    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    Dear @O2, Today, we had a powercut, which, in turn, highlighted a big issue. The issue? A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

    @O2 please could you help, I had a new contract and we phoned customer services because the volt hadn’t been added I was meant to have 10GB of data and only have 5 .. we were told it would be on the next time it refreshed which is today and I still have 5 😩

    Nice work by @O2 changing my tariff today. Very quick. Been screwing me over for years tbf. I only realised when EE offered me kajillion GBs for a third of the gold bullion I shipped to O2 each month (and had been doing for 15 years). Feel like a cool customer on me new deal tho.

    @O2 - help I despair with your customer service team! Phone lost for a few hours and asked to unblock when found last Friday. You’ve been unable to unblock sim & phone since after many inconsistent calls. Told us to put sim into different phone & now you’ve blocked that one too!

    @O2 Yes. I signed up yesterday - gave my address, landline & mobile - all part of confirming the deal. Had nothing sent to my mobile. The message told me my card is arriving - it can't be a coincidence? It sounds like an issue with your joint O2/Virgin processing???

    @O2 please help I’m getting desperate here. Almost three days now after swapping my SIM and still no network on my new phone. Totally unacceptable and I’ve been a customer with you for as long as I can remember!
