    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @O2 I swear I have never had such a terrible experience as I have tonight on your poxy phone automation. I have gone in absolute circles to try and do a sim swap - 2 hours later ‘our lines are now closed’ 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @O2 so long long term customer here, I buy a new phone all I want to do is switch my eSIM to the new phone. After 30min on hold, no web support, no Twitter support, no Facebook support... Guess what no customer, I’ve ordered a new SIM and a PAC code. WELL DONE.
