@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 why has my 4G mysteriously stopped working just as my 2 year contract expires? I’m currently on a rolling contract at reduced rate. Seems very odd it would all of a sudden cut out completely?

@O2 my wife & I have been customers of o2 for years from the time you done home contracts, but we are now considering changing due to lack of customer care. We have had issues with no signal on our mobiles, you sent out 2 new sims, my phone works, my wifes doesnt.

@O2 @TheCCoalition @TheO2 Why don't you commit to providing some quality customer service? The clowns I spoke to the other day were clueless, didn't even realise we were in a national lockdown.

I am having so many problems with my phone and I just rang @O2 and I swear his words were "If we can't fix it, go to another provider but still pay the bill." I have never in my life heard a company say that. He was rude and I am shocked. I've been a customer for 10+ years.

Oh. No @O2 signal until 1st March. I had a text to say it would be off from 26th-28th February... it’s already off and I missed a call from my Dr... really annoyed 😡😡

@O2 i spoke to an advisor about upgrading. She was supposed to call me yesterday and didn’t. Do customer service reps take notes so that I can speak to someone else?

@O2 Hi all! I haven't been able to use my phone for a few days now because of work being done on the local mast. Am I going to be still charged for the days that the service is down? X
