    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    Never have I had such disgusting service from @O2 someone took out a mobile in my name in October and they are STILL refusing to shut this mobile down and their fraud team STILL doing nothing about it. 4 months on and someone is still using for free 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 I've already tried these ,still nothing, I'm having to use someone else Internet to contact you as I don't have WiFi , I used to get full service until a few days ago now nothing ,I'm disabled I need my phone incase of emergency

    @O2 if you have a learning disability do not join O2 they will fully discriminate against you and not admit it and take back any form of compensation do you have provided you I slit my wrist yesterday because one of your curries frustrate me so much and your high end customer

    @O2 I've barely (and some of the time haven't at all) had any phone signal where I live for about a month. Can I have a refund on my subscription? The phone's only been any use as a wi-fi device.

    @O2 hello, I've not had any issues with O2 at all, you's have been amazing but my 4G/5G signal is very poor whenever I'm using mobile data. Could I get help with this please? I'm on contract.
