@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@virginmedia Spoken to them lots of times. They just say to turn phone off and on again. It's since VM went over to @o2 that the service has been bad. Read the thousands of complaints online about this.
