@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@O2 I raised a fraud ticket for an account takeover on 22nd February. Despite numerous phone calls and assurances that this would be looked into and the Fraud Team would be in touch……we are now some 6 weeks down the line and I’ve heard nothing. Please can someone be in touch.

@O2 why's my 4G and wifi not working properly.... if it was still lockdown news journalism - counted as a key worker status - keeping the UK connected and empowered - please sort this out - I changed from monthly to SIM only so is this the service what most of your customers get?

@O2 we have a Samsung S9 that was with you purchased from Carphone Warehouse. The contract expired a long time ago we now want to give the ohoen to our son but the phone is locked to your network. I have tried 3 times with your call centre and 3 times with Carphone Warehouse 1/2
