    @O2 hi I’m trying to purchase a new Apple Watch but need to set up a DD first. Every time I ring up i get cut off. Also have a problem with my iPad and need to talk to someone about this too as only had it for 4 months

    @O2 Which meant I now have to pay an extra 5/6 days on top of when I requested the cancellation. Not only that when I rang on 7 Sept the telephone team seems to ALSO want to cancel my phone contract which was NOT what I asked. All I wanted was the iPad number completely cancelled 2/2

    Great start to a first phone with @O2 , charged twice and having to wait 5 days for a refund, an issue with the original order that nobody contacted me about and I had to chase and now the phone is out of stock after being assured it wouldn’t be.

    @iamawayrightnow @O2 I was with Tesco who use o2. Work calls started to just drop out. Spoke numerous times to Tesco and o2 - zero help. Took the chance and paid off my contract to move to EE. No issues whatsoever since 🤞

    like seriously, you tell me in a cheeky, condescending, sarcastic way to read the terms and conditions, proceed to tell me I'm incorrect then back track and say its a small percentage, (no apology) depending on the the system smh. No uniform in good customer service @O2 #puk-code

    Hey @O2 can you please stop asking your various international call centres calling me from random UK and mobile numbers to ask me if I want to be your customer? Also when I say I am happy where I am they are rude and hang up!
