@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Sent @o2 a complaint email and they're getting hung up on the fact I can't provide the exact PAYG balance of the person concerned. I'm not prepared to take up any more of this person's time for obv reasons. Actually disgusted with them

@mrandrewdickson @O2 I could explain but it'll take ages and tweets ain't long enough. Most likely a cell site is jiggered and as a result network congestion being an issue if I'm keeping it brief.
