Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 signal keeps cutting out, can only get enough signal to tweet this at highest point in house. Can't go outside to test as weather is nasty. I'm in Pontypridd. Is there an issue here? I work at home.

@unfortunatalie @O2 They're all useless Nat. When I bought mine they had an offer for a free galaxy watch. To redeem it you had to have proof of purchase dated up to 31st Jan, I ordered it on 30th and they sent me a proof few days later dated in Feb.... Took weeks of calls to get them to fix it!
