  @britbane2024 @O2 If you’ve transferred your number from another network it could still be porting. If transferring to a new SIM (already on o2) try turning off/on. If it’s an e-SIM **** knows - that’s witchcraft.

  @O2 It’s not a matter of deleting and redownloading.The whole app itself is an issue. You have trashed it since merging and incorporating those clowns you joined with. Barely works, unnecessary extra steps, repeated need for login which has turned into a tedious exercise. It’s TRASH

  @arokorol @O2 It happened to me as well in 2024 in Jerusalem with my swiss network. Revert to your network , ask to apologize and for a small refund to give back to some Israel Charity Org.

  @O2 I left O2 mid January having paid £61 in December, phone calls after phone calls and each time I was told a manager would call, never did, in the end I was going to go to the regulator.

  Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!
