    @O2 are really bad at customer services, ordered a nw ipad last week for delivery Tuesday, DPD came nd didn’t ring my flat buzzer and does the same again today and the chat guy really don’t help, while checking account give me info on upgrading my iPad and account

    @O2 As per usual, no signal in town when more than about 20 other people are here, despite the phone showing 5g. Definitely time to change network provider (4th attempt to post so far in a 5g area)

    @O2 Wifi calling only worked with whatsapp - I missed 3 really important calls to do with my house move because of the lack of signal, and I was unable to log in to my account to check the wifi calling settings due to being sent a verification code via text as I detailed above!
