@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 it’s now been nearly 4 days that I don’t have any service after you guys accidentally barred the sim. Can’t get my head around that you can’t reactivate it and there are no other options. Tried DM you and calling numerous times but keep getting different responses

@Shane17P @O2 Is it a scam text. I received one today supposedly from Apple subscription services. I've never owned an apple phone. Scammers maybe trying to harvest your details. Go on @WhoCalledMeUK and look up the number for free

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing has worked and @O2 has had the bad speeds for 5 years now, it is nothing to do with my settings it is their equipment. I used to work for their supplier and no how slow their deployment of 4g equipment was. There is only @VodafoneUK that is worse and that's not by far.

@O2 hiya I just got a text I’ve used 80% of my data. And it will resent next month on the 11th of august. I had a bad experience with a massive bill before so want to add a bit more since I am flying to Spain on the 4th of august. I pay monthly- how can I add extra data please?

@bmcgoughx @O2 Part of me has genuinely been considering it with how annoying this has been but tbf I don’t usually have issues on O2, this is the first big one in about 4 years 😩

@O2 why isn't my number ex-directory anymore? The amount of spam callers I'm getting daily is beyond a joke. No I haven't signed up to anything. It's been since you gave me a 5g sim. Not happy. Customer services are no help either.

@Brian70362077 @O2 @WhoCalledMeUK It's in the same text thread as my normal monthly texts from them, but never had this message before. I'll just ignore it for now.
