@virginmedia @O2 we have yet to receive our 02 sim card that was part of a bundle ordered on 27th January and delivered today. 02 have no record of the account and going round in circles trying to get through whatsapp support. Can someone help

@O2 How comes pay as you go SIMs cancels down after six months but pay monthly sim only don’t cancel down after six months? Unless the customer requests to cancels it or it’s cancelled down to bad debt.

@O2 so you're telling I'm to to pay through the teeth for my contract when yous know that the mast is down linwood area has been for a year. Yeah ill be taking my evidences and of vile customer servie to the ombudsman. i refuse to to continue to pay for services I'm I don't get.

So @O2 sell me SIM only deal with 12 month subscription to Amazon Prime Video. Discovered today the link they sent me was for paid subscription, not free one?! So that's why Amazon have been taking credit out of my account. And now problems setting up another subscription 😠
