  • kittenofdoomage ❄RHI❄ (@kittenofdoomage) reported

Upgraded my phone nearly 10 days ago from @O2. Told it's not in stock, even though it said it was when I ordered. Can't seem to swap for a phone that is in stock, website is useless, so I'm just supposed to... wait? Not impressed with the service tbh.

  • craig_drake craig 🟨🟥 (@craig_drake) reported

@O2 OK then why do you claim good 4G service in wesham and its rarely above H+ and when it is 4G it doesn't work, I see other networks working fine, but O2 seems to be getting worse.

  • Lee911611 Lee (@Lee911611) reported

Why is #o2 so poor? Reception is utterly shite everywhere in the country.. how can it be so far behind @O2

  • Fully__Booked Hannah Morgan (@Fully__Booked) reported

Ordered new phone from @O2 to pick up in store today had nothing re collection. Store confirms have phone in stock but no order. Customer service say could take 48 hours to go through! V misleading on website as otherwise I would've got home delivery 😞

@O2 I have been struggling to get a signal all afternoon

  • darren_bell Darren Bell (@darren_bell) reported

Inflight wifi always amazes me! The signal is better 35,000 feet up over the sea than 5g on @O2 in the West End of London. Go figure.
