    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

    @O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

    Losing the will to live trying to get through to @O2, customer services advisors incapable of transferring my call, on hold now for almost an hour.

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @O2 any chance you can help me get calls working on both mine and my wifes phones??? Trying to contact you and you give no number to call and the start a conversation thing doesnt work, I got told my phone wasnt working by a school teacher knocking on the door because kids ill😡

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    @O2 I want to say what terrible customer service I have received. I have been a loyal customer for 25 years yet I’ve had a month of no internet/signal when away from home for over a month and you wouldn’t even credit my account for the month my mobile phone has been defunct

    @O2 So your response to your network providing no service anywhere is access WiFi. Great help when trying to make a call while driving.

    @O2 WHAT customer service??? There’s never anyone available for online chat. I haven’t had signal on my iPad for months. And everytime I go to chat online there’s no one available. It’s an absolute joke!!
