not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@DJDaymos @O2 Warwickshire/West Midlands border. I have been told that they “took a mast down” and “will be putting another one up”. Clearly haven’t put the new one up in 10 days and, call me old fashioned, I would have the new one ready to go before removing the old one. Zero coverage at all.

@O2 hangin up on customers not cool. Oh & when someone rings with a straightforward ? can ur #O2 #CustomerService just give a straightforward answer rather than try 2 pass on query & sell products. Really lost a lot of respect 4 service & don’t get me started on lame #O2priority

@O2 haven’t had reception in NW3 since Friday. I can’t be the only one?? Your My Network app says a mast isn’t working (and has said this since Friday). Would you please share an eta or an update? My iPhone is an expensive piece of glass when I leave the house right now.
