    Hey @O2 . Stop sending out texts messages with videos. Videos are a known way of spreading viruses and rootbots to mobile phones. I never open texts with videos attached.

    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didnโ€™t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really donโ€™t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    @O2 You have to be the worst company Iโ€™ve ever had the displeasure dealing with. I cancelled my account with in June, & am still getting billed. I never get a response if i email, Iโ€™ve sent a letter 6 weeks ago with no response, Iโ€™m not holding my breath for any kind of reply.

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 Now imagine i call up, and pretend to be you, so I can get your e-sim swapped to my device, so when I find your login details on a password leak list for a site, I get your 2FA token sent to my device upon login, and you blame O2 for having **** security.

    @O2 My Daughters phone broke and o2 have been messing her about for 3 weeks now. Can someone please DM me so I can try and get this sorted ? Customer service has been awful, ยฃ80 a month to be treated so badly absolutely disgusting service.

    @joshjeram @O2 @davehpayne Indeed. After half an hour on the phone trying to get them to honour the prices ON THEIR OWN APP. I got offered a "special deal" as I am such a good customer. An expensive 24 month contract... The are an absolute shower. I'm moving provider tomorrow - one with a UK call centre

    @karthika_gm @O2 Yeah the deals are quite affordable, I have used EE for similar amount of time too. I pay 19 quid, but the service is better ๐Ÿ˜œ
