@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 I am trying to login via the website. I cannot change DD details on the app as far as I can tell. There is nothing wrong with anything other than the ability to login to O2 online. Again, this is a common problem that has been reported constantly for years.

Honestly I have never seen as bad a service as @O2 have given my other half, he had 2 phones on a contract, paid 1 off and they cancelled the wrong one in error!3 months and at least 7 different people later can’t resolve the issues he’s still getting because of it, it’s bizarre

@O2 I'm having issues with S21 Ultra Performance and in general and connectivity issues. There's an update that's been out for over a week yet O2 are the only network that haven't made it available. Why isn't downloadable yet?
