    @O2 the network and data connection in Omagh is an absolute nightmare! It was terrible before but it unusable right now especially on a busy business street #help

    @O2 @Joff_L I would leave o2 if I were you. They do not care about loyalty, the prices and annual increases are diabolical. Their sneaky behaviour last year caused a riot. That said, once you’re out of contract I have previously gone onto a price comparison new customer deal for £8.

    @O2 absolutely useless. paid for my rolling plan 3 days ago. it still hasn’t updated and now I have no data, impossible to get through to their customer service

    @O2 I can’t believe I have spent over 2 hours in the last 3 days to customer service team to sort out my airtime plan for my new watch which was cancelled by an advisor by accident on Tuesday. Still no answers and still no airtime plan for my watch. Customer service is rubbish.

    @O2 O2 make it almost impossible to access the site. Poor signal, no customer care, and customers are tolerated, not welcome.

    @O2 What an absolute joke of a company since virgin media i can't access my O2 app spoken to 2 people who said they will get this issue resolved & again nothing i still can't us the O2 app because I need a virgin account ******* sort it out !!
