    @O2 does the unlimited call minutes on the payg plan include 0300 numbers? The call was immediately ended and I had to use another phone with Vodafone network.

    @O2 Why do you have an Retentions department? Why can only your retentions team deal with cancellation requests and PAC codes? Why can’t customer service deal with cancellation requests.

    @O2 worst customer service going, try messaging their help department and just ignored even though they say it would be an hour wait max, 3 hours later still waiting!!!! so I currently have a phone I cant call or text with
