    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    Never going to get @georgeezra tickets. @O2 priority is pointless as both they and Ticketmaster had no tickets the second they went on sale so not sure how anyone got them. Good news though, they are on sale on @viagogo for a great price of £676 per ticket. Absolutely shocking

    @O2 I've just contacted Samsung 7 times over the past few days about my Galaxy Watch 4 gone missing and they claim its not there problem to deal with but yours since I bought my phone from you guys, what do I do is I'm getting sick of being thrown around...

    @O2 We ordered a pay monthly Sim. Got confirmation emails and sim. Popped it in and it even auto took over the number but we cannot make any calls because it still asks us to top-up. Calls are included in the pay monthly.  So So frustrated, please help!
