@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@O2 trying to leave but continue paying device plan as I am allowed to do. App has given me a pac code but apparently I now owe £500+ at end of month. Trying to resolve but seriously **** customer service!
