  Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

  @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

  @TomTugendhat @O2 Ofcom needs to act, but it is as much use as a chocolate teapot. O2 is one of the worst offenders, the service gets worse week to week

  @O2 I might be leaving you soon because there’s no reason why you have zero network in big arenas. The Etihad, Old Trafford, COOP Live and the AO arena, even the Bolton and Burnley stadiums - zero network. My bars just disappear!.

  @O2 @O2 - absolute disgrace of a company and don’t expect any help from their customer services team. Manger refusing to refund or give their names to be held to account having made a total mess of our order and then expect to spend days on the phone trying to sort. Buyer beware

  @O2 Someone replied and I have now replied to arrange the callback with a time/date. Email complaints agents picking have meanwhile ignored my request to escalate to CISAS and for a final position letter - despite this being in the O2 Customer Complaints Code
