@MomentiumFund @O2 Quite. I’ve spent 30-45 mins in phone queues on the different numbers texted/mailed to me; engaged in online chat with a BOT; gone into a store to (try to) pay and been given different assurances and advice. Awful experience.

@O2 I have been with you now for going on 9 months, I had an average service to start with but over the last few months it has gotten worse, I am also get the annoying message "sometimes our network gets busy in this area when" I have to @EE for data now as yours is unworkable

@O2 My mum is in hospital & I can’t even call her, I can’t even call hospital to book a visit! You don’t care! I’m not even treated like a human being! When I’m back on my feet I’m done being a customer of yours, over 10yrs of loyalty finished off by inhumane attitudes!

@TheO2 hey. I won a prize prior to Covid via @O2 for tickets to a show and top deck hospitality. Covid boo. But what happens to this now. Have tried several times to contact. And o2 told me to speak to you. Please help. I never win anything.

Very disappointed with the service from @O2. Ordered a new phone 7 days ago with "next day dispatch" on the website. Next day told it would be delayed. Website still days 2-3 days yet O2 themselves say they are unsure when stock available. Very misleading

@O2 I finally got it to work but not having a different option when someone lives somewhere with virtually no network is a bit stupid.... I could have received a call via WiFi calling but texts only come through when they feel like it! (P.S I like having no network btw!)
