    Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 Ahh that would explain it, you’ve taken a mast down. It says you are boosting other masts, but do you know when this will be complete?

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

    @O2 Tbh I’m struggling to be patient. It’s been 46 hours and being able to make calls is a minimum requirement from your service provider.

    @O2 I can’t even dial out 4444. The phone won’t ring on the handset yet I can hear it ringing on my other handset. I topped up once before the phone went back to the U.K. to get registered on the network.

    @O2 can’t log onto my online account as 2fa sends a text to@my old (ee) number. 5 of ur customer service reps are incapable of changing this to my new (ee) number so I can’t access my online account. Have been hung up on, ignored, told nothing they can do….

    @O2 been in Italy since last night and still no service. have tried every troubleshooting step online and no luck. shouldn’t have any roaming bars on the account but can’t call as no service nor is the web chat working
