@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

Gerry @O2 Belfast. After being passed around the world - Philippines, India, South Africa - hours on calls since last Thursday with no-one making good on promises to fix the issue and return calls, finally problem solved! Deserves a bonus.

@O2 I am being drained of data last 2 months. I have mobile data switched off on every app apart from safari & whatsapp. Is there something going on with your network that you are aware of or is there any way you can tell me whats draining the data on my account?

@O2 Hi - I raised an issue last week to do with a promotional extra I received and not being able to access it. I was told my issue was handed to the Resolution Team. I’ve received a couple of emails from them, I can’t see the resolution and issue still unresolved

@O2 That doesn’t address the point I was making. There are plenty of times my phone drops to 3G because you don’t have a 4 or 5g signal (inside shops, at NT properties). You’ve shown no improvement to your 4g service in such locations - so turning off 3G will mean no G

@O2 Pay Monthly. I am on EE and my children are on o2, I just moved them as ee service was bad and this is worse! Was on the phone for 1hr 30mins whilst walking around Split trying to enjoy my holiday! Why are their numbers blocked?!?!
