@O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

Trying to contact @O2 customer services. 15 minute wait and cut off without any wait time. Can a o2 sim number be transferred to another o2 sim? A simple question but an hour later several unsuccessful calls later. None the wiser.

@FrancesBeeton So close to @VodafoneUK HQ you would think they would ensure there would be any 4G signal. If it’s an consolation I have to rely on WiFi calling as the @O2 signal is non-existent in the middle of the Thames valley 🤯🤬

Am I the only ex @O2 customer not aware of their scam of withholding credit balances when you leave them? Once your account is closed you get a message saying a final bill has been generated. But you can’t view the bill online because you’re no longer a customer. 1/3
