    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    Hey @O2 . Stop sending out texts messages with videos. Videos are a known way of spreading viruses and rootbots to mobile phones. I never open texts with videos attached.

    @kirstygc1 @O2 Hasn't worked for months if honest, I told them about the fault 4 months ago and they still won't fix it as it only affects % of customers. It's shocking. Look through my old posts to O2 to see how bad. There's even a ticket open ref CIT-A390334 about it, never called me back

    @O2 having issues with making payment online , no matter which browser , pc , phone, tablet or operating system , keep getting too many redirects error . Tried all remedies but no joy #o2 #o2redirects

    @O2 Hi, I have been in Guadeloupe, French West Indies since February 23rd 2026. I got a text saying I have a maximum of 25 GB of roaming allowance included in my tariff. My 02 app doesn't work anymore so I can't monitor my usage. Can you help me see where I am at?

    @O2 My Mum got a new phone but her number didn’t transfer over. They tried 3 esims and she still has no network.

    @O2 @DarkSabers2013 Nearly 48 hours later and u still have not resolved the issue. Took you 36 just to respond it’s absolutely shocking and nothing to do with being busy. Respond to dm asap and get this sorted immediately
