@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

Why is @Ofcom allowing these networks to pump out more RF, when they clearly don't have the backhaul to cope with current demands. It's as if they are using @O2 network. Vodafone next.

@O2 Yea, it’s not related to anything like that. Even have a new phone + new sim + it was the same with my old phone. Apparently there’s service issues in my area, but it’s been going on too long now. Surely you guys have something in place to reimburse or provide apology discounts?

Thanks @O2. Stuck in Europe due to travel restrictions trying to keep in touch with family and you slap a £27 charge on us. Changing provider as soon as we get back. Poor customer service. Response please. #O2takingadvantage
