Spent 2.5 hrs on call to @O2 ordering new phone. Noticed delivery address was wrong so spent another hour getting them to correct it and assure me phone would be delivered to correct address. Guess what? Appalling service

@O2 I have been contacting customer service for the last 2 months I pay my sons monthly contract and haven't had service for this long I keep getting told to reboot and switch it off and still doesn't work

Phone signal gone again been terrible for 2 or 3 months but it’s been real bad the last couple of weeks literally non existent. New phone too. I’m guessing interference?? Any answers @O2

@O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.
