Mast not worked properly in over a year and no refunds paid out! A big company that can't afford to pay it's debts. Embarrassing!

No refund means the problem was never resolved! All you do is lie and I have the proof! #evidenceforombudsman

I constantly have issues logging into myo2 app because I use a different email address for my o2 and virgin media accounts. Constantly asked to link the accounts which I do then I cant log into the apps.
