@arranuk @O2 @allfor1john I had this, then one day I finally got a message to say the mast was fixed!.. my issue still remained, I reported it an that’s when the daily texts started again. I now don’t have the option to report it on my app..

@O2 #TBT when your signal and data were a lot better than the crap it is now. You have even confirmed that their are major issues with the masts in my city which are hugely impacting our services. STILL waiting for your retention team to call me regarding leaving my contract.

Trying to deal with @O2 and as always they’re shocking!!! Charging me for data usage whilst in dubai , whilst they don’t even let use the data you’re ‘supposedly’being charged for.On top of that,they cut out halfway through and then didn’t even bother to ring back. Nice one lads

@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp You’ve set it up as a new connection, not a house move. So I have to make sure you’ve not put me on a new contract. You offered unlimited data in the meantime but only if I’m a phone customer of yours. I’m not. I’m with @O2 and their customer service puts you to shame.
