Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

@o2 shockingly inadequate. Tied into an airtime agreement yet no signal, no service and @O2 considers this acceptable. Continue to charge monthly fee but provide no service. Absolutely feckless!

@RavWilding @O2 I get some from EE impersonators too. Had a couple from three, and Vodafone. Im not even with any of them. But yes they normally hang up when rumbled and have nothing else to say from the script they normally read from. Nice one Rav 👍

@JimmyCardiff @O2 I had the same trouble - if you choose the forgot password option it will let you set one. Pretty poor that never sent the email address and password info in the first place though…
