I've then rung your customer service from my neighbour's phone only to be told it could be 7-10days before resolution

My 5g shows as havijg 2-3 bars of service yet it keeps sayin checking network whenever im usin the internet

I have been accused of lying when the things that were agreed were on a recorded call. My complaints been ongoing since August 25. They have certainly lost a customer once this contract is over
