@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 I’ve cancelled the order because, as you’ve seen, I was told it would be 1 week. Then emailed to say it was out of stock and when I enquired was told that you couldn’t tell me if it would be 2 weeks, 6 months or a year. I’m starting to regret being a customer

@O2 over 10 years being an 02 customer to just receive the service I did. No care for your customer what so ever. Sad they would rather my contract cancelled them dealing with the problem 😡
