@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Hey @giffgaff Can you have a word with @O2 about their rapidly worsening coverage please? Ran a Twitter search on 'O2 coverage' and it's carnage out here. Even city centres and heavily populated areas. No point in lovely goodybag deals with service this bad. 🙁

@O2 hey I have an iPhone on contract but swap out for a Google pixel often, I keep receiving messages on my pixel saying Sorry, your number doesn't support Visual Voicemail, so we can't set it up. VV works on iPhone just not pixel any fix? The texts are relentless too non stop

@O2 I have been trying chat for 2 days now via the app. Finally after two days they say hello. So I reply and nothing. Your service is going downhill I’ve noticed.

@O2 @_beckid It's not just you or London B. I commute 20 miles between Northumberland and Newcastle and the signal for much of my journey is now appalling (it never used to be this bad and I've had 3 brand new handsets.)

@O2 Have been an o2 customer for over 20 years, your upgrade packages online are quite poor compared to what Tesco mobile are offering new customers atm. Am seriously considering swapping.

@O2 It’s just too regular and too exhausting trying to get any kind of a decent signal. Even with 4g internet loading is slower than dial up sometimes.
