    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus

    Who remembers when @O2 customer service was good? Since the merger with the appalling @virginmedia it's been absolutely diabolical. Trying to help a vulnerable relative, been on hold for 45 minutes 🤮🤮🤮 to reset his password. Shameful.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Exactly. They all share one network of masts now so no-one has an incentive (or an ability) to provide a better service

    @O2 @TomTugendhat It’s tosh in Cambridgeshire too the past year there’s barely anything unless you go up the garden which is piss poor if your disabled and housebound

    @TomTugendhat @O2 The issue is the mobile companies raise prices mid contract and end of contract in line with RPI but signals and services in areas remains woeful

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.
