@O2 The issue is not the £15, the issue is agent says o2 cannot change the bundle from £10 to £15 meaning I have no data for next 2 weeks, even though I change tariff online!

@O2 I am a pissed off customer. Your staff in India are scamming your customers using genuine email address, you do not care, you do not want to know. You're about to lose a lot of customers after I report this to ofcom. I imagine this will be quite devastating for you.

Respectfully @O2 as a UK based company if your call centre is going to be taken overseas, the number ONE criteria for the operatives should be understanding English. It’s extremely stupid to go through what I went through this morning to get an answer to a simple question🤬
