    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @O2 trying to get hold of you to swap one of our numbers with a PAC code from Virgin but I can't seem to get hold of you?? How do I get hold of you to move my number as it's retrospective as didn't have PAC code when starting the contract. Help!?

    I cannot believe that I am into a second week trying to pay @O2 final account for a number that hasn’t been used for 6 months. I have rung 8 times ,been cut off twice and DM messaged on FB , Twitter and Instagram and still can’t sort payment, just awful customer service ! #O2

    @O2 Can someone contact me with regards to my ongoing contract problem as I am getting bored of waiting for an hour on hold to be told yes it’s our fault it will be sorted in 3 days. (It’s now probably 6 weeks) and multiple calls and still not sorted.

    Is anyone else having issues with @O2 #o2 & their data? I’ve apparently used over 12gb in less than 5 days (something I’ve never done in 2 years) and they won’t offer any help or assistance. Is anyone else in a similar position? And it costs £10.50 to add 1GB of data as a BoltOn
