    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @O2 Yep, all payments are up to date. Signal appears to be fine. I just cannot make or receive phone calls without them cutting off after about 30 secs. Getting annoying now, it's been over a week... your online assistant still says call us...

    @O2 Could really do with speaking to someone to sort out why I can’t receive verification codes since moving from EE. Seems you’ve known about this issue for months but haven’t done anything about it! May need to end my contract as I’m still in the 14 days cool off period.

    @meg_b17 @O2 Having the same problem since Thursday, was told it would be completed Friday, then told Monday rang this morning said 6pm today then just rang now and it might take another 2 days, I should never have left Vodafone

    @O2 what is that actual point of the help section through the my O2 app? It's either it's outwith hours or too busy and try again later, absolute joke. Filled in the number transfer form on Wednesday evening with PAC code, was advised number would transfer withing two working day

    Hey @O2 was your recent refresh promotion on the Sony Xperia 1 iv just a #scam? So many issues with O2 recycle not accepting listed devices showing 'not in portfolio' when checking the IMEI number! The recycle phone I have was bought by me from O2!
