    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @O2 I can't make or receive calls, however I can send and receive texts and use my mobile data. I've checked the network checker and it says there's no issues, and obviously I can't call 202, and your live chat service is just bad. What can I do?

    @O2 really fed up now ! 😡 couldn’t access my voicemails for almost a day - missing calls from the cancer centre and now you say there is work in the area and I might loose signal. Things are stressful enough without this #o2

    @O2 sort you bloody network out, im on 4g, try to make a call then i drop straight to 3g, when i end the call that wont connect i pop back up to 4g. Shambles, worse network of the lot!

    At home today and both my home WiFi with @TalkTalk is down and my mobile with @O2 also very very slow. Taken me around half an hour and several attempts to post this

    Hey, @O2 I just paid an eye bleeding amount for an iPad upgrade... the sim swap service is rubbish. I can't speak to a person when I call you, just a computerised voice. The written instructions that came with the sim are *too tiny to read*

    @O2 how can someone actually contact customer service? the MyO2 app is completely broken and doesn't connect with an agent, and there isn't a phone number/live chat on the website.

    @O2 hi if you dont get back to me abojt the issues i am having, i shall be reporting your company to the ombusman. All these issues should be rwsolved by now. I still have no email or phone call about the fold3 replacement.
