@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

@johnsinfield @O2 Makes me laugh when non technical people see a problem to resolve and put it in 'easy to fix' terms. Do you think they will fail to sell out? Do you think it matters to them that some people were 'unlucky?' What do you think the cost would be to make the system infinite? 😎

@GoingElectricUK @O2 I had the same issue with seetickets trying to get Glastonbury tickets on Sunday. As frustrating as it is - when things are oversubbed they're damned either way. If they had infinite servers selling tickets - they'd sell out in 15 seconds. If they don't you spend hours trying..
