@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

Two new phones (upgrade for me & new 3 yr plan for daughter) 2 days and 10 calls about having no signal later, I’m leaving. I’ve had enough. Absolutely shocking customer service from @O2 . They really don’t about their customers.

@O2 Hey, my wife requested a sim swap on 15/07 and it's still not working. It came on briefly but now nothing works at all. 2 calls to CS and nothing. She has missed 2 very important calls from her hospital so far and will miss another today. Absolutely shocking.

Check your bill if you took out a contract with @O2 before 25th Mar they increased by #RPI April onwards. Whilst legally correct, I would suggest you don’t change your mobile contract until after 25 March each year to avoid RPI increases. Maybe @MartinSLewis help get the word out

@O2 Where do I go when I am getting no help from O2 with their dreadful service? I have contacted the complaints team which has been ignored. Have yo say O2 really is the worst network I have ever experienced.

@O2 Why is the 4G signal in FK2 0DB area so shockingly bad, hardly got a signal even with a 20% signal it takes ages to connect to the internet. The signal used to be amazing up here! Please get it sorted or it may be time for a change of provider.
