@O2 Is this the same as the Peter Kay ticket fiasco ? When your site was supposed to be down but somehow all tickets got sold ? Priority ? For what ? Seems you haven’t fixed it from last time then. What’s the point in having priority if every time a big event happens, you can’t cope

@O2 Nah. I'm too irate at the idiocy from the O2 customer services person I just spoke to. Gave me a phone number to call, and guess what?! The number isn't recognised!!!! Excellent service! 10/10 !! 🤬

@O2 tirelessly trying to contact o2 to make a payment but on day 3 of trying now. Payment line doesnt work. 202 just beeps constantly. No help at all sent from pillar to post with no straight answer.

@O2 many hours more of holding and still no end in sight. @Ofcom can you look into @O2 failing to provide a working customer service line, meaning you can't get through to them when their service is failing. Access to support is surely a consumer right??
