@virginmedia Spoken to them lots of times. They just say to turn phone off and on again. It's since VM went over to @o2 that the service has been bad. Read the thousands of complaints online about this.

@O2 i've been trying since 14 may to assess and update my spend cap via live chat. This still has not been confirmed/resolved. Please can you contact me. This a simple thing that should not take weeks to sort out! Poor customer service.

@virginmedia @O2 Why would I do that. I'm a VM customer ! It's your responsibility to support your customers. It's your decision to move to O2 that caused the issues.

@O2 I'm not a direct O2 customer, I'm with VM. Since they moved their virtual network to yours the service has been awful. Not sure what you can directly do to help.????
