@EnglandRugby @O2 Don’t need to hear the sales pitch to win over the supporters and paymasters. Just need quality coherent rugby and the sacking of the overpaid asleep at the wheel Bill Sweeney. Focus on the important details, not the fluffy marketing crap.

@O2 I have been o2 customer since 2018, due to the mid contract increases, I will not renew my contract and will either switch to Sky or Tesco mobile. Both of these companies don't increase their prices mid contract. I recommend current and potential o2 customers to avoid o2.

@O2 Try looking on my account? It's been months now. I ordered / purchased an esim, not a physical sim. Then was told they couldn't activate it online/in the store/on the phone - so I was told by your rep they needed to send me a physical sim as a step in the solution.

@O2 Why have you suspended my network connection?? I have sent off for a new Sim, but I haven’t activated it yet?

@O2 Bollocks to you and your 17% price increase. Thieving off customers in times of trouble. In fairness though, how's anyone suppose to survive on only a few billion quid profit! Absolute scum of the earth.

    David T Kinnear (@dkinnear) reported

@O2 So they sent me a physical sim for the number - then everything went silent. There was no further communication and there are no instructions for installing or activating it. I went to the Oxford Circus store - they couldn't help.

@o2 Your data speeds and signal strength are toilet. What’s going on? And you want to whack another 13% on top of my monthly rate…!?

  • ASwainbank
    Arielle Swainbank (@ASwainbank) reported

@O2 I would like to change my sim and tariff - went into store and they said they couldn’t help me - that I have to call customer service to change anything.
