    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    Hey @O2 . Stop sending out texts messages with videos. Videos are a known way of spreading viruses and rootbots to mobile phones. I never open texts with videos attached.

    @O2 Your hold times are absolutely abysmal. I received notice that you’re increasing tariff, told you I wanted to leave within 30 days; but couldn’t complete due to recent address change. Was on phone for an hour and was told someone would call me back in 7 days. Never happened.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 David Cameron gave these mobile phone companies warnings to invest and improve coverage or face penalties, and it started to work, but then he resigned and these companies went back to how they were. They charge us for a complete month and don't deliver the service they promise.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 They are all bad, and ofcom have allowed them to lie about their coverage. @EE claims good coverage in my area, which is very poor, but they believe their own maps more than reality. Go into any city centre in the north, and you’ll find more dark spots than a spotted ****

    I’m absolutely not renewing my contract with @o2, just before you announce a ridiculous increase in phone bills, you wanna match it with the worst data possible. My data got so bad, I had to switch on my US sim

    @O2 many many customers in Meltham (HD9 4BN) with no service for many days now as a mast in Broadlands, Meltham that is diesel powered has not been working. Nearly 7 days now. What is going on please ? URGENT ACTION REQUIRED

    @TomTugendhat @O2 It’s awful in NE London and by my work near Westminster. Time for gov intervention? They are failed to provide the service yet billing for it.
