    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    @O2 (3) Unfortunately, we did not know that this was the caseandit was our first service purchase from"O2" From now on stop getting service, nd when you see the "O2" text,stay away from this company.We made a big mistake by getting service from"O2",so don't make the same mistake.

    @O2 hi I'm having an issue with accessing a particular website, this issue only occurs when using my mobile data not over a WiFi connection, the owner of said site said it could be down to content blocking? Can you shed any light please? TIA

    @O2 @O2Priority Daughter's upgrade IPhone stolen in transit. Have waited the 3-5 days for investigation but nothing heard so rang for update. Now apparently escalated to complaints & further wait of 6 working days! Not good enough service for loyal customers so 2 contracts gone😡

    @O2 (1) I have never seen a company as bad as "O2" in my life. CUSTOMER SERVICE Terrible. They are making fun of the customer, even the customer service representative we called before Christmas was drunk.

    @O2 Ok but how can you suddenly give me something I never asked for and don’t want but charge me extra for it? Why not send a diamond bracelet to my house and bill me for that too? You already charge me for data I can’t get, you’ve even acknowledged it!!!! Unbelievable
