@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 if this number represents you; 0333 344 6987; trying to get people to "sign up to exclusive deals" is not acceptable, nor is the incredibly rude way they hang up immediately you say you aren't interested. They need sacking.

@O2 news alert!!!. Did someone say 20% increase in a bill I only signed up to 6 months ago and I’m getting appalling coverage. I have fallen out of love with o2. I’m paying 60 quid a month for both poor service and poor coverage

When you get an early upgrade call from @O2 say you are going to consider it. Then call them back to say you would like to go with the upgrade and are told sorry you need to hope that team call you back 🤔 yeah that and that they cant help!!

@O2 Shocking service for last 2 months. Your ‘advisor’ said there was nothing up however, my local shop says different, say you’re working on masts over the north west. Just been into the Apple Store to make sure it wasn’t my phone and they said they have been inundated with o2 fault
