    @o2 why does your wevsite and my order confirmation email not include a delivery date for a new iPhone? If my new phone doesn’t areive next friday then i’ll be cancelling it as knowing how crap you lot are i’ve hedged my bets and pre ordered from Vodafone also.

    @O2 after 12 years of being with o2, you'd think being able to use your phone would get easier, but nope, can't use my phone anymore when not connected to WiFi. Paying stupid amount for a phone I can never use anymore in public.
