@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@thenewgalaxy @O2 Bit of a sneaky one that. I must be lucky, never get any. Either lucky or it’s down to the individual networks and lack of security / action to stop them?

@virginmedia incredible(sarcasm)service. Issue with my broadband since I’ve changed my contract, call customer services. Told no issues, advised the way to fix(none issues) is 3 Wi-Fi extenders and a 12 month mobile @O2 contract that I don’t need. What a Wednesday!

@O2 hi, I’m trying to book an odeon ticket for this Saturday using the priorities code but keep getting ‘The voucher number is incorrect’. Never had an issue before when it used to be Sun/Mon only

What is frustrating is that with all our other changes in network in the past we’ve never had any issues. With @O2 I can’t say that at all atm which is a little disappointing.

@O2 thanks to your “improvements” to your network in my local area I have now had virtually no signal in my home town for nearly 3 weeks now. Disgraceful
