@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@O2 hi there. My son having issues topping up his payg mob via the app, we've tried 3 different bank cards (the one registered on the app now lost) and he is getting an error saying the payment can't be taken. I have same set up and topped up no probs

@O2 I have asked for proof of usage and proof of purchase of one of my device twice already....promised you will send it over within 24hours ....twice🤯🤯🤯 I can spend £250/month somewhere else with probably better customer service ...@O2 pull your act together

Never in my life had to deal with a customer service as bad as @O2 giving incorrect information 2hrs on the phone and still no further on #avoidthiscompany
