    @VodafoneUK Been through this, no chance. Just because you think Ive been with you 11 years had 3 contracts running simultaneous with you, you donโ€™t treat customers like you lot do. Iโ€™m going with @O2 as soon as my other 2 contracts end!

    @O2 another company with the most frustrating Customer Service system, involving heavy reliance on automated systems that send you round in circles, that donโ€™t contribute to efficiency in solving customers problems, but that only serve to wasting customers time.

    @O2 The service you have provided me since joining a family contract a month ago has been absolutely shocking. I have spent over 10hrs on the phone, with no resolution, had all our SIMs cancelled without being told so, and dealt with clueless and unhelpful customer service reps.

    @O2 Me & my partner both in 02 get nothing in town but we are paying a lot of money each month & getting no service at all in our home town itโ€™s really poor, member of a tennis club had a social day 35 of us 12 had 02 all said they have the same problem, has been going on for a year

    @O2 Internet service in my area has been very poor for the last 2โ€“3 weeks. It was slow before, but now itโ€™s become almost unusable. Could you please investigate the issue and provide an update? Or we can change to @vodafone_de @deutschetelekom ?

    So two different ombudsman to get you sorted @O2. You've admitted you're at fault by way of a refund, that you never processed, but I have the email. Also the data hasn't worked for most of May too so nothing was resolved in the complaint. #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 So what do i do in an emergency? Let myself or someone else die and tell them it's ok @o2 is doing there best.
