    @O2 any issues in the L24 area, reception in the area not good at the best of times but has been awful the last couple of weeks.

    @O2 I have never ever been able to get through to recycling by phone - despite hours trying. 4 emails to them - automatic response. I’ve raised it with customer services. It’s the last time I renew a phone with o2 and I have been with you for over 20 years

    @O2 I got a new parcel number was told the earliest date was 29th I could get it and an email was sent to O2 admin from customer service at O2

    @O2 Basically the phone has been a mess since I’ve had it, everytime I get a call the volume turns down and people can’t hear me. I sent it back and you said “you’d fix it” within an hour the same thing happened. I sent it back again and then you rang Said it ws out of warranty

    @O2 Hi, I was looking to upgrade via your app to a P40 pro, the deal is £43 something p.m over 3 years, however, looking online I can get a deal with yourselves for £45 p.m over 2 years through another company, where is your customer loyalty?
