    Stay away from @O2 prevented me from using my phone and data for a week. Done **** all to fix it and two replies in a week. Time to report them

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 What phone are you using? Most phones from the last 5+ years support eSIMs! If yours does, you could be set up in under 2 minutes — no store visit, no paperwork, no SIM tray needed.

    @BlueChefCTID @O2 @1903bw Naff all service anywhere - struggled to use my phone for anything around Brighton yesterday, but same everywhere in the UK really. Leaving again the minute my 'contract' ends!!!

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @O2 I have transferred to o2 but my number transfer hasn't been scheduled (I entered all of the details correctly and it's on the system). It's very difficult to get help with this. Can you help?

    Where's my refund @O2? Absolutely disgusting that you tell me I'm getting a refund and 14days later I still don't have it. Also you are going to owe me for this month too as you still haven't replaced the mast so it still doesn't work most of the time! #evidenceforombudsman
