Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 - Hello. I’m about to start 48-hours of consultant on-call. It’s now 12 days and counting since I contacted @O2 customer service and my old number was deactivated. When ‘on-call’ it’s pretty important that I can actually be ‘called’! Do I have to go back to a bleep 🙀📵

Seriously I have never known one phone company to have as many issues with the same phone mast as @O2 have with my local one. It’s apparently not working again

@O2 shocking - new phone ordered and three days later not delivered. Lack of information from O2 & DPD. Also very difficult to get hold of someone to help. Been with O2 for many years - worst service ever.

@O2 Thanks, contacted o2 today and it is a transmitter problem, said it should be resolved Saturday around 8pm, had problems trying to send and receive calls all day, had to use my wifi

@O2, please can you help as my data roaming isn’t working in Spain. Do I need to set it up somehow on pay monthly? I’ve tried setting up a chat online but nobody is ever available. This is why I recently moved to you.
