  Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

  @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

  @wheat_daddy @O2 I always struggle to get an EE signal at byards leap which isn't too far from you I gather so I'd be wary of them.

  @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!

  @O2 Also saying i was a great customer with good credit rating and asked me if i was happy, said no i can never get a data reception, she immeduantly told me, i havve reported that to my team and they will get that fixed in the next 24 hours!

  @O2 @virginmedia @Virgin CEO Lutz Schueler Deadlock letter has now been received although it completely does not address my actual complaint and the reported resolution is factually incorrect. Just shows the total lack of respect shown to a 20 year loyal customer

  @O2 Thank you. I raised it in the O2 shop and they agreed it was and has always been bad. At the time they said to switch to 3G (that’s what they did) 🫣

  @O2 Hi, are you having issues in the LN11 area (Louth, Lincolnshire)? The service checker says it's perfect 5G, but it really isn't! People are talking about it on the FB community pages. You can't get on banking apps, send or receive on WhatsApp or Messenger, nothing at all!
