    @virginmedia @O2 @peterkay_co_uk When I log in to the O2 priority app with my Virgin Media log in, it says the email/password is incorrect but it is the one I log in to Virgin Media fine with? I have tried with biometrics and typing it in and get the same issue? Please can you assist?

    Day 8 of no phone because of @O2 screwing up the number port for me and thousands of others. Was assured the technical issue was resolved and they would have me ported by 18:00 yesterday. Call centre says there is no one to escalate to. @MarkEvansO2. Not sure if you can help?

    @O2 @virginmedia downloaded Priority App, got error msg (as others), clicked “logout of VM” and retried. Logged in but app just crashes so cannot use. Seems a common problem, help please.

    @O2 My husband was being asked to sign in to his My O2 with a password rather than his PIN. He had to click forgotten password. All 3 of the verification codes came up as invalid & he is now lpcked out for 24 hours. Why would these codes come up invalid?
