@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

On a reals though the security was POOR at @TheO2 Like absolutely sh*t The lady said open my bag and didn’t even glance her eyes inside or anywhere near it ?? I could of been carrying so many illegal substances or other things Safety was disappointing @O2

@O2 hi there. I bought a new phone contract on Friday and used a PAC code to keep my old number, but it hasn’t been transferred and now the old sim is dead. Also I have no access to data even though there is 210Gb in my contract. Can you help me out?
