    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @O2 no deadlock letter received after 10 calls and 3 weeks wait Never mind resolved didn’t need it after all this time and now it has been escalated to communication ombudsman

    .@O2 Hi, why am I suddenly being treated like a new customer by your website? It's asking me to set up passkeys, biometrics etc when I've been a customer for years. I just need to pay my bill! I don't use biometrics to log into the bank, why on earth wd I do it for O2 at £15/mth?

    @O2 hi your app isn’t letting me pay my phone bill. It has changed from what it was last month and have had to change passwords etc to get in and now nowhere at all to pay my phone bill. Can you help? I’m just about to go on holiday so need to pay it today

    @O2 I called to complain about lack of data signal on my new phone. Now I have zero signal at all. No data, no phone, no message. Can't connect to network. Well done O2. How to NOT provide a service.

    @O2 when did you stop being customer focussed? - attempting to top up monthly has become a hellscape, why do I need to link to Virgin Media? - why is topping up credit now so painful? Is this general incompetence or targeted specifically for U.K. markets?

    @AlisonLMercer @O2 @virginmedia H ihave been effected since July 14th, constantly phoning up every day, I honestly don't they know how to fix the issue. I have four tickets and a complaint raised with them. It is frustrating. 😠 😢 😭
