    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @PaulOBrien @currys @O2 Lack of communication from O2 is the worst. Wouldn't mind a delayed delivery but not knowing anything about if it is coming or not is frustrating.

    @O2 I just don't really understand why you have kept us all in the dark like this. You should have communicated with all the preorder customers appropriately. I think we deserve some recompense for service failure

    @MrPJFleming @O2 I've moved to sim only from GiffGaff. Uses O2 network but you always know what you're getting.

    @virginmedia @O2 After you advice an calling support again. Waisting another hour of my life to be told “They don’t know what the problem is” Meanwhile customers cannot access Sky Sports App via phone or computer. I was told I would be called back. That never happened either. 🤡🤡🤡
