@ryanstanley22 @O2 I hear you. I’ve been with O2 since ‘96, the good old Cellnet days, and the service has been getting progressively worse. From best to appalling. Shocking that one of the biggest towns in the county has such rubbish signal, can’t even make a call in the middle of the high street.

I am appalled at O2’s customer service. I have been trying to have a fraudulent account taken off my credit file for several months now which is preventing me from getting a mortgage. O2 gave me written confirmation the account was closed and removed yet failed to do so. @O2

@O2 You’ve failed to honour a roaming deal we specifically arranged for our three week holiday. That is now coming to an end. I’ve been messaging you for 14days and had no response. This is incredibly poor.

I fully think @o2 must be in on scamming customers! Explains the lack of resolution to fraud I’ve had from @o2 - they promised the issue would be solved within 10 working days and it is now 5 weeks still unresolved. No consideration for customer protection or safety.

@O2 I've had no mobile signal at home since Sat 1st April, you now say it won't be fixed till the 11th. But I expect you still want paying.

@GreggsOfficial Thank you for your help resolving this. No thanks to @O2 who don't seem to be bothered that some Greggs are reluctant to accept Priority codes and are telling lies about the future of it.

@NomadicWriter @O2 I am so sorry this happened. Such fraud type is very popular unfortunately. The only solution is to interrupt incoming call immediately and call yourself to customer support directly explaining the situation because this could be either a scam or a real call from support also
