@O2 hi, I was attempting to claim my free tastecard using my o2 priority supplied code, but I am getting error messages saying there is an error with the supplied redemption code. I had previously had a tastecard account years ago, is there anything you could do to help ?

Leave work early to make it to @O2 store in Ealing to be told they are closed at 5:30 cos the have 3 people in the store for contracts. An hour before the advertised time. I’m cancelling both my lines and getting my family to cancel their. @VodafoneUK here we come

Why does @O2 think it’s okay to: - Debit my account when I have cancelled my contract? - Insist I go into a store because it has failed to ensure it holds the correct data for me to access its customer service line? - Not call me when it said it will in response to my complaint?

@O2 uSwitch O2 32GB 12 months = £8, not available for existing customer. My contract is up and the "best" offer is 10GB 12 months £16!!! Is this even legal???!
