@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

@O2 can you tell me why I’ve had no 4G data all day? My O2 app not working as usual so can’t check if I’ve got no data left. Not had a text to say

@O2 hi is there a reason why I keep getting asked to link a virgin media account to use my o2 account when all I want to do is use my rewards towards my data bundle next month, neither of the apps will just let me use my phone number to login and use my rewards

Good news: someone finally called me back and held a conversation. Bad news: it was a scammer. Still better than @O2. I think they should apply for a job there.

@EnglandRugby @O2 This is ridiculous dragging these players away , clubs fighting for playoff positions , European places , who ever decides this is an idiot . I hope no one gets injured.

@O2 Happens at your call centres in Mumbai daily. Stop tjem from selling. Or move call centres away from Mumbai. Its long been suspected data agents get their information from these call centres. And as you dont have an O2 official stationed permanently in Mumbai trust is an issue
