@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@O2 customer service is terrible. I placed an order for a phone on 29th November, still not been sent. After 3 days trying to speak to someone, finally get through and then put through to another department. Just left hanging on phone for 20 mins. Do you want my business or not??

@O2 She is already on another Polish network. She is in fact unable to make calls- she cannot call customer services herself and no one is able to call on her behalf hence why I have resorted to twitter.
