@Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

@O2 I’ve checked that out already. The signal is terrible and apparently won’t be sorted until 9th October. It’s been sketchy for weeks. You’re still happily taking money for a barely usable service

@O2 just wondering if you have and masts down in the south east London area. (BR3) I can’t receive 3G, 4G or 5G My phone is absolutely useless, my wifi won’t even work when connected but everything else in my house is working more than fine.

@O2 hi Please can you do something about the congestion of network in Plymouth. It is pathetic. Constant dropping calls, and slow 4g . PL1 5QP and Pl6 8sz eg postcodes. Checker constantly states network busy Been like this for years How much longer until its sorted?
