not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

Dissapointed that @O2 will not honour their 50% off a Samsung Galaxy tab S7 plus keyboard case without me returning the ~£900 tablet and reordering again after a system issue with my original order. Surely I shouldn't have to cancel my contract to make this happen.

@O2 never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service, i have been trying to solve an issue for over 2 months and get promised it has been to then receive more letter in the post. Do you not understand how damaging this is mentally?? Beyond a joke
