    @O2 trying to cancel my SIM for my iPad as it doesn’t work where I live, even though I’ve been paying it for the last year and a half without being able to use it. Tried calling to cancel, was on hold for 11 minutes then you hung up. Absolutely appalling customer service!

    @O2 what an absolute shamble of a company your customer service is absolutely shocking cancelling my Apple Watch without my knowledge and then saying it’s my fault and saying I owe money now. This have been going on for months now
