    @O2 the network and data connection in Omagh is an absolute nightmare! It was terrible before but it unusable right now especially on a busy business street #help

    @O2 you’re open for sales but not to support existing customers? My 18 yr old daughter, travelling alone on a flight tomorrow, has been without service for three days now. I have called you eight times today. Promises not kept. Absolutely appalling service.

    @o2 I have just taken out a new contract online and the phone is coming today. The tariff has been updated in my o2 account but doesn’t show the £7 airtime discount shown in the offer I took out. I haven’t had an email with the new contract. Can you help please.

    @O2 is there an issue with your payment system? Tried twice to pay bill online, called and agent tried twice. None have been successful but I am able to use the card to purchase elsewhere? I do not want a late fee on my bill. Thanks

    @O2 I swapped to your service a couple of months ago- but I rarely have enough signal to make/receive calls, I can’t ever text/ call android phones and w wifi on underground I can’t iMessage. Is there a chance my contract didn’t switch over properly? I don’t know what to do!
