Hazel McGibbon (@HMcgibbon) reported from Inverness, ScotlandAnyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.
-
✨Suzy Q✨ (@Suzywilson04) reported from Inverness, Scotland@O2 Absolutely disgusted with your service.

Alex Javed (@apjaved) reported from Inverness, Scotland@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Mr H (@silestanix) reported@lebara have to say, for a PAYG network you guys have been absolutely brilliant. @O2 have failed me here in the USA since my arrival last Monday but this humble lil PAYG sim has been brilliant since a few days ago.
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
-
Dan - Truly_Anomalous 🐦 (@Truly_Anomalous) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I left the O2 network this month. Our local access point is constantly either down or just not serving data. Fixes rarely last more than a week or two.
-
Sarah Ludford 🇬🇧 🇮🇪🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@SarahLudford) reportedIt’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?
-
Diogenes Bowl (@DiogenesBalls) reported@O2 @Virgin If you think I'm paying for a restricted line that grasses up everything I do to the woke wankers in No10, expect me to cancel the contracts and find people who respect privacy and unlimited access without government interference. #ElonItsTimeForStarLinkUK
-
R B (@RLBD1920) reported@O2 @JodieLivermore You haven’t responded to my message about this from this morning - this is obviously a uk wide issue
-
hanmark (@hanmark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.
-
Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
-
Marne Blair (@MarneBlair) reported@RobertGCurrie @O2 @EE is the same in Carlisle now. Signal is shocking
-
Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.
