@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@bmay @O2 Feel for you. I've found in the past to try and phone about 7.30 or 8am. Or press the number that says 'I want to cancel my subscription.' That sometimes helps. Anyway that's Virgin for you, also crappy customer service btw)

@O2 messed up my account to which they said they will credit my account with £10 which will take affect on my next bill (march). That never happened so I called again and they apologised and said they will now credit £20 instead on my next bill (april) due to the inconvenience..

@O2 I understand that, but this increase was over 10%. My bill has gone from £10 to £11.17?? It's hardly treating your customers fairly to impose this increase after being a customer for just 1 month!

@O2 my in-laws have had no mobile service in bovingdon in Hertfordshire for over a week ! Are you doing maintenance or something please DM me they rely on their mobiles as they are elderly . Thanks
