@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 Hi if a message on someones phone says "s emergency calls only" could it be connected with a service issue you have in that area as you have an online status saying "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry."

@O2 unable to log in at all on website or app. When is this being resolved? Log in just times out. App stalls then says unavailable. Pretty slow response for an IT company.

@O2 hugely disappointed in your poor service - I am most disappointed & feel I’ve been mislead very much having paid over £1000+ to buy an iPhone 11 plus max yet paying £50+ per month on contract. Should have been on ‘sim only’ - appalled
