    @O2 the network and data connection in Omagh is an absolute nightmare! It was terrible before but it unusable right now especially on a busy business street #help

    @O2 traded phone in at livingston store 13th december, was told 3-5 working days for my money into bank, phoned on 21st as didnt have it they sent me into store, store told me to phone, i emailed heard nothing, phoned this morning got told to contact customer services (1/2)

    @O2 Couldn’t unwrap 5 iPhones for Xmas as it didn’t meet O2’s Business Policy, so was sent 2 phones and had to buy outright 3 iPhones and had to have on another network, rubbish customer services

    @O2 I need to connect my key programming equipment through my phones hot spot as I’m mobile however I can’t gain access to the server as apparently I have a roaming IP address and need a static uk IP address Do you have someone I can speak to to help me with this

    @O2 Any chance of an honest answer to when my daughter’s new iPad might arrive? Ordered on 21/11 and text and email both said would be next day delivery.. over 5wks later and still nothing!! Disgraceful customer service! Why put on a Black Friday deal if you can’t meet demand?
