    @O2 Absolutely awful service from O2. Ordered a phone on the 29th November. Had the wrong phone delivered. Sent it back via their returns process, organised by O2. The phone was delivered back to O2 by Royal Mail on the 6th December. Yet I am still without a phone, O2 won't help!

    @o2 @TSScot It's been 6 days since my tweet and only Samsung have DM'd me about this issue. Fact of the matter is that O2 & Samsung are mis-selling the Galaxy Watch 5, O2 even charging for function that simply don't work even Samsung has admitted this!

    @O2 Any update on when your going to support the Google pixel watch LTE in the UK having spoken to Google it appears that O2 are the ones holding this up for people
