@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

@O2 you really need to get stuff sorted sooner than expected , I’ve got told yesterday I will receive a phone call today, which I didn’t know and now I’ve been told I need to wait 3 to 5 working days to get my signal back on which is ridiculous , and I’ve been with you 4 years

. Anyone ever tried to get their phone services resumed by 02? @O2 I have spoken to 5 people; 2 did not reconnect my services & 3 did not call back when they said they would. O2 chat said it was fixed and it wasn’t. Still no service after 3 days. Should I change provider?

@O2 Hi, I want to upgrade my phone but it will not let me go below 150gb monthly data. I don’t need this much. If I was purchasing the phone new rather than upgrade it let’s me decrease the monthly data on edit my plan but not when upgrading. Please can someone help?
