Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 I'm not happy with this service! Having spoken to you multiple times about this, you may loose a long standing customer. I know this is happening to other people on o2.. So it's not just my phone! The signal keeps dropping & drops my calls. This is not what I'm paying for.

@o2 I recently moved to you porting my number.Initially you gave my number to another new o2 customer!Then you gave me a new one but took it away 2 days later-now no-one can contact me!Each day this week the port has been promised but not delivered.Please urgently sort this out!

@O2 what a shambles, was mis-sold a contract in June. I called 2 days after it was taken out to cancel it. I am now on my 4th call to o2 as it is still active and now effecting my credit score!. Every agent agent "assures me its cancelled" what do I do

@SamsungHelpUK my S21 has become super glitchy, slow and randomly restarts itself. The latest software is installed, I've restarted it multiple times too. I'm in contract with @O2 for another 2 years with this phone 😫

@O2 when are you going to sort the signal and data out in the M28 it's been poor for years. I'm at home and I only get 1 bar signal and H on data not even H+ and it's really slow.
