@O2 Hey, this is not working for us. She is no longer an o2 customer. We are trying to unlock an iphone 6 she had from a contract with you guys some years back. Is there any way of just sending you the imei number to get this unlocked? Thanks.

@O2 must say i am not very happy with the way you deal with customer complaints bit off a joke you put an offer on that you can only pick fom a shop you could not get the same offer online very dumb move in the middle of a pandemic so muck for disabled people or those shielding

@O2 I’m trying to pay my bill but it won’t let me add my payment card. The O2 app told me to contact my bank and they don’t see any issues with my card for why the payment can’t be added or paid. Please advise on next steps.
