    @SiinghAaron @O2 I was lucky as my device plan was nearly finished so I paid it off and left. Was sick of having no signal and paying over the odds for a device plan when I could get a newer phone for less than what o2 would charge

    Since I signed up for my phone contract with @O2 it's gone up £10 a month, absolute joke! I'd have never signed up for this ****** contract if I'd known, can't believe they can get away with it and my signal isn't even good?! Like why would I pay £47 a month for that?!

    @O2 you have been puting my bill up for a number of years. It is now almost going to be £30 when my husband gets the exact same for £19! I am sick to death of this. I’ve been with o2 for 20 years. And this is how you treat us? I feel to close my account with you.

    @O2 Lock you into a contract then put the prices up. Absolutely disgusting service. I signed a contract so my price should stay the same. I can’t wait for the contract to end because I’ll never go with o2 again.

    @davegilsenan @O2 Same problem here they are a disgusting company I'm going to my local store Saturday to finally cancel mine and can't wait poor customer services terrible network coverage and now the highest price increase in 2023 back to EE

    @rockNrowell @O2 @MartinSLewis They are a disgusting company. My contact is cheap, just £8 but I won’t be staying, giffgaff and Tesco use the same network and no in contract price rises. Just vile.
