@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

Never going to get @georgeezra tickets. @O2 priority is pointless as both they and Ticketmaster had no tickets the second they went on sale so not sure how anyone got them. Good news though, they are on sale on @viagogo for a great price of £676 per ticket. Absolutely shocking

@O2 I tried transferring a number to you from Vodafone. It was supposed to be completed yesterday however somethings gone wrong and both the old and the new sim are active with the same number. I'm struggling to get any help from customer serives. Can you help?

@O2 terrible customer service. Spending over a thousand pounds a year on numerous phone contracts and you are not able to suspend any of the services you are paying for unless you are prepared to report your phone as stolen. Disgraceful treatment of your customers.

@O2 Hello there, please can you help with trouble logging into an O2 account (PAYG)? Can't reset password and after trying the forgotten password option (via a code sent by text) your website said the mobile number wasn't recognised.
