    @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

    Quite shoddy of @O2 to refuse me a contract as a new resident of Northern Ireland when my driving licence is in the Republic of Ireland and not offer an alternative verification or reply to my email of complaint from 6 days ago.

    @O2 I've had issues with data since I got my new phone with you a few months ago, my data connection is either slow or non existent. Both inside/outside & every single day. I've done the checks on the 'my network' app, and it often comes back with a local issue...however 1/2

    Big thanks to the customer service team at @O2 - really helpful. First lady had problem with her system, I rang back, 2nd lady sorted the issue, then 1st lady rang back when her system was sorted. We're all quick to moan (me included) but they were brilliant.

    @O2 priority app has really gone down hill. Nero only once per month and seemingly always "out of stock", Greggs now always "out or stock" when Ive checked how exactly is this a priority?

    @O2 just upgraded phone when started up-new phone it kicked him out of his old phone and now he can’t use either as he needs to get on old phone to get text to swap the sim we can’t call customer service as his new phone is enabled for calls yet and can’t use old phone:

    @O2, you’re the worst mobile operator I’ve ever used. You take £160 from my account without authorisation. You cut off my phone without warning. You mix up my IMEI code. And you force me to spend 8 hours on helplines and 3 hours in your stores, and I’m still without a phone... 🤬
