    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @O2 Hi, still trying to get my number ported, was on the phone last night for 1hr 20min to your customer services and then the call was automatically terminated at 8pm, how can you over complicate something so simple?, now both numbers not working
