@O2 why is my 30 day rolling bill going up 17% when my service is horrendous since the @virgin takeover. Not happy paying over £30 for a rolling contract with 15gb of data.

@O2 you have let your customers down. Putting up your prices to incorporate a 13.4 pc inflation rate + another 2 pc is so unfair - especially as the rate of inflation is lower than 13.4pc now:(

@O2 So @O2 collects the money but won’t take responsibility for cancellation? I’d like a full refund for the misleading & deceptive sale of a unsolicited product add on. £12/mth and never once used.

@O2 Customers SHOULD be able to cancel when you are putting the CONTRACT up by 13.4%. Why do we have to keep our end of the contract, but you don’t have to?

@macaz1977 @JamieBogleFP @O2 O2 in Whickham is shite? And VM is the only choice for decent internet service too?

@O2 You know you don't HAVE to raise prices by 17.3%. You can be less of a (what's a polite way of saying it...) bottom hole company and raise by less. Freaking joke. @Ofcom needs to start cracking down on these joke raises. #RipOff

@EnglandRugby @O2 I am yet to be convinced by JVT, slow out of the ruck and has made some very iffy passes.

@O2 That doesn't answer my question as to why it's been like this for at least 4 months yet you continue to charge me for a service you aren't providing and now want to charge me 13% more for not providing that service

@PilgrimChris @iamawty @O2 Yeah but our prices won't come back down when Inflation does will it?
