    @O2 18 hours now O2. I can't call you because as soon as I enter the old number it diverts to a payment only line. I try customer services from a different phone, same. Online chat? Relevant team's too busy. Twitter? Do as instructed, still don't get a response. Wonder why I left...

    Why is @O2 so poor in the PR6 area? Both my private and work mobile struggle. And when I say PR6 area, I struggle in alot of the NW of England.

    @SqueakySays @O2 I’ve just signed up for a new broadband contract with BT (carrying on from previous ones) and now am inundated with demands to send my “4G mini hub “ back (haven’t got one, never had one) and no way to tell them that. #notjustO2

    @Cyber_Betty @O2 I have been with them for 15year, and they have just got worse. Most of my conversations get interrupted by being cut off due to signal. Data is slower than a nailed down slug.
