Pretty much had it with @Apple #iphone11pro and @O2. Think it might be time to move on after all these years. Phone shuts itself down about 50 times a day, disconnects itself from Bluetooth, hangs up on people and is slower than a snail. It slows, stalls and crashes on everything

@O2 Hi I’ve been trying to transfer old number to new O2 sim for a week now with no luck. Online O2 form fails, spoke to an advisor via phone call who said they would transfer by EOD today and still nothing. Please help.

@O2 why is it physically impossible to get a PAC code from you. Customer service is shocking, I have phoned at least 7 times in the last week and have been told different information each time.

@O2 Hi, my broadband has been down for the last 48 hours so I’m trying to rely on my 4G but it’s unusable. It’s taken me 10 minutes just to load my Twitter app & find your account to try & tweet this. Surely this isn’t normal with 4G? I’m in Stockport using an iPhone 11. Thanks!
