not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @O2 I've got no b/band, no phone, can't use the internet, can't work from home and being told it won't be fixed until the 16th 17th, how is O2 is also down, no signal, no internet and will be down for the same time due to planned maintenance.. a whole week?

So glad to have left @O2. Spent 25 minutes setting up a payment plan on the phone only for the whole amount to be taken in one. And you had the cheek to ask why I was leaving. FYI, it’s customer service like this.

Why is @Tescomobile mobile data (provided by @O2) so terrible in Exeter? Forget 4G, forget even 3G. It was even failing to get EDGE/GPRS.
