@ros_rosco @trishgreenhalgh @O2 Totally this. Customer contact page says use the chat, which is a useless bot. Nobody answers the phone. There's no email address. Social media is absolutely not an acceptable form of communication and should not be the primary means of getting a company's attention.

@O2 Poor customer service. One customer service agent, said they could deal with a returned device, and send a new one out tonight on my account as I’m in the 14 days period. Transferred me to another agent, and said I’d be transferred back to organise other device

@O2 I need to speak to someone urgently I cannot make or receive calls and haven’t been able to for days. Says there is a mast down near me but my partners o2 phone works perfectly. My o2 not logging me in correctly and cannot speak to anyone!! All since I came out of contract!

Poor customer service, you can never get through to them anyway. If I said to a customer, sorry I can't give you an email address you have to go online-there would be more complaints. Also I'm sure she kept putting me on mute because it went silent every so often. Disgusting @O2
