    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 have lied to since last week about 6 people told me a refund was put into my account had me waiting all week to find out they only done it Friday and then find out it’s not going be done until 21st or June I hope you all get bad luck for the rest of your life all of you #o2

    ‘Great’ customer service @o2!!! Haven’t solved the issue I’ve spent over 3 hours on since Tuesday, ask to speak to a manager, they put me on hold and then disconnect the call.

    @O2 very disappointing service. Tried using chat for two hours Wednesday as needed data, but wouldn’t work, then spoke to CS about this (who didn’t listen)and signal issues on Thursday and told will be called back. No call ! Been with years, but not happy #timeforachange?

    @virginmedia what do I need to do to just speak to someone that can help with a very simple query! Being passed around a single company is bad enough but to be passed around 2 company's @O2 and still no one will take any ownership is a joke tbh!!!!

    @O2 yet again being hounded by fake O2 customer services on a fecking Sunday. Telling me I owe you money and if I don't pay you will take me to court. My Bills are paid in full every month. Quite your love island BS and sort this fraud out. I'm reporting it again for 4th time

    @virginmedia @O2 Why would I do that. I'm a VM customer ! It's your responsibility to support your customers. It's your decision to move to O2 that caused the issues.
