    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @Polymarket @O2 is great for this, 4G, 5G? It's all for nought because none of it works. The worst part, this joke of a network is the best option in my town.

    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.

    @O2 keep having sign in attempt emails from virgin media o2. I’ve reported and was allegedly getting a call back from you (never happened) and if I try to sign in to my o2 account, it always asks me for a pin and as if it’s the first time logging in every time. Sort it out ffs

    Hey @O2 been trying to view my mobile bill online and via the app for a couple of days now and just keep seeing “Uh-oh… Oops… Something’s gone wrong.” Any chance you could fix that something? Your virtual assistant is worse than useless!

    @altrinchamhq @O2 Get a second sim with talkmobile (Vodafone and 3 mobile) I'm on that and BT (EE). Still have the odd issue but gives you more chance of coverage.

    @daviddunninguk @O2 No signal in much of Beverley. Poor in parts of central Hull and I’m on 2 bars of signal in Barton-upon-Humber. I’ve been with them since they were Cellnet when O2 was just dioxygen.

    @andycomfort @daviddunninguk @O2 I used stand on a bench in my garden to get a crackly signal. (28yrs ago). Now, my neighbour stands outside my house shouts very loudly all his business details I feel his pain,home WiFi,WiFi calling its the same crappy signal
