    @O2 I have transferred to o2 but my number transfer hasn't been scheduled (I entered all of the details correctly and it's on the system). It's very difficult to get help with this. Can you help?

    @O2 Hi, I have been in Guadeloupe, French West Indies since February 23rd 2026. I got a text saying I have a maximum of 25 GB of roaming allowance included in my tariff. My 02 app doesn't work anymore so I can't monitor my usage. Can you help me see where I am at?

    @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor
