    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    Hello @O2 I am struggling to help a senior family member. Their pay as you go balance seems to have been deleted and the number is deleted too. ( due to inactivity?) I need to get them a pay as you go sim that a balance can be kept on for emergency use only?

    @O2 @virginmedia A bit disappointed and nervous. I love O2 and have never had any issue but Virgin have abysmal customer service, please don’t take their business model for customer service.

    @O2 No it’s ok. I don’t want to hear anymore and that was bad news enough. Time to change sides. I was with @virginmedia a few years ago and I still have scars. 🙄 it’s ok you’ll have many other customers.

    @Chriss_m @Veronica_Strain @O2 Got to be a bot surely, they get fined every year due to poor service, I’ve never quite experienced bad customer service like I have with virgin media, they’re know to be one of the worst companies to deal with when their ****** service drops 5 times a day
