@O2 You cut me off without a service while I was in India, despite me telling you in advance. You apologised and assured me over and over again that service would be restored and it wasn't. My bill is paid in full. I have been a customer for 22 years.

@O2 O2 have no customer service skills what so ever, ive made numerous phones calls, just getting passed from pillar to post. They have no closed down an account from years ago which is now preventing my chances of getting a mortgage. Nobody gives you the time of day or wants to help

@O2 hello, I need a new sim. My old phone is broken; I bought a new iphone 11 and need a different sim card. Your website offers three ways of requesting one but they all require use of the (broken) phone. I can't use an app, receive a verification code or call. Help please!
