@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

We are disappointed with @O2 service, overcharging and broken promises. Waiting time to speak to their help services takes one hour without reply. Online help is too busy. There is no one to talk to. Shame #O2

@O2 Day 86 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

Absolutely appalled by the service from @O2. Just spent over one hour on hold for someone to answer and immediately hang up. @O2 please ask someone from the mobile department to contact me.

TOP TIP: If you ever start to feel too stressed out about advanced AI like ChatGPT taking over the world, just spend 30 minutes using the @O2 online support chatbot. Had my first good night's sleep in a week!
