    Been with @o2 well over 10 years, whilst not the cheapest always felt value for money with the good overall service, price rises reasonable as per their T&Cs, but whichever idiot signed off a close to 12% annual ‘standard’ price rise at this time is either brain dead or sadistic

    @virginmedia Sure @OmbudServices will agree with me,the sale was done through virgin media not @O2 so the fault lies with you,the package as a whole then the is broken and invalid

    @O2 You prices aren’t competitive and your network sucks - it wouldn’t even be acceptable by late 2000s standards and totally unusable during peak times round here. No idea who you are trying to kid but it doesn’t wash. Thanks for an easy decision to leave end of term…

    @O2 I tried to take my phone contract out of my mum’s name and into my own and was told by customer service I would have to pay a fee or pay off my contract, surely there’s a way to put my phone number/contract into my own name without having to pay a fee? Can you advise?

    @O2 Network has been down since Friday only in my area, working fine elsewhere - have reported multiple time but just keep getting a reply saying there is no issue! Help?

    @O2 hi, my daughter has always had a spend cap on calls (after her 1000 minutes) set at £0 and usually her phone would cut out when her minutes ran out. We've just had an email saying that her bill is £120 higher than last month and when we checked the cap wasn't applied!

    @O2 Even this rediculous rise of almost 12%? New customer get the old rate too. Advertised prices don’t go up. It’s almost better value to use pay and go with a bundle (they don’t increase either it seems)
