@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

Quite shoddy of @O2 to refuse me a contract as a new resident of Northern Ireland when my driving licence is in the Republic of Ireland and not offer an alternative verification or reply to my email of complaint from 6 days ago.

@colinpmasters @VodafoneUK So far I've discovered that @O2 have free EU roaming as do many of the carriers that use their network eg Tesco. Also BT Mobile, but not EE (owned by BT). It’s worth shopping around. Note that Ireland does seem to be included by all carriers.
