    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    Which do @O2 constantly advertise their two cheapest Pay As You Go phones since they are never in stock and have not been available on line for the best part of a year? - Am I too cynical thinking that it is a subtle attempt to make you buy a more expensive one?

    @O2 I have been trying to cancel my contract for over two hours now. I’m on hold as I write this. Why can I get an upgrade in minutes but cannot seem to cancel as fast? Apparently a call back isn’t a thing you prove? Seems like good signal isn’t the only thing you’re bad at.

    @O2 I got my code up on priority for the pizza in greggs at Buxton but once I got to the front of the queue they said the scanner was not working and refused the sale. Can u issue another code to use else where please?

    @O2 just been told your systems are down when I tried to call now. When do you expect them back up please? I held in a queue to have someone say sorry our systems down and then hung up the call.

    @virginmedia @O2 You’re hounding me to return your stupid hub when you first gave me the choice to book a collection service which I HAVE DONE! I have moved home a week ago and have bigger fish to fry than to send off a 10 Year old hub as a matter of urgency. You can shove the 40quid up your ***
