    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    Pretty rubbish area for phone signal, due to being pretty much in the middle of a field on an estate with 3 storey townhouses everywhere (phone signal doesn’t reach down far enough, currently have 2 bars on 3G on @O2… would normally be using wifi-calling).

    @O2 Need some help and keep getting pushed back and forth between O2 and Virgin. I took out package with Virgin and it had O2 SIM card, originally 5gb but was a double volt package so should have 10gb data. Now I still have the problem with my account saying 5gb, 2mth nearly now

    @O2 I got a new phone and O2 account a few weeks ago but there is zero signal at my house. Although WiFi calls works in the house, texts doesn't. For so many things now you need a text msg to log in....banking, Amazon, NHS. The O2 service is useless for me. How do I cancel?

    @SuzanneStevens1 @O2 I had similar issues, I was recommended to @krainesupports and I got mine fixed in less than an hour, you should try em and you'll be very pleased with their services, they're fast and reliable

    @ProfMiola @O2 I'm having exactly the same problem, 6 phones taken out in my name over 4 companys, other companys have accepted responsibility of fraud but not 02 they are the worst company ever to deal with so stressful, phone put down promises of managers calling back fraud team never call!!

    Has any other @O2 customer noticed the major drop in customer service levels since @virginmedia took over recently? I left Virgin for that reason. Maybe O2 need to be dropped too.

    @O2 is your online support working in the app. It is permanently saying ‘no agents available’. Been trying for 3 days solid. Very poor support
