@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@deepblue1990 @O2 I regret changing back to them. I got crap signal when I was with them for 12 years and no perks because I wasn’t a new customer, even threatening to leave they had zero offers for to keep me loyal. And now I’m back on them it’s **** all signal again.

@O2 Hi. I logged a complaint with your company on the 1st July 2022 and also requested an MCB. I was told there is no timescale for the complaint and a 24-48 hour timescale for the MCB. I have not been contacted since. Is this normal or acceptable in your opinion?

@O2 Why have you made it so that you I only log on to My O2 with 2FA by sending a code via text message? The SIM I'm using is installed in a lift emergency phone, I can't check messages on it, and now can't get into my account to pay! Ridiculous!
