  @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

  Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

  @O2 Thanks. I've downloaded the app and trying to run a speed test, but it says "you currently do not have network connectivity". I'm very much aware that's what the problem is. I'll leave it to you to find a solution.

  @O2 hi, I received a replacement SIM but all my credit has gone from my account. There was £30-40 credit on there before and it hasn't moved over and I can't see any of it on my account, only new credit that I've topped up. Please can you help. Thanks

  @O2 I have an existing contract with you.I want to purchase a phone for an O2 SIM given to me by an O2 store.Your online system will not take my payment (funds are there, authorised in app).Your customer service can't find the phone I've picked.noone can take my money apparently
