    @Tractorboy7881 @VMO2News @O2 Good luck with a Manager calling you back. Was told in 48 hours then when I called to say they didn’t call was told they would report it again and would call me in 72 hours. Has gone on for weeks. Dire service

    Wondering if anyone @O2 or @giffgaff can explain why mobile internet shows as 4G but simply doesn't work in Newport, IW (PO30), and has been that way for about 18 months?
