@O2 ah yes i see you've replied to yesterdays tweet earlier today. Have DM'd you now but nothing is any further forward than it was on Monday. In fact its moved backwards as Tesco mobile have cut off my service.

@O2 It’s the next day and still no response to my DM. The saga continues, the promised call after 6 last night to check my number transfer was completed never materialised because of course it didn’t happen.

Really, really regretting leaving @O2 and moving to @tescomobile . Tesco service has been absolutely shocking. I've been waiting for them to port my number since 6th Dec. Multiple online chats, conversations with staff in-store, DMs on here and zero progress.
