    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    Hey @O2 . Stop sending out texts messages with videos. Videos are a known way of spreading viruses and rootbots to mobile phones. I never open texts with videos attached.

    @O2 trying to get a new esim profile as I have a new handset and can't get through. Been on hold 40 minutes each time for past few days. Live help says they can't help. This is frustrating.

    @O2 tried to sort out a new phone S25FE at me local store, CS was useless tried to make a complaint got nowhere, walked into @SamsungUK liverpool one, spoke to Matthew walked out with S26, time to change my mobile provider aswell I think

    i can honestly say that @O2 is by far the worst company i think i’ve ever had a contract with, constant issues with them, had multiple hacks after talking to the OFFICIAL phone number, price hikes galore and now i can’t even access my bill to cancel and go sim only. Shocking👍🏼

    Had to move from @O2 due to terrible local service/not getting texts when they're sent - they've charged me £25 for the privilege of moving to a provider who *will* let me communicate via text. 🙄

    @O2 I’ve sent a DM but haven’t had a response since Friday. I still cannot connect my Apple Watch to my o2 account — setup is showing outdated 2019 terms and not creating a new connection. Store support couldn’t fix it. Please can someone look into this urgently?

    @JeffArnoldX @O2 I’m the same been a loyal customer for 15 years and they can’t offer me a decent sim only contract to stay with them, yet can new customers get offered far better deals and they won’t match it

    @O2 I wrote on a post the other day about signal in the area, you said to do some check. Well, we did and found out that there is a mast down which you have failed to inform your customers about the problem. I am moving to a different network for this, what a joke of a company
