@O2 you have a data breach, maybe you should deal with it! My mother had a call from "O2" they knew all her info, name address, bank details,memorable information,everything! A phone has been ordered in her name. She called, but your systems were down. She is stressed and angry.

@O2 your O2 Priority app isn’t finding location accurately at the moment. So cannot access local offers. It seems to randomly select a different location each time I open the app. Can you fix this please?

@O2 are there any issues with your network? I can only get a 3G signal, inside and outside the house - I’ve tried turning my phone off and on and data off an on with no luck

Well after being with @O2 for as long as I can remember, I have finally ****** them off today! There service has been absolutely abysmal over the last few months, no signal, no 4G, no updates on why or what was being done to rectify! Customer service just as bad too! Bye bye 👋🏻

@O2 with no wifi available at badminton horse trials all week in a field I have been really disappointed I have no signal and have to piggy of my friends on @EE who have had full signal all week !! Been with you a long time but time for change ????

@O2. No data signal at my home despite showing 4G. Please will you arrange for somebody to come fix the mast and refund me the costs for not being able to hotspot to work from home!!

@O2 trying to look at my volt upgrade options and keep getting a screen saying either I already have volt or don't get Virgin at my address. I don't have volt and I can get Virgin at my address as I have had it in the past??? Help?
