    @O2 Duh. The issue is the recorded message from your network telling me that my phone is blocked despite your staff telling me that my account is not in arrears and my DD was taken on the 11th without issue.

    @O2 You can always tell in my area it's a Bank holiday we get a crap mobile phone reception and hardly any Data speed sort it out @o2

    @O2 @Propermister89 Hi. When I call your support number I am redirected to top up my account. There are no options to get help with activating a new SIM card. Plus the system does not recognize main debit card number, so I cannot top up the account either. The phone number 202 didn't work Help

    @swchamp89 @O2 SWC thank you for your comment and your advice I appreciate it a lot and I’m really shocked to hear that to be honest and I hate trying to communicate through customer services at the best of time.

    @O2 is our network down? Whenever I try and call out get the 'Call Ended' message immediately. I also can't answer any calls. I try and it immediately terminates the call
