  @O2 My wife is not on Twitter and I have provided you with all the account details and private contact for her. She has contacted you on numerous occasions to cancel and now you want £40. Just do right thing and stop trying to steal from her. Pass her details on to the relevant dept

  @O2 She has tried to contact you to cancel but you just make it harder. You are now taking money for a non existent account/no. which I think is theft. You have all her details but still make it hard. Quite shameful really..
