@O2 ordered new phone/contract a week ago, changing networks for 1st time in years. Nothing yet, contacted cust service by phone - next to useless. Apparently referred for credit check but no one able to contact that team. Shoddy service for new customer.

Why are @O2 so damn expensive when going direct. It's a hassle going to a 3rd party for a better deal to then change your existing account.

@O2 must say i am not very happy with the way you deal with customer complaints bit off a joke you put an offer on that you can only pick fom a shop you could not get the same offer online very dumb move in the middle of a pandemic so muck for disabled people or those shielding

8 months of hell with @O2, finally I am with a decent network, who values their customers. Tracy Turner, Mark Evans and the rest of the team at O2 are useless, pathetic bullies.
