  @O2 Sorry when I select the link it’s timing out due to the lack of network coverage. My Wifi has also gone down switch a different provider and have contacted them for awareness.

  @O2 how long am I meant to wait with no signal on my new sim after a PAC code was given last Saturday? I had to give the code three times over two weeks as it was and have now been without signal for almost 24 hours but still paying for two sims. Really poor service all round

  @O2 Help! My number was supposed to swap from Vodafone to 02 on the 20/12 and it still hasn’t happened despite many calls to the help centre. I have no service on my Vodafone phone and am locked out of banking etc as I can’t verify my number!
