Day 10 of my old number being dead and not porting to @O2. Now the temporary number is dead. I have no phone. Chat support takes 4-6 hours to respond to a message. They literally have a grown man in tears out of frustration. Well done. Well done.

@O2 Who got the tickets 02 and Virgin staff ??? I was trying from before 10am until after midnight sometimes entered my number received first security text then second never arrived , requested again both arrived but screen stuck on first page . Then down completely. Shame on you I2

@O2 Prime example why 02 are ****! Been with them 15 years ,only good thing was the o2 priority and it crashed on the busiest day, **** signal all the time, can’t wait to leave

@O2 This is a embarrassing poor show by o2 I am seriously considering moving my family from o2 to another network your treatment of customers is becoming worse over time and the benefits of being a priority customer are certainly questionable based on the Peter Kay shambles
