@O2 I have been trying to deal with a fraud issue since January and have rung your help desk every 3-4 weeks and still nothing has been done. Last week I raised a formal complaint and was told someone would ring me within 48 hours, it’s now been 10 days and nothing.

@O2 charged me, despite cancelling contract in the 14day cooling-off period. Sim not even used. Called to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Now only been partially refunded. Absolute crooks.

@O2 I need assistance ASAP regarding my phone bill that is overdue! I get paid my wages this week fri as I am skint until then. so is there anyway my service can be put back on? as I need the data connection for work. I am a NHS care worker and I have work tomorrow!
