@NealShepperson @AdamRutherford @O2 When I switched away from EE, their customer retention department had me on hold for over forty minutes. When I finally spoke to somebody I asked them if they really expected me to stay with the company after that. He gave me the PAC code straight away.

Put a complaint in to @O2 last week due to bad signal and network issues, get a response back today and now have no signal/service whatsoever. Yet on your website, it says the network is ‘Good’… No wonder I’ve put a complaint in🙄
