    @o2 Now I am receiving threatening messages to say my account is going to be suspended, I owe additional charges and my credit rating will be affected. I am 6 days post partum and was v poorly giving birth having me rushed into hospital as an emergency. I do not need this.

    @danjaydubya @mattstingray @O2 Me too. I’ve had some compensation for it but now on full tariff and worse than ever. Won’t load anything and on the odd occasion that it does, slow as. I’ve come to hate it.

    @O2 I'm trying to sign up for a SIM card online but when it goes to verify my identity with my card it doesn't work. I've used both my cards but they're not working

    Beyond Disgusting and Disgraceful cus service. 3 days trying to sort out SIM NOT PROVISIONED.Just spent £17 on Landline and guess what? We'll call you within 3 days. If you're thinking of coming over to o2. Just DON'T @O2

    hi @O2 i am still owed £659 for an iphone i bought from you which never got delivered which i requested a refund for, in APRIL. countless times i have called, gone into multiple of your stores and still nothing has been advanced please i am a 21 year old student thanks

    @wheat_daddy @O2 @O2 signal very poor down in Salisbury also, drains phone battery. Looking at changing which is again a shame, have been with you for years.

    @O2 what is going with your phone signal right now? It’s the worst it’s been for me in the 11 years I’ve been with you. Constant drop outs, ****** internet services won’t go above 2 bars. I’m paying over 100 pound a month for this garbage phone service. Somerset based no signal
