    @O2 I have been trying to upgrade and also bring someone else on to my contract. I wasn’t happy with the costings and also the way it was dealt with. A customer service manager was supposed to get back to me with 72 hours on Wednesday. I have had not contact.

    Really unimpressed with @O2 Contact Centre customer service. Working in customer service myself, I know changing a direct debit date shouldn't take 30 minutes with 2 agents, a dropped call, being called back, and then being told I need to call again tomorrow This should be 2 mins

    @O2 Hi there, I noticed my phone is becoming slow when charging does that mean battery is knackered? Usually its charged by now and on Sunday it took longer than usual. Today seems to be the worse. - Francesca Wood

    @Peteish @O2 Yeah. I had that problem with an iPad that I wanted to pay off early. They removed it from my account but didn’t take payment. Then I got threatening letters but there was literally no way to pay. Took ages and multiple staff members to find someone to fix it. Very stressful
