Soo @O2 support is useless. I want to cancel an order, of which they can't because it's in the warehouse (Which happens automatically) and they've told me to reject a parcel, which I won't be able to identify because it's inside a box... I have other stuff due at the same time 🔫

@knobalob @O2 If they don’t do anything still now, contact fca to get out of your contract. The contract states it should provide you a service hence your paying for it but if doesn’t, yeah. I have contact details for someone from fca if want it. I would fight for any money you paid so far too

@O2 waiting for my zero bill for this month, after poor mobile network. Loosing business! Other users have received refunds.

@O2 Hey! I want to cancel an order (I've changed my mind) can I do that on the website? I can't find it.

@O2 @TelefonicaUK @o2businessuk - I have repeatedly asked for compensation; O2 took out money illegally from my bank account when I am not even a customer during a pandemic; after being promised a cheque, this still hasn't arrived; promised call backs - never occur.

@O2 Well I believe myself and many other O2 customers in my area are having similar problems. I keep getting missed calls from my customer's, as no signal. Not acceptable.

Hi @O2 as you’re aware I’ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay £60 a month for a phone I can’t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab 👍🏻

@O2 and @EE your mobile broadband service tonight is awful. I can barely load a web page let alone stream a film or even music. When is this going to improve?
