    The is very cathartic after 25 years with @O2 I’ve left for @VodafoneGroup the o2 customer care and support is utterly woeful. And having given them so many chances I’ve had enough, so over to you vodaphone can you step up

    @O2 The problem is the recycle, which is a 3rd party. O2 needs to take ownership of this problem. The practice of opening up a phone & providing no evidence of Screenburn, only say so is not practice of a reputable company. There's multiple posts on various forums about this.@GBNEWS

    @O2 Any update on #VOLT changes? O2 Community site has been saying that O2 in one name / VM in another at same address issue will be fixed in Q1.....have tried asking over there and no updates......TIA
