ureqye (@ureqye) reported@O2 Why are you sending little smiley faces like it's nothing? It's shocking. This is a huge company, why can't they put more people on the phones? Why can't I go to the O2 shop and cancel my contract? Oh yeah, because it's harder to trap people in person.
