    @O2 hi I’m trying to purchase a new Apple Watch but need to set up a DD first. Every time I ring up i get cut off. Also have a problem with my iPad and need to talk to someone about this too as only had it for 4 months

    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    @O2 My God. The O2 Network in Newport, Isle of Wight has slumped so low that it was unable to send a text….. you heard right a text of 8 words. Easily solved sending as SMS, but still that is properly useless. What’s happened @O2 ?

    @O2 @Paul22260748 Hey @O2 just admit you've stuffed this up. The company haven't been passed customer details as I am in the same position. You've breached the terms of the contract making your 14 day return policy invalid.
