@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

Dear @O2 Why are your data speeds to pathetically slow and unusable?! Maximum strength 4G signal, I am getting speeds of 0.8-1.5Mbps! Your network makes my work phone unusable and have to use my personal mobile on Three to be able to do my job...

@O2 why is it whenever your company are in the wrong, a member of your “customer services” hangs up the phone when we start proving them wrong, you better brace yourselves for the biggest complaint to the ombudsman you’ve ever seen, arseholes.
