    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    Just got back from Crete and got a better signal on a boat out to sea and crossing a mountain that Indio half the time in the Uk with @O2 . They probably pay half the price too

    @O2 whoever signed off your @VirginMedia integration should be sacked having to create a VM account just to VIEW my o2 bill is unacceptable and now o2 Priority monday offers require a second sign in - jog on @OfCom need to require telcos to ATTACH a copy of the bill each month

    @o2 the app is appalling! I can't login, the whole thing is just bad. Please do something about it asap cause you will lose your customers.
