    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

    Honestly, good customer service is the best thing. Just spoke to Amy from the Exec team at @O2 and I think they should give her a raise. She was incredibly kind (after an awful experience with o2 in-store)! The first woman on the case & she sorted it in a 10-minute call!

    @O2 any reason why my 5G is this slow? Since I moved to you the network has been woeful. The biggest mistake I’ve made. I spend most of the time on 3G/4G too. Pathetic

    @virginmedia I've cancelled my direct debit, I'm not paying full price for a cut price substandard service, and will speak to your colleagues later about compensation, even a few £ off the bill would be nice for the inconvenience & having to purchase more data from @O2 due to VM's screw ups.

    @O2 why is it so hard to get an esim for a watch I bought direct from Samsung? No one in customer services will help and iv been to 2 different stores and still no help.
