@O2 STILL haven’t received my upgrade after A MONTH of waiting and numerous phone calls where members of your staff are going to ‘get back to me’ but never do... have tried calling today and the automated voice keeps cutting me off and not giving me the choice to speak 1/2

.@O2 I am going round and round in circles with customer service on the in-app chat. They keep giving me the same irrelevant information over and over again and not answering simple direct questions. This is nowhere near your usual standard of customer service.

@O2 I bought an Apple Watch from you but it’s not connecting to the data. Have been passed between 9 people on 3 calls and advised to contact Apple who sent me back to you then I got hung up on. Terrible customer service.
