So update, @O2 DM to sort issue, no response, I have been put on a data tariff no in/out calls… 7 days ago I began a journey to upgrade.. nightmare.. the handset I traded in has disppeared despite having a right to cancel..o2 are terrible. #poorcustomerservice

I see all @O2 staff are out enjoying the sun. I try to use the text help services wait for over an hour for a reply you open the link to chat and they end the chat. Try calling you go through some options it says she may be waiting few to 15 mins then cut you off.. POOR SERVICE

Hi @O2 my phone is no longer getting any 4G connection no matter where I go. I have checked all network settings and coverage in every area I am in and all is fine. I can’t get through to speak to anyone!

@O2 o2 needs to stop telling lies to their customers!!...the signal in Enfield is intermittent at best😡..4 months and still the same..being told birds have nested in the mast...its just one lie after another...they cannot be trusted to tell the truth or to carry out repairs!!😡👎

@O2 disgusting service had my account hacked someone purchased an iPhone on my account fraud team no help told the order had been cancelled still on my account useless customer service who hung up on me twice might have to cancel my direct debit to protect myself awful
