@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte My wife is not on Twitter but I can DM you on here with her details. She has spoken to Customer Service this morning and they can’t even give an estimated date and said that it was due to a stock issue from @Apple but yet @O2 can still send customers one in 3 weeks??

@O2 just returned to be an O2 customer really disappointed to buy a 5G phone & find its on 4G tariff, signal is poor, impossible to speak to anyone and signing in to online account is the most frustrating thing ever 👎

What’s the deal @O2 trying to make an insurance claim but been on the phone for 45mins and spoken to 5 different advisors which keep telling me there going to transfer me through, is this something that can’t be down in the #o2 shop?
