@O2 horrendous customer service experience. Husband snorted first attempt to upgrade as you made it so difficult despite him being out of contract, second attempt yesterday, an hour and a half on the phone and was satisfied with the package agreed on. Assured no upfront costs.1/2

@O2 Just had to pay TEN TIMES my usual data rate to add a bolt on. Phoned customer services. They said that policies have changed due to abuse of goodwill. I have been a customer for years, and now ripped off. Also, with you not supporting Pixel Watch, I am leaving. It's a shame.
