Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Hey @o2 I have phoned 3 times to complain about something you did to my package that still hasn't been put right. 3 times I was assured a senior manager would call me back within 48 hours. 3 times this hasn't happened. What do I do to get to speak to someone about my complaint?

@O2 I finally received phone today, for 1 it was not signed for, also it was left hanging out our letter box a 1000 pound phone could of been stolen absolutely disgusting service the whole process of waiting over 3 weeks and now this really wish I had not bothered!!!! 😡😡

@O2 I tried to upgrade last week and was told it would be over £60 a month and that even if I traded in my 11, I would still have to put in £600 upfront to get the monthly cost down to around that £38. I’d like to upgrade but I also have bills to pay.

@O2 Are there any managers in your business please?????? Some bright spark has deactivated my sim after I asked for an E sim. Customer services can’t help because they are trying to send text codes to a deactivated sim. I am now left with no phone due to their incompetence HELP!!
