Alex Javed (@apjaved) reported from Inverness, Scotland@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Vince McGonagle (@VinceMcGonr5) reported@O2 How long does it take for you to investigate loss of phone signal/mobile phone data. Rung up 2 weeks ago and was told it would be looked into and still nothing. Your website status checker says no issues , clearly there is as it’s affecting our whole estate
