However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Still no answers and still no airtime plan for my watch. Customer service is rubbish.

O2 are denying there’s any issue but I know of other people who are losing data overnight when it’s not been used.
