@VodafoneUK Been through this, no chance. Just because you think Ive been with you 11 years had 3 contracts running simultaneous with you, you don’t treat customers like you lot do. I’m going with @O2 as soon as my other 2 contracts end!

Wow @O2 — weeks of a broken voicemail and not one person who can fix it. Every agent repeats “try 1750/1760.” Still broken. Your customer care is honestly awful — no ownership, no escalation, no help. Loyal customers deserve far better. #O2 #CustomerServiceFail

Goodbye @O2 Fed up with your awful 3g service in and around #bristol This was before your inflation-busting price rise announced on Wednesday. Have also saved by ditching @virginmedia internet and its constant buffering (despite a good headline speed test). Happy bunny now.

@Ofcom @O2 Wow, O2, you sure know how to break a contract don’t you! Start a new contract in June, and you change the terms in October! I have NEVER had a mobile contract changed mid-term. Shameful. Ah well, that’s me Porting out of O2. Ofcom, what do you have to say?
