@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

Well who would have thought it not only 1 but 2 O2 staff who spoke to me politely and actually helped. Thank you @O2 , not resolved my problem but hopefully on the way. Shame this level of help wasn’t available when I was actually a customer.

@O2 for someone who is a peddler of telephones you appear unwilling or unable to use said device. An hour and a half today and a wait since the 22nd of July just for a PAC code to leave this sorry organisation. Written complaint to follow 😡😡😡😡😡

Trying to get through to @O2 on the phone is like getting blood out of a stone. Why is it so hard to talk to somebody instead of a automated service that just says ‘thanks,bye’
