Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

Steph (@Flamingo_code) reported@O2 You need to make this clearer though. I was told by customer services anyway that once the number is ported you would have lost any credit. My sim card says the last chance to top up was 19th, received the sim only yesterday.

I have never in my life heard a company say that. He was rude and I am shocked. I've been a customer for 10+ years.
