    In Mexico, roaming on Movistar (a Telefonica network) and none of @O2 voicemail numberS work. "I'm sorry, your number is not permitted to use this service". @O2 weren't able to help. Anyone know if this is a temporary problem? There's a vm in my inbox and I can get to it!😡 Argh!
