    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    @O2 say they’re willing to help, a manager intervenes and says she’ll call me on Tuesday after taking ownership. Another day goes by, another promise not kept. Utterly shocked at how appalling this has been. From ill tempered staff cancelling orders to constant false promise.

    @chelledog80 @O2 They texted me saying their engineers are working to fix it and will be back on today. Hmm it came on for while and then went off again

    @O2 Already did. The situation is caused by a signal tower in my area "not working as it should". I want to know when it's going to be fixed.

    Hey @O2 why is your data so shockingly awful in Tonbridge? Full 4G signal can’t even load the most basic apps. It’s embarrassing

    @O2 Those tips don’t do anything. The signal has be so poor for months, you give high gb packages but you can actually use them because you can play music, search the internet when your off wifi

    @O2 please fix your network I beg of you. No Sky broadband @SkyHelpTeam all day nor data from you. School holidays and we've no TV or Internet or xbox. ALMOST 24HRS NOW.

    Think I maybe cursed when it comes to phone networks Vodafone was awful changed to @o2 and it’s even worse! Bet speeds are 1 up and not even 1 down
