    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @villa4ever29 @Virgin @O2 Awful mobile coverage for the last 12 months. Shame I’m tied in to my contract for another 6 months. It’s been particularly bad the last couple of weeks. No 4G available and switching between 3G & EDGE regularly. Appalling

    @O2 Please help. I have been weeks without network because you put a block on my phone for no reason which unable to lift despite trying multiple times. What is the solution? There is nothing actually wrong with the handset I have except it has a block that you have put on it?

    @virginmedia Anyone else noticed that since @virginmedia and @O2 got together you can’t even make a call without been cut off or signal dropping out. Time to move

    @O2 I renewed my contract at same time as my sibling.. same price 2 different deals.. anti competitive behavior , customer service refuse to do anything.. South Africa call centre hasn't a clue and useless.. @Ofcom

    @O2 Are the recent issues with Virgin media having a direct impact onto o2 today? Your phone and web teams have displayed absolutely abysmal customer service today. Two hours of failing to resolve a simply query. Utterly dire

    @virginmedia Don’t forget that @virginmedia and @O2 are now the same company. So if you exceed your mobile data allowance because you’re having to tether because of the outage, do not accept to pay O2 any money for it!
