    @O2 the network and data connection in Omagh is an absolute nightmare! It was terrible before but it unusable right now especially on a busy business street #help

    @O2 absolutely shocking service trying to return brand new AirPods as they don’t work. Website keeps taking u to virtual web agent, which then sends you to round in circle. Rang call centre, they just cut me off. I don’t know what else to do!!

    Another day working in Manchester city centre, another day of @O2’s unusable data network, calls dropping & messages failing. Colleague on @VodafoneUK had no issues. @O2 your excuse of congestion just isn’t acceptable. How do I cancel my contract? Literally can’t work like this!
