Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

Everyone’s getting in on the bill increases aren’t they. @O2 just e-mailed me and so did @SkyUK. Fluff it that it’s essential to provide a better service, which we know is pants. So customers can’t change tariffs mid contract without being charge but you can do it and it’s fine

@O2 it would be really great if you could fix the transmitter here as those of us staying home with kids sick with Covid would love to have the reassurance of working phone signal, and internet streaming would be a big lovely plus to keep the sick kids entertained 🙏🏼🙏🏼
