@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

Hey @O2 I really shouldn't have to call to cancel a Bolt On by phoning someone which took 15 mins when I could've just cancelled online but you do not have this option. Pretty annoying.

Be aware of this number 020 3884 3341 claiming to be @O2 I gave them bank details (stupid 2 fall for it I know but heads all over the place at the min) they’ve rang back 2day & I said to the bloke ur trying to fraud me he laughed & put the phone down honestly makes you sick😡

Swapped numbers so I can still use my old number on new number I have… @O2 guy that helped me yesterday was great.Woke up this morning to old number no service,202 again, went through out all again with a nice lady, seems he cancelled wrong number🙄hopefully sorted in 24hrs 🤞

@O2 Recorded message says our team is available 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday please call back during these hours. I don't suppose I could walk into my local o2 shop and cancel there?
