    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @iz__zy @O2 I been on the phone with two different people for like an hour. None of their fixes work and even they're frustrated. I've now been referred to technical support.

    @altrinchamhq @O2 Get a second sim with talkmobile (Vodafone and 3 mobile) I'm on that and BT (EE). Still have the odd issue but gives you more chance of coverage.

    Hey @O2 been trying to view my mobile bill online and via the app for a couple of days now and just keep seeing “Uh-oh… Oops… Something’s gone wrong.” Any chance you could fix that something? Your virtual assistant is worse than useless!
