    @O2 just arrived abroad and the o2 sim isn't working. I'm in Europe so I'm surprised it's not working.

    @O2 my sim card was deactivated when I upgraded my device. I received an email about a sim swap 5G access bolt on. I put the card in my old device but I still cant use it. I am out of the country and it’s been impossible to find someone to help me via phone call or chat

    @O2 can someone from your fraud department get in touch with me please. I've phoned your customer service team seven times now who have confirmed fraudulent activity resulting in a large sum of money going out of my account. The fraud team have not once got in touch with me!!!

    @O2AcademyGla Absolutely hate the priority app, never works for me, goes to ticketmaster and shows priority and artist presale happening but doesn't take me to the right place , I go to a lot of gigs and its just the worst, need to get rid of this @O2 sim as I dont get a benefit !

    @SascalPruijk @O2 No signal anywhere with o2 these days, and it actually got worse when they merged ffs. Terrible network
