    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

Our engineers arasked CNOC for updatee on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it.

    @O2 absolutely ridiculous. Signed up to a new contact 3 days ago. So far, you’ve been unable to arrange DHL to get my new phone delivered. And now I have no phone service, and can’t be activated without the texted authentication code. Texted… to where? I have no active sim.

    @O2 Yeah they just change it. Tell you what’s funny I never used to get these calls ever till virgin swapped to O2. I’m suspecting o2 either sold my details on or someone who works there has.
