Absolutely disgusted @O2 texted them for leaving costs to cancel my husbands contact. £0. Got a pac code and transfered a couple of days later. Now they want £20? Oh and £6 for a late payment? The contract was only £16 and a tenner of that was disney plus (which we cancelled!)

@O2 Hi, Setup a monthly plan this week via virgin media and my number was ported yesterday morning. Getting "Your o2 account is not activated" within my o2. Called customer support and was told it would be sorted within 24 hours of port but that has now passed. Could you help?

@O2 since yesterday i don’t have data on my phone, I turn it off and on again and still doesn’t work. I checked on your website and it says it should be working fine in my area. Is there any way you could help me?

@Bk_yourway @O2 I’m away to cancel also. I wouldn’t have been so bothered if there had been a communication sent out but there’s been nothing.

@o2 what’s happened guys. Used to be so good but now…. Not able to upgrade for months, now I ask for a PAC code and the code is wrong, along with the expiry date etc. Really poor.
