@O2 I've had a look through that to resolve my query and tried the tips it suggests but the problem still exists, I'm unable to text premium rate numbers despite my settings being set to allow them. I've not reached my spending cap that I'm aware of.

@O2 Free hot drink? How about fixing the O2 mast that's been off for over a week. No mobile phone/data for over a week at all. 6 sim cards dead. Free hot drink?? Fix it!
