    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    @O2 hi I’m trying to purchase a new Apple Watch but need to set up a DD first. Every time I ring up i get cut off. Also have a problem with my iPad and need to talk to someone about this too as only had it for 4 months

    @O2 I assumed on my bill the amount was part of my monthly phone bill, feel so upset and stupid for not noticing that I was being charged for texts for so long, but it was very sneaky! I get so many scam texts and phone calls I blocked it thinking it was a scam too.

    Seriously, @O2 fix your frigging network. 4G is bloody useless and HSPA is slower than dial up modem. I can't do jack **** using this.
