Hey @O2 . Stop sending out texts messages with videos. Videos are a known way of spreading viruses and rootbots to mobile phones. I never open texts with videos attached.

@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@O2 hi. I placed an order online with £90 upfront which has come out but it says the order is unsuccessful. Does that mean the order will be cancelled and the £90 will be returned? It needed to cancel the order anyway. Any help will be appreciated. Thank-you.

@O2 we have a network outage in RH14 that affects all your sub networks, and no it's not 'some trouble' it's pretty much constant lack of signal. Your website says you'll update with news by Friday - what about people who depend on your network for their job, to receive payments?

@O2 Hello. I got a call from your team the other day saying I could upgrade, I got excited and we spoke about what phones etc and all the good stuff, She then said I could not upgrade and said it was a mistake but my number and contract was pushed though for a upgrade? Help ?

@O2 Not much help when I’m out and about. & WiFi calling should only need to be an ad-hoc measure - not the default. Could you point me in the right direction so I can register days without service so those days are refunded? Thank you.
