not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 Thank you for replying, but It’s not an individual issue. Everyone on O2 in the GU11 area has zero or intermittent 4G mobile data for months now. We have occasional lucky days of it working. We shouldn’t have to be surprised when it works, it just should.

@O2 why can I make emergency calls only atm. Also why is my mobile network showing as vodaphone ? If this carries on I shall jump to vodaphone. What’s the problem here ? Please dont send me your standard response as there is nothing that helps me there.

@O2 Yes I have. You sent it to me because my phone was paid off. So how about a system where people get put through to the right departments and your staff have working headsets and don’t hang up on people?

Can wait for my contract to end with @O2 nothing but problems with signal, 4g, phone calls honestly can not see why I pay you 100 pound a month for such a **** service. When I speak to your customer service I just get the same crap. “Oh it’s the area your in” honestly poor.

I was with 02 over 20 years. My only mobile provider. I contacted as I was going to switch providers. They couldn't match the offer from Sky mobile so they just let a very loyal customer go without any hesitation. @O2

@O2 trying desperately to report some form of fraud, for a cancelled account. Going round in circles. Had everything from being cut off, transferred to 4 depts, transferred to recorded msg and everything in between. Your service is appalling and I'm no further along
