@O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@ispreview Just waiting on the inevitable email from @o2 telling me that the airtime is going to go up by around 15% (inflation + 3.9%) I wouldn’t actually mind if I saw the money being invested in a reliable network, but often o2 is so congested it doesn’t work.

@O2 I asked yesterday about an issue with a payment I made and after no reply I decided to ask my bank to just cancel the payment altogether. I've tried to pay again today and it seems like the same issue has happened should I wait or should I do the same again?

@O2 Good morning. I tried calling the customer service number for abroad and would not go through. I also DM on twitter no reply. I was honestly in bits. I cannot afford £120 when I was told I have worldwide travel data roaming. I even said I would pay extra for the Bolt on?
