@O2 hi, I live in a rural area with no mobile signal. I would like to return my pay monthly sim which arrived today & end my contract as I'm unable to get wifi calling on my phone (the reason I took out the contract) and no signal to cancel it by phone.

@jodielouiseart @O2 O2 these past 18 months have gone downhill fast. As you say, it can tell you that you have full 4G but nothing loads. Dreadful. Been a customer since BT Cellnet says and only reason still with them is it is the only network I can use in the house

  • tescomobile Tesco Mobile (@tescomobile) reported

@leeadamwarner @O2 The link I have provided takes you to the O2 website and shows that the network is busy in the area Lee, which means your data will be slower than normal. Please follow the steps within the Deadlock letter if you remain unhappy - Laura

  • HarrietWittmann Harriet Wittmann (@HarrietWittmann) reported

@O2 For the past two weeks I haven’t been able to get my free Nero coffee. Don’t say “there is limited stock try again the next day” which seems to be your standard reply to everyone that has been asking the same thing. It has never said out of stock before these last 2 weeks.

  • realDavidMyers David Myers (@realDavidMyers) reported

@AmeliaNFFC @O2 I’m now on the phone to them to cancel my contract

  • michaelcottage Michael Cottage (@michaelcottage) reported

@O2 also, if not, is there anything I can do to keep my same O2 number but with a new customer contract?
