    @O2 please explain to me who decides what is fair usage on an unlimited data package? And why if you are on an unlimited data package it’s not actually unlimited? Awful customer service and mobile provider.

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    @O2 appreciate your help. Not able to get through anyone on the chat. I've already paid my bill and got a notification to pay again. This needs to be resolved and corrected in your system that is sending me reminders.
