Hi @O2, I ordered a new phone on contract with yourselves that was dispatched by DPD. They have now lost the parcel internally (no delivery attempts) but the best your customer service can offer is to wait for DPD to ‘find it’…? Not happy.

@O2 4 hours and still nothing, got no further, absolutely ridiculous now. How hard can it be to cancel an order? I'm £400 down, which is the deposit I paid. And I bet if I called, it would go around in circles as it has done for however long.

@O2 customer service and insurance 0 stars. Customer for over 10 years and absolutely no help with my insurance claim as the phone is out of stock. Can’t even upgrade. Not good enough
