It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

@O2 Unfortunately its no help. Weird as I get, say 2 bars and 4G on my phone yet the connection either drops or is non existent at all. It's frustrating tbh. And I hate to go anywhere else as I've been with yourselves for about 7 years now but I'm not getting the service I paid for.

@O2 @MelButterflyRec shocking from O2. Failure to address customer issues, ring to complain - get disconnected twice the moment the word complaint is mentioned. £3k phone bill this month with no apparent reason. Try to leave, phone to disconnections just rings.
