@O2 why do your call agents keep cutting customers off? Phoned three times today, taking 50 minutes each time through to Retentions, refused access to escalate a complaint - poor customer service - let’s cancel the direct debit payment see if that get your attention

@O2 Yep we did it! By cats heck that was harder then it should have been! Was even told once you sold out you never ever restock! Think Jason needs a talking to haha! We got there though guys!

@ThreeUK you possibly have the Internet in UK after. Thank God my work phone is on the 02 network, I have been trying to log into some of my accounts online for the last 30mins until I used the phone with @O2 network so I maybe its time to move on from you after 10 years

@O2 called about coming to the end of my contract and going sim only, was cut off shortly after speaking to someone, now cannot get through again, help
