@O2 hi I am having issues trying to log into “my o2” app. It keeps taking me to the virgin media to link the 2 but the email address is not correct to connect them.

@O2 Have tried calling and no luck either. Even with multiple cards / bank accounts for a new direct debit. Seems I’m not the only person with this issue. Was also promised a call back but no one did after the agent advised they were going to escalate the issue.

@O2 how terrible is 02 priority, biggest money making scam. Join 02 get priority for tickets etc. Oh but you don’t because IT DOESN’T WORK. Waste of time, waste of your own marketing.

The service I’ve received from @O2 has been so bad that I’ve decided to move to a different provider. If anyone can recommend a network with good coverage in north london, I’d appreciate it.

Just been into @O2 and had appalling service. First time this has ever happened in my many years being a customer. Even considering not renewing my contract. If anyone knows of a mobile service who do family plans let me know

@O2 Shockingly appalling, as a Deaf customer your hard work. Your team's said I can disconnect a number with £40 owing on a device plan, you would send a final bill. What turns up an enforcement notice only 8 days after requesting the disconnect. Have proof, might get a solicitor!

@BPCP91 @O2 Yes and it says this part of the order has been sent and can’t cancel. Some as someone else has mentioned have got DPD notifications in the DPD app. I haven’t but they also use DHL as a courier

@O2 no phone service now since 12 September, no one told me my phone had been compromised, I found out yesterday after going to a shop what a rubbish provider
