@SiinghAaron @O2 I was lucky as my device plan was nearly finished so I paid it off and left. Was sick of having no signal and paying over the odds for a device plan when I could get a newer phone for less than what o2 would charge

hi @o2 why do you advertise pay monthly phone contracts when your credit checks are not in order? I have perfect credit score and my order was refused, no explanation was provided by customer service and credit checks team

@O2 Maybe that's where you have to go to get a signal because you csnt get one anywhere in the UK can't wait to visit my local o2 shop Saturday and cancel you can stick your 17.5% increase
