    @O2 why is it with all the massive increases with mobile phone bills and Internet. All the Internet companies will give you a good deal due to the increase so they can keep you as a customer. But when mobile companies like yourselves can't not offer the same deals

    @O2 just received text saying the one time code id requested will arrive shortly, followed by the code and a scam phonecall which i said not interested and hung up on. logged in to the myO2 app and received another text saying successfully added wifi service. Confused, help pls?

    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 You have absolutely THE WORST Chatbot on your website, it doesn't seem to understand anything. I have also tried mailing and still no response from you. Truly awful customer service. I expected more considering the 17.2% increase in my tariff this year!

    @stevehalluk @O2 @ODEONCinemas Hi Steve, Did you get the code yesterday or Wednesday last week? If it’s last week’s code you had to book your film by midnight Tues this week. If that’s not the problem, it could be the Odeon you are trying to book for. My local one doesn’t accept them. Hope you can use them🤞
