I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!

Since your merger with virgin the application is actually so poor constant log jn via email it doesnt approve ur verification try again it accept but nothing happens on the app.
