@O2 4 days without connection outdoors and still no answers. Apple have run a diagnostic on my phone and have confirmed it is a network issue. Please advise as soon as possible I am paying for unlimited data will I be refunded?

@virginmedia @O2 I have NO handset never have done. And ALL my homes viewing is done by other means (netflix, disney+ etc) all i want is M500 broadband coupled with my O2 sim as a volt deal (which i currently have active) and it feels like im asking for the universe.

@O2 how do I have a mobile contract put on hold? @AffordableMob managed to send a "brand new" mobile phone where the seal has been tampered and finger prints all over the screen. Their customer service has been 🤬 so far.
