@O2 don’t know how to pass this to the right person but I had a lovely customer service interaction with someone in your PAYG team when HSBC passed the buck involving fraudulent transactions from a scammer using your name and refused to help until I’d spoken to you. Thank you!

@O2 are behaving atrociously when trying to "Resolve" a problem with signal absence in our area. @GiffGaff immediately released me from contract (they are on @O2 as well). What's wrong with this company?

What’s the point in 1. Paying for 5G when I NEVER get it 2. Paying for actual internet when I spend most of my time waiting for the signal bars to appear and 3. Paying for a service that I cannot use? Please explain @O2? I’m not getting any use out of this expensive contract!

@O2 is there a problem with the phones today? I’m trying to pay a bill it doesn’t recognise my phone number and I can’t get through to anybody I also can’t get into my account online it’s very frustrating when all I want to do is pay you!

@O2 hello , I placed an order for an iPad. It allowed me to click and collect but 24 hours after it shows that the store is closed , I’ve meant to have had an email by now to say what’s happening but I’ve not heard anything please help
