@O2 please tell me how to get help with changing my monthly contract to pay as you go whilst retaining my number, without having to sit on hold for hours and be transferred between department…. Or have my call dropped due to bad signal (on my O2 mobile).

This is getting worse and now beyond ridiculous and I’m paying o2 £40 a month for this garbage service I’m seriously thinking about taking the complaint higher to trading standards I’ve had enough @O2

Just love being on hold for 20 mins to then be hung up on. Stellar service from @O2. Crap signal, crap customer service. Glad I signed up for a contract 🙄
