    @O2 been trying to get through to your customer support line for two days, it just keeps ringing. Doesn't seem to put you in a queue, no updates. Ordered a new iphone 14 and it failed to arrive, can't get through to resolve. Am a customer for close to two decades. Unacceptable.

    @O2 #priority managed to get in to pick tickets for the renaissance tour after trying on all my devices, just to be kicked out and have to join the waiting list again - can you please sort this out o2? You knew these go on sale today why are you down???
