  Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

  @O2 I am being charged for Amazon Prime even though it was free with my new phone package. Cannot cancel through Amazon as it was purchased by a 3rd party, namely O2. I’m still within my free 3 months and have toggled the auto renew yet still being charged
