Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 You tell me that you don’t “guarantee a fault-free service” - so basically, tough. Now nearly 3 weeks without a signal due to your faulty equipment and no meaningful update to confirm you’re actually doing anything. 3 phones with o2 in this house. You’re a disgrace.

@O2 Hi, It's not a phone issue. The issue is with how you have ported her account over. Still isn't sorted, yesterday we were told it would be resolved it 24hrs! Yeah 🤨. Horrendous service. Luckily her relatives in the Ukraine still have data and can still contact her via WhatsApp.

@O2 The ONS don't use it as an official statistic anymore. They call it “a very poor measure of general inflation at times greatly over estimating and at other times underestimating changes in prices and how these prices are experienced.” You'd 100% use CPI if it were higher
