    @O2 any chance you can help me get calls working on both mine and my wifes phones??? Trying to contact you and you give no number to call and the start a conversation thing doesnt work, I got told my phone wasnt working by a school teacher knocking on the door because kids ill😡

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @O2 O2 are so useless, I lost my phone, can't get through to any support without calling them, chat bot tells you it can't help and tells you to go away. No one ever helps live chat, no way to do online. How am I supposed to block my sim and phone if no one is willing to help

    So @o2 still cannot get through to customer services, still saying someone will phone me back, now a week since I was last able to speak to a person.your chat bot says someone will be in touch in 24 hours, that was 2 days ago

    @O2 so I've been emailed about your increasing costs, can I ask are you also giving all staff a payrise inline with inflation? You can't even meet expectations by supplying a decent signal and yet you want to charge us more.

    @O2 Day 97 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 any chance of actually fixing the signal in the Markethill area? 5 weeks now this has been going on and you keep pushing the date for it being fixed back... the fact you are still billing us the full amount is ridiculous saying I can't get any signal!!
