    @O2 I organised to send my phone to you with o2 recycle and am awaiting packaging, or even an address to send it to. My quote has now expired and I have been unable to send the phone. Please renew the quote immediately - I should not be losing money because of your poor service.

    @O2 Yes it was . I’ve called perhaps 10 times and I’m still waiting . Last time I called I asked for a manager to call me / this was perhaps a week ago - I was told I’d get a call back in 48 hours - nothing . I’ve raised a complaint - nothing . I’ve emailed fraud - no reply . V poor

    @mikeyroberts81 @O2 Its a fault with android phones. If you go to your PlayStore and uninstall "android system webview" that will solve the problem!

    @O2 Hi, my issue is that my phone isn’t working properly, it’s not receiving any signal, I have tried to speak to someone on the chat function in the app however the person I am talking to is trying to advise me to claim on my insurance when it should in fact be under warranty.

    @MarkEvansO2 @O2 Nonsense. Who do think believes this tosh. I have to hang out of an upstairs window to even get the weakest of 2G signals. Someone in your organisation is not telling you the truth about how they provide a service.

    @tescomobile @O2 don’t even cover where I’ve moved to. Neighbours say the area has had no network coverage for well over the ten years they’ve lived here. @O2 do nothing about it. They don’t care.

    @O2 looking at getting a new phone for my daughter we just logged into your page and we’ve seen we’ve been being charged £3 per week by Demon Games which we know nothing about can you help with info about this?
