Yesterday I upgraded my @O2 contract and was told by the salesman on the phone that because I was a @virginmedia customer, I was entitled to a FREE upgraded on my broadband and double data on my contract. At the end of the call, I was put through to someone at @virginmedia

@O2 just switched to BT and receive threatening "Enforcement Letter" - this is the first letter and direct debit still in place. Not a good invitation ever to return. As my granddaughter said "Never going with them"..

@virginmedia @ITVChase @O2 You lot are complete rubbish! You are fast enough charging extortionate amounts for your packages, an prices keep rising, zero discounts to old loyal customers! Yet you still seem unable to keep internet stability a priority, and your call centres are a joke.

Replied to @O2 regarding my complaint two weeks ago and had no reply since. How long am I expected to wait when the service you’re providing is still rubbish?
