@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 12+ hours with no service / 4G etc. Continuously have to turn my phone on and off because the 4G is poor quality.. this has been ongoing for months however unable to discuss with a human these issues. The phone & bill is not worth the amount I’m charged each month.

@O2 I ordered an upgrade last night, despite asking three times to amend or cancel the order.. all of which have been accepted I’m now told I can’t cancel despite wanting to switch to a more expensive handset and MyO2 staying my order is only at stage 2.. why do difficult?!
