    @O2 after two failed attempts to add data bolt ons I contacted your “help desk” and after being routed to the “expert advisor” they ended the chat before resolving anything! Maybe you can help?

    @O2 Do you know what the problem with O2 is? They're always lying. I requested a refund on March 3rd, and they told me that since the amount was large, it would take 7 to 10 days, then 14 days, and to this day they haven't refunded me. What's the solution?

    @O2 - mast not working properly in SW17 9PP. When will it be fixed? The local Church is without its Internet. The website has been saying the engineers are working on it, but there are no further updates.

    @O2 almost a month without data inside my home due to a mast issue. It’s been down at least 6 months out of the last 12. Your coverage is also non-existent in Exeter. It’s 2026 for goodness sake.

    @Joff_L @O2 That is down to how the comparison sites they earn commission on new connections and sweet **** all on upgrades ot tariff changes for existing customers.. and thats across all UK Networks
