    @O2 the network and data connection in Omagh is an absolute nightmare! It was terrible before but it unusable right now especially on a busy business street #help

    Man @o2 is the only uk network who's idea of customer service is employing people who don't give a damn and put the phone down on you just for sh*ts and giggles. 3 people have put the phone down on me today, there's a 30 minute wait to get through and they just suck

    @nirave @O2 Always a long wait to get anyone I found when I tried them ages and ages ago to see experience. And always told to wait 24hrs whatever the issue was. What problem you having with them
