upgraded my phone a while ago but only put the new sim in yesterday but can’t even use it because apparently there’s “no signal”. turning off and on didn’t help, neither did putting on and off the airplane mode. what the hell @O2

. @O2 Having a terrible experience with your service. I upgraded my contract on 22 September for click and collect and still haven't received the phone. O2 customer services keeps telling me to visit the shop but the shop tells me they didn't receive the order and to contact O2.

@george_s32 @O2 Keep trying so long as you don’t have any up front costs of course. Mine eventually went through just ended up with a delay in delivery because of the technical issues

@O2 i keep asking for help as my phone number has not come over to my phone Which it should have done yesterday. Switched it off and in, iMessage too but not altered. Myo2 has correct number but phone still saying temp number. WHY ARE YOU NOT HELPING ME?
