@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

Sat with a friend last night, we both went to google something we couldn’t remember the name of, she starts swearing at her phone because of the **** signal, whilst she’s sweating I find the answer, thank god I had @O2 with good signal whereas she had a very poor 1 bar on @EE

@O2 really not impressed with the service I have recieved. My dad passed away in April and we told you and we were told that everything was dealt with. Now we are receiving letters saying we owe money. My mother ended up in intensive care after he passed and this is not (tbc)

@o2 help I’m on holiday in Greece but Corfu but seem to have been charged data and calls as if I were in Albania? How can this be? Can you waive these charges as goodwill gesture - now locked to Greek telecom

@O2 My current network is Tesco and I have a sim in myhandset from them but I have a esim option too. Will an O2 esim work despite it being a different network although @tescomobile use the O2 mobile network.
