Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reportedHow daft is @O2 customer services? "I need a new eSIM for my replacement phone" "OK, to verify your identity we need to text a code to the phone number linked to your account." "But that's the phone that isn't working. That's why I need a SIM." "Sorry sir, I cannot help you."
-
Leanne (@LeanneMoulden) reported@O2 Customer Services is a painful process. The issues that we’ve experienced in the language barrier and the accidental cancelling and taking out of new contracts by your staff is beyond stupid! Attempting to rectify it is as difficult is climbing Everest in a Bikini!
-
Glenn Matthew (@gmkfyi) reported@virginmedia @O2 I can only assume the reason I’m getting an IDF-12B error is because I’m now using a Sky connection rather than a Virgin one. Same computer, no VPN… Trying to get into my O2 account btw… which support line do I contact?
-
Pabs (@Abdabz) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Wasn't like that back when I worked there as a customer service process manager... @O2 You can hire me again for quadruple what you paid me last time and I'll fix this 👍
-
Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported@O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.
