    @O2 we are a new customer and trying 2 port # across but have been on phone for over an hour twice today to be told systems are down so can I call back? On top of that my new My O2 account has a different (not mine) security no. which a code gets texted to for verification

    @O2 I think all 02 customers should en masse suspend there payments until 02 get their act together 6 months I've been arguing with them to give me the service I pay for and need due to ill health and I'm being fobbed off and from what I've seen I'm not the only one

    @chris_davies11 @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “syncunlocks” on Instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @O2 @becky_snellin How long is it going to take you to sort the problems that this company has got compensation to all your customers and a mass exodus from you is another problem your going to have to deal with. Breach of contract let's see what happens

    @O2 I am unable to update details in my account. I can login on A browser but somehow you have the wrong email address and mobile number registered, so I can't receive verifications to update my details. Because my email is somehow wrong I can't login on the app.

    @O2 Hello I'm trying to cancel my insurance which you can only do by calling customer service which as you know isn't possible right now because your systems are still down. How can I do it please?
