  • dougaitken Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

  • kirstymiller81 💎kirsty🎓RGN🎓 (@kirstymiller81) reported from Arbroath, Scotland

@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

  • OggLynne Lynne Ogg (@OggLynne) reported from Monifieth, Scotland

@O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

  • Rachypach168 Rachel Robertson (@Rachypach168) reported from Dundee, Scotland

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 Can someone please contact me. I have been a victim of identity theft and receiving multiple letters threatening court action. I have been in contact with customer services multiple times with nothing being done and contacted your fraud team, again no response.

@O2 my Odeon voucher code does not work , can you help ?

  • dani_ellie Dani Joseph (@dani_ellie) reported

@jcwakely @O2 That’s awful and a good reason to switch companies! Didn’t even sound like they were paying attention when they hung up and will probably do it again.

  • whartonsj Stuart Wharton (@whartonsj) reported

@MichaelSniedzeH @O2 I just think a significant price rise after just one month is poor. Looks like a money grab from O2 to me!

  • jess_truman Jess (@jess_truman) reported

@O2 I tried to take my phone contract out of my mum’s name and into my own and was told by customer service I would have to pay a fee or pay off my contract, surely there’s a way to put my phone number/contract into my own name without having to pay a fee? Can you advise?

  • DamienHoneyford Damien Honeyford (@DamienHoneyford) reported

Hi @O2, I got my new SIM yesterday but had issues activating it, though it seemed to work. This morning it's showing no service and my old SIM is still active. I called support yesterday but the operator said they were having issues and then hung up. So far, I'm not impressed

  • jonny_boy27 Jon Massey 🐄 📊 (@jonny_boy27) reported

@jcwakely @O2 Bloody hell, that's awful. How can they not pay attention the first time and then apologise?!

  • genty1970 chris gent (@genty1970) reported

@O2 can you tell me why I can’t use my phone in the BL6 area of bolton especially in and around the bolton football ground, I can’t get a signal or use the internet, driving me mad that your the only phone provider to be like this, time for a change

  • Sadlybrokeboy Matt Morris (@Sadlybrokeboy) reported

@O2 just had the text about the prices rises and I have to say that’s a disgrace, to have one increase of 3.9% is bad, but yes it’s contractual but to chuck the rpi of just shy of 8% smacks of digging the arm in and taking advantage. Poor form and it will be remembered!

  • journeytom T O M ✈ (@journeytom) reported

@weste4 @O2 Part of the problem is enough people don't take action with their feet so to speak and just stay as customer
