    @O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

    @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

    @O2 @virginmedia Shocking response from your complaints handler. A lady called on Saturday and offered me £40 for inconvenience of having poor signal since May 16th. Today they call and recommend that I move to another network as they cannot guarantee a fix in the area. O2 mast

    @O2 Why does it take now 32 days to resolve a none technical complaint. Looked through your complaints handling procedure and the service failures I have recieved is now ridiculous. I have now wait over a week from a promises 48hour sla call back from a manager.

    @O2 my dad has no data network on his phone and because myself or my dad aren’t the account holders (my mum is) no one will speak to us or help sort this out. He’s currently travelling in Germany and has no access to his phone! Spoke to Apple and it’s a network issue! Help!

    @O2 customer service pretty abysmal. I only need a simple PAC code to transfer a number across. It’s taken me 3 days and I’m still no further forward. What are you doing?

    @O2 seriously need to sort your service out. Pay a fortune and nebr works says I have 4g when I clearly don't not like I'm in the middle of nowhere been with you 20+ years 4 phones looks like I'll be looking to someone who can provide what I actually pay for no 4g never mind 5g

    @EnglandRugby @O2 hi im o2 customer ,im having problem with netwrok,when ever i talk to custmer services they doged me and tricked me either hang up on me or tranfer to somewhere to waste my time to brush me off, i m very desperate to resolve the issue and very hurt by o2 customer service rudness.

    @O2 I have done. And I have soaked 202 and waited. It gets to about 15 minutes and then it’s cuts off. I’m currently waiting again but I don’t expect anything other than for the phone to be put down on me again
