Dear @O2 , you said you are upgrading the mast in cb24 area for almost two weeks now, you keep giving us different dates as to when you'll be finished, in the meantime we have almost 0% signal for calls or data , particularly annoying when for security i needed an sms token !!

@AfRetro @O2 If you have a relatively new phone, you should be able to call and text over WiFi when you're at home. But I share your frustration with the network recently, quite often I'll get 3 or 4 bars yet the backhaul is so dire there's no data, everything just times out.

@AmyTaylor_DA @O2 It’s a similar underground network to the darker online activities such as ********** rings, costly & hard to track culprits. Reporting incidents to @actionfrauduk is the best advice & contacting your bank if unfortunate to be victim to a scam(s).
