@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 Yes , bought a i12 4 weeks ago and moved to a Sim only last night, restarted etc and there should be no disruption in service whatsoever - I was in a Covid test centre earlier and couldn’t get onto the gov website to get my test registered - appalling
