Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

@O2 I just placed an order & when at checkout app froze. Egg timer continued & items are still showing in basket. When checked my bank the payment has been taken. Can never get through to customer services &just get cut off every time I call. Can someone help? Poor cust service!

@O2 I have been a customer of yours for 15 years. I'm very disappointed with your service. 5 working days to get a text problem fixed. Meanwhile my work grinds to a halt as alot of the programmes I use require two way verification which involves text messages. #Waitingforfix
