@O2 Zero connectivity on your 'MyO2 app' all day, resorted to 47 minutes on hold. Your lovely agent tried to access my account - zero connectivity. No information online or via web page as to what the prob is.... for a comms company - very poor service today

@O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

@O2 had such a terrible customer service experience. My dad tried to change his contract to a new sim only deal only to then be set up on the completely wrong contract. Received a text the next day saying an iPhone 14 would be delivered

Worst decision to move to @O2 … never any signal and mobile data speed is horrendous … pointless having a decent phone when it’s hindered by the service provider ! Only 20 months till I can leave 🙈 #Horrendous
