    Hi @O2 your 3G coverage now is virtually unusable inside or outside at pretty much any location.. You are not providing the service I am paying for and I want this sorting… I have caring responsibilities so my phone not working is a big problem and you don’t seem interested…

    @O2 been in Italy since last night and still no service. have tried every troubleshooting step online and no luck. shouldn’t have any roaming bars on the account but can’t call as no service nor is the web chat working

    @altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

    @O2 been an O2 customer for many years but not experienced sustsined 0% coverage. Attended Royal Intl Air Tattoo on Saturday and once on site at RAF Fairford had no comms (voice/data/SMS) from arrival at 06:30 until on way home at 18:45! My wife is on EE and no issues?

    @O2 I purchased a new phone, I’ve had no signal for 2 days. I went into the O2 shop who couldn’t help me and called your customer care line on a friends phone, who promised me a call back (I’m not sure how, I don’t have a working number) - can someone help me?

    @O2 Whats with the horrific signal service? I've had zero data where I live and can no longer make calls!!! Its been going on for MONTHS!

    @O2 someone is apparently trying to access my account right now. Customer service is not easy reach on phone, sent a DM to, before someone does something weird there.
