    @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @O2 I've got no b/band, no phone, can't use the internet, can't work from home and being told it won't be fixed until the 16th 17th, how is O2 is also down, no signal, no internet and will be down for the same time due to planned maintenance.. a whole week?

    @O2 Is there a known issue with mobile signal in the BB7 area? Week 2 of no signal and was told this afternoon it was fixed but it’s not.

    @__YoungForever_ @O2 i had the same issue - uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it seems to have solved the issue
