    Gone to Brighton to support my Wife in her last Brighton marathon. Can’t make a call, can’t txt and can’t use data so no tracking. @O2 must do better.

    @O2 Some third parties are permanently able to run cheaper deals than @O2 can - make it make sense… I was promised a call back in relation to my complaint which remains outstanding. I was meant to be called yesterday

    Dear @O2, I think the Ombudsman needs to have a chat with you about your quality of service in comparison to your ever increasing charges. I’m horrified that I have to stay with you until next year! Worst service ever. No signal, ever. Utter disgrace.

    @O2 Due to the recent price increase, I’ve decided to move to another provider. I’m unable to find an option in the app to cancel my SIM. I already have a PAC code to keep my number and I’m now out of contract—would that be sufficient to proceed?
