    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    @O2 I am aghast at the terrible customer service I’ve had from you this week, & am considering now switching networks after 20+ years. You cancel my order, tell me I did it, refuse to send a replacement and then refuse to finalise the cancellation so I can order a replacement??

    @tescomobile No thanks, been down that road before. I will now only correspond by email. Again in the 4 days I’ve been with @O2 they’re customer service has out shone your so called customer service by a thousand times.

    @Lego_Scientist @EE @O2 That's not a bad plan. I have 2 SIMs because I live in an area with poor coverage. Giffgaff is amazing value if you buy a phone. And I get really cheap mobile coverage with my broadband from EE.

    @O2 why is the signal in SA4 6 postcode gone so bad over the last 3 months you can’t make calls anymore. You turned the power to the masts off? It’s ridiculous having to use WhatsApp to speak to people

    @O2 Not really - I've been told the bereavement team are the only ones who can help and they aren't available on a Saturday so I have to call back for a 4th time on Monday!

    @O2 I try not to go full public Twitter meltdown usually but this is a joke and your customer service team are not able to tell me anything other than “wait” but wait until when? I’ve been waiting? For two days? Wait for what?

    @O2 Yes, it's scarier when your O2 service is that poor you can't make a call or access the Internet. Logged everyday sinve 5th Jan. Automated texts to say no problem in the area. Social Media messages ignored. If I paid the bill and not my employer I'd be cancelling my DD. Pathetic

    Warning guys..do not get into a contract with @o2..they took my cash.won't gimme the phone.and their customer services and the o2 shop are abhorrent.******* ridiculous treatment..quick enough to take your cash then its a big **** YOU..we cannae help ya..share and make peeps aware
