    Quite shoddy of @O2 to refuse me a contract as a new resident of Northern Ireland when my driving licence is in the Republic of Ireland and not offer an alternative verification or reply to my email of complaint from 6 days ago.

    @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

    @O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

    @O2 Day 31 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 terminated within 14 day cool off period. Had 6/7 calls with customer service since and confirmation email to say I've terminated with no more arrears. WHY ARE YOU HARASSING ME WITH DEBT LETTERS?? legal action if this doesn't stop. Shameful service. @financialombuds

    @O2 “Helping everyone stay connected…..” That would be great, if I could actually speak to someone to activate a new SIM in a new phone. Been trying on and off for a week now. Been cut off by a representative and seemingly in a never ending queue. What can I (and you) do to sort

    @O2 Your app is infuriatingly bad for a communications company. I’ve not been able to upgrade or change my name online. The codes you send aren’t recognised. It’s a shambles!!

    @O2 You're not helping me stay connected! Can't receive calls, been months! Internet is terrible even though it's 5G! Regret switching from my old provider. O2 won't allow me to exit contract. Worst network I ever signed up to. Ogoing on since August! Diabolical and a disgrace!!

    @O2 what are you playing at??? You’ve cut off my partners phone, despite the issue with his account being your fault, he’s been conversing with you and even submitted a complaint and now you’ve cut him off completely and he’s now unable to speak to you. How is he going to sort???

    @virginmedia I will be at work , I’m a key worker !! I will be cancelling it and also @O2 her sim you need to cancel too and she’s been crying again tonight ! @virginmedia service isn’t fit for purpose !! Over 3 and 1/2 months to install .. shocking
