    @O2 I’m IT literate. Have done all this countless times. Local O2 shop confirms that I have this issue. A common complaint in this area where they say the mast doesn’t work/is getting fixed, and/or whatever else. The problem is endemic and I feel that I am paying O2 for 0

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    3 Days no service, I am 70, disabled, and your still lying saying its a Mast problem when my phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED. I cannot make an urgent call and your chat team say they can't help. @O2

    No internet coming upto 30days from your service, three attempts for a technician to call us for no call to ever be made, and now just been hung up on by your call handlers. @O2 what's going on why can't we get a technician or even our internet sorted? All calls are recorded.

    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!
