    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    @O2 2 weeks ago I was told over the phone by o2 that volt had been applied - still nothing. I qualify, waited 2 weeks and it appears it wasn't done. Awful customer service.

    @O2 why am I being charged o2 travel when roaming and data has been off since the 4.8.22 leaving the uk.The staff in the o2 shop explained the procedures to following before reaching my destination yet you are still trying to charge me for a service I have not used or asked for!

    @O2 I can sign into my virgin media account fine with the same email & P. W. Its just when I try to sign in to the priority app through the virgin login it says there's a problem?

    @O2 Hi O2. I registered my flight with smartdelay a few days ago, now at the airport with a 2 hour delay and I’ve received nothing from them regarding lounge access. I’ve emailed their customer service but received nothing back.

    @O2 Thanks just found the network checker as friend pointed me that way. It does say there is a network issue so suppose that is why struggled to make calls for days. What it doesn't give is an estimate when it will be looked at - any way to find that information out? Thanks

    @alisonbcoleman @O2 Complain agsin using BBCWatchdog and Which magazine tags, 10 months plus of terrible data speeds. Need to get thdm to admit the networks got issues. Then they lie to you when you talking to them.
