@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

Please @O2 I have full 4 bars of 4g signal and the connection is proper frigging **** in Crewe. I don’t want to be in Crewe, I have no choice this week. What’s going on? It’s worse than dial up.
