@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 I initially phoned and was promised a confirmation email within 24hr -- never received. So I used live chat and got written confirmation and was advised to cancel DD. Then you emailed me last week saying I owed you money. Phoned to get that credited to the account. Now this.

@O2 hey o2 I have my bills up to date and I have ref number for it but still my services are restricted. Can't call Customer service on any number and myo2 app is about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. Can ya do me a favour and give me back my service?

@O2 I am beyond incandescent that after almost 30 years of loyalty to you, my service is cut off with no warning??!!! OK |I was a little late paying, but there was a good reason. Did you check? Did Customer Services wonder why I was unusually late paying? It is now paid.
