On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

I asked them to fix the problem. They assured me they would investigate and sort it out. What happened next? They cut my phone off completely. I have gone from having no mobile data to having no service at all. What on earth is O2 doing? This is not an “Ultimate” service. It is an ultimate shambles. Sort it out, O2.

MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported@O2 This CCJ is preventing me from moving house. It should never have been put against me in the first place. If the bundled broadband package was cancelled then this should have included the SIM. I never used the SIM, never put it in a phone, never held it in my hands!
