Hey @O2 pls help. One page on your website says pre-paid data sims don’t work in an iPad Air Cellular. Elsewhere on the site it doesn’t say this and offers them. Please can you confirm if it does work or not in it? I always used to use that kind of O2 sim in my old iPad Pro.

@o2’s supposed ‘5G’ network in Manchester, even with full signal, is so poor I can’t even load @youtube; but I can’t get out of my contract despite the fact they aren’t meeting their service requirements. Been to their store and told there was nothing they could do. Total cowboys
