@O2 Why have you made it so that I can only log on to My O2 with 2FA by sending a code via text message? The SIM I'm using is installed in a lift emergency phone, I can't check messages on it, and now can't get into my account to pay! Ridiculous!

@deepblue1990 @O2 I regret changing back to them. I got crap signal when I was with them for 12 years and no perks because I wasn’t a new customer, even threatening to leave they had zero offers for to keep me loyal. And now I’m back on them it’s **** all signal again.
