@O2 hello the app and the website are down for 48hs already. ETA for the service to be available again? Please be aware that transparency is one of the best traits for a company. No information about what is happening just damages the image more.

@O2 I need access to my O2 bills (Jan-Mar) for VAT payments. (The emails you send take me there and do not, of course, help). Your site is still down. Do you have a definite time for renewed working? If not, I trust you will pay the HMRC late payment fine for me.

@TheSun @O2 been awaful with mobile signal too. Awful reception in parts only London. Always showing works carried out in the area and nothing seems to me don’t about it. @EE looking at switching my business over.
