    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @kirstygc1 @O2 Hasn't worked for months if honest, I told them about the fault 4 months ago and they still won't fix it as it only affects % of customers. It's shocking. Look through my old posts to O2 to see how bad. There's even a ticket open ref CIT-A390334 about it, never called me back

    Why are there so many barriers put up by you @O2 I think it’s poor that it states that after you buy the bolt ons your get a text or email regarding the purchase and how cancel but I got nothing why is this???

    @SkyNews I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

    @O2 Is there network issues or something? I switched from ee to o2, thinking network connection would be better, but all i have had sijce switchin is errors, and signal issues. My 5g shows as havijg 2-3 bars of service yet it keeps sayin checking network whenever im usin the internet
