@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@Jmes_80 @SW689908 @O2 Sim only definitely the way forward. These phones haven't improved much for years anyway, just marketing bollocks. Need to just replace the battery and they're grand again. O2 network has gone to **** for sure...

There is currently a 45 minute wait on the @O2 Customer Service numbers, I can only presume that everybody is phoning up to cancel giving that O2 are increasing prices by 17%.

@O2 why do you have the “lines are unusually busy and there will be a long wait” announcement? It’s not unusual, it’s your modus operandi. The hold time is bad enough without you insulting my intelligence.

@garyker @O2 @Ofcom This is disgusting. Already over priced. Tied into Virgin contract and terrible coverage.

Interesting customer retention policy from @o2. Rang about the price rise and they offered me a more expensive plan with more data (don't even use what I currently have). Cancelled both Sims after that. #o2priceincrease

@O2 you keep cutting me off 5 times so far. my bill has gone up again on a sim i dont use because @virginmedia told me i had to take it out with my package. I just want to know how long I have left so i can cancel it.

@MsABooKay @O2 Urgh yes - I came back to o2 last year and have found the data speeds in particular really poor. There’s a patch in the middle of Bristol where I never get any connection at all. I’ll also be leaving as soon as the contract is up.

@philrandall @O2 The Office for National Statistics no longer regards RPI as an official measure of inflation. My broadband supplier doing the same BUT has recognised how difficult price increases are at this awful time of being British so have decided to give us a 3 months let off. Why can't @o2
