Hello @O2. Was helping a friend setup a phone for #elderly person on PAYG contract. They accidentally mixed up "phonebook" with preinstalled "directory" contact on O2 SIM and got charged £1.50 for a 1 second call. Please help refund this outrageous cost. #exploitation

@O2 I’ve been trying for days and there’s never an option so there must be no one available? Not the most accessible system!

@O2 @Mark_A69 Do o2 even read tweets and messages? Or just only cherry pick the easy to answer ones? *Still* waiting replies to my tweets and DM regarding paying my bill and still not getting service back.

@O2 We have not had a mobile signal at AB36... for 2 weeks. I am beginning to run out of patience. Given the profits that O2 make, there is no reasonable excuse for a delay of this extent to restoration of signal. Simply not good enough. Pull your fingers out and get it fixed!

@Brentwood_BC @O2 Any idea when a new phone mast will be installed, replacing the one taken down from the top of Ewing House on Kings Road? Still struggling to make a phone call indoors, which has been the case for almost 2 years now! #brentwood #phonemast #mobilephonecoverage

@skullmonkey7735 @O2 Indeed. And they didn’t tell us a thing about it. Went for days with so many problems I actually bought a new phone, thinking it must be that. Then they said “oooh - check out our app. Thanks for your patience”. Since when, nothing. Amazing.
