    @O2 when is your priority app going to be working? It’s been over a week and nothing and can’t login. I call Customer services and waste of time as they can’t help. Awful service

    @O2 As a computer engineer with a master's degree, this explanation struck me as ridiculous. As a customer who has purchased dozens of iPhones, several iPads, three Macbooks, an Apple Watch, AirPods, etc., this is the first time you've surprised me in a negative way.

    @miniblob_dnr @LUDENClassics @O2 I’ve never had a problem, switched from Vodafone 6yrs ago as they wouldn’t let me pay my bill

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.

    @O2 Sort your service out so I can pay my bills, app doesn't work, direct debit hasn't been taken. Can't take it over the phone. It's been a shambles for months! Trying to pay and oh guess what, I can't and I'm about to be cut off again 🙃

    @O2 @Gary_Polley I dont beleve owt o2 say anymore ..dm is rubbish .still no reply after a month ..and a bill for a service i was told 3 times had finished ..

    @O2 just some feedback - your blue Monday offering is terrible not a fan of spin the wheel. Can you change back the offering or ask your partnerships team to find better quality partnerships?

    @O2 Following link on priority for Sienna Spiro Manchester 02/03 and keep getting Ticketmaster page saying presale is happening now, but no option to buy. Same for other artists. Want to try and get Muse tickets tomorrow. How can I resolve the issue. No VPNs, blockers etc used.
