not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@alex_sutton85 @O2 I have that issue sometimes when in a 5G area. The network is clogged up. It’s literally unable to serve all the devices at peak times. If your unhappy about the situation the maybe Retweet using BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags.

@virginmedia @O2 and @libertyglobal what are you letting your associate companies do acting in this way. Nasty business practices of the lowest form. It should be illegal. Treat loyalty as a positive and it will benefit the supplier and people will stick with you. Not bad mouth you

@O2 been in the USA since Saturday night. Have had no roaming data since I arrived. Been chatting to your support service since | arrived and all I can say is they have been useless. Appalling service and can't believe how bad your product is. Imagine not being able to roam.

@chantelle_case @O2 In my opinion due to the network being clogged up due to o2 putting profit before service!! The networks struggling in loads of places, but they still push more phones onto it! One thing they never fail to do is collect their money!
