@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 No point. I've been gathering evidence for 3 months now. This isn't a device issue or a once only issue. Its ongoing for months in various postcodes. How can anyone sort it when you don't have anyone to answer customers. I suppose its one way to say you don't have any complaints

@O2 I've tried various cables and plugs to no avail. The port doesn't appear damaged and was working fine until maybe a month ago. Surely a handset that's less than a year old shouldn't have problems?
