    @O2 the network and data connection in Omagh is an absolute nightmare! It was terrible before but it unusable right now especially on a busy business street #help

    @O2 comically bad customer service. “we can’t see your bill” - any yet it’s £100 more than it should be? Then, India. Listen, I’ve worked in India, it’s not somewhere for call centres. Once I’ve sorted this out, you’re gone

    @O2 I ordered an item online from 02 shop but when I went to collect it, one of the workers was rude and being prejudice! When I asked for the complaints procedures, he said no I can’t have it. Now In customer service in retail, you cant say no to a customer who asks to complain

    @O2 No they did not when I called o2 they just told me that the whole thing would be cancelled. So I just went to a store and had to opt for an alternative way. I’m very disappointed with your services. But I’m happy with the help I got at the o2 store in Oxford Circus.

    @O2 is the data network down? Zero mobile data connectivity all day. Plenty left on the plan
