not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 hi I completed a SIM swap online for my friend last Sunday, this has still not been completed. It was done online and I entered the SIM ID number. Was told process take 24 hours it's now approaching 72 hours. Hope you can help?

@O2 Hi, I’ve tried to get my pac code today but when texting to obtain it just asks to try again later as there’s an issue. Upon calling they said there’s a system issue but I thought when requested it had to be given within the hour. Please can you help or advise?

No wonder @O2 ADVISE you to turn mobile data off, because you lose money if you dont use your phone, your credit will shot down just going to the shops for some milk

@O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

@O2 I struggle being sight impaired using site, hence why I use app as so much easier for me !!! Will keep trying !!! Just thought should bring to your attention if there is an issue & nobody reported. !!!!

@O2 hi o2, hoping you can help. I keep losing signal throughout the day and the only way to get it back is to turn phone on and off. I’m having to do this every 2-3 hours and sometimes even 2-3 times in a row. Sometimes it says invalid Sim. Any suggestions or help please?
