    @O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

    @O2 I’ve always had a great 4G signal, but yesterday and this morning I have 1 bar, and it keeps reverting to 3G periodically. Any clue why?

    @O2 That last number was perfect, the person I talked to sorted everything out straight away. Didn't know why the online part was closed though. It may help greatly if whoever made them decisions left things as they were until all payments are fully finalised.

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?
