@O2 since your app has changed things have been diabolical . I need to make payments never missed one and you’re treating me over a small amount though your system isn’t processing payments . I’ve tried three cards and PayPal and you’ve blocked my upgrade !

@mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

@Ofcom @O2 I myself warned them about web issues on myO2 4 months ago, now the app has followed suit and is unusable. All linked to people with multiple accounts. The authentication service is riddled with errors and will loop people into a server configuration error.

@O2 you should be totally ashamed of providing a so called 5G service in Brighton - it’s ******* shambolic - 3G was better! Charging extra for this is just a total rip off!

@O2 I just got them from general sale as the issue was not resolved before the presale finished

I have a case file, the response was to download mytello as your network apparently don’t allow any international calls. I’ll be joining @O2 tomorrow. 10 plus years with sky… cheers 🙄
