@O2 would be nice to have the call re my grade rather than the emails being sent otherwise another customer will be lost! 3 call backs I’ve requested!

  • gothgirlgrey GothGirlGoneGrey (@gothgirlgrey) reported

@O2 Yes, it's scarier when your O2 service is that poor you can't make a call or access the Internet. Logged everyday sinve 5th Jan. Automated texts to say no problem in the area. Social Media messages ignored. If I paid the bill and not my employer I'd be cancelling my DD. Pathetic

  • pauldevenish Paul 🏳️‍🌈🇬🇧🇸🇪 (@pauldevenish) reported

Hi @O2 👋 Are there any problems with the mobile network in the #Chelmsford area (CM1, CM2 CM3). As I haven't managed to send any emails or log into apps in the last hour.

  • Deej701 Deej70 (@Deej701) reported

@O2 Some folk asking for a better signal. I'd like an actual signal I'm lucky to get h+ takes ages for pages and apps to open if they even do.

  • ItssChar_ char. 🤟🏼 (@ItssChar_) reported

@O2 are a joke! Been with them so many years I can’t even remember but having nothing but trouble recently. 🤬 Been cut off when bills have been paid, try call them & the automated voice is saying I owe nout got no texts to say anything… Then speak to someone to be LAUGHED @….

  • _JacobDrew Jacob (@_JacobDrew) reported

O2 have now hung up on me twice while I’ve asked about an upgrade. The most recent time is when I asked to speak to the management to complain. @O2 is this the sort of customer service you expect to give your long term customers???

  • mistatechnical Nick Yates (@mistatechnical) reported

@O2 your network is a joke. My phone has a 4G signal but the signal doesn’t allow calls, data or messages. This still hasn’t been dealt with in over 3 months and now my watch has mysteriously lost my e sim and you want to charge me to try and re add it.

  • barliemow Charlie Percy (@barliemow) reported

@tescomobile No thanks, been down that road before. I will now only correspond by email. Again in the 4 days I’ve been with @O2 they’re customer service has out shone your so called customer service by a thousand times.
