    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @O2 It's "Subway" at 121 St John's Road EH12 7SB. Yes, been able to use Wi-Fi there, but very poor service for many months.

    @O2 I am at my wits end with O2 customer service told that I had no 4G service on my phone due to network problems in my area. I was away from home in Birmingham all day yesterday and no 4G...Explain that????

    O2 complaint resolved after 30 days. Finally can breathe!!! £50 credit and removal of thr £500 charge. Not the best but glad it's over !!! @O2

    @O2 I’m planning to cut my own throat and thereby reducing CO2. Do I win anything? Also turning down my heating so I die of hypothermia and encouraging the elderly to do the same. Use wind energy but only on the day when the wind blows? Did I win anything yet? Sail to America?
