not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 15 years of loyal service with O2, three contracts with them and we can’t even get a call back whilst halfway through a payment after being disconnected, TWICE! Furious!

@GeorgieMcFletch @O2 Priority is going down the pan with the rest of the economy, when companies who can afford to, o2 being one of them, should up their offers whilst the economy is tough to maintain their loyal customers, they have decided to do the opposite! Not impressed at all! #o2

@O2 I've been trying to reset password for My O2. Tried resolving with 4445. Now username is not recognised at all (got a change of username email through from you?!) at all and reached my limit of verification codes. Help please!
