    @O2 Shocking phone reception in Bridgnorth. Be nice to get it sorted before 2023. "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it"

    @O2 left you after 10 years due to shocking customer service. In a nutshell refused click and collect by hull shop manager because I didn't have driving license on me. Its with the dvla, had passport and text/email confirming collection notice. Gone to vodafone
