    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    I'm paying over £1200 for a faulty phone and can't get a replacement so it can get fixed. I need a phone for work. Yet #EE and #Vodafone offer their customer's a replacement. So now im stuck paying for a faulty phone. Poor from @O2

    honestly baffles me why phone companies don’t deal match with third parties like all i want us to become an @O2 customer with an iphone 13 in midnight for £99 upfront, £37 a month like pls

    @O2 my phone signal has been absolutely rubbish in PE10 area for months. You’ve been messing with a mast that’s been affecting the signal. Any chance of completing the job soon because what am I paying g for?
