@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 Can I please have someone help because I’m pissed off as it is. I have been sending messages months and months and getting sim replacements that don’t seem to be working. All this time without the sim I have still been paying monthly charges as the sim replacements never work

@O2 Also how do I claim a refund for the money I’m paying for zero service? My business requires me to be able to make phone calls 24/7. I don’t want to go to small claims court for £20 but I will if I have to. The postcode is B76. Thank you.

@O2 hi morning! I’m looking to purchase a 12 month sim plan with you guys I’ve never been on contract before. When do I actually start getting charged? Current pay as you go ends in 2 weeks so want to wait until that ends before starting the payment. Thanks!
