@O2 Is supposed to be reliable. Assured me to be on their service by 31/3/22 and still nothing. Meanwhile my giffgaff stopped working as @O2 transferred my number.... Would be nice to have some explanation ASAP!!!!

@O2 I'm currently on an online chat that's lasted over an hour to do a simple thing. Prior to that I waited ages in a call centre queue, only to be hung up on when I finally got through to the person who might have been able to help. I didn't want to spend half my day on this.
