    @O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

    @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

    Last night, I had a call from @O2. The sales guy said I was entitled to 40% discount - my monthly contract would go down to £6. Cool. I said, "Thanks. Sounds good." Then he said, "Let me tell you about some beautiful deals that we have on new phones..."

    @O2 I woke up to check my order that morning and it changed from doing the delivery to out of stock so I called up and they told me to cancel my online order and try in store. Because there were no online orders available anymore even though mine was on the way already

    @O2 Ok I have done that’s but still the same issue. Can’t book for the Thursday as saying all ticket been allocated for this cod. Then it will allow me for the Wednesday but still charging me £29.70 at the checkout
