    Let’s tell the tale of @O2 “Ultimate” package, supposedly its ultimate offer. I took O2 up on it and received precisely zero mobile data. I asked them to fix the problem. They assured me they would investigate and sort it out. What happened next? They cut my phone off completely. I have gone from having no mobile data to having no service at all. What on earth is O2 doing? This is not an “Ultimate” service. It is an ultimate shambles. Sort it out, O2.

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    @willmcgugan @O2 when they have too many customers, they stop caring. not only mobile operators, all of them service providers.

    @O2 wtf is going on with the signal recently? Status checker says nothing wrong anywhere, but my 1-2 bars of 4G that is useless say otherwise, sick of paying money to get no signal

    @O2 why is it no matter where I am in the uk there’s always a problem with streaming or phone signal! You’re supposed to be the best coverage out there but it’s a daily occurrence

    It's scary how **** mobile coverage is in the UK. My Internet is down and using 5G is comparable to dial up. Sort it out @O2
