@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

  • Kenny_B63 A Bloke With A Camera (@Kenny_B63) reported from Dundee, Scotland

Losing the will to live trying to get through to @O2, customer services advisors incapable of transferring my call, on hold now for almost an hour.

  • dougaitken Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

  • dougaitken Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

  • OggLynne Lynne Ogg (@OggLynne) reported from Monifieth, Scotland

@O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

  • Rachypach168 Rachel Robertson (@Rachypach168) reported from Dundee, Scotland

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

  • Biggswb Biggswb (@Biggswb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@O2 so you “can’t” investigate an unusual data usage on my account. I never use my data (24gb) but it’s not an error that I’ve apparently used 34.84gb in 5 hours overnight whilst sleeping?!? 🤔 Is that physically possible? Loyal customer for over 15 years lost in one day.

  • UkAlexg Alex (@UkAlexg) reported

Trying to cancel the three in 14 day cool off window and revert to current provider. Cust svc sends me to retentions who send me to cust svc who send me to retentions (been on hold for 30 mins). Clearly @O2 don't want new business.

  • Maxx_Jaconelli Massimo Jaconelli (@Maxx_Jaconelli) reported

@O2 so many let down kids and customers in Boston @_CaffeNero_ as priority is broken . Will this be corrected for tomorrow?

  • mkms0618 Mkms0618@gmail.com (@mkms0618) reported

@O2 @Qzauuu Get use to it,they won't give you any real solutions to fix it

  • RaiderX303 Aaron Richards (@RaiderX303) reported

@PaulOBrien @O2 They replaced it with a weekly hot drink from Greggs. Hardly a replacement as greggs coffee is horrible and just from a machine

  • youcanpass James Taylor (@youcanpass) reported

@O2 I've pressed the bubbles in the sky thinking I'd need to book it but it's saying I have an hour to redeem! I'm coming on the 24th May and wanted to book. Can you cancel my redeeming so I can use it when we're there?

  • hannahivvy Hannah Apps (@hannahivvy) reported

I’m still devastated @O2 and @_CaffeNero_ have changed the priority offer to once a month AND the link never seems to work

  • RobTheWanted94 RobertTheWanted94 (@RobTheWanted94) reported

Decided to move away from @O2 because they’re signal is absolutely shocking. Can’t blame it on the weather as it’s been like that all week. They get millions a year but can’t improve their signal. You’ll get better signal in a desert or in the Antarctic. #PatheticCustomerService

  • MrsChikauloo GS (@MrsChikauloo) reported

@O2 hello. You’ve automatically rolled over my iPad sim contract (which I didn’t want or know you were going to do). Have been on hold with your 202 retentions team with it ringing for 35mins so far, really poor service. How can I cancel this ASAP pls? Thanks

  • AndrewDrisc Andrew Driscoll (@AndrewDrisc) reported

Is it normal practice for @O2 complaints team to pick up, investigate, decide on the outcome and finalise a complaint without ever speaking to the complainant? Doesn't seem fair to me...
