On hold to *someone* at O2 but doubt it's right department, as your CS department actually hangs up after spouting crap about going onto the myO2 website. Pleaase can someone respond? The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

Can you give me more details on the local network outage and when it might be fixed? If not, caution demands I stay with my existing provider.
