Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Why is it that @O2 still sucks so bad for data? If it works at all it's slow, not just a little bit, but tragically so compared to other operators. Doesn't matter where I go, it's always bad.

@GemimaMoomin @O2 I got the 14pro Max. EE quoted £83 a month. Just get the phone from Apple and then a sim only deal. Got the pro max down to £60 a month with sim only deal as well. My Partner is paying the same for IPhone 12 on a worse sim plan because she got both phone and sim from EE

Need a new fone provider cus im done with @O2 .....can neever make a fone call without it dropping in & out & just get told everything is working as it should when it clearly aint. Whos the best network?

@O2 been trying to return a faulty product for 10 days now. Purchased online at o2 shop. Rang call centre 10 times, no one knows how to deal with it so just hang up or send me round in circles. Can someone call me please!!!

@sterigby7 @O2 They are appalling mate. Had the same problems for ages. Rung uo last year complained and got £200 back off them. Now I’m on 3 and they are so much better. 02 are embarrassing
