    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @O2 I paid my bill, overdue by accident -on Sunday- now 3 days after paying what I was due I still have no service- can’t call or message/no mobile data for 3 days after paying now-the money has left my bank account-Unable to get to speak to anyone! Please restart my services!

    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    @O2 I’ve tried to top up my mum’s PAYG phone twice via 4444 and it has failed. The money shows now as pending being taken on the bank but the message on the phone said it hasn’t gone through. Is there an issue.

    @O2 I just arrived in France, and am unable to use my phone AGAIN, despite your text about “Welcome to France” and informing me about usage! I am unable to contact your support team, I am very angry. Please contact me and sort my problem. I pay you good money for no service!

    I genuinely hate the O2 app so much wdym I paid my phone bills on the 15th and it takes the money (THAT I DON’T HAVE) out again TODAY. I ain’t paying for 2 phone twice 🫩 need to wait till 8AM to call them and sort this **** out. @O2

    @DelBoy80s @EnglandRugby @O2 Lazy analysis to suggest that defence isn't important. He is objectively terrible in defence. Hatrick against the worst Welsh side in living memory, 2 of which Stephen Hawking would have scored
