    @O2 Day 54 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Very concerned why i am getting scam calls every day about 'promotional' upgrades. And from 'trusted suppliers'. Never had them before and now getting them every day! Sort it out!

    @julietsimmons @O2 I’m having the exact same problem. Trying to port a number over from Virgin and O2 app won’t accept PAC code and twice cut off while on hold. At this point already feeling like a mistake.

    @O2 why do you have such poor customer service? I need my PAC code and can't get it. I have been on 2 separate long calls and have been hung up on.

    O2 customer centre: shameful abrogation of duty, lower than low, 45 mins waiting for response to calls; cut off immediately before one can speak, the another 32 mins wait same thing @Ofcom how does @O2 get away with this exceedingly poor service?
