    @O2 day 19 of no phone signal because you have a “damaged phone mast”. Unable to call doctor this morning as no signal. Unacceptable. Who are you regulated by and I’ll escalate as you’re not interested?

    @O2 After an absolute faff trying to get my preordered s22 ultra I went to an o2 store and the manager that helped me was absolutely amazing! My phone was delivered to the store but I never received the email to go and collect so its been sent back 1/2

    @O2 It returns about 40-45 mins after the crowd disperses the issue being that other networks work with high capacity crowds and yours doesn’t?

    On my recent visit to #Hull this weekend, I can’t fault @O2 there! I’ve had full bars of 5G signal everywhere I’ve been! I’ve never noticed such a consistent 5G signal in a city before! Usually it’s really patchy. I wish my signal would improve at home though!

    @O2 Sorry to award you a 0.5/10 for customer experience. I’ve spent nearly an hour a) on hold b) repeating myself when each agent puts me on hold and I can’t reconnect w the previous agent c) having no way to access MyO2 to see my bill in full detail d) going round in circles 👎🏽
