@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 you’re ***************. My girlfriend cancelled her phone contract in the 14 days cooling off period as the line never worked. She’s contacted you on numerous previous occasions and was told the charge would be dropped and account closed. Today she received another email

@O2 asking for payment. She has called again and was put on hold by a customer advisor. Who then after a few minutes hung up on my girlfriend. This is absolute appalling and customer service is beyond a joke. Sort this out.
