not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 “Not all customers were successful”? How were ANY customers successful when the app was down all day yesterday? Tried to log in again this morning and the app is STILL rebooting after putting in my number. Down due to maintenance works? What improved? NOTHING! We PAY for this!!

@O2 They pulled all the tickets around 1.30pm yesterday and made the decision to close it down..the London date I was looking at had hundreds of tickets you could basket..and suddenly at 1.30pm you couldn't basket tickets anymore..so the general sale is going to have lots tickets

@Buy_Bags @O2 I am a loyal O2/Virgin customer and I also had the exact same problems. Someone posted a bypass link for gigsandtours and I managed to get 2 tickets. I was shocked they didnt ask for any confirmation of being an O2 customer though, doesnt seem fair.
