    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Do not switch to o2 theres a reason their cheaper their signal is awful im o2 wifes EE she always has signal i dont. I've been o2 for about 20 years the minute my contracts up im off

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

    @1903bw @O2 They can't, they've been told about it *checks date 5 months ago. They broke it and don't know how to fix it, I have complaint reference numbers but worthless unless they actually fix their customer account portal Can't wait to be shot of them

    Shocking that we are in 2026 and yet the south west of the UK (Cornwall) still doesn’t get signal! Get with it @O2

    @SophiePrestonHa @O2 Try the Telephone Preference Service. It doesn't always work, you can report the callers but the TPS can't always trace the company. As I have found out several times!

    Can someone explain to me what #smartphones are supposed to do? I’ve got 4G and 3 bars on @O2 network and yet satnav or banking app won’t work and as for actually speaking to another mobile!!!….don’t get me started on that…

    @O2 - Account locked. Still waiting on someone contacting me about my o2 account being locked. Time to give up on this poor service and speak to the shop I purchased my phone from.
