@O2 @_neyneyy I've been having this problem for two days. I am unable to work and losing money. Tried calling o2 but the recorded message refers me to website which won't load. Tried chatting to o2 via app, but keeps saying no agents available. Is there an issue? I'm at PL1 5DG.

Keep seeing people posting their thanks about gifts from @O2 when I don’t have proper signal or service and keep getting messages saying the local mast which has been down since last summer is still out of order and I’m having to pay my monthly bill as I’m still in contract😡

@O2 @O2 I did managed to speak to an advisor who’s system was working and the advisor was able to help me but the number I gave the advisor wasn’t an O2 number it’s completely invalid.💔
