@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@O2 It’s everywhere I go. I have done numerous network resets, tried several e-sims waited over 48 hours and still I get nothing and it’s been like this for the whole week! I request to leave my contract but they won’t let me. Please look into this.

@O2 Fraudulent activity in my name confirmed and 'resolved' by O2 on 13/09/22 yet an outstanding loan amount and a missed payment still showing on my credit report? I'm not even an O2 customer and never have been. Seven weeks since initial reporting of issue!

@O2 is there anyone there that I can work with to leave your service. Been trying to call 202 for a day and only get disconnected. I feel sorry for the service team if you are that busy. The fault is the system of the process you're in & leadership's inability to react.
