  @O2 @ajgbarnes What ******** is going on with the ******* signal? For years we've had huge problems with the signal & still you've done **** all about it. I will not be paying my bill this month as I've been trying to cancel my contract for almost 12 months to no avail. What a **** company!

  @O2 I honestly do not understand why you continuously bar my phone without giving a reason or even putting a note on your system as I can’t make or receive calls !! This is the 3rd time it’s happened and I have been with you since 2005 !!! Just absolutely diabolical service !!

  @JaadeSketch @O2 Jade, they are fully aware of the issue with their website and app when trying to pay a bill, but they are not doing anything about it! O2 - how many more people will it take to complain about the broken payment gateway before you actually fix the issue?

  My postcode BR1 5BJ shows 5G+ good coverage yet I get 4G only. I pay 5G so you are in breach of contract for failing to deliver service I signed up for. Please fix this. @O2
