  @O2 I’ve been rejected by your Portsmouth store (they refused to even look at my ID), your hotline hangs up on me, the same for Facebook team. Your website says 'go to store' for a lost PAYG SIM, but no one will help. Very shocked by this service. Fix this! #O2UK #CustomerService

  @Gammitin @O2 O2 is so useless, my grandad has been with them for years, until ~7 months ago one of the local masts became faulty. It's still faulty to this day and he would use signal in the late morning/early afternoon every single day. We managed to get him out of the contract with no fees.

  @O2 for months now will have been dealing with VMO2 tech support as I am unable to access my o2 account. Security code gets sent to some unknown phone no which is not mine then it asks me to enter account recovery words which I don't have.

  Anyone having problems with @O2 . Can't check data allowance or add a bolt on more than 100gb. Partner has had a text saying out of data but we can't do anything
