    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @O2 I PAC'd my old EE number for swap - I was told it would go through on 10/5, today I'm left with both sims saying No Service since yest AM and can't make calls/ receive texts to either number on O2... I've rebooted, reset and patiently waited - what am I supposed to do?

    @famelicose2 @O2 Report the false email to the ombudsman. You might end up staying, but reporting it will help others and our future info

    @O2 the worst customer service! No signal where I am at the moment, can’t set up WiFi calling on my phone and I’m being told to call you….with what signal? Let’s hope I don’t go into labour today and can’t reach anyone yeah? Stupid

    Ay how come I don’t get signal anywhere near a football match @O2. Seriously it’s 2022 and to not be able to make a phone call when needed outside a football ground is awful. I pay £60+ a month is annoying. “We’re better connected”. Any ideas, people? @O2

    @O2 Hi could you tell me of any 4g data problems in the CF3 area of Cardiff please as my service has deteriorated over the last few weeks the (coverage checker says it fine)

    @ruawall @virginmedia @O2 Sorry to hear all this Illan. This reminds me that chap, who told me when I have arrived to this country first time, never ever sign a contract with Virgin. What ever they sell, and what ever they say.

    @O2 I can confirm you’re unable to offer a fault free service as I’ve not had a network since yesterday morning - hence asking for a refund!!!
