    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 really not happy that I’ve been billed incorrectly. I was given £20 in credit due to an issue with my service and this hasn’t been taken off my bill 😡

    @O2 Will you offer compensation for the fact there’s still no internet coverage outside of WiFi?? Second day and no coverage at all, can’t get through to anyone on phones due to “technical issues” so what’s the solution to this and when will the network be running again?

    @virginmedia @O2 I suggest we resolve this issue today, otherwise I will just go ahead with the delayed installation and then cancel as soon as I’m connected under my consumer rights - thus wasting your time and money.

    @virginmedia @O2 Please sort out the issues with your lower speed services before these claims, we have had issues with intermittent connection and really slow speed for over a year and still not resolved!!!

    Seriously @o2, I'm in the middle of Southampton and usually get 5G signal. Why is my data saying I'm on E? Oooh, just updated to H+ Just fix your appalling service without giving my any crap excuses for a change.

    @O2 I don’t know what I’m paying for? Unless I’m somewhere with WiFi I have the worst internet, anywhere I go! I’ve tried all the steps to fix and still terrible internet. Unacceptable!
