    @O2 My issue is that it’s not my fault that ticketmaster was down during the time I was trying to confirm my tickets. It’s wrong and I feel wrong done by , I’ve been with @O2 for years I always book his priority now I don’t know if it’s ever worth doing it again. Will you compensate

    @O2 my signal has been terrible for the past month in numerous areas of the country. I have tried restarting my phone & removing and cleaning the sim tray, and it remains terrible arguably dangerous because when Ive tried to call emergency services recently, they couldnt hear me!

    Can't even leave @O2 without a ridiculous amount of effort. I've been trying to do this online but it seems impossible. Can someone delete my account and all my records, please? No way to contact O2. No way of communicating. So glad I'm leaving this god-awful service.

    @virginmedia @O2 are claiming that they can't check when the phone was last used.... I'm pretty sure either of you could if you wanted to resolve this. Both companies have been taking money from a 91 yo's account for a service I cancelled. How do I escalate this please?

    @O2 You barred my SIM over “fraud” — then admitted it wasn’t fraud days ago. But I’ve still had no service for 7 DAYS. I can’t contact my kids or partner and now you’re saying I might wait 10 MORE DAYS?! This is disgraceful. Fix this now. #O2 #Ofcom #FraudBarFail

    @O2 I sent the Resolutions team several emails, I think they replied, in very general terms to only one of them. Moorcrofts gave me about 5 different phone numbers in letters and on the website. Virgin Media is the only other company which has such poor service as you & Moorcroft.

    @O2 not impressed, as a new customer not had any connection whilst visiting PA3, allegedly mast issues. Beginning to wish I’d never swapped from Three!!

    @O2 you are a joke ! 4 weeks of complaining, waiting for a replacement phone for a faulty one , after being told I can send faulty one back on receipt of replacement. 2 official complaints and still no further forward. Customer services are useless😡

    @AndrewM12997326 @O2 There's no reason other than you didn't have a signal when you opened the app, I appreciate you said you had 3 bars. You may want to turn your WIFI off and try it again if you have a signal at home. Thanks  -Christian
