    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Day 5 now without a phone! Little or no action from both @O2 or @DHLParcelUK who were supposed to deliver my nice new @SamsungMobile s10. It's somehow gone missing in transit & nobody seems to be able to resolve this situation. Poor poor service. 😠

    @O2 O2 is a British company and you have enough money to pay educated civil staff not imbeciles, if they are abroad they should be trained with better English common sense, it’s ridiculous pathetic and lack of service is not good enough. I’ve stayed with you so long and paid so much!

    We’re now on 3rd SIM card and 12th day without network for my heavily pregnant wife who is unable to work from home for almost 2 weeks now. Despite @O2 reassuring tweet yesterday, she’s failed again to have any resolution and is now told it will be further 5 days.

    @O2 I have turned my phone on and of 5 times and put it on aeroplane mode. It shouldn’t take this long. She said minutes not hours or a day. It’s just rubbish… lack of service it be good to speak to someone in the uk instead of someone rude or English is appalling…

    @O2 network is shocking now u have merged the @virginmedia anyone else havin the same issues can connect calls , internet slow as Car with 1 wheel if any at all. Utter shite

    @O2 please explain to me I’m not able to receive a full service due to a fault with a local mast. There is no fix time or date for this. If I want to leave you’re going to issue me cancellation charges...but you’re not providing me with a full service I am paying for.

    @O2 your company took the wrong direct debit amount, sent me a letter from a debt collection agency and your credit referrals team has yet to email me a response from my email that I sent Monday gone, terrible, your company didn't even attempt to contact me for the pursual of £26
