  @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

  @O2 Ok thanks. Both my wife and I have mobiles on the o2 network and we cannot make calls at the moment. We both have full signal. I expect it's only a temporary issue.

  @O2 Yes, it's intermittently bad. I work 10 minutes away and it's the same there. Some days it's brilliant and all of a sudden it just drops out completely! I've tried restarting my device, turning data off and on again...nothing works. I got extra data as Sky is so bad 4G is faster

  @O2 Hi, I live in Turkey and bought a simcard in the UK 2 years ago. I will be travelling to the Netherlands and then the UK so I want to top it up and select a package but I have no service so I cannot receive the code for signing up. Could you help? Thanks
