    I just received a phone call from somebody claiming they were from @O2 - I believed them right up until they asked me to give them a one time code. DO NOT GIVE ANYBODY THIS CODE! O2 will never ask for it over the phone - don’t be scammed

    @O2 I see that it is impossible as ever to actually speak to someone at O2. For a communications company it is pretty poor. Just being sent on an endless unhelpful loop of screens which don't sort my problem out. Apparently you are too busy to talk to customers on chat

    @O2 A Samsung order/upgrade has been made without my knowledge?.... I can’t even log into my account, it comes up as somebody else’s email address, it doesn’t recognise my email address or anything baring in mind I’ve been signing in and out without any problems for years.Ridiculous.
