@O2 Yes, switched Wi-fi off and went to 4G, but it was the same. Also re-booted iphone - no difference. I’ve now deleted and re-installed the app which has fixed the problem. Thanks.

@O2 Hi. Whenever I check the coverage/ network issues checker for PL1 and PL2 areas in Plymouth it says network is very busy at mo etc. Is there no way 02 can invest in more transmitters in area to give better coverage for customers here? Been like this for months now

@O2 I was expecting it to arrive on Friday & meant to be away from home from Monday, wanted it with me. I’ve no idea if it will be or not. If I ordered from other places, I’d have some clue, as opposed to yourselves. Surely there should be something better, for the customer journey?
