Just been into @O2 and had appalling service. First time this has ever happened in my many years being a customer. Even considering not renewing my contract. If anyone knows of a mobile service who do family plans let me know

@ihavtoo @O2 I’m having issues with upgrading the watch I currently have, the upfront cost gets taken, I get an order confirmation screen with the order number but then immediately get a text and email stating the payment didn’t go through and they’ve had to cancel the order and the item stays in my basket and when I try progressing it myself it says I have no direct debit setup, however on the advisors side it says the order has gone through and they have to hit the cancel button on their side

@O2 I have had an official complaint lodged with you for months. The sim you are charging me for has never worked. You said you would call to cancel it but you never call and if i try to contact you your team can’t help. Yet you continue to charge me. Sort it out quickly please.
