    @O2 the network and data connection in Omagh is an absolute nightmare! It was terrible before but it unusable right now especially on a busy business street #help

    @O2 Hi, data has been awful lately at and around GL15 area. 3G doesn’t work at all around here and I have to turn 5G off in settings to get 4G to work most of the time (even in non 5G areas), are there any known issues?

    @O2 Old SIM card is not active. Yes transferring from one pay monthly to another. Got told there is a nationwide issue effecting all upgrades/number swaps. How long will this take to fix?

    @O2 Since the day virgin made the mistake of switching to you guys from EE who I had absolutely 0 problems with and never have had problems with. Every time I’ve had an O2 contract the signal has been dreadful. I have to walk out my house just to make a phone call.

    @O2 Can you tell my why my signal seems to have got so poor at my home and work place? It used to get full signal but now I barely get 1 bar somedays it seems to have been since 5g has been switched on in my area?

    @virginmedia @O2 I have just had a direct debit payment taken from my account from o2 after upgrading my Virgin package. I have not agreed to this, nor do I need it. Customer sales = scam artists. Despicable way to treat your customers.

    @nothing @O2 I have started using this phone for 7 days, all the features are fine, but the phone is getting hotter, I can't use it for 30 minutes. What is the solution? Please reply. Thank you.
