So @O2 offered me a great deal for my fiancée, as we're both loyal customers. Agreed to go ahead, then they said "Oh sorry you've been moved to a new system so the price is £11 a month more." What the hell is this? Horrendous customer service.

  • AndyG88_ Andy (@AndyG88_) reported

The worst phone network in the UK has to be O2. Disgraceful service considering it's 2022. I have zero signal in about 80% of places unless I find WiFi @O2 #O2

  • SDM250567 Wan T 🇺🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@SDM250567) reported

@O2 hello. Quick question. Can you explain to me why, as an existing customer, O2 won't agree to match deals which are available through 3rd party phone suppliers? I want to stay as a customer but you are not helping to make that possible.

  • nothingbutbbq Oliver Woolnough (@nothingbutbbq) reported

@seantrent @O2 It’s not the signal. It’s the appalling disjointed CS. Just awful. 2.5 weeks no service and basically getting shrugged at. Bearing in mind I have a number of contracts too, they still couldn’t care less
