    @O2 What an absolute joke of a company since virgin media i can't access my O2 app spoken to 2 people who said they will get this issue resolved & again nothing i still can't us the O2 app because I need a virgin account ******* sort it out !!

    One week with @O2 and still no service on my phone. Now been told I gotta wait upto 7 days for the issue to be sorted. Very poor . Back to three I think #disappointing

    48 hours for @O2 to remove an IMEI bar and counting, beyond ridiculous. Moving provider has never looked more appealing.

    I feel like I'm on a complaining streak but here goes: This one is for @O2 I have been a loyal customer since the switch-over of Virgin Media customers. I barely use data. So, I've been more than happy with my £9.73/month tariff. The data is unimportant. Unlimited calls/texts is
