@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 It’s a joke! How are so many of us having issues even logging into priority, when we were already logged in but it booted us out. Yet ticket touts/bots are able to purchase and already selling for ridiculous prices, it’s so unfair!

@O2 It’s been 6 hours since they went on sale and I still can’t get on, that’s an absolute joke O2. You’ll be saying keep trying on Saturday morning when pre-sale ends at this rate. Sort it out and at least give us updates on availability and what you’re doing to fix the app.
