@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 Right, what's going on... I added a 4gig data top up on Sunday and I have a message today saying my data has run out despite my phone saying otherwise I try to call you and it's an hour wait?! Awful customer service Won't be surprised if I swap providers.. Not impressed

@O2 I find the O2 priority rewards terrible as every time I have tried to use them they show “out of stock”. It’s like the old bullseye saying “ look what you could have won”. A total waste of time.👎

@paullewismoney @O2 @bt_uk tie customers into longer length contracts, up to 3 years, imposing eye watering mid-contract rises whilst service speeds and quality reduce, but offer new customers far better deals. Legalised theft.

@O2 Day 87 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@o2 im amazed with less than a month of my contract left your sales team wouldn’t offer an early upgrade, even when I said I was going to leave the network otherwise, they should be better trained in customer retention. Currently paying £55pm for an iPhone XS - abysmal

When my phone contract ends I am not staying with @O2 I have nothing but problems. I needed to make some important calls today yet nothing was working, the signal is always so ****. Sort it out… because I pay all this money for a phone contract yet what for?🤬 #o2 #o2down
