  @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

  @O2 my classic PAYG SIM appears to have stopped working. It has £13 credit so that's not the issue. Your chat told me to phone O2 from my non functioning SIM.

  @O2 I ordered an iPhone in February - received a fake plastic device and have spent 8 hours over 10 calls with the support team to try to resolve this with no kick. Absolutely terrible service from O2 !

  @O2 I wrote on a post the other day about signal in the area, you said to do some check. Well, we did and found out that there is a mast down which you have failed to inform your customers about the problem. I am moving to a different network for this, what a joke of a company
