Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2 must be the worst customer service in the world. All I want is a pac code simple you would think. As I have 2 numbers on my account can’t use the text service have to ring. Did so earlier but pac code wasn’t send so tried to ring several times and keep getting cut off.

@O2 so I cancel a contract because DPD can’t deliver on the correct day. I have called O2 many many many times. You have received the phone back but somehow you are still demanding the money for it. Today I receive a default notice? Why?

@virginmedia after spending an hour and a half on the phone to customer services I get cut off. I pay both the virgin bill and @O2 bill but because my partners name is on the virgin account I can not get volt and no one can change the ownership of virgin.

@virginmedia Broadband is fine, this is regarding being moved to @O2 as part of my package negotiated with retentions. Previous mobile under Oomph package was great now being told that in my two main postcodes the 4G is congested and there's an unknown fix date 1/2
