@O2 Hi, 4G rarely works in Central - always connects to 3G. I’ve been working from home since Feb last year & my phone constantly cuts out/goes to WiFi calling as the network is so bad. I’ve called about this issue multiple times. No compensation, only that ‘it’s being worked on’

@o2 I have had literally 5 junk calls from your numbers in the last 3 hours and had another bunch yesterday. This is the absolute worst! You need to do something about this. It's the most annoying thing ever!

@O2 disgraceful customer service been trying to get through to the call centre for an hour and a half and actually got through to somebody twice out of the 7 times I have been cut out and even they and cut me off! I want a manager to call me ASAP!

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!
