  not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

  @mister___ran @O2 I concur. They fkd my credit rating. (Now sorted) but had to extend my car lease as credit rating was bad due to there mistake. I wanted to replace my car not extend lease. They offered £250 ffs! Took 6 months to sort!! I have rejected the £250 total insult.

  @O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?

  @O2 can you tell me why there is a “floating bill? Never heard nothing like it. Customer service (wherever it is) know absolutely nothing. Time to change contract 😡

  @O2 I have an existing contract with you.I want to purchase a phone for an O2 SIM given to me by an O2 store.Your online system will not take my payment (funds are there, authorised in app).Your customer service can't find the phone I've picked.noone can take my money apparently

  ****** off now been with @O2 for years and the last two weeks I’ve had no service and things only work when I’m connected to WiFi. Can’t ring them to sort it and trying to do a complaints form and even that won’t sodding send
