Dr David Hall (@davemhall88) reported@O2 any particular reason for the last few days I've had basically no mobile data? Barely pick up 5g in places I did before and the 4g has full signal but no data speed. Is there a fault?

Now the team when I call say they can't help me because its been past 28 days. A fault on o2 side but I lose out 🙄
