    @O2 The store "manager" at Tottenham Court Road store. Abused me yesterday afternoon. Thursday 6th September 2022. I recorded the entire incident on my phone. Trading Standards will be receiving the footage. And my lawyers.

    @MesootyMaria @O2 They are an absolute disgrace. I have never known anything like it. So rude and unhelpful. Im having the same issue and they don’t even care and are so nonchalant 😭 don’t reply to dm’s or when they do it’s a ‘don’t worry’ 😐

    @O2 your tech cancelled my SIM in error yesterday, bricking my phone, after a week of poor service/signal. Spent an hour on (my wife’s) the phone this morning and it’s still not sorted. Want to come and pick up your device and cancel my contract? #clownshoes
