@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@virginmedia @O2 The issue is with Virgin. I was told number porting will be seamless. Then when number got "deactivated", I was told Virgin will order new sim with o2 and then number will be ported. I was told it will take 3 weeks. I have contacted after more than 3 weeks..as didnt hear anything

@O2 why can I never get signal in my town? It’s ridiculous that I can’t use my phone when I’m shopping. It’s 2022! I’ve had this problem for months now, I don’t understand why this is so unreliable?

@O2 can you please look at the signal in Liverpool near sir Thomas Street bus stops, the phones say that the signal is max 4g but we are not able to get any form of Internet service there.

@O2 Useless, saying you’re aware of the issue doesn’t solve the problem that’s been ongoing for months. My husband has no issues using his phone here because he’s not on o2!

@O2 who do I speak to about signal strength? Since changing to O2 I’ve had one bar pretty much every I go. Pathetic.
