@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 My wife is ‘glamping’ in Millom, Cumbria. She literally cannot get a signal to make or receive a call or text. She can’t even access Whatsapp or emails! What’s going on as according to you, there is full coverage for the area?!!

@virginmedia @O2 After you advice an calling support again. Waisting another hour of my life to be told “They don’t know what the problem is” Meanwhile customers cannot access Sky Sports App via phone or computer. I was told I would be called back. That never happened either. 🤡🤡🤡

@virginmedia @O2 Once again my promised 100mb service I pay for is running at 7mb (same thing happened a few weeks ago) when I took the deal I was told that it would never dip below 50. Customer service is dire, just bots, and I'll still be expected to pay for 100mb despite getting 7mb..

@HzyOtr @O2 I am having exactly the same issue and O2 customer service has refused to give me an answer. Is the delivery period 4 weeks from when we place the order or from whenever the hell u finally have stock?? If the latter, it could be indefinite. And you've already taken my £. Shameful
