@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

so the @O2 technical representative I spoke to earlier wanted to disconnect me from the network for 4 hours while they try fixing my data issue… then the representative I was speaking to, to cancel my contract hung up on me… seriously - what’s wrong with O2… 🤬🤬

@O2 there's a problem on your network? I haven't been able to access the internet for about a week now on 4G or 3G in my area (SE12), it can't be my phone as I and the wife are on o2, (I use android and she uses iPhone.)

@o2 what does it take to talk to someone in support? For three months I've paid for a data plan for my Apple Watch 7 and the data plan won't connect. Checking my account and the watch has been assigned to an iPad! Twice I've been cut off from live chat

@O2 @Tizer42 This is a joke, not even available for an hour! I'm cancelling my contract and know lots of others who have said the same, it was the only thing keeping me with o2, nice weekly pick me up treat. Last week I went on Thursday and it was already sold out and now thus today!
