    @O2 Your app was down i did eventually manage to get into it early hours i seen a few people had similar issues! You sent me reset codes and wasnt letting me in and saying i couldnt access for 24hrs?

    @O2 My 83 year old mother in law cut off from her family contacts as 02 can’t solve a simple problem and update her payment details. Over 2 hours on the phone today with numerous advisers and NOT one can sort it. Incompetent.

    Having nothing but problems with @O2 at the moment. Their signal coverage seems to have considerably dropped and I’m struggling to get any speeds even when on 4 bars of 4G. Any recommendations for alternative providers is welcomed
