  @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

  Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

  @O2 I need to make a formal complaint over appalling customer service over fraudulent activity on my account. I've tried endlessly to resolve this since it first came to light to no avail. O2 confirmed they would stop my direct debit to avoid the £286 bill leaving my account

  How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.   @O2 I am also unable to log into VMO2 in India through my laptop. How do I speak to customer care without having to spend money on international call? Please help. I am being charged for an extra month when I’ve already paid for everything and disconnected it in time

  Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!
