@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 good afternoon. My wife has just spent 30 minutes twice on hold trying to get through to your customer service .Both times she has been cut off. If this is the quality of customer service people transferring over from @virginmedia get then perhaps we should look elsewhere

@O2 How are customers supposed to get in touch with you or get any support if you do not respond to DMs or App queries? The reply is always “sorry, we’re extremely busy right now”. OR perhaps you’re prodding us into switching to Vodafone or EE?!

@o2 going up £5 a month and @virginmedia going up £15 a month. Apparently want to continue to improve the service but both have declined in recent years? Were all just being robbed these days.. Make it make sense atleast
