    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 8hrs multiple texts but crashed going forward after inputting code on the app. Awful. Ever thought of honouring it holding once people were there. Fuming. You have 48hrs come back later you said🤬

    @O2 Not been able to get on the app at all today. Not at all and still can’t. Absolutely ridiculous that I can be permanently logged in usually then I’m logged out today and still can’t access it. Very poor service from such a big company.
