    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    Good morning tweets! What a muggy nite! So @O2 have teamed up with another network, my smart meter isn't connecting to meter, my BT line went down too as its gone digital, same time my smart meter went tits up!🤔 Honestly technology floors me to the ground sometimes🙄

    @O2 @Virgin Believe me I’ve tried. They have the worst customer service ever. The complete contrary to O2.

    @O2 hi folks can someone help with an issue with my device? New phone arrived less than two weeks ago and it crashes/restarts quite frequently... don’t want this happening for 36 months 😭

    Wanted to check what network an old mobile was locked to - results: @iD_Mobile_UK - one text to explain and answered @EE one text to explain and answered @O2 eight messages so far and still no closer. Where would you spend your money next??

    @O2 Somebody needs to give Tanzeel from customer services (202) a reward or a payrise. Great customer service and overall a lovely gentleman! Defo sorted out our issue immediately!

    @O2 why is it you think it’s ok to increase the cost of my contract without telling me, then ring me up to sell me more, and when I dispute increase you hang up on me? Utter contempt for customers! 😡
