    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    Piss take - on phone to @O2 to complain about signal dropping and calls cutting out - kept on hold for 40 minutes and call cuts out 30 seconds after speaking with an agent #timetocancel me thinks 😞

    @KaiserChiefs really disappointed with frontman Ricky Wilson being smashed @o2 tonight whilst trying to perform. He let his fans down and the band didn't look happy with him either. Been to see them many times in the past but this will probably be the last.

    'Do you need any accessories?', 'this is how the contract works', 'thank you'. One of the two 'assisting' me did not even speak to me. If this had been my first interaction with @O2 then I definitely would not have become a new customer. #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 It also isn’t necessary to harass and bully an 80 year old pensioner with threatening letters - especially for a service he doesn’t even have with you!
