    @O2 I should say that O2 have now sorted the issue so we got there eventually. So does make them much better than my telecoms arch-nemesis sky.

    @O2 I have had problems with the greggs vouchers on two occasions. They say for bacon rolls but then do not work

    Who, was unaware of it, until it was highlighted by a member of the service providers team? I think I'm due some compensatory reimbursement for lost income pf almost 50% is a huge amount of business to lose isn't it @O2?

    @O2 managed to speak to Chloe, a 'manager' in the Refresh team in January who asked for photos then couldn't be bothered to reply once I'd sent them, to be told by another inept member of Refresh staff, my complaint had been closed it's MARCH22 and it wasn't remotely closed...2/3

    @o2 3 days now without a network service due to sim transfer, still can't make or receive calls. Utterly appalling. I'm out of the country this weekend - how am I supposed to be contacted by my parents while they're caring for my children?! What are you doing to fix it?!

    Hi @O2, I had an email last week telling me my tariff would go up in September (which I want to challenge or leave the network) yet my next bill has doubled without warning. I can't get through on the phone & MyO2 isn't letting me log in. Any advice please?
