@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@RevRichardColes @O2 I called last week after a potential scamming incident and they answered really quickly and James was very helpful and reassuring. Just dialled 202 on my mobile and went through a couple of options 👍
