    not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    Wow. Another day trying to get any kind of usable 4g on the dogshit network that is @O2 in Skegness. Abysmal service.

    @O2 your call centre is awful! Trying to upgrade to a new O2 phone but being made to buy out of my sim only O2 contract but staying with O2. The foreign call centre can’t understand this

    .@virginmedia So 2 days with no TV, no broadband, no landline and an @o2 mobile with no signal. A fix date of 15th July!!!? Zero means of communication. Totally unreliable. What a dreadful company you are. So pleased you got fined. When will this be fixed?

    @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.
