It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer Iโll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

Just because you think Ive been with you 11 years had 3 contracts running simultaneous with you, you donโt treat customers like you lot do. Iโm going with @O2 as soon as my other 2 contracts end!

Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker Iโm still at work and canโt phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

I worked in customer service for a mobile phone company & the number of people who has their email, & therefore multiple online accounts, hacked was staggering.

You can see from what others are saying (especially the person saying he lives near the ground and has had problems in last few days) 1/2

West Country Gills (@GillsCountry) reported@SteveJoyce14 @O2 Generally there are issues with signal when there are large crowds of people gathering so close to each other I take it as a given that that's the case with music festivals, sports grounds etc so don't expect it when I'm in/around them
