@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

@O2 No! Just an email saying bad news on the 27th telling me my pre-order is out of stock. Not a single update and no one will confirm delivery. What is just as frustrating is why no one at O2 will answer my question “why did you allow me to place a pre-order in the first place?”

Customer service on Twitter can't be easy. But why do @o2 have to be so bad at it? Raise an issue and they ask for a DM, which I send straightaway. 3hrs later they respond (after a nudge) with a question, which I answer immediately. Two hours later and nothing more. Useless.

My @O2 data keeps not working, happened yesterday and again today 😡😡😡 i’ll have a full four bars of 4G signal but the data still won’t work, turned my phone off n on countless times and it keeps happening, is there a known issue on this or what?

I am so disappointed with your service, @O2. We are not a large company so it won’t affect you much, but you can be sure contracts with your service will not be renewed. Waste of time and total lack of flexibility for something that I’m pretty sure should be straightforward.

At home today and both my home WiFi with @TalkTalk is down and my mobile with @O2 also very very slow. Taken me around half an hour and several attempts to post this
