Rachel Robertson (@Rachypach168) reported from Dundee, Scotland

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

  • OggLynne
Lynne Ogg (@OggLynne) reported from Monifieth, Scotland

@O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

  • Biggswb
Biggswb (@Biggswb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

David Sutherland (@Gotham68) reported from Carnoustie, Scotland

@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

Losing the will to live trying to get through to @O2, customer services advisors incapable of transferring my call, on hold now for almost an hour.

  • dougaitken
Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

  • dougaitken
Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk Gutted we’ve been trying all day for presale for Glasgow for my 50th, no luck but Viagogo seems to have managed to get loads to sell at hugely inflated prices! Shocking especially when @peterkay_co_uk been trying to keep prices down and bring a bit of cheer in current climate!

  • ShabyDiamond
    ShabyDiamond (@ShabyDiamond) reported

So looks like @O2 doesn’t care about a customer who’s been with them for nearly 18 years - a complaint made and they offer a measly £30 which doesn’t even cover 2 months bill - @EE where u at holla at your boi looking for a new contract and better deals than you know who

  • your_blah

@O2 Dont worry about it im paying off contract and moving to another network

  • drewsnx
    Drew White (@drewsnx) reported

@O2 So it's only the broadband I want to change. The O2 Shop guy told me that as a VM customer I need to talk to them, while Virgin Media told they don't do 5G broadband. This is most bizarre example of a partnership when I am already a customer of both but can't get an answer.

  • ShabyDiamond
    ShabyDiamond (@ShabyDiamond) reported

@O2 Sorry but you can’t (why am I saying sorry) a complaint has already been raised and not resolved to my satisfaction - loyalty gets you nowhere with o2

  • safiya_amina_3
    Safiya Amina Hafeji (@safiya_amina_3) reported

It's been coming back to me and making me curious, so I thought to post the 'repeatedly' part (I was speaking to the complaints dept): @o2: I spoke to my manager and the only options are to resubmit the complaint or retrain the advisor. Me: resubmit. @o2: Can you confirm ...

  • GazTasticooo

@O2 massive security breach from o2 this morning. Not happy with the service. People need to avoid o2.

  • AminaSBegum
    Amina Begum (@AminaSBegum) reported

@O2 keeps getting emails that a balance is due but in fact he is due money from o2. None of these agents are understanding what is happening & wants it to be resolved ASAP & issue a complaint due to this mess via the Ombundsman as it seems like O2 are trying to take his money!

  • jess18x

Why am i paying @O2 so much a month just to have a phone with no signal? i cant text, call or use my Internet!!

  • Kieranjl
    Kieran (@Kieranjl) reported

Hard to believe in this day and age, someone in London can download a film in seconds, Kevin Bacon can shave someone and land a plane over a network according to there advert. And yet I have to go for a drive to receive a text message. @O2 How can you charge someone for this?!
