    @O2 my SIM has been deactivated early before my replacement arrived. I was told I’d keep service until I inserted the new SIM, but I now have no signal at all and cannot call support. Please urgently reactivate my old SIM

    @O2 I have had 3+ weeks of limited to no signal at my house. People unable to contact us. Despite you working on the nearest equipment at SO21 1HA. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    @O2 signal has been trash for months and not been able to make a phone call from my house for the last week. I live in Manchester not somewhere with no towers. £41 a month.

    @O2 Hi, I have been in Guadeloupe, French West Indies since February 23rd 2026. I got a text saying I have a maximum of 25 GB of roaming allowance included in my tariff. My 02 app doesn't work anymore so I can't monitor my usage. Can you help me see where I am at?

    Very upset with how @O2 treat customers who have been with them a long time. I have had an ongoing complaint since Aug 25. Can’t seem to get a call back or even a response from the social media team. Disappointed is an understatement.

    @O2 Yeh it works .had no reply though .sent the problem and nothing, zilch, not a responce what so ever.but wouldnt expect anything different these days
