    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @O2 is there a issue with 4G in the LL55 area? Full signal, 4G showing yet websites and social media apps are very slow to fully load and stream.

    @SigniusNetworks @O2 @giffgaff Given that the latest Ofcom auction for 5G spectrum has only just taken place so the networks now know which frequencies they own,it'll be years rather than months before any network has any kind of meaningful national 5G coverage.

    @O2 I have been with you for years ! I’ve just checked my bill and my family plan discount has disappeared ! I’ve called the call centre for this to be sorted ?! But was just spoken down to and left on hold with no answers from the rude operator ! Are they reading a script ?!

    @O2 asked me to provide you with my mobile number after 20 years of being a loyal customer you might do something for me. Well I'll go elsewhere I shouldn't have to tell you I'm a loyal customer you should have a system for that to say "we'll treat you as a respected customer".
