Ridiculous @O2 service has been shockin lately constantly having no service due to work on a mass. Then a month later 2 days now no service as same mass is broken. R they gonna refund us on our contracts of course not. Expect us to pay for nothing

@O2 over an hour on the phone to you 8 days ago. Was promised a tech callback for the next day, which didn't actually come until Sunday. He told me a new sim was sent last Tues. Where is it? Is someone walking here with it or are you trying to be this bad at customer service?

@O2 we are having signal problems in the WA3 Area are there known problems. Only this last week no calls out or in and when they work are cutting off!
