  Purchased an Apple Watch SE (3rd Generation) directly from @O2 14 days ago for my son’s 10th birthday… still no cellular. Endless calls/escalations no callbacks, no resolution. Extremely poor service. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate to the @CommsOmbudsman @Ofcom .

  @O2 I can’t believe I have spent over 2 hours in the last 3 days to customer service team to sort out my airtime plan for my new watch which was cancelled by an advisor by accident on Tuesday. Still no answers and still no airtime plan for my watch. Customer service is rubbish.

  @O2 What an absolute joke of a company since virgin media i can't access my O2 app spoken to 2 people who said they will get this issue resolved & again nothing i still can't us the O2 app because I need a virgin account ******* sort it out !!

  @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?
