    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    You’ve served me well over the years @O2, and I can maybe forgive a day without data due to technical problems... but I have a 5hr train journey to Manchester tomorrow, and if I have to do it without internet we’re going to be having words 😬

    @O2 so received an mail saying I can have Disney + free for 6 months. Then told by O2 support I need to upgrade. No mention of this in the email or the t’s and c’s, checked 3 times. Help desk can’t receive screen shots of the email and keep hanging up!
