not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 second day now one of Ur masts aren't working properly, so my internet is not working right....when are you going to get this problem resolved as I'm paying for a service that's not working properly.....do you really take maintenance serious or do you just say maybe later....

@O2 Hey, my wife requested a sim swap on 15/07 and it's still not working. It came on briefly but now nothing works at all. 2 calls to CS and nothing. She has missed 2 very important calls from her hospital so far and will miss another today. Absolutely shocking.

Not having any luck with telecoms companies currently. Now @O2 have taken three days to swap my number to new SIM, currently have no phone signal at all. Difficult to call customer service when you only have internet and no response to online messaging.

@O2 you are rubbish at customer service and the fact that in the 21st century you cannot guarantee a signal in a normal house and have a mast not working properly for over 6 months and yet still charge the full amount is an absolute joke can’t wait for my contract to expire

@O2 @Dianewi06 O2 have had a major systems failure for new sim cards, Diane. No eta on fixing it. You might be better off exercising your 14-day right to cancel your contract without penalty.

@O2 requested a SIM swap Saturday and have been without service since. Apparently a known issue, and you're very grateful for my patience. Nobody can leave me a voicemail message even. Do you intend to charge for days people have been unable to use your network?
