    @O2 Hi we have tried WiFi calling it’s doesn’t really help, we have tried everything else but messaging isn’t working either, we are looking at having to move her contract back to another provider as we just can’t get the service we are paying for

    @O2 She finally managed to get this sorted out last night. But had real trouble getting into your live chat system and your website kept suggesting she call - that's tough to impossible for a customer whose phone's been stolen!

    @O2 The o2 staff member very quickly helped me to change my password and secure my account as I had already had a text message saying my password had recently been changed 😫 horrible horrible people. Feeling a bit panicked now!

    @O2 been trying to speak to someone for weeks about signal quality I pay for a phone for my elderly mum so she can keep in touch especially during COVID but she can’t make or receive calls in the house. Whenever we call you it just disconnects us HELP
