    @pollyesta73 @O2 Actually starting to think they have been taken over by a group of crooks just taking are money! From signal to customer service the whole company is shocking! And there’s nothing we can do !! I’d rather they just terminate my contract but they want silly money to do that

    @Sarj007 @O2 WTF! I often work from home in my job and can take payments, I don't even work in the billing team. I went to EE, had no issues whatsoever, customer service was too class.

    @O2 Why am I not getting network at the following postcode ME17 1RE, it says there is a mast issue, but this has been bad in that area since we joined you back in September last year! Sort it out

    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @O2 I have tried to contact you re a billing issue for a number of hours yesterday, and over the past few weeks. You are taking money from my account unauthorised. Do I just cancel the direct debit and take it up with @Ofcom ????
