    @O2 how hard is it to do a click n collect at your stores. Ordered a xiaomi handset to store, email confirm expected on 14th April in store. The app shows order as completed. Store have no idea where my phone is/ when it will arrive. Online help is like pulling teeth. Can u help?

    @sean_simo @O2 It's buried away in their terms and conditions. Sadly, the o2 staff don't seem to have a clue about their own products. Totally agree that advertising such a poor service when roaming in the USA is pretty misleading.

    @O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

    @O2 Walked into the new O2 store in Slough and the customer service was exceptional. Sorted out my new tablet in 20 minutes or so. Please pass my thanks on to Liam, Viz and Fizzah

    @o2 what is the issue with wifi connections on London underground/tube. Do your customers still have options? Seeing messages that it's been removed... Wifi Extra doesn't automatically connect?
