@O2 been trying for last hour to set up an o2 new account. The website has taken the upfront payment and won’t go through on website. Called twice and been cut off. Help! I was on hold for 20 mins each time and cut off from advisor.

@O2 I’ve redone it again but appeantly my national insurance number are different when they are the same and company’s name is different (which it is because my company’s name on payslip ain’t McDonald’s) lol just want the discount if not gonna cancel our contracts

@O2 Yes that seems to be the issue! I didn't even know what a spend cap was, I guess it wasn't explained very well when I signed up for the contract. Thanks for helping me locate the problem.

@O2 Hey O2. My hubby got a replacement SIM at 10:30 yesterday. Was told it would work in up to 24hrs but the asst said “it’s never that”. It’s now 30hrs and he’s still waiting for service - HELP pls
