@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

@O2 very angry 3 days of trying to cancel an upgrade to be told i cant as YOUR SYSTEM has taken the order too far even though you have no stock and the phone doesnt actually get released till 11th so i have to wait for a consignment number that could take 3weeks to receive 🤬🤬🤬

@O2 Your agent keeps repeating the deal to me over chat and asking me if I accept it. I keep saying Yes, I already told you Yes. And he keeps on asking it. Is this in line with their training? It's a terrible experience!

The service i have received from @O2 over the last 6-8 weeks has been disgusting. Never have i felt the need to lodge a complaint against a company.but the advice and service i have received from there advisors has now led me to a point that will seriously impact my credit file.
