    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    @O2 Why would your app be logged in last night and now, all of a sudden for Peter Kay, you have to log in…. Which you can’t as the whole system is down. Thought you would have managed to deal with volume by now
