    @O2 the network and data connection in Omagh is an absolute nightmare! It was terrible before but it unusable right now especially on a busy business street #help

    @O2 Btw I never go over my bill I have always had the spend cap set to £0. My previous bill was 5gb and unlimited phone/text. New tarriff is £15 for unlimited everything. So theres no way it was extra charges when I never go over what my limit. See why I am making a fuss?

    @grshorwich @O2 It’s shockingly shite and they have zero interest in upgrading the capacity and coverage issues, hiding behind a “network is busy in this area” message across the uk so they don’t have to deal with reports or fix anything.

    @O2 I can’t deal with 02 network I never have Signal when making calls the phone line is all ways really bad why did I change to 02 😤😤

    @O2 We've been over this many times. Your network is functioning correctly, it's just far too sparse to be of any use here.

    Hey @O2 any idea why someone added £7.50 a month insurance to my account? This wasn't requested and I don't require any as my phone is nearly 3 years old. If it breaks or dies I will just get a new one. Please refund or I will make a complaint.
