. Also, I hate struggling for signal. Also it’s weird that a company that is nationwide would support one country over the others. Even though I’m no rugby fan I’ll remember that when I am to renew soon. Twll tîn

    @O2 as a customer for over 15 years, due to your recent price increase, I will be leaving when current contract expires

  • AnnaAverkiou Anna Averkiou Media (@AnnaAverkiou) reported

    @O2 More than six weeks without a signal at home. No updates as to when the broken masts will be repaired.

  • shoeboxcottage TheShoeboxcottage (@shoeboxcottage) reported

    @O2 @o2 now you have emailed me saying you are disconnecting me and that there is an outstanding charge. I was never connected!!!! Would gladly pay this £9.81 to get you out of my life but there is no guarantee that you're not going to bill me again for fictitious usage
