@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

So @O2 have cut me off completely even after agreeing to a payment date. I’ve asked on the app chat and I’ve as yet had no reply. Why agree a date and still cut my services off and stop my extras? I can’t get any calls or texts, the mast in may area has been broken since may 17th

@O2 Yes I have tried my sim in a different phone Same problem... every area I go I always get 1 bar nothing more reception on calls is terrible! Can you please sort this out or I am considering switch networks

@O2 My original contract was done through carphone Warehouse & was handed back to you when they closed down. Do your stores still offer the service of downgrading handsets? I am finding my screen a bit too small & would like a bigger (plus size) handset instead of my iPhone 12.
