@O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 Still no sim swap but you can send the bill through. 24 hours I was told MAXIMUM! we are now on 59 hours since I did the sim swap. Charging me a fortune for a phone I can’t use. Absolutely shocking service, rude customer service that don’t have a clue what’s going on. #O2

@O2 I spent a lot of time calling you late month to cancel my account with you. Eventually I got through to someone who confirmed it was all cancelled. Today I get an email from you with this months bill! Honestly, what is happening here?? Oh, I cancelled the direct debit!
