@O2 trying to get the code sent regarding tickets to wicked!! Why advertise when they are available and then not complete the process for your customers, tried phoning as well and no help available at all....cmon o2 sort yourselves out, not good enough at all!!

my signal has been out for a week and now says i won’t have any more updates until friday the 11th. will i get any compensation for this disruption as i am paying money for a service i can’t even get @O2

@O2 Worst customer service in the world. Tried (called 7x) to cancel sim within 14 days on my partners account (i upg instead), charged 25, told it was canceled, now have a final bill of £395.00, telling us to cancel DD which results in missed payments. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

@O2 hi, I am trying to cancel my contract, today is my 14th day. I have been in the call queue and not sure if I will get assistance as it’s telling me you close at 8. Any way I can extend cancelation thru tomorrow?

Counting down the days until I can join another network and ditch @O2 Im convinced they’re throttling my data speeds because im on a higher tariff. Tried my sim in other unlocked devices and get the same speeds so it’s not my phone. It’s like having AOL dialup

@O2 sick to the death of the poor customer service from this godawful phone provider. I’m currently abroad, no way to contact people and blocked from using my phone services for no reason at all. AVOID! #o2

@dresdeb @O2 Yes. I live in SW MK and reported a problem in September. Got monthly texts saying they were working on it until Friday when I received a text saying it should be resolved. Seems ok at the mo. Maybe they knocked out part of your service to fix mine!
