    @O2 I haven’t had any signal in my own home for 2 weeks and when I check online it says there won’t be an update until the 10th of June. How is that acceptable for a paying customer? I’ve missed an extremely important medical call back because they can’t get through to me

    @O2 Not really..every hour or so the signal might jump up, but right now, for example, I have zero bars.

    @O2 I was a VM customer, i signed up for Volt, asked about promotions and was told to speak to O2 - O2 said wrong info talk to VM, called Vm told promotions 4 new customer only cancelled the order, got bill by o2, resolved but now have just got another 02 bill I don’t have contract!

    @O2 No. I'm.saying that I've been away all week and have had terrible signal in all areas mentioned,,even while on well known motorways where signal has been good previously. Locally to where i live, I cannot get good 4g signal and only 1 or 2 bars reception which drops often

    To try to save £££ I swapped from @O2 to @ThreeUK but now I don't have my number and both are charging me, lied to by customer service #thanks

    So @O2 delivered one of the texts I sent to my mum on Friday at 4am this morning. Her sister is ill in hospital so she thought it was the ward contacting her with bad news. 😡 Meanwhile texts from the £50 backup phone I got from @ThreeUK are now working perfectly. 👍

    As if things couldn’t get much worse..@O2 have cut me off due to unusual charges on my account as a result of £213 worth of calls to @WizzAirUK_W9 trying to resolve the issues of my flight/holiday cancellations! Thanks again @WizzAirUK_W9!

    @O2 URGENT, have reported fraud on my account twice, it’s my daughter’s phone. Both times told by your rep to cancel direct debit. Now get notice that account overdue and O2 have cut the calls and data. My daughter is travelling late tonight and cannot use her phone.
