@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

Haven’t had a phone number for nearly 4 weeks now. No service on phone since 23rd Aug 2022 @O2 the worst customer service I’ve received in a decade. Hours and hours of my life lost on the phone (friends’) & in shop, + all the potential revenue loss of course #stillunresolved
