    @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

    @O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

    @colin_maddocks @O2 As consumers we need to be able to monitor the usage and take action if needed. Same with any service provided i.e gas / electricity. It's unfair for them to provide no way of monitoring usage and surprise me with thousands of pounds of charges.

    @O2 (tweet 2 of 2) Constantly being cut off as well. Now totalled to just over 6 hours of calls just to get nowhere. Absolute shambles, am a long standing customer, however now taking business to a rival instead as I have had enough, you do not deserve my money!

    @O2 so one attempt at delivery from @DHLParcelUK after failing to deliver my product and they say they won’t deliver it again without you asking them to do it?!Worst delivery company I have ever come across!If I can’t get my watch then just cancel it and give me my money back!

    @O2 Just took an O2 SIM to use in Europe. So far, my customer service experience is appalling. I have been misinformed in the shop. Your Fair Usage policy is disgraceful.

    @O2 Still waiting for resolution. We he have essentially been sold a completely broken phone and customer service has been terrible. This was a birthday present and in DM we have been assured it will be sorted out . Still waiting for what to do next and a replacement etc .

    If it wasn't for all the free benefits I got with @O2 Priority, I'd ditch them. Their #CustomerService is abysmal. It's like being in some weird kind of abusive relationship: "we'll treat you like **** but give you lots of free stuff so you'll want to stay with us" 🙄😡

    @O2 Hello! I have an apple watch 7 but I am looking to switch to O2 so I can have cellular service. I don’t want a new phone, just the SIM. Is this possible?

    @O2 can you help please. Credit check keeps getting declined. I have spoken to credit referral and they have said they put in an appeal and I have not heard from them since. I don’t want to keep trying until I know it will work as it will affect my credit score
