not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 We've seen extraordinary demand from bot that we let purchase all the tickets and for our loyal fans we kept the app down all day.. good luck and purchase the tickets at w5x the price

@peterkay_co_uk Really isn’t fair that people were using a hack to get priority tickets. I tried consistently since 9.20, 8+ hours and nothing! @peterkay_co_uk @o2 should cancel tickets that were purchased by hack/cheat and put back up in general sale

@katie_louise_b @O2 I switched recently to O2 from EE due to O2 being cheaper and better data packages at the time. All I can say is I see why EE charge more. Far more reliable service.

@O2 @virginmedia no idea how you managed to sell out when the priority site has been down for over 13 hours… Guess the staff all have them on the resale site - absolutely shocking one very disappointed o2 and virgin customer!!!

@O2 Don't expect anything else from o2 !!! Going downhill, Apps not working and 4g coverage is shocking roll on end of my contract !!!!
