@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 why did both Google Maps and Waze stop working on my journey from Walsall to Dover last Saturday and the same on the return journey at 5am today? They both worked fine on my wife's phone... she's on 3 network!

@O2 got to be honest and say after a decade of being loyal to you, i am disgusted today with your service and lack of customer support to look after your customers, will seriously look at leaving when my contract is up
