    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    Hello, @O2, how is it that when my phone falls back to 3G the data connection is SO slow, even with three or four bars reception? Not merely ‘not 4G’ slow, but glacially ‘web pages barely load’ slow. Do your masts just give all their backend bandwidth to 4G connections now?

    @O2 @mhuncho @O2 I am simply reporting a scam incident and now I am being charged to voluntarily cancel my contract. What easy money to make hey O2? Your fraud team a one-way communication, good design to let your customer be scammed then walk away with a charge.
