    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    Hey @o2, @virginmedia....what is the point of having priority if the app never works. I try to get Joan Jett tix for Glasgow but whenever I click on it, it just takes me to @TicketmasterUK and their general sale/happening now page that doesn't allow access to the presale.

    @O2 I am tearing my hair out trying to get issue resolved. My O2 app not showing my account, can’t access my bills and three operators have given me rubbish information. Sent you email yesterday, not even acknowledged.

    @O2 @ChloeEngland98 It’s a yearly price hike but what does the money go towards? It’s about time big companies stopped thinking it’s ok to charge people more and more and think we will just accept it 😡 pure greed nothing more than that and if the service got better it would be ok but it doesn’t

    @O2 well after having 2 accounts for years and no issues and it working fine you have now logged me out of my o2 app and I now can’t access it at all no matter what I try . Why? It was working fine. Looks like I will be needing 2 x pac codes.
