@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

I reckon when I’ve got some money I’m going to sack @O2 off. Absolutely useless and not fit for purpose. Their 5G is beyond poor. It’s either @EE or @VodafoneUK for me.

@O2 Over the last few years your coverage in Newcastle city centre has became non existent, it doesn’t even have to be match day and you are unable to get a reception. I think I may have to start looking elsewhere for a different network

@O2 I’m not sure if it’s just me or my area, but my signal is absolutely terrible 80% of the time, never any mobile data, I’m lucky if I get 2 bars 4g. So nothing works and phone calls don’t dial out
