@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

Just completed the Great North Run. Can’t find anyone I need to find because once again @o2 signal is non-existent (despite saying I’ve got 4G). I’ve walked 1.5 miles away from everyone and still nothing. Everywhere I go this network fails. Opening a case with the Ombudsman!

@O2 been over a week now I have been waiting on a reply from your complaints team. You have taken my money but turned off my calls and data meaning I am paying for a service I can’t use! You instant message customer service is shocking and they don’t listen 🤬

@O2 hi, tried to upgrade my phone, payment showing as pending from my bank but website said “sorry there’s been a problem” and emailed me saved basket. When I click link in basket I get the same error again.

@O2 I take out a contract with vm/your co. and the sim is sent to an unknown address. Your co. Breaches DPA and ur rude advisors tell me they cant send it to my address. I hope i dont have to keep dealing with this over the period of the contract.

@O2 Struggling to get a PAC code. Online chat say they won't do it for pay and go customers. Texting 65075 doesn't help. Phoning through I have been promised call backs but no one calls. Any ideas please?

@O2 now to wait 5 days to see if it goes through. either the name or being a stay at home mum being the issue I was left humiliated and undecided if I will stay with o2 after 10+ years custom. But loyalty get you nothing but humiliated.
