@O2 I'm really fed up with the lack of customer service. I'm seriously poised to switch out contacts to Vodafone. You folks charge me £919 per month for the three phones whereas Vodafone have quoted £118 per month for the same phones with the same configuration!!

@smalltimedread @O2 @O2liverpool Yes it turned up around 3 weeks ago. I also got my Buds. You should still be able to claim the buds if you preordered it on Feb 14th. The buds offer is made from the Samsung website not directly O2 Definitely speak to someone. I'd prob ring customer services, stores not to blame.

@O2 Thanks for replying it’s appreciated. Large parts of Cornwall have no signal at all. Better signal in remote Mongolia or Norway etc

@O2 I just received my SIM cards in the mail. Is o2 service completely down, or just MyO2? Will I be able to top up via phone?? I don’t want to activate if I won’t have service.
