    @O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

    @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

    @O2 hi. I’m currently on holiday in Sicily with no data connection (I have voice). I’ve been trying +44 7860 980 202 but it’s constantly engaged. I have a 4 hour drive tomorrow and I need a data connection. Can you help? (And yes my roaming settings are correct)

    @o2 I have worked out the problem, even though the network map says you give excellent coverage and it shows 4G with full bars. What you actually wait what's actually happening to me is you @o2 has dead spots where it shows excellent signal but the signal just drops off!

    Dear @o2 I have just had the most wonderful, helpful conversation with a customer service advisor called Marva - he made me laugh and fixed a problem I have been trying to sort out for weeks. Top marks - you're lucky to have him on board!

    @O2 i changed both my phones to sim only around 2 weeks ago, the lady said no payments would come out in june as we paid off both our contracts. Can you please help/explain to me why my bill is now saying 50 odd ££?!

    @O2 my daughter's Volt double data hasn't been applied even though my partner's and mine was on the 13th May. All 3 of our contacts are monthly contacts registered to the same address, can you help?

    @O2 Card, txt to say top up loaded that’s all until this morning, when had txt to say you’ve been unable to renew big bundle. Yes shows o2 signal.

    @O2 It’s ok, after a voice recog that didn’t recognise “yes” and random divert to sales who cut me off trying to transfer me to customer service I eventually got through and eventually got sorted 🤞. Would have been easier via a chat though 🙃 - thanks for getting back to me
