    @O2 the network and data connection in Omagh is an absolute nightmare! It was terrible before but it unusable right now especially on a busy business street #help

    @O2 Day 103 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Been with o2 for over 20 years multiple contracts but think it’s time for a change, the signal and coverage has plummeted this last 12 months definitely

    @EddyRhead @O2 Wouldn't mind if they actually invested some money increasing capacity on their network. Close to useless in central Manchester and other busy areas. I'm switching just for that.
