Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reportedSo two different ombudsman to get you sorted @O2. You've admitted you're at fault by way of a refund, that you never processed, but I have the email. Also the data hasn't worked for most of May too so nothing was resolved in the complaint. #evidenceforombudsman

kt (@katieh1015) reported@O2 I really need help from someone at o2 who knows what’s going on. I opened a contract with the promise from staff in-store that if I called up HQ after purchasing the phone I would get 20% off my airtime by joining it with my partner from the same household.

Tom (@ChallengeFaz) reportedSo @O2 has got to be the absolute worst I’ve dealt with bar none. Seemingly no training or people skills needed to be on the other side of the 202 number…
-
Cllr Sophie Preston-Hall ECC Rochford North (@SophiePrestonHa) reportedIs anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?
