    Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

    @O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    I have NEVER come across customer service as poor as O2. 7 months on and they still mess up my bill every single month. every person I speak to gives me a different answer. and when they can’t be bothered to deal with the query anymore, they just cut me off!!! shocking !!!! @O2

    Two text messages arrive - from @O2. So far, sounds genuine. However - she then asks me for the code in the second message, and alarm bells start to ring - particularly as the first message says: If someone's calling you asking for a code, hang up - they don't work for @O2. 2/

    @O2 why oh why is 4G coverage soooooo BAD. I can barely use my phone unless I have wifi. Tried all the tips, local network fine…. You have to sort this out.

    @FezzFox @O2 Hmmm so upload goes through LTE. I reckon the issue is an over capacity mast. O2 is bad for capacity issues.
