@O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

@O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

(1/3) Sad to say that @O2 are now trying to charge me for a service never used, when I cancelled a mis-sold contract within the 14-day cooling-off period. Almost two months later they're now saying they're going to charge me a late payment fee, plus the bill...

@O2 am assisting my disabled brother. catch 22. No passport or driving licence unable to prove his identity. obtained a PAC. told est. £406.49 of termination charges! He wanted to reduce his monthly cost but O2 shop said no. Been customer for years. Help please.

@ImAnAutie @O2 Absolutely correct! The topology of the area means it wouldn’t have worked here, but if you have no coverage on your own network, you can make what’s called a Limited Service State emergency call via any network.

Argh, my phone @O2 and my internet (THREE 5G broadband) @ThreeUK5G are both down 😤😫 it been like this for 2 days. Learnt all about jitter & latency. @ThreeUK your jitter is baaaaaad. It needs to be easier to get out of contracts when they are not providing what you pay for 😤

@connordoner @O2 I'm if not mistaken the UK has emergency call roaming, so in theory it a 999 call should go through regardless of main network signal? (Aka people if in such a situation, try calling anyway!)
