Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

Please restart my services!

I dont know what is the use off eSIM when its not upto mark. @Apple you need to get off 4M eSIM & provide two slots

Katz 🇬🇧 (@shirl2046) reported@O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄
