Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported@ajgbarnes @O2 don’t they have a price-cap anyway (certainly ee and voda do) so you could set that to 0,or low. So at worst would just stop working. You could get an esim to top up if needed. that being said crazy to not have a way of checking

We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....
