.@O2 sort your 4G signal out in DH1. It’s absolutely atrocious and has been for a few days, internet is completely unusable iMessages don’t even send!

Hi @O2 - I ended my contract in March and am still being billed, AND am now receiving messages threatening loss of service etc. I can't log in as the account is closed, and I can't get put through to help without paying you more money. I need this sorted please asap.

Got to love being on @O2. They charge extortionate rates, claim to fix problems and make them worse. My phone does everything except the one thing its supposed to do... Make and receive calls. Absolutely no coverage whatsoever anywhere in the country. Looks like EE in March

@O2 Your IT team is terrible! They’ve clearly fiddled with your payment system & have no clue how to stabilise it again! I’ve been trying to pay my device plan off since TUESDAY, but all now, my payment can’t be taken because your system is down with no fix time/date in sight 😤
