    Congratulations to @O2 you have the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve clicked a link in my email at least 25 times. Unfortunately I’m unable to pay my bill. I refuse to spent anymore time on this.

    @O2 Took my elderly mother all the way to your store in Merry Hill as she needs a new phone on contract but because my father is the account holder, the assistant would not help her. Disgraceful customer service and totally ridiculous as she pays the monthly bill for two phones.

    @O2 I got in. There is a problem in York. The signal has been bad for weeks. To be honest it’s just what you expect from o2. As I said was wondering what the point of this account is if you can’t tell me . Anyway all beyond your control so thanks for at least replying
