    @LittleBearsDads @O2 I have the same problem; IMEI not recognised, and if entered to identity your phone in the first field, nothing happens (same when you enter serial number; only model type moves things on). Appalling website!

    @O2 been cut off 4 times now. Been trying to chat to o2 for over an hour. Been told multiple deals by different people, including Ben & Shaun in your upgrades team. Still no one has helped. Pretty sick of o2 and their terrible customer service!

    @O2 along with your continued non existent mobile connections. Now auto connect to WiFi doesn’t seem to work, and can’t connect manually as wants a phone a number to text a code to - but of course I can’t receive texts cause no signal!

    @lylo @O2 I can relate. Also the reception is poor in SW London. I moved to O2 for EU roaming but I regret it…

    @O2 The last phone couldn’t be unlocked as it was lost/stolen. Have to get a replacement. Replacement ordered but then received an email that it’s out of stock. Called again (70 attempts to get through). Was told the only thing was to wait for stock or cancel order and start again

    @O2 where is my phone. YOU have delivered it to the wrong address. Why arent you helping me, even the Leeds branch dont want to know. Apparently nobody can help. Your service is an absolutely disgusting!
