@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 When I call it asked if I’m calling from the number I want to speak about so press 1. Then asked if I want to speak about my watch press 1 or 2 for other. I press 2 then it goes automated service 😯

@O2 I regret every day that once I made contract with you and didn’t read enough feedbacks that you are the worst company here in UK. I pay u 40£ every month and 99% of the time I got 3G instead of 4G and EVEN 3G IS NOT FULL SO I ******* CANT USE MY PHONE ALL THE TIME

@O2 I have been show how to reset the network on my phone, that there are no problems in my area although latest data was from 11th jan and sent a new sim which I don't think is the issue. Service has always been bad now I spend most of the day on emergency calls only.

@CFOXY5 @O2 I’m having to go to the financial ombudsman service about them couldn’t organise a phone call! A call back or a transfer to a manager not really what you expect from a telecoms company

Trying to get through to @O2 either online or by phone is an absolute shambles. I mean I understand things are difficult right now but you want me to pay for a service which I can’t pay for online and your options are useless. When I do get through I’m met by the rudest staff.

@O2 She did that. You suggested popping in to a local O2 discuss. (HELLO! WE'RE IN LOCKDOWN AND COULD BE MONTHS TIME WHILE STILL THIEVING FROM HER!!?) What are running here some old fairground side show where the customer can never win?

@O2 customer service is frustrating to say the least. 3 hours spent getting through the automated system, before managing to actually get through to someone then being hung up on 3 times.
