    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address

    Unbelievable service from @O2 A week with no mobile service and they offer £5 compensation with no idea of when service will be resumed. Awful!

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree. And you are right, it has got worse. Let alone those black spots being addressed. What is going on? Also offices in the City of London with no signal!!

    @O2 I paid £10 to top up PAYG mobile at shop/Post Office. Code entered an hour later didn't work. Contacted O2 "help" line. Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?

    @O2 why is your service so crap these days. Doesn’t matter if you have “bars” or if it says you have 4G/5G. It’s crap.

    @O2 enough is enough. Having been a customer since Cellnet days time has come to move all my connections. Your service is unusable in to many places.

    @O2 Can't even call in to discuss my account It's that bad. I'm out of contract so I guess I'm going elsewhere.
