@O2 no service for 2 days now. Relying on WiFi for calls/messages which is no help if I'm at work and there's an emergency. I hope you don't expect me to pay considering you've said it'll be until Saturday.

Whatever you do, do not take out a contract with @O2 not only are they extremely overpriced, but their customer service is shocking! If you are due to renew and on o2, or looking a new contract, use uSwitch, FAR more better providers than o2 🙈

@O2 instead of seeing an improvement with the roll out of 5G my service home Marylebone to Buckinghamshire appears to be getting worse — it’s a mix of 3, 4 and some 5G in inner London, the 3G loads nothing so may as well@not be there — improvements soon?

@O2 called you 6 times in 3 days to sort out a problem with my contract and still haven’t got an answer. I was promised that you would call me back on multiple occasions. Not acceptable for someone who has been a customer of yours for many years.

@O2 fantastic 5g signal, but not a shred of data. Had to use my vans Vodaphone hotspot to get data. Your network is just beyond terrible. Almost every call recently breaking up. Can’t wait yo ditch this network!
