@O2 I had the same issue outside the city centre but I blamed it on the fact that I came from the rural areas where I haven’t seen that issue as much since I started testing. I have tried all those and another device yet same. I expected to get better service in a big city centre

@O2 Thank you. The phone function is working but the data is not (although the 4G icon is showing). Apparently a local mast is having problems.

@O2 how hard should it be in this day and age to get a signal on my iPhone in my garden let alone my house especially when your signal checker says the signal strength is excellent? Coverage is getting worse not better, do I have to change network?? #annoyed

@O2 Hey we are not able to avail the inclusive travel zone in New Zealand for some reason, it keeps saying we have no internet but yet the 4G sign is showing. We can call and text but cant use the data. Would appreciate any help.

Morning @O2 I’m looking to move from an iPhone 7 to a second hand iPhone 8 or later. Other than changing my sim over do I need to do anything else to ensure my new phone works on your network other than make sure it isn’t locked to any other network of course.
