@O2 @l3479s I've had the same problem @O2 why won't you extend this to all of your customers? All that will happen is I will cancel this extra and buy direct from Disney at £79.90 for 12 months

@_AngelLady_ @O2 It's not just O2, it's all networks and they were trying this earlier in the year. They have an almost never ending list of numbers to call you from as well.

@O2 Tried all of the tips and still one bar - my wifi is just as bad so I’ve been surviving off of hot spotting from my phone and now I can’t do that.
