Jade (@Jade66755388) reported@O2 Avoid at all costs! Put in a complaint about the non existent signal at home to be told a ridiculous response time. When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!

Thank you for £25 off my £25 bill but this is getting ridiculous now. Ì've until recently paid £60pm for years

It's a massive scam where you're obliged to pay a fortune for a service that doesn't work..it's not just 02 it's all of them.

John (@JRSC01) reported@O2 Also saying i was a great customer with good credit rating and asked me if i was happy, said no i can never get a data reception, she immeduantly told me, i havve reported that to my team and they will get that fixed in the next 24 hours!
