Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 Another worrying call for someone claiming to be from O2 advising my sim is no longer usable and anew one would be delivered tomorrow. Have had about 10 similar calls! However previous callers didn’t call me a M….F…..when I declined. Please help @O2

5G signal with @O2 seems to get worse by the day. Unusable anywhere in central London these days

@O2 I’m roaming in the US on my ultimate plan and the 5G is painfully slow. I just realised you cap the speed at 2 mbps, which renders it pretty useless. Can I even buy a bolt on to remove the throttle? Not sure why I pay for an ultimate plan if your speed is so abysmal

@O2 @O2 what's going on? Just tried to do it again. Still same error. Wtf?

Holy crap I have 5g where I live oh no it's 4g back, oh nothing now oh 4g well that's @O2 again

@Christo44671940 @O2 Thank you, O2 did they put a £5 cap on but it still continued to charge lots over this. Not sure how or why but it’s bad because they told her it was her sending picture messages off the WiFi and didn’t tell her it’s a scam. They even have an link to check premium numbers on the bill so I’m almost positive the call handlers knew it wasn’t my mum doing this herself and it says received texts and not ones she had sent!

Still nothing from @o2 still no phone service which they cut off without merit. Famous last words last week don’t worry we will iron out the bug with your service. That’s one way no service.
