@ibiza_music_edm @O2 I had the same issue last time I switched network too. Starting to think it's an Apple error rather than a network one. Annoying, makes switching less appealing when it should be simple!

@O2 why when I go to change my current tarrif it stays around the same price, but if I go on your site as a new customer the same tarrif is £20 cheaper?!

@ibiza_music_edm @O2 I heard the same! I'm a bit sceptical cause it took a lot longer last time this happened. To be honest I've no idea what they did to fix it last time but it started working again eventually... so fingers crossed.

@wozwebs @O2 @EE What’s the EE signal like at home mate? Agree O2 has been really rubbish of late. I think EE works at the villa as well which will be a bonus! O2 hopeless and pointless at Villa Park.

@O2 I’ve been offered £20 credit as I am such a “loyal customer” - Gee thanks. I’m off in May, so for the sake of £42 it’s costing your company hundreds from me. Smart.

@O2 Well, they haven't helped. My data still sucks. £50 a month for me to barely be able to use the Internet is ridiculous.
