@O2 @micky_quinn They are most certainly not available 24/7. I spent 3-4 hours on call trying to sort an issue out yesterday and also today I am on hold 40 mins.

@O2 Btw I never go over my bill I have always had the spend cap set to £0. My previous bill was 5gb and unlimited phone/text. New tarriff is £15 for unlimited everything. So theres no way it was extra charges when I never go over what my limit. See why I am making a fuss?

@O2 help pls! I switched my number from O2 P&G SIM to new O2 PM SIM. Now, when I'm texting, people are saying some of my texts are coming from the PM number NOT the number I transferred. Can you help pls? Ta PS loved my #O2Priority @GreggsOfficial sausage roll this morning :)
