Hey @O2 is there an issue with the signal in the Sheffield S9 area? 5g phone getting at most 4g with a speed average of 2-3mb. Work colleague sat next to me with his phone on @ThreeUK getting 150mb. Pretty disgraceful tbh, shame I'm in a 2 year contract cos you'd be going bye bye

@O2 I bought a new phone on your network less than 6 months ago at £50 per month with unlimted everything. Now I have a bill at over £58 with no additional out of plan charges. Why is my bill now over £8 higher than it was agreed at less than half a year ago?!!
