    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @O2 after a 7 day battle to get a watch which is not connecting to network. I Now have the battle if sending it back. You also can't go into a shop .good luck getting hold of any contact details for o2. All they send is a bunch of links which sends you no where

    @O2 I’m afraid-you are aware!You were informed of this 48 hours ago!Also other customers have informed you of the same issues!You have been sent screen shots of this also!Currently on the phone with o2 & has confirmed there are issues with your processing!They’ve had numerous calls!!

    The worlds worst online experience whilst trying to find contact details....goes to @O2 Shocking circular navigation that seems an intentional tactic to minimise customer contact...

    @O2 Yea, it’s not related to anything like that. Even have a new phone + new sim + it was the same with my old phone. Apparently there’s service issues in my area, but it’s been going on too long now. Surely you guys have something in place to reimburse or provide apology discounts?
