    @_unidropout @O2 I'm on Tesco Mobile (wife works in their pharmacy so it's a steal) have definitely been noticing. Got a new SIM and had the antenna checked thinking it was a fault at my end. Can't set foot outside a town centre and retain signal lately. Nightmare.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I was on on a boat out in the med off the coast of Turkey and got perfect 5g. Half a mile from my house in Lincoln and I don’t get a signal on o2. It really is a crap service

    @TeamAriana @O2 Team Ariana, please help me. I didn't get a ticket for the London concerts, and resale tickets are very expensive. I am a huge fan from France and my heart is broken.

    @O2 it's not just today - it's months, and EVERYONE on O2 in/around AL5 2RU is the same. Every O2 device in my household is the same. You need to fix the RAN. It started a few months back. Even when the O2 APP shows the problem, O2 says "Computer Says No". Sort your network out.

    @O2 hi, my O2 Virgin Media account is locked. I've rung twice over the past month to get in unlocked, the team member says they've raised a ticket, but it is still locked. I need to access my account. What the issue?

    Hi @O2 Please can you provide an email address to make a complaint to? I've tried using the online form and it keeps saying there is a technical error and to try later. I suspect there is a character limit, but this isn't confirmed on the page. Thank you
