@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 How do I contact your support team if I cannot make phone calls? Your virtual assistant keeps directing me to help pages and a phone number! Not helpful if my calls just keep getting disconnected

@O2 we went into Bristol and gave them a raft of postcodes across the uk apparently a lot if your masts are broken & have been for years.bristol 3g with little service,chepstow racecourse nothing north wales virtual nothing!In scotland faired a little better at home it dips all day

@O2 I travel all over Kent for work, it is ridiculous that I can't use my phone to make any calls, if this persists won't have any choice but to terminate my contract

@O2 must have the single worst coverage of any provider. Been with them years and literally can never use 4g through lack of signal. Currently rendering the ‘smart phone’ useless as you can’t do anything any where 🤬🤬 time for change.
