@O2 I am appalled as I have been a a loyal customer for many years so to be told to leave the company over a fault due to the company is very upsetting. I would like to escalate this issue as I am still without a working phone and can only make emergency calls.

@O2 Mohammad Eter is the manager in the Brixton branch and was unhelpful along with the other customer service advisers. One of them told me to leave the company, stressing they will unblock my number so I can use it with another provider.

I guess I’m disappointed because up till May this year I’ve found @EE customer service to be brilliant. Yet @O2 is pricing to offer a much better contract to upgrade.

@O2 just changed tariff and told I need to activate my account from the email the 02 adviser sent. I don’t know my password and click forgotten password which sends you a code. On entering the code it states your account is not activated. Help!!
