@kymbo1982 @O2 I just couldn’t do it any more. They got a lot of money out of me monthly for 20+ years, no problems with payment, no calls from me complaining to customer service about anything & after all that all they could “do for me”was a refurbished iPhone 48 month contract no discount.

@O2 terrible customer service always passed from department to department husband ordered 2 Samsung device which Was unliked decided to send back only got it yesterday was told to print return pack and send it special delivery and then put phone down on us disgusting
