not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

Hi @O2 is there any easy way to cancel my accidental damage mobile insurance? (i.e. without phoning up). I've paid my phone off so don't really need it anymore (if my phone breaks i'll just get a new one)

@O2 No it is a new air time plan and tariff. I was on a rolling contract. I left and used my PAC code and now I have a new bill. If someone would answer your customer service calls I would be able to sort it but they don't. They hang up! #O2fail

Tried to move family to @O2 but could only setup 3 of required 4 accounts so had to cancel 3 accounts as no use if can’t all move over to same network 😢
