@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 your customer service is a disgrace, like it is really bad. I want to make a complaint. It should not be this hard to try and get help. Getting connected to someone and clearly hearing them disconnect the call. Ask me to DM you here and then when I do I'm told to ring up! 😡

@o2 called the support number 3 times only to get to "bye, thanks for calling o2". Haven't spoken to anyone. The phone is showing as in stock for next day delivery and in-stock in 6 shops near me. With your app chat support all I've been offered is £5. Not good enough.

My iphone 12 mini (11mths old) stopped working (no power) on Monday. Despite trying multiple ways to resolve (online/phone/live chat/book guru) I have had no assistance.😒 Extremely disappointing - @O2 can you please advise on how to resolve this issue, quickly.
