  Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

  @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

  @HarrietSergeant @O2 I dumped O2 and went to Tesco, at least you can walk in most stores and talk to someone face to face and you still use O2 network at less money.

  @grahamstyle @SkyNews @O2 Good luck. Don’t think they prioritise helping customers, including those who have been loyal for decades. They take your money and couldn’t care less that you can’t access their not fit for purpose service.

  @O2 Response appreciated, but its too late 4 failed attempts to transfer old number to O2, resulting in 6 hrs+ in online chats & 2 complaints (complaints that your chat operators raised, not me) & a cancelled contract within 14 days of a cooling period & a lost customer. Very poor.

  Stay away from @O2 prevented me from using my phone and data for a week. Done **** all to fix it and two replies in a week. Time to report them

  @O2 Please help me. I have woken up to no network on my phone and when I restarted it I then got a message "SIM 2 not provisioned" I don't have two SIMs, just one. I urgently need my phone. I am registered disabled with life limiting conditions.

  @HarrietSergeant @O2 O2 are awful. Virgin was brilliant. I can’t log into my O2 account despite having changed my email address with them. I should have changed when my last contract ran out. Next time I will.

  O2 signal is awful. Charge extortionate prices and their service never works. 🤬😡 effecting personal and working life. Not good enough @O2
