    @O2 love the fact that O2 send a validation code by text for guest Wi-Fi…..reason for using guest Wi-Fi is no phone signal!

    @O2 please can you respond to my DM ASAP. I have been more than patient by giving you a week to resolve the fact I have no service due to an error on your part, but this is getting ridiculous now. I have missed calls and texts from my doctors because of this @MarkEvansO2 @Ofcom

    @O2 are absolutely useless! Can't stress how cross I am with the lack of service and the stupid restrictions that prevent working people receiving parcels. Ended up cancelling my brand new tablet and potentially canceling a phone tomorrow if they can't get their act together!

    @O2 just sent me a notification that 5g was now available on my plan for free. That would be fantastic, the problem is I can barely get 4G and 3g is almost none existent at all here so i'd rather they gave me one of them first!
