    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @O2 currently 45 minutes on hold to activate a replacement sim, keep getting transferred. this is the second call as I couldn’t get help my first 35 min call. I don’t even know why I’m staying with you. Shocking customer service. Shocking.

    I swear @O2 are becoming just as bad as Vodafone!! Sitting on hold for ages, start speaking to an agent and then they hang up. Can't tell you how many times this has happened over the last few months!! 😡

    @o2 I have a conundrum - I have a business account with you but cannot buy a new iPhone without calling Customer Service (and waiting 30+ minutes). Went into my local store and they can’t help me. Any suggestions?

    @O2 Hi, I’ve spoke to to customer services twice and sent texts to the numbers I was given to get the credit I was told I would get. I still haven’t received the credit. Kindly apply the credit to my account. Thank you.

    @O2 when your support line tells you to get the app, & hangs up on you, & the app won’t connect to support staff, and trying to call back after misinformed staff screwed up your order. Do I just call my bank and tell them to stop paying you? Or do I have to raise it with @Ofcom?

    @SamsungUK Hi Samsung i brought one of your Samsung Watch4 4g As A Present For The Miss's At Xmas Not To Happy As The Battery Needs Charging 3/4 Times A Day Took Back To @O2 They Replaced With New But Same Issue Any Advice Or Do I Get My Money Back 😢 Regards RV
