    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @O2 Spent quite a long time on the phone this morning to customer services. I ordered a new phone on Thursday afternoon for next day delivery. This phone has still not arrived! I was told on the phone that you do not offer next day delivery and that i would have to wait 3 days!!

    Ordered an upgrade from @O2 over 3 weeks ago for next day delivery & it was stolen by the courier on the day of delivery. Been ringing o2 for over 3 weeks about getting a replacement sent & each time they say they’ll send one & never do but happy to keep charging me. Crooks.

    @O2 just phoned up regarding a billing issue and got put through to a women dealing with bills and hung up on me seriously unprofessional and should be disciplined immediately

    @O2 Hello, is someone please able to help me? On Friday I ordered a sim only contract with you and have received an email to say you have received my order. I have not received any emails since that and when I log in to your site it says no o2 products, please can someone help?

    So @O2 we’ve spent 420 minutes over a week with 25 calls to customer services to try to unblock phones you agree should work but can’t now reverse what you’ve done! You admit you may need to give us new phones but haven’t yet. Broken promises, 7 hours on calls, the worst service.
