not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

Really want to know how @O2 have the ******* nerve and audacity to increase their prices so ******* much when I can’t get signal ANYWHERE making my phone unusable unless I’m attached to Wi-Fi WHICH DEFEATS THE POINT OF A MOBILE PHONE. First chance I get I’m moving elsewhere.

Went to sign up to @O2 Airtime, but turns out they don't support modern payment methods. What a shame (or more likely, a delibrate ploy to ensure not too many people can benefit).

@O2 I’ve received three Default Notices from you by post demanding payment for phone contracts I have zero knowledge of.Somehow you allowed multiple contracts to be taken out under my details with no security checks beforehand. I’ve been an o2 customer for years. How did this happen?
