@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

@O2 Yes, 4 hours ago a vm was left. I don’t think it’s acceptable to say you’ll try again later and call back 4 minutes later. Nothing is being done to resolve my complaint and I can’t get hold of anyone to discuss getting my phone back that you are still expecting me to pay for.

@TheLoneRanger00 @O2 There’s the problem, right there. Not just advertisement, but free provision of unhealthy food too. The moment you spot the continuous bombardment of certain types of food & drink (mostly ultra-processed), it’s very hard to unsee it!

@dcomp @O2 If anyone in need of this wants some *actually* cheap data plans, you should take a look at networks like SMARTY and Three, they might not have the best network coverage (well, netiher does o2 tbh) but they're a good 50% cheaper... unlimited data for £20 👀
