    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    @O2 @O2 it’s now my 3rd day on the phone with customer service trying to get my phone. No one has located it yet and a 2nd investigation has been opened, to top it off I’ve been told I can’t cancel the contract even though I haven’t received a phone.

    Hey @O2 Can we talk about the time we exercised our right to cancel, you told us to ignore the final bill as we didn’t owe it, and then 2 months later sold the ‘debt’ to a collection agency who are now pursuing us? Never mind the impact you had on our credit scores…

    @babymable @virginmedia @O2 It's down for us too in East London, The reason why we are leaving Virgin now. It seems to be down more then up lately... Just signed the contract with Community Fibe, cheaper, faster and so reliable. They also gave us the first 6 months free.

    @O2 Yesterday I claimed my monthly Oden ticket, however when I went to go onto the Priority app to use it a couple of hours later it disappeared and said I could claim today. I just went on and I’m now getting an error message and I can’t claim it. Please could you help?
