not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 I can’t find the Bolt On “Standard Rates in our Euro Zone” I am in Greece with the partners network “Cosmote” but can’t access my data which is very annoying. I have therefore been forced into purchasing the “International” which is completely unfair! Any reply appreciated

@O2 your postcode checker for new accounts doesn't seem to work where the addresses are not numbers... eg TA20 3AD. TW20 0JR or KT13 0QG - can you please fix ASAP....

@O2 Morning. My signal shut off last night. I reported it & you said it was a broken mast. It still doesn’t work today & I’m in central Manchester so there’s no excuse. Please make it work again! I keep getting voicemail notifications but don’t have ability to check them!

@O2 signed up for a contract with you, provided PAC code as requested and my number still hasn't switched since last week. Just cancelled the contract and I am moving to a competitor, great service O2!
