@O2 hello we have either had zero ore 1 bars of signal for probably the last month. Most people who call us just get voicemail and its often impossible to make a call. I reported this and after 2 updates o2 say the mast is down and they’re trying to contact the landlord still..

@_Fryto_ @O2 Yeah I’ve contacted multiple times, the same response from them. They can’t give timescales but if I want to call around stores and find out then I can cancel if I want🙄🙄

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia Can you please tell me if you’ve had issues in the Plymouth area over the last month ?? My O2 signal has been absolutely shocking ! Every year I say I’m changing but never do and in the blink of an eye 13 years have come and gone. This is the worst it’s been and it’s not just me.

@O2 An ongoing issue for 4 months! Countless promised phonecalls that do not arrive. A promise of a call today at 3pm. You guessed it 16.35 and again no call. It’s infuriating and completely unacceptable
