    @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

    @O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...

    @O2 @Virgin If you think I'm paying for a restricted line that grasses up everything I do to the woke wankers in No10, expect me to cancel the contracts and find people who respect privacy and unlimited access without government interference. #ElonItsTimeForStarLinkUK

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes there is a massive problem with phone signal however it didn’t start in July 2024. What were you all upto? Were you busy virtue signalling?

    Felix Lowe (@saddleblaze) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It’s quite a leap to blame your poor phone reception on cyclists, Tom. Be better.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Automatic Roaming for UK customers-problem solved #roaming4all

    Trying to pay off my contract early with @O2 so I can go to another company that doesn’t bleed me dry and they hit me with a limit of how much I can pay!! That’s a little rude 02 😩

  • drhanko2
    Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.

  • paz565
    Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

  • ebisham
    Clifton (@ebisham) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 I was on the top of Leith Hill on Sunday you could see for miles in every direction but no signal at all. It’s a combination of nimbys objecting to phone masts and unwillingness to invest. Direct to mobile Starlink will buck their ideas up.
