@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

@O2 Unbelievable shambles and wasted my morning trying to get through your broken app. I cannot believe you would underestimate the demand so poorly considering Peter Kay’s popularity and how his return has made national news

Come on @O2. Been a customer of 20+ years. Spoke to retentions today to upgrade my phone. They gave me a price. I then called back this afternoon to proceed, only to be told the price had gone up! ‘No notes on the system’. Poor form! #paccodeplease

@O2 I went on at 7.40am just to look and it said ‘We are aware there is a problem’. When I finally managed to get onto the site all reference to Peter Kay had disappeared. Then he’s sold out. What have you got to say for yourselves about this loophole people have apparently used?
