    @britbane2024 @O2 If you’ve transferred your number from another network it could still be porting. If transferring to a new SIM (already on o2) try turning off/on. If it’s an e-SIM **** knows - that’s witchcraft.

    Seriously @O2 turn off 5G as it obviously doesn't work in #Wishaw #NorthLanarkshire

    @arokorol @O2 Well, that's where you were: Palestine. What is the problem?

  • TameTheZionist
    Jonathan (@TameTheZionist) reported

    @arokorol @O2 It gets mixed up because the towers cover both areas. I had the same issue. And then coming back to Israel a second time it said welcome to Israel.

    @arokorol @O2 What's the issue here?

    @Ofcom @O2 Just tried to port my number away from o2. The method via text doesn't work. You can't do it via your o2 account on the website and the phone method closes at 21:00. 02 service is pathetic and designed to keep you on their network. FIX IT.

    @O2 Ok, so, how can you help me? I'm not speaking to the call centre again, they've been useless.

  • NathanJarvisMD
    Nathan Jarvis (@NathanJarvisMD) reported

    @o2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

    @O2 @abbieechels That's not what she's asked. I have been having real problems getting answer to accessible questions and bookings too. But keep getting answers to other questions. Limiting accessbility tickets to just 1 + 1 carer is ridiculous
