    Can someone explain to me how, if you are an @O2 pay as you go customer, you don’t get access to the “big bundle deals” that new customers get, ie 3 times more data for the same price?

    I gather that @virginmedia now have a deal with @O2 mobile.Since this happened, the mobile data has been awful around most places I go around Surrey.Can VM please revert back and postpone the Volt service until O2 is able to provide a proper service. Perhaps @Ofcom can help you?

    @O2 Why is there such terrible signal with O2 in Carshalton? The engineers just say you are working on it but there’s no date for you to do this. Why?? This is not what I expected when I switched to you.

    @O2 my elderly dad emailed your Complaints Review Service on Weds 26/10 and again yesterday. Your own 'Customer Complaints Code': 'We'll send you an acknowledgement of your complaint straight away and get the investigation started.' Nothing back from them whatsoever - why?
