Receive an email this morning to say my phone bills going up by 18.5%! The 🤬 cheek of it when I can’t get signal or use any data in 90% of the places I go. @O2 you’re coverage is shockingly bad and should be reimbursing customers not charging more. What a joke!

  • pitcombe Andrew (@pitcombe) reported

So @O2 are putting up their prices by 17% ~ put the service in BA10 up by 16% and I might even get a signal. Hello. From April 2023 the monthly price of your calls, texts and data will rise by the 13.4% RPI rate of inflation plus 3.9% as set out in your terms.

  • Vanessabooty1 Vanessa Booty (@Vanessabooty1) reported

@jodielouiseart @O2 This? I told them my data was unusable in places it was normally absolutely fine, and they said ‘connect to wifi’? I was like ‘how about give me the service I pay for’! Now I have to pay more for a service that has done nothing but get worse! Um no!

  • raymccreath Ray McCreath 💙💛 (@raymccreath) reported from Hamilton, Scotland

@RobWilson_RW @O2 Thanks Rob for the advice, never had any issue before and had rather just refunded me in the 7 days they said it would be sorted, they have even accepted the error that's what's annoying more than anything

  • Malva89999621 Mal (@Malva89999621) reported

@O2 the worst mobile provider in UK 🤬 you will lose all the customers soon

  • Burnside_5 Burnside (@Burnside_5) reported

@O2 @Aumz So we never get the benefit of a negative RPI, all take and no give isn’t it?

  • c_beacham Craig Beacham (@c_beacham) reported

Cannot believe the price increase of 17.3% from @o2 absolute joke to go with the already terrible service they provide

  • tomavfc22 Tom (@tomavfc22) reported

Imagine @O2 having the cheek to tell me my plan is increasing when the service they offer is quite literally the worst in the UK and their data never ever works. Embarrassing.

  • footie_lass vicky (@footie_lass) reported

@travelred @O2 I got same msg on my birthday rude or what!

  • pye_in_the_sky Pyeinthesky (@pye_in_the_sky) reported

@O2 if you're increasing my bill by 17.3%, does this mean we'll see any improvement in signal? This is a shocking increase, when the quality of service from o2 seems to be getting worse. Every day I have poor signal both in & out doors. Always an excuse, never a solution.
