@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 You are also the only network that when they mess up porting a number over so that I now have 2 phones on 2 separate networks with the same number won't help as they say that number is nothing to do with them. EVEN THOUGH THE SIM IS STILL WORKING ON THEIR NETWORK AFTER 3 WEEKS.

@O2 I’ve done all of this for the past month and the company have made no effort to rectify the issues or reimburse for the phone I cannot use. Will be leaving when my contract is up 👍🏼
