@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

@O2 my sisters phone was delivered without asking for ID and a neighbour who took it in November, she still not received the phone or any help from O2 after calling over 10 times and while still paying, please resolve this issue now as it’s ridiculous

@O2 Any update yet? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.
