@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 Not sure why you would assume it was your webchat team. It was a phone call, and I'd already been hung up on once - when I said "So have I got this right, you're telling me no-one in O2 CustSvc can answer this question?" So no, it would appear that you can't help me, thx anyway.

@O2 @xandvt Twitter to the rescue again. So much quicker to rectify problems when you can send a DM to customer serv. I have had great immediate results with Waterstones, Interflora &Odeon. Lets hope @02 can deliver too. Im sorry about your friend..what an awful thing to happen

@O2 I have tried so many times to contact and sort out data sharing in my account and it never happens - now after saying I am leaving o2 I get through to someone finally - then I get cut off! Why don’t they call me back they have my number??? I have cleared your security check!!
