    @O2 customer services are shocking trying to explain to them that I get paid on a certain date. Also told them I'm on low income disabled veteran. They trying to charge me a late fee pluss charge me for moving my payment date. Shocking @mentalhealth

    @O2 very disappointed yet again, took me two months to get my double data allowance. Now our son is also having same problem has run out of data having been told Lowndes will double in two weeks now told it will be another two weeks

    @O2 I will be reporting you for your lack of communication and service you didn’t provide. For months, the mast in my area has been down, I have informed you several times but you kept telling me an engineer is on the case but nothing has been fixed yet. @Ofcom

    @O2 I’ve had enough. Service is pathetic yet I’m still expected to pay nearly £100 p/m for phone/iPad/watch when I’m virtually unable to get service on each device! Daylight robbery and am disgusted I have no option to keep paying for total lack of service, absolutely fuming 😤
