Shane (@shanelotriet) reported@O2 It’s like this all the time. It’s really frustrating when you trying to use your phone at the till points and have no signal.
-
Matthew Bell (@matthew_a_bell) reported@Jael7102 @arokorol @O2 In a sense I guess it doesn’t matter because it’s more about how O2 (the cellphone network) misrepresented his location once he had arrived in Israel.
-
Goddess Nemo (@goddessnemo2) reported@GarySpedding @arokorol @O2 I’m glad you googled it, now do you see how the signal won’t just randomly ping to one 6 miles away instead of a tower right there? Also, it’s more like a 45 minute to 60 minute drive, I used to do it weekly.

Sebastian K Lockhart (@confessorkev) reported@o2 help ffs
-
Bob McLobb (@BMclobb) reported@andrejpwalker @O2 go giff gaff, same network, less fuckery

𝕽𝖎𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖗𝖉 𝕭𝖔𝖔𝖙𝖍 🏴🇬🇧 (@BritsB4Boats) reportedHas anyone had any experience of making an ombudsman complaint against @O2 (or other network)? They’ve not billed me correctly for almost half a year now, adding charges for a phone I sent back in January (with their prepaid packaging, and I gave them Royal Mail’s tracking number for it). They’ve also abruptly ended a payment plan I was on, allegedly because it “automatically terminated” when my account was credited for the charges for my previous phone, which should not have been added. I’ve tried asking them for help today, but they have been ******* useless

Paul Baker 🏴 (@BlueChefCTID) reported@O2 @dermothill11 If O2 could leave Virgin that would solve the problem because whatever they touch it doesn’t work, O2 was better before the Partnership or takeover, they sent me a link today for 5g, please tell who thought they wasn’t getting this as part of their deal anyway, beggars belief !!!
-
GoonerTop (@GoonerTop133628) reported@arokorol @O2 is the 112 emergency number a hamas hotline?
-
Alex Fridman (@AlexFridman13) reported@arokorol @O2 Well that is a piece of **** phone carrier for sure

Tsering Passang (@tsamtruk) reported@O2 doesn’t take customer complaints seriously. Reported potential data breach and fraudulent case multiple times. If there is no meaningful resolution in the next five days I have to formally report it to the @Ofcom.
