@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 Day 115 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

Hi @O2, I'm a UK customer. If I visit France and make a call to a French phone number, will it count as international or local? How about making UK calls when in France?

@O2 I’ve also just been informed by a friend that this response it a copy and paste response to what she got as she’s having the exact same issues. But she did it in a private chat. Do better, this is shameful.

@O2 I lost my phone, i went to o2 shop on Tuesday to get a new sim it didnt work after 24 hours. I have since been to the o2 shop three more times and spent another two hours on the phone and my sim is still not working 😤

@O2 the worst customer service ever. one *. Took out new sim only contract on 4th March. Provided PAC code to keep my number. After 2 days, number not ported in. Tried online chat as well as customer service number. Passed from one team to the next. Stay well clear
