    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    Out of nowhere, I get a 5G signal almost exactly 2.5 miles away from my house, however, when I check your coverage checker it says there is no 5G there? You have until September to provide it in my street or I’m leaving, how can I get accurate information about a roll out? @O2

    @O2 your customer service is shocking refusing someone a 14 day change of mind we make a complaint you call back with a deal and said you will get another quote the escalations team yeah, right I'm still f waiting you're a joke.

    Still unable to claim the reward @O2! Also not only was the mast not working for 3days last week it's not working again today 😤 How are you not embarrassed that you can't provide what you are being paid for? The refund is racking up. #evidenceforombudsman
