@O2 More than 36 hours into the less than 24 hours to swap my number over to the new sim... still new phone says "no sim" (its in it) old phone stopped virtually instantly. We'll send you a text to verify... cheers O2, i trust you will not charge me for days with no service?

  • thesandylicious Sandy Rabino (@thesandylicious) reported

@O2 How come setting a spend cap to 0 is the reason why I can’t call any O2 short numbers and voicemail not working? Tech support asked me to try changing spend cap to £5 and obviously I refused as 0 cap means no extra spendings.

  • BSIntollerant MindYour Business (@BSIntollerant) reported

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia Would get connected, but your customer service is rubbish. Claims to work until 21:00 pm but automated hangup at literal 20:00. Useless.

  • MikeHewitt07 Mike Hewitt (@MikeHewitt07) reported

@O2 how come your customer service team don’t have access to accounts? I’ve raised an issue, sent details through and now I’m being asked for screenshots of details…surely they have access to everything on screen or is it a fake customer service email on your website?
