    Quite shoddy of @O2 to refuse me a contract as a new resident of Northern Ireland when my driving licence is in the Republic of Ireland and not offer an alternative verification or reply to my email of complaint from 6 days ago.

    @O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

    @O2 Hi on the 4th of July I was super excited to get my new Galaxy Flip 3 5G all seemed fine then after 2 weeks there seemed to be a slight distortion with the screen. i spoke to one of your excellent support people via the app and was supposed to obtain a call back

    @O2 you guys are a shambles, someone as taken phone contracts in my name and you pass this on to a debt collection agency. You guys have not done your checks correctly, else this would of never happened. People beware o2 are just as bad. #fraud#o2

    @O2 Thanks been down for months, I’ve registered for up dates and spoken o2 but no one knows fix timeline , but parents now tied into contract that doesn’t work for them..

    @O2 We are having trouble with Greggs regarding the Rewards scheme,I’m disabled&unable to walk from the nearest disabled bay to the Greggs shop but they insist that I have to be present in the shop in person to get the reward. My partner takes my phone to the shop but they refuse

    @O2 The mobile connectivity problems have been going for months. Phone displays 4G but unable to get online. Thought it was just a local mast issue, but it’s happened in several places.

    @O2 I have severe problems with PAC and the numbers on my account. I've been on the phone for four hours and your support is no help, I haven't been able to use my number for almost a week now. Can I speak to a senior manager about this please?

    @O2 furthermore reviewing recent contact with your support team on the 18th of July i had first raised the issue. I was promised a call back then. that date would have been with in the 14 days.
