not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 Hello, I need to activate a PAC code, tried live chat and customer service and been cut off every time, any way I can get through to somebody please? Just waited 30 mins on hold for the call to be disconnected. Live chat saying can’t put you through? Thanks

@DeathByALAN @O2 Exactly and they want to increase your bill by 14% in April while constantly offering a poor service and it never improves and if u say you’re having issues and they do a check they will say the network is fine wen it’s not and Just ignore your concern it’s piss poor from them
