@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

@O2 This is the info on my location from the site Our network is currently working fine. If you’re experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again. If we're doing work on the phone masts near you we'll tell you about it here.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

@O2 any chance you can help me get calls working on both mine and my wifes phones??? Trying to contact you and you give no number to call and the start a conversation thing doesnt work, I got told my phone wasnt working by a school teacher knocking on the door because kids ill😡

@O2 this is a total Joke - after a weekend of total chaos having identity fraud on my phone I still haven’t heard from fraud only to be told there is an order on the way??? And that fraud have closed my ticket???? Seriously let down! And trust pilot I’m on my way!

@O2 you need to sort out your call centre, I'm guessing its in Asia? Your staff are rude, hard to understand and do not know there job causing massive confusion whilst trying to port my wife's number over from EE. He said it would take an hour but 5 days is the truth. #shambles

@O2 My wife has had her phone disconnected incorrectly after calling about activating a SIM for our son's new phone. Having to use another phone to speak to someone and been cut off twice! No managers available to speak too. What on earth are you doing?! Appalling service

@KylieBSmiley @O2 Same here I live in Parkstone and if you aren’t connected to a WiFi network you can forget about data roaming, I have been stood in the middle of Bournemouth town centre, hardly a rural outpost, and have zero 4g coverage let alone 21st Century 5g will be moving networks

@O2 Hi o2, On 11/01 I changed my tariff to the £15, I topped up £15 as I knew I’d need more data this month due to travelling and being on annual leave. A few days ago I received a text to say I’ve used all my data, this is because it’s only given me the £10 bundle. Please help.

@dreamingwilly @O2 They don’t reply on here anymore. Best thing you can do is download their “My Network” app and report it. They are pretty responsive to those, to be fair.
