@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 hi I’m trying to purchase a new Apple Watch but need to set up a DD first. Every time I ring up i get cut off. Also have a problem with my iPad and need to talk to someone about this too as only had it for 4 months

Having to tether to my @O2 #hotspot again because #VirginMedia is unreliable, and unstable. I'd advise anyone looking to sign up to this ISP to find some other provider because Virgin will **** you over and lie to you.

@O2 why do you charge more for AIRTIME when you choose a larger storage device ? £22 for 64GB iPhone 12 mini and then £26 for a 256 version ?? 202 couldn’t help and Customer service just dumps the call - this increase also applies to Android phones too…

@O2 I know how to deal with it but shouldn't have to, I use the Sony 1 II... The problem just keeps recurring especially when moving from urban to rural areas. We've been with you since cellnet days and you've never managed to annoy us this much.

Very disappointing morning speaking with @O2 . 18 years of being a loyal customer and best they can do is £1 a month cheaper. Time to look elsewhere.
