not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@virginmedia @O2 @TheOlDavenport Same old virgin media. I just don't get why you have a chat service on here and on your website as you can't do anything on Twitter to help all you say is, have you got an open complaint. Then the website chat service doesn't even work. You are crap end of.

So now @O2 have gone from telling me “it can take up to 24hrs for a new SIM card to activate” which is strange, because it’s literally swapping the number over, to them totally ignoring me. #Poor

@Mitz__P @virginmedia @O2 I'm a customer of both too. I wonder if they'll merge (and renew) my accounts before my current contacts are up and therefore give the chance to upgrade early, and include a loyalty discount 🤔

@O2 Yes tried all that even went into the O2 shop in Lowestoft, is it because of work that has been carried out at my local mast and they have turned the signal down as my wife's Vodafone signal is affected as well. Its never been like this until they did some maintenance on the mast

@O2 Yep. It was timestamped at 12.43pm Wednesday but arrived at 01.03am Thursday. Fortunately I hadn't been on Twitter all day so I'd missed the news, which was lucky, as I would've been seriously disappointed to have found out that way after so long as a customer!

@O2 partnering with @virginmedia is not good. O2 are miles ahead customer service wise, will be bad for them

@TheOlDavenport @O2 Ugh. I got hounded by @virginmedia over a mobile account over upgrading, to the extent I ended my contract and wouldn't go back. I'm now with O2 with no problems whatsoever so I think I know where your problem lies. Good luck sorting it.
