@O2 the past 24 hours i have nothing but data problems, last month i upgraded to a new phone as i was told my previous phone was faulty and but its exactly the same issue with low signals since may last year but as always i am told that there are no issues your end, its a joke

@O2 Recycle is such a scam. They valued my phone at £200.. and now its valued at £40 because of "screen damage' which is utter rubbish. I can confirm it was delivered in a good condition and I have photos. Complaints are ignored. I read the forums and I am not the only one. Avoid

@O2 hope you can help. We’re in France. My mobile connects for internet, calls & texts. Partner is on O2 - can only make calls - no texts / internet. Any ideas.
