    @O2 wasted 30 mins plus on an unanswered call to report a stolen phone. Not a great customer service is it ? No doubt you will be much quicker to hold us to account for any activity ? Please can you improve your service

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Thought I was going to have a heart attack from the stress of my last call to your useless customer service team. 45 minutes, they couldn't speak English, they wouldn't put me through to a manager and onver a month after the start of our contract we still have no broadband.

    @O2 why do your telephone advisors speak over your customers, then when the customer employs the same tactic, they call them rude? It’s been 5 months to get a refund, it’s only partial. Will be making me switch, also maybe hire less rude staff? #throneoflies #o2priority #lies

    @13rew @O2 They've also reduced my guaranteed £150 cashback (actual quote was £238) for recycling my old phone to £85 before I've even sent it back. So tempted to use my 14 day cooling off period to cancel everything and go elsewhere for my network.

    @O2 worst customer service I've ever dealt with.O2 messed up my refund.2 months later I still don't have the correct amount refunded. Logged a complaint,was promised a callback,nobody cares,nobody replys.Stil no resolution.This will be going to the ombudsman.Will cost u much more
