Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 Still no service this morning. Are you actually doing anything to fix it? When BT pull the plug on landlines you will be the only source of communication if your service has such low resilience it’s not very good is it?

@O2 I cannot DM you off the mobile as i never used the Sim. As i never needed it in the first place. I was told the sim and account is closed and i would get a refund, but it hasn’t appeared yet.

@O2 As requested I sent you a DM yesterday at 11am, you replied asking for my details which I have now gone through 5 times. I am still awaiting your response. This isn’t acceptable customer service. I was told I was being put through to a manager and then got no response!
