Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

@AXS_UK how do I get my money from you from tickets that you sold on your platform? Its sitting in my account balance and can't get ANYONE to answer and @Trevornoah show was at the @O2 on 11 Sep. Not great customer service. #fail #paymeback

@Kolo_Martin @SkyHelpTeam The lack of info is the worst and the size of the area with no service means it’s not just a single mast. To be fair to Sky at least they acknowledge on the website that it covers Merseyside & Cheshire, @O2 just say it’s your closest mast end of.

@O2 I’m disgusted at the lack of customer service I received for a refund on a faulty handset. After daily calls (& being hung up on multiple times) to “customer care” for over a month, I FINALLY got the refund. Was told I’d get compensation, never happened! Really disappointed.
