@O2 you have a data breach, maybe you should deal with it! My mother had a call from "O2" they knew all her info, name address, bank details,memorable information,everything! A phone has been ordered in her name. She called, but your systems were down. She is stressed and angry.

@O2 your O2 Priority app isn’t finding location accurately at the moment. So cannot access local offers. It seems to randomly select a different location each time I open the app. Can you fix this please?

@envance @O2 @envance Your Mum needs to call to customer services & tell them she would like to cancel the contract. They will get her through to their colleagues in Retentions but your Mum needs to pass security first before customer services can transfer her to retentions.

@O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

@trotttrott3 @O2 The networks congested, it’s not fit for purpose, masts all over the place are termed ‘busy’ which really means congested. Too many devices try to access poor infrastructure. I suggest retweeting complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk, ofcom and Martin Lewis tags

@o2 as I haven’t been able to speak to anyone since I was promised a call back this eve I want to cancel my new contract & move network. Your customer service leaves something 2 be desired esp as I think I heard 1 of your employees laugh about my frustration while on the phone

@O2 following a mistake where EE have processed my PAC code from u to the when they said they wouldn't, my long standing account with you has been automatically terminated. I desperately want to keep the account (just had a device upgrade). I have spoken to your team.. help!!!!

@O2 I've tagged them in all the tweets and no response at all. Its not good. I googled, and it seems since 2020 this has been an issue for updates only allowing via WiFi!

@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.
