@O2 please can someone help? O2 deactivated my phone as I had reported my phone lost, next day i asked for it to be reactived. 2 weeks on and still have no network. The handset had been barred from the network and no one fixing this. Refuse to pay for a non-working phone!

@O2 I don’t know why this date was advised I was told to call cust service and pay a small balance on the hub spot that I never wanted (& was told came free with my last handset and watch) When I finally got thru to them I was told I couldn’t pay it but I was getting refund then

@O2 I ended my contract with you and was advised there was a credit on the account that would be refunded to me before Christmas. Still waiting. I can’t find an email address to write to someone. Please can you help?

@o2 want to teach your staff some manners at the O2 store in Ipswich.. only need a nano sim and number switching not rude and unhelpful behaviour looks like that’s 8 contracts that will be leaving you. Well done

@O2 Hi. Theres been a mast down in my area for ages,affecting my calls and texts. I need to be contacted in emergencies for my job. Wifi calling isnt reliable enough. Investigation shows the messege theyre working on it and its still not fixed. Any ideas please.....
