  @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

  @O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

  @O2 I’ve recently moved from Sky Mobile to O2, I can’t believe O2 actually charge you for sending MMS messages in 2026, 87p a message. Bear in mind Sky piggy back off of O2, I’ve never been charged for MMS.😳 😮 Have I made a big mistake moving to O2?

  Had to move from @O2 due to terrible local service/not getting texts when they're sent - they've charged me £25 for the privilege of moving to a provider who *will* let me communicate via text. 🙄

  @O2 almost a month without data inside my home due to a mast issue. It’s been down at least 6 months out of the last 12. Your coverage is also non-existent in Exeter. It’s 2026 for goodness sake.

  @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

  @O2 Can you stop the constant emails and threats of debt recovery going to call us we do not owe any money our account was shut down by Abdul weeks ago and his manager agreed that nothing was owing on our account. !!

  @O2 2/2 online customer service is just a chat bot that can't send me to any humans so it just refers me to the MyO2 app, which would be great if IF I STILL HAD ACCESS TO IT!!!!!!!!!

  @O2 absolutely useless. paid for my rolling plan 3 days ago. it still hasn’t updated and now I have no data, impossible to get through to their customer service
