    @AnneLawtey @RevRichardColes @O2 I tried that with FedEx when their AI couldn’t understand my hoarse voice because I had been choking. Yelling I want a human didn’t work. The AI starts to sound like a bad SciFi computer that is going to calmly jettison you into space.

    Today I found out that when you have a contract with @O2 & @Aerial_Direct for a mobile phone, they continue to charge you after the contract ends unless you request to cancel. EVEN IF you have taken out a new contract. I have been paying for a phone I haven't had for TWO YEARS.
