@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

@O2 Hey, I entered Ukraine and got a text saying it's £7.20 a MB. my phone had already used about 10mb before I turned this off. This seems extremely predatory and can't possibly be right considering the situation. Can I please get some help with this?
