    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?

    @O2 I pay £12.50 Sim only for my wife's phone...bit of a rip off....poor coverage...30G mobile data that doesn'twork...should've gone with @lebara

    Whatever works you did in the TN22 area has made your signal and service far worst @O2. Can't get 5G at all now and to add to that contract prices have jumped up £5. Failing the customer as always
