@O2 @peterkay_co_uk Gutted we’ve been trying all day for presale for Glasgow for my 50th, no luck but Viagogo seems to have managed to get loads to sell at hugely inflated prices! Shocking especially when @peterkay_co_uk been trying to keep prices down and bring a bit of cheer in current climate!

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

@O2 This is the info on my location from the site Our network is currently working fine. If you’re experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again. If we're doing work on the phone masts near you we'll tell you about it here.

@O2 Dear assistance, it's now almost 24 hours that I do not have internet coverage. I'm in roaming, coverage with the locals works fine, but no internet. I tried to use wifi instead, either leaving data on and off: nothing. I tried to reset the network several time: nothing.

Hey @o2 @TelefonicaUK how’s it going? It was great for me until a week or so back, home working on stable 3 bar 4g in a rural area. Signal now flops between 1 & 2 bar & 4g/4g+(that’s new). SRN should make things better not worse. Can you fix me please ?

@O2 recycle like new no damage got quoted for 156 forgot to put sim tray in so had it sent back or it would off been 31 still perfectly fine sent it again got told there was screen burn and there wasn’t when I sent it off got 31 regardless not happy

My household upgraded three @O2 phones/plans this month. Sadly, the process has been diabolical. Five lengthy calls to O2 and two calls into the shop and we still haven’t got what we have paid for. 20 years a customer and I’m seriously considering cancelling the lot.
