    @O2 hi, my O2 Virgin Media account is locked. I've rung twice over the past month to get in unlocked, the team member says they've raised a ticket, but it is still locked. I need to access my account. What the issue?

    @pmw_77 @scampaboy @O2 Best ever yesterday. Absolutely no phone signal at Manchester airports brand new terminal 2. Could not connect to wifi. Couldn’t access tickets to check in for our flights. Had to go and stand outside to get a ******* signal. 😭

    @kokeshimum @O2 I always used to find it amazing that I would get full signal in the desert, miles from the nearest person in Kuwait, yet come home to the U.K. and some very populated places still have zero signal. Crazy planning restrictions stunting growth on masts I would imagine.

    @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

    @O2 Any reason why when I’ve just submitted a complaint via your online form (didn’t work) and your live chat, I then received a call from someone asking “why are I submitting a complaint when I’ve said I’m going to “escalate it anyway”?

    I moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London
