@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@O2 why offer next day delivery on accessories when it takes a week or more to even process the order and when contacted no one will give you a status update on your order just told to wait for an email will it come before Xmas - who knows!! Terrible customer service

I was with Orange / @EE for nearly 30 years. Then my screen broke one day and I was told that EE could fix the screen only if they wiped my phone, I'd lose the first year of my twins baby photos/videos. I declined but the EE store person wiped the memory card anyway Hello @O2 !

@O2 I order the 14 pro max at the end of September. Not even so much as an update of when I will receive it. Even a rough date! Phoned multiple times to no avail starting to seriously consider cancelling can you provide any help

@O2 Day 8 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Happy Monday to everyone except YOU. Your 4G barely works. At least you can nudge the guy in front of you, we are stuck with you telling us there’s no known issue in our area. :/
