    @Polymarket @O2 is great for this, 4G, 5G? It's all for nought because none of it works. The worst part, this joke of a network is the best option in my town.

    @O2 Oh no this was different. Everytime I spoke he put me on mute. When I asked him to relay what I had said he couldn’t tell me. He was putting me on mute and not listening. Your entire service has been absolutely shocking since the merge with Virgin. Can’t even get signal

    @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.

    From recent journeys stretching from Edinburgh to Hastings it is clear the @O2 problem is not just in #york The signal strength and reliability is at an all time low. The company is gaslighting customers and I for one have had enough. Switching providers asap.

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

    This! I recently added @O2 satellite for £3 a month extra. Meant to kick in outdoors when signal drops. Literally have never connected to it or seen a difference!

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.
