    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    Every time there's a power cut, I can't connect to data. Is this a known fault @O2? It means I can't see the local community group pages to get support or track the faults.

    @O2 Just had a message off u guys saying have used all my data this month but mobile data on phone is saying a still have 1gb left.any ideas what’s going on? Also message said unused data gets carried over 2 next month but mine never has & I generally use 3gb less than allowance

    @O2 Thank you. This helps. It seems neither of those codes is included part of the CSC line. Quite surprising as the other S21 versions are? So does that mean this S21 FE will never be compatible for WiFi calling then?
