Bit annoyed that when my @O2 tablet contract came to an end, I phoned to cancel and was told I'd have to swap it to a rolling contract with a new sim even though I wouldn't be using it...thus being charged £6.39 a month for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

@O2 I’ve been trying all day to get in contact with someone from o2 to discuss my account. I’ve been cut off twice! Customers service is utter rubbish. Tomorrow I’ll be cancelling my contract I’ve had enough.

@Catwitona Raging. Was told my custom wasn't important because the particular issue was with a pay as you go phone. Gonna go back to @O2 who have unbelievably great customer service but cost slightly more in this instance and who don't have great signal in our area

@O2 currently been waiting 35 mins on customer service to get my phone working. You have cut me off and when I call 202 it tells me I have to pay my balance before I can use my phone.....my balance of £0.00
