@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

Great service from @O2. I called to explain I can’t pay my bill until the DWP sorts out my payments. They were very understanding & put my account on hold until then. I ended up chatting with the adviser about his Dad who went through COVID too. It all felt humane & empathetic.

I have to say I used to think @O2 were a decent company, its a shame that the service i am getting get worse by the week, they have had my phone for weeks and it was meant to be 3 day repair, they dont have a clue what they are doing
