    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 hi, I’ve just moved into a new flat and my O2 signal is TERRIBLE. Barely connects to 3G or 4G and doesn’t connect phone calls either. Is there a way of checking whether there is work going on or how to improve it?

    @O2 I think I’ll block the number and then get a new service provider. @O2 don’t seem to be doing a lot to block these calls from your network.

    @O2 Sorry I feel that way? What kind of insulting Priti Patel style non-apology do you call that?! I shouldn't have to 'upgrade', let alone to a worse contract, to get a Loyalty bonus that I was never told would expire. Customer service at its very worst.

    @KatitudeUK @O2 I agree. If production of a product creates CO2 and production company offsets this to create net zero effect then they could achieve the same result by closing down their business. If CO2 is an actual concern shouldn't the targets be negative?

    @O2 It's "Subway" at 121 St John's Road EH12 7SB. Yes, been able to use Wi-Fi there, but very poor service for many months.

    @O2 Can only tell you that @Tesco and @RBS_Help offer a far superior Wi-Fi service locally.
