@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

The fact @O2 need to post an eSIM is laughable. The fact that my physical SIM randomly disconnected without warning is a massive annoyance. Not good for a new customer experience...

@O2 I get that your responses seem like a cut & paste because they need to be signed off, but it comes across as robotic & uncaring. During a #CostOfLivingCrisis, this was an ideal opportunity to support loyal customers but @O2 instead chose to inflict the highest increase possible.

Inside fraud jobs going on at @O2. Had fraud done on my account and 6 weeks later, I’ve still been given no help. Somehow my complaint keeps getting deleted from a ‘glitch’ in the system. @O2 please help or I’m going to the police!

@O2 @TheFCA Seems like a habit, anytime I request a copy of the complaint they read my messages then kick me off into a queue. Do O2 think if they keep treating me like rubbish I will give up and go away?
