@O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

@O2 Never missed a payment on my contracts in a decade of having them. My last contract was £62 a month with 3 Network but 02 refuse a £32 a month contract! I have great credit, too!

Getting harassment orders from @O2 & enforcement orders at MY address despite someone setting up an account in my name at an address I’ve never lived at & despite me reporting the identity theft & fraud to them & the police. Excellent ******* service eh?

O2 signal at Gatwick Airport is the absolute worse. I never get 4G and reception to try and make calls is really patchy. Time to change network I think @O2
