not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

Check my bank statement and see that @O2 have been charging me for over a year after I cancelled my contract! Contact customer support for them to shut me down because I can't answer my security question, the question being... there is no question! Absolute garbage! #O2

@o2 I am so fed up with your network. It is absolutely unbelievable that in 2023 I can’t even manage to make a call whilst travelling without the signal failing. No matter where I go in the country I always have worse signal and data compared to my colleagues on other providers.

@O2 Is this an O2 number...it comes up saying technical problems so diverting. That's why I think it's a scam. The number you gave says it's no longer in use. Losing the will and taking me too much time to pay off a small amount on final payment.

@O2 Did I also mention I am being harassed by a debt collection agency now because of O2? This is nothing to do with me, O2 never carried out Due Dillengence when setting up this account by phone and you are now trying to blame your mistakes on me. Please sort it out
