    @VodafoneUK Been through this, no chance. Just because you think Ive been with you 11 years had 3 contracts running simultaneous with you, you don’t treat customers like you lot do. I’m going with @O2 as soon as my other 2 contracts end!

    @VodafoneUK You suck. Been with you 11 years. Treated me like shit. Won’t pay my bank charges that you caused, won’t insure my Iwatch that you flogged me, as soon as my two contracts are up, I’m going with @O2

    @O2 Day 32 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @TheNutronic @O2 @O2 server infrastructure is a joke when it comes to these verification emails. Just like their alleged '5G' network. 10 min expiry on the code but it takes hours to arrive by email!

    @O2 is there an issue with the Priority app? I’ve been logged out and not able to log back in. Keep going in circles asking for mobile number and unique code

    @O2 why is priority not letting me sign in even tho I type the right security code in every time I try it takes me back to the log in screen

    So glad to have left @O2. Spent 25 minutes setting up a payment plan on the phone only for the whole amount to be taken in one. And you had the cheek to ask why I was leaving. FYI, it’s customer service like this.
