@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@Innovationboxes @O2 It worked briefly, but now cannot login today. The support is very poor. They replied to my email a week later, told me they would make a payment to me today, as the payment process has problems, so far nothing has arrived.

Task of the day: sorting my mobile contract. Cheapest deal on @O2 is £8pm but because I'm an existing customer I can only get the same deal is £20pm. I guess it's time to switch network then 🙄

@O2 the free hot drink code on the O2 priority app doesn't work on friday/Saturday. Has this been sorted? Greggs said it doesn't register on their system as a free hot drink.

Hi @O2 - I moved across to you from @VodafoneUK with a number I’ve had for over 20 years and I’ve never received a single spam text message. So far this week I’ve had four - including one from “O2 Billing”. Did you sell my number to a spammer or is it just hacked? 🤔
