not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

I don't normally like to praise internet companies since their fair use policies are normally unfair and internet is expensive as heck and slow as heck where I live but since I got @O2's new unlimited plan my life has been SIGNIFICANTLY easier.

@O2 I organised to send my phone to you with o2 recycle and am awaiting packaging, or even an address to send it to. My quote has now expired and I have been unable to send the phone. Please renew the quote immediately - I should not be losing money because of your poor service.

What is wrong with @O2 yet more problems with using their network in St Albans, not helping with working from home. Just looking at their outage map makes me think it’s time to change network.
