    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

    @O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

    @O2 your #iphone screen protectors are duff! First one edge-cracked on day 1, 2nd within a month. I really don’t want to do another 60 min round trip for an exchange. Help!

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

    Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

    @O2 @virginmedia ...strange things happening...both virgin and O2 are now just "dropping calls", or cutting off mid call as they can't or don't want to assist customer??? Just hang up and ignore issues seems to be the play of the day

    @O2 Still got no signal here. I'd love to DM you but the last time I did that I was told I wasn't the account holder and my query closed (not related to this). A new SIM has been ordered (5G) but only last night. Has my old SIM been deactivated or is the mast in my area down?

    @O2 how you are justifying a increase in price is absolutely scandalous. You’re signal in recent months has been the worst I have ever used. Paying for 5G and get it no where. 4G system is as useful as Gary Glitter looking after 12 year olds. This needs sorting out. 13% increase!
