@O2 2/2 formally when this is resolved….I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to get resolution from your CS, simply appalling, not the people who have been good, the inability to resolve!! I also had to call my previous provider in a premium rate line on a wild goose chase!!

If you didn't know and are an O2 phone customer, if you visit the O2 Arena there is a fast-track entry lane through security. Used it yesterday and whizzed past the main lines. Just have your O2 phone and show ticket ready, and go to the right of the main lines. Thanks @O2.

@O2 terrible customer service yesterday, its like talking to a computer with no concept or reasoning. Basically told that's the package we offer if you don't like it then go. Explained that my friend was offered a package by ee and o2 matched itthry said it must have been a 1 off

@O2 I’m having the worst experience ever trying to port a number! I have had over 12 calls, more than 3 hours worth, to your customer service and not a mm further forward and apparently I can’t or won’t be allowed to talk to a manager or supervisor, I will be making a 1/2
