    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 01239 200115. When I asked how I could be sure that he was really calling from O2 if he had to ask me how high my last bill was, his reply was “Jesus, what’s with you…” Very good way to kill your brand. I’ve been a customer for years and this has put the nail in the coffin.

    @RyanPS90 @EnglandRugby @O2 Sorry but I don’t think Ewels is up to it, Simmons is class in the prem but been crap at England he should not be starting. I also think we have better and young Hookers in the prem that should start. The backs are lacking leadership. I would start Youngs to support that.

    @O2 glad I've wasted hours of my life on the phone to your upgrades and customer services teams to cancel an order, to just have it dispatched anyway and be told I have to send it back. Useless service.

    @O2 Other companies say an engineer IS fixing the fault and when it might be resolved. Your website says it’s “likely” (maybe/possibly/hopefully…?) being worked on. And therefore no guarantee it is being fixed or by when. Very poor. Very disappointed.

    @gurrydj @EnglandRugby @O2 The forward pack is strong. Add Underhill to that back row and Lawes back to 5 that's pretty much full strength I'd say. Missing some important backs for sure and I fear there's a lack of pace and power, but I still think its good enough to cause some problems.
