@o2 Anybody thinking of a business account at o2, beware it will be sold on false pretences. You lose the benefits of some personal tariffs ie free data, calls, texts in Canada, Oz, NZ, etc. Besides, the network is dire both at home & abroad. Zero customer loyalty. Dire company.

@O2 why is it when I go to my gym at ME17 1RE I lose all network connection in the building however, both Three and EE work fine. I know they work fine as I have tested it.

@virginmedia @O2 Your company is a joke. You don’t want everyone to be connected as you can’t organise your company to install your services! I have been waiting since August.. customer service dept is useless!
