@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@technologytotea @SwailesRuth @O2 Good bereavement teams make such a difference. Things are hard enough, without added obstacles. Years ago, sorting out my dad’s affairs, I ended up yelling ‘HE’s DEAD!’ at one of those automated voice things (Sky) when I couldn’t get through to anyone who could help.Take care x

@O2 ….I am receiving the worst customer service ever. Joined after 10 years of hassle free with Vodafone for apparently a better deal. After 1 hour on phone to call centre and 1 hour in your Uxbridge shop and after 10days of joining.

@O2 I’ve been waiting 8 days for my old Vodafone number to be portalef to new o2 account. Having spent 2.5hrs of my life with call centre and Uxbridge outlet, I have got no further than another 3-5days due to system fault..it’s laughable..shame on you o2..poor poor customer service

@O2 Proving again the utter contempt they have for their customers, I spent approx 20 mins completing a survey on my interaction with their customer services team (it wasn't good). Given that I indicated that the issue had not been resolved... 1/n
