    @O2 Ahh thanks but that still doesn't help with my problem. The worse thing is I've been a customer for over a year now and pay £100 at least every month. Think a change of supplier is needed asap. #broadbanddeals please.

    @VodafoneUK hi there could you answer a quick question for me please. Do Vodafone support ZeroTouch @Android enrollment.. on commercial Vodafone brought phones. Im sure you do @O2 have had it years so I'm sure you won't be behind the times. But just want to make sure first.

    @O2 I think it's safe to say 15 years of loyalty was for nothing. The disappointment I have in this company over the past 2 weeks with nobody able to help everybody advising me please give us more time we need more time

    2/2 @O2 #o2fail - after @O2 admitted fault, being over charged and being told to claim the money back from my wife’s bank… we were then told when we wanted the PAC number, that the account would need to be reinstated and that they would then charge termination fees. WTF?
