not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 I've been on hold for 40 minutes so far.....wanting to cancel my contracts, wasn't given my pac codes I was just transferred to the retention team....hasn't filled me with confidence!!!!

@O2 Had no consistent signal since August last year, a mast went down on 1st January and not been fixed yet then a 2nd mast went down on Sunday so had no signal at home for 3 days. Not good enough for a big company.

@O2 After spending more than one hour on the phone for the delay on receiving messages the person said “sorry we can’t compensate you nor do anything else because there is no issue with you receiving messages”
