Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@virginmedia failed to disclose to new customers that their @O2 5G SIM for £12/mth was an optional add on - have now been cutoff 4x times by the O2 customer support team (as an existing customer) when trying to cancel subscription. Anyone else had this before?

Nice touch from @O2 offering me an Apple Watch deal because I was a valued customer. Shame the same said deal was also through your website for anyone. Disappointed you treat loyal customers like idiots

Absolutely disgusted with @O2 I’ve been a customer for many years, but with the increase they’ve applied from April, well they’re not worth my custom anymore. People are struggling as it is and you decide that now is the best time to make your customers suffer more. #o2increase

@O2 why has your service got worse?! You used to be one of the best but lately you’ve been shocking. The odd occasion when I have to toggle between you and my so-called ‘fibre broadband’ is absolutely painful

@dmpowe11 @O2 Tbh I’ve been with them since the old days, but I need a signal at the football so ditching them next contract change.

@O2 My daughter is having an issue with signal. Her phone isn't working at home or when she has traveled around London and Wales. Can you help, we're unable to get through to support. Thanks

@Daisiver29 @O2 If it's going to increase that much they should be giving people the chance to cancel their contract. They would lose so many customers. It's absolutely outrageous @O2

@SpankyWhizzbang @O2 They can't afford it because they've been too busy running it into the ground and looting it for the shareholders, this is the problem with the free market system the right are always gunning for - even economists are now saying "put customers and employees before shareholders".

@Joetenderloin @O2 By far the worst email I’ve ever seen for increasing pricing. Lead with benefits not pain. This guy is out of touch.
