    Hands down the most useless customer service ever . @O2 you message them, they tell you to dm them and then ignore your message and do sod all to help.

    @TheO2 @O2 Any particular reason why accessible tickets were impossible to get for any Olivia Rodrigo date? Why the emails get no response? Why the phone number doesn’t work? Do not get me started on the online system. I’ve never had so many issues before! What is going on?!

    I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

    The @O2 and @virginmedia online account process is the worst UX I've ever experienced. Whoever was in charge of pulling these services together needs sacking and blacklisting. Joke.
