@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 help me please. I am a customer and had an E-Sim which was deleted while abroad and in order to get back in the country I need my NHS app. But to gain access to the app I need a code which they can only text to me. How can I get my E-Sim activated again?

@O2 I got a call from someone who tried to upgrade me. I said NO 3 times. I have an order for a phone I did NOT agree to....WTF extremely annoyed!!! 9 calls also have been made to me in the space of 2 hours!!!!! Leave me alone. Do not send me a phone or change my agreement

@O2 is there an easy way to give you guys a PAC code as I can't seem to find one that doesn't involve getting cut off from your help line. Most networks make it easy.

@O2 no signal in my area for most of this year, phone mast down for months.. try and talk to someone & get cut off… don’t even allow their LOYAL customers to complain @financialombuds should know about this!!
