    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Deffo look around. Lebara are on the Vodafone network which is better quality than O2. No annual price rises which O2 do now.

    @O2 O2 and your ridiculous payment site * That can't recognise a card's expiry date * That keeps you in hold wholly infuriatingly repeating ad nauseum "Your call is very important to us" *Then terminates the call* All this while threatening to terminate my service because you haven't collected my direct debit although the cash to pay it is in the account and there's never been a problem before!

    @O2 I appreciate the swift response. However, my experience of your network is that I don’t get 5G more than I do. I have been with BT Cellnet->O2 since my first mobile (save for a few months when I had to use my employer’s preferred network), I shall be moving at the earliest chance

    @dayvales @O2 Had this since December Dave,and O2 just give me the same old spin everytime. I’m currently looking for a better network in my area so I can leave asap. Shocking service

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.
