I dont know what is the use off eSIM when its not upto mark. @Apple you need to get off 4M eSIM & provide two slots

For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area. Will my phone switch to satellite because it can’t connect to 5G?

Sian Evans (@Goodevansmedia) reported@O2 Have been a long term customer & 2day asked Tottenham Crt Rd shop 4 tech support to download email app. Asked ME what IMAP is, I asked them if they knew - no. Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?

Katz 🇬🇧 (@shirl2046) reported@O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄
