    @O2 I'd like to speak with a human being please, without waiting for hours on end to music which is designed to make you want to hang up. Also, when you eventually get through to someone, they don't hand up whilst you're explaining what you want

    @O2 Unable to use data roaming in Spain. Data roaming enabled, only get 3G on movistar network. Tried turning off and on multiple times since morning
