@O2 trying to make an additional payment for your device, is literally the most frustrating thing you can do on O2..... 5 days later I give up after being told by an customer agent that they I have made 8 payments in the last 8 months doesn't exist 🤔☹

  • ac_web_designer Andrew Courtney (@ac_web_designer) reported

@O2 No the promotion isn't showing on My O2 & the Live Chat team said it didn't apply. It's advertised in the checkout for an Upgrade & New Customer. We confirmed it would apply with local O2 store. Rather not wait for the first bill as this would then be outside the returns period.

Can anyone tell me why my @O2 signal is woeful In Oxfordshire, drops out, often only 3G? I’ve checked the signal websites no clear answer is it upgrading of Masts or something else? It used to be amazing everywhere I went.

  • JCyberSec_ Jake | JCyberSec_ (@JCyberSec_) reported

@KirstySmith2012 @O2 All I can suggest is keep your phone on silent. Not great advice but sadly the blame lies with your network provider for not blocking these messages on their network

  • TonyHassall Tony Hassall (@TonyHassall) reported

@O2 You are my service provider. End of.
