    @O2 Sent a DM but also chcked website and got this: Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Our engineers are working to investigate and fix the issue. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data. We’re working as fast as we can.

    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @O2 I understand. We’re experiencing total loss of service and lack of customer support here. Anyway. How do I switch to an esim without my physical sim being disabled until I have the esim? Or can the esim be given to me digitally?

    Both my @O2 mobile data and @SkyGroup WiFi have been absolutely terrible the last couple of weeks. It's really starting to wind me up. Considering how much i pay for it each month

    @O2 watching rip off Britain. Thought 02 was reputable. Only sorted out those 2 womens issues after rip off Britain got involved. You would have left them with no credit rating. #shameful
