@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 your priority service today has been abysmal it is now 13:55 not been able to log in all day surely you knew there was going to be high demand for Peter Kay tickets I should imagine a lot of unhappy customers for not being able to use of the perks of o2

@O2 @O2 as I can’t even get in the my o2 app either I just called customer services to get my code to leave. Have to say totally happy with my decision as the customer services team today have been shocking. Firstly waited five hours when promised a call back in 15 minutes never did

Can't fathom how a huge company like @o2 can **** up so bad with their priority app for the Peter Kay tickets. There was always going to be a huge demand!
