    Nice work by @O2 changing my tariff today. Very quick. Been screwing me over for years tbf. I only realised when EE offered me kajillion GBs for a third of the gold bullion I shipped to O2 each month (and had been doing for 15 years). Feel like a cool customer on me new deal tho.

    Dear @O2, Today, we had a powercut, which, in turn, highlighted a big issue. The issue? A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

    @O2 so after upgrading my phone on Tuesday I still can’t make or receive calls hours wasted in the shop and on helpline. What an utterly abysmal service, I’m self employed and need my phone sorted.

    @O2 Thanks for the reply. Seems you don't support that like many other carriers do which would save customers a lot of time and effort. Maybe one you can put to your team for a suggested improvement or make the esim swap available through your app which some providers do.
