@virginmedia @O2 I’m calling you on average every other day there’s been issues in the tw9 area since beginning of October… every time you call up there’s a pre recorded message.. customer service just talk to you like your stupid and say what can we do ?? It’s a network issue .

@virginmedia @O2 I am so close to cancelling everything service with VM AND O2 and going to SKYY for TV service and a third party for my BB. Sort this VM and fast. Disgraceful service.

Is not an issue and affordable given we’ve been doing it for years with no issue for both @VodafoneUK and @giffgaff ! The longer this drags on the more money that goes to other networks. Plus the less chance we will all stay with @O2 as they just don’t seem interested. 2/

@virginmedia @O2 Evening. I setup a new contract on the 30/09/22 with Michael Kay at VM. I received and completed the new contract, signed it and returned it. I gave my bank details to Mr Kay and I am receiving FINAL DEMAND for none payment. I spoke with customer services in Saturday

@O2 Hi. I just moved to you as a VM customer too. I was sold a SIM only plan by one of your chat colleagues, I activated my SIM today and seems the 50gb I was told I was going to get for £15 are now 30gb. Can you help please, otherwise this is not a good switch for me. thx
