  @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

  @O2 I was assured several times that the bar would be lifted but nothing was done. I need a service I can rely on.

  @leemcbr37826036 @O2 the support is nightmarish. i'm in the middle of hell with them after them threatening court over a none existent bill. been going on since FEB. Was told in FEB it was all sorted....now even worse!! Do not use 02. They're dreadful

  @O2 since your app has changed things have been diabolical . I need to make payments never missed one and you’re treating me over a small amount though your system isn’t processing payments . I’ve tried three cards and PayPal and you’ve blocked my upgrade !

  @O2 my account was locked for unknown reasons 2 months ago. 6 calls and 6 promises to sort later it is still locked. You have the worst customer services of any company I’ve dealt with

  @O2 Tried manually to select 3 different networks, all gave same response of "your Sim won't allow you to connect to this network". My phone, on a similar tariff , has had no problems. The same thing happened on a trip to Oz last year. Turned out the 'system' had put a 'block' on.

  @paultownsend81 @O2 I have the same thing, I went into an o2 shop and they confirmed all the masts are at capacity from London down to the south coast. They actually suggested i get an EE sim

  Just nearly been scammed by someone claiming to be from @O2 The first to tell ppl to be careful, but I was suckered in, ended call and called the company to make sure all was well. Great customer service from them though. People beware!

  @o2 PLEASE STOP PHONING ME TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY. I am not a customer. I’ve been polite, I’ve asked to be removed, but your offshore team continue to pester me. I am registered with TPS. I can show you hundreds of your numbers I have blocked. Please PM me for my phone number
