    Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    @O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.

    @O2 Please don't buy ...No one should buy @SamsungMobile anymore. I was lumbered with the new fold and my son has the flip both under 6 months old. The screens are not working consistently and if you return to @SamsungUK experience stores they aren't owned by the company

    I'm currently having an incredibly distressing experience trying to cancel an @O2 sim-only contract, where I've left in the 14 day "change your mind period" and been told multiple times I won't be charged. Then received a warning a £500 bill is overdue.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @NaomiRedman4 @O2 @virginmedia I had this problem I put in my email address & password which I use but it failed so tried again email then clicked forgot password once I reset that and was sent a verification code once I did that I was back in maybe try that.

    @O2 so for £3 extra a month we as loyal customers can get O2 Satellite as a bolt on to stay connected in more places than ever before. So is that why I’ve heard people with connection issues? Trying to get people to buy this? Not here this is free.

    @samuelevolpe @O2 It’s been three weeks since @O2 sent be an upgraded phone that was blocked due to a fraud claim on it….still no closer to the issue being sorted absolute the worse company staff don’t have a clue

    @O2 biggest waste of time you guys are - your complaints team are terrible you’ve made so many mistakes - misinformed me on my insurance - anyone with o2 ask them to check t&c’s guarantee they don’t actually know about their services - btw I’m an ex employee of @O2

    @O2 Sick of trying that and being pawned off and having excuses I pay loads for weak connection .. sure someone else can do it better I bet you do it on purpose to rinse people for O2 satellite coverage .. forcing it Just fix your network

    Does anyone know how I can swap phone providers ASAP @O2 hasnt had signal where I work for weeks and ive 2 phones I cant ring or text anyone on constantly. Incase of a work emergency im knackered.
