@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 I also can’t even sign into my O2 account online as the texts never come through. I am missing work messages and am being charged for a service that isn’t working 😞. Please help.

@O2 Nothing is working, my phone shows 3 bars of signal but my texts won’t send and when I try to call it just beeps and cuts out. I can receive incoming calls but data etc isn’t working

@legsidelizzy @O2 They are challenging HSBC for the worst service imaginable..although to be fair they normally cut you off at 2 hours.

@O2 customer service absolutely appauling, been trying to sort my phone out since last Thursday after reporting it lost stolen. Have been cut off about 5 times, put on hold for hours on end and still unable to use my phone. Diabolical customer service!

Wonder why it’s so easy to spend money with @O2 but you need 4 hours and a degree to return an item and change a SIM to pay as you go? Keep getting passed for pillar to with their messaging service and sit for 25-30 mins on hold on the phone to get nowhere. 😮💨😡😤

Pro tip: don't ask @O2 for a better deal on your current tariff. You'll end up getting your number changed without permission, and @O2 will flat-out refuse to change it back. You'll end the day not being a customer of @O2 and having to find service from another provider.

@O2 #betterconnected we have been trying to spk with customer serviced for 11 days. Live chat to busy, store unable to help as online, telephone number phone call ends after 40 mins. Please advise as to what we try next.
