@O2 you took £577 from my bank account for no reason I’m not a customer of yours anymore I’ve been trying to get it back for 14days told twice it’s on it’s way back to me still not with me this is theft and I’m considering contacting the police sort it out!!! I’m overdrawn now!!!

@O2 I have been a customer of yours for 15 years. I'm very disappointed with your service. 5 working days to get a text problem fixed. Meanwhile my work grinds to a halt as alot of the programmes I use require two way verification which involves text messages. #Waitingforfix

@O2 I had to do an insurance claim for a broken screen (great service btw) and it was swapped like for like yesterday. However... DPD has just been for a 2nd day in a row, to do another like for like swap... Just thought you should know.

@O2 I just placed an order & when at checkout app froze. Egg timer continued & items are still showing in basket. When checked my bank the payment has been taken. Can never get through to customer services &just get cut off every time I call. Can someone help? Poor cust service!
