@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@O2 Thank you for the checker. However this suggests that the mast in Manchester has been down since at least Saturday. Also, the one near Preston Hospital has been having ongoing issues since 30th August!!! What are you doing to resolve this & give us the service we’re paying for?

@O2 I've had a query since last week and got no where regarding an 02 priority code. On friday/saturday the code does not work to redeem a free hot drink. On the greggs system it doesn't register. Please can someone answer why the code doesn't work?

@novakg11 @O2 @VodafoneUK Nothing new, I've been noticing the signal reliability is negligible at best. My phone might say 4g, but no apps that use data work. And yes, I have plenty of data left.
