    @SerenaMann69 @O2 @England There’s no need for that language. You’ve been with them for a day, give it a couple days for them to fix it as they usually resolve network outages pretty quickly. Plus, don’t take it out on their customer services. It’s down to the engineers.

    @virginmedia Only happen on o2 my app/website. Only at my home. Works everywhere else. Also been told cloudfront issue that @o2 uses.

    @O2 funnily enough, not being a total spanner, your network status checker was the first place i went. it says the same thing as it did 3 days ago, and every day since - mast not working, engineers likely on it. no further info. beginning to not believe the 'likely' bit

    @O2 can you tell me what you are doing about the ridiculous data speeds in ML3 6BU. It's the town centre if Hamilton. I've filed several reports via the "My Network" app and heard nothing back. I'd like someone to acknowledge there's and issue and what you're doing about it.

    Hi @O2 how can you offer a deal through one advisor then the exact same deal is lower with another advisor ? @MartinSLewis This seems unethical pricing behaviour ? Website 1 price, online chat 2 differing prices ? Anyone else have this issue with @o2 or other phone companies ?
