Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

Even sent my broken phone to their repair centre and it came back still broken. Cancelled my direct debit mid contract and they sent debt collectors after me. I still didnt pay them

A disproportionate amount of effort to leave a contract they are not fulfilling, without being charged. As we can send a text or receive a call. @MartinSLewis

You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

I explained again my mum has dementia to be told will need power of attorney. Your staff are so insensitive at such a difficult traumatic time.
