@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@gemtyler29 @O2 I have similar problem. I have lost access to my account and my mobile. I have no visibility which as a consumer rights you are entitled to as the account and mobile number belongs to you. O2 told me not to disturb them which appalling and sickening 🤮

A few months ago I had a horrendous time with @O2 however credit where credit’s due, I had absolutely fantastic service today. Well done @O2 restored my faith in the Network. 👏👏👏

@O2 Hi, I have done that multiple times. My O2 gives me a button to "Join Virgin Media", even though I already am, I click it, and am taken to "My Virgin Media", where I am already signed in, this then gives me a button saying "I am already a Virgin and O2 customer"

@O2 That link takes you to the app which I already have. I’ve spent two days on the app trying for online chat with no joy and the phones are never answered.
