    @dbcxptures Totally agree. Starting to question what is the point of a smart phone! The comments seem to suggest @EE is a good option though? My @O2 signal is pathetic!

    @O2 Your agent just tried to tell me that RECEIVING International Call (I.e. from outside UK) whilst in UK (I.e. NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any ‘bolt on’! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!

    @benjaminlfc @O2 @virginmedia It's always the private browser software they fail on. Always states, "Access denied to this page" yet the options button asks me if, "I want to log out?" Funny that...

    .@virginmedia So 2 days with no TV, no broadband, no landline and an @o2 mobile with no signal. A fix date of 15th July!!!? Zero means of communication. Totally unreliable. What a dreadful company you are. So pleased you got fined. When will this be fixed?

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE
