@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 why are your support lines always “unusually busy”? Have you considered being honest and just saying “our lines are always busy”?

@O2 can someone contact me about issues I’m having with open discount. I’ve messaged 3 times now and keep getting the same answer that doesn’t work! Call times are over half an hour. Can someone just read the issues properly and call me please?

@asaelliott @O2 I don't buy the "phone mast not working" crap. Their service is utterly uselss EVERYWHERE these days, they've clogged up their network by adding the Virgin Media customers but without upgrading anything. It's an absolute shambles

So I received my replacement 'new' phone from @O2 through my insurance. Finding more and more faults with it. Battery life is shocking, front camera doesn't work and the finger print sensor doesn't work.

@O2 any ideas as to why nobody in the DY area West Mids can't get any signal/reception. Getting worse and worse over the last 6 weeks to the point where can't receive incoming or make outgoing calls
