@O2 So I get asked to take this offline by O2; who now after having seen all my messages & emails & evidence 12 days on; say they can’t help me and that I need to contact O2 fraud! O2 fraud are the 1st people I spoke to & emailed (5th April…what a joke.

@O2 Congestion on the network. That’s utter bollocks. Basically your saying your infrastructure isn’t fit for purpose then. I’m only just getting 4G in most areas when other networks are getting 5G.

@O2 How is it that I constantly have no signal with O2? 5 days of the week I am in the middle of Birmingham and yet nothing. Sort your signal out! It's 2022. I made a BIG mistake switching from 3 to O2.
