    @O2 Hello. That would have been in October last year. I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.

    @O2 It's my wife's..got blocked because of fraud ..the sim...been over a week now ..told her 24 block ! Even got a letter to confirm block has been lifted !! Foned 202 7 times ..visited o2 store ..no joy ..absolute terrible customer service ..can you unblock now plz

    @arokorol @O2 Force your device onto an Israeli network. “Palestine” does not have agreements with most networks, and the cost per minute/byte is higher than on a cruise ship!!!!

    @o2 3 customers lost due to your absolutely shocking customer service and prices ,good riddance , no mobile for over a week ,my mrs no mobile for 2 weeks (no compensation offered), my mam getting charged £13 for a toy fone , we are saving £24 pm between us for the same contracts

    @1ivgracex @O2 I had so many issues with AXS to access my Louis Tomlinson tickets a few weeks ago. Was eventually told that AXS have a preference for Apple over Android - low and behold when I used my work iphone, it worked. It's absolutely ridiculous! Swore I'd never use it again. But it's OR!
