not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@TheFCA please look in to the disgraceful service and how @O2 are taking money from customers intentionally despite customers contacting them. @CommsOmbudsman is also involved and started an investigation today. They can’t be allowed to rip off their customers anymore

@O2 Hi O2. I have asked Honor to respond to serious issues with their phones. They have fobbed me off to the point where I became more colorful with language. They are using this as an excuse to block me. You provided this phone so I need your help with a formal complaint.

@O2 @teejwxm @O2 haven't invested enough into this UK infrastructure over the last 20 years. Hence you get a better signal up a remote mountain in Spain than you do in a city centre in England.

@O2 At which point I said that @o2 were clearly wasting my time. This whole experience was really poor service and really not a professional look; makes the network feel very amateur. Having been a customer since 1997, customer service is a far cry now from what it was back then. 4/4

@O2 I signed up for a new eSIM only contract with you at the weekend, was sent for extra credit checks, approved on Monday. Email directs me to "My O2" for next steps but that says I have no orders or services and sends me in a never ending loop still with no esim! Please advise
