    Quite shoddy of @O2 to refuse me a contract as a new resident of Northern Ireland when my driving licence is in the Republic of Ireland and not offer an alternative verification or reply to my email of complaint from 6 days ago.

    So just TRIED to cancel my @O2 account they still tried to charge me for the iPhone they sent to another country nevermind address and I recorded the call where there representative just asked me for the code they claim they don't ask for next step report for Data breach

    @O2 is this genuine? Had a call saying from o2 and poor signal, customers of more than 1 year will receive 20% bill discount until end of contract. Sent me 2 texts including a code. I'm not convinced so told the caller I was contacting yourselves.

    @O2 - phone mast has been down in my area for nearly a week. Not able to make any calls or receive messages. Have appointments that need me to be able to speak on the phone so when is this getting fixed?

    @O2 hi O2 have had there upfront money from my bank ok but your still holding on 2 my money from my bank for second attempt on order of my new phone this is a week now you have not released it back to my bank account if continues I will cancel my direct debit on the 21st Feb

    @O2 how do I have a mobile contract put on hold? @AffordableMob managed to send a "brand new" mobile phone where the seal has been tampered and finger prints all over the screen. Their customer service has been 🤬 so far.
