@O2 your service is so bad! Barely get any signal and London Underground wifi doesn’t even work. You have to register your number first?! Surely you know what mobile is on your network. Make it intentionally hard to use. Switching when this contract ends

@O2 Hi @O2 it's now been well over 48 hours. This is very, very poor. Please can someone remedy this. If I ever move back to the UK, I will think twice about returning to O2 at this rate. Thanks.

@Dave_Manley @O2 You can’t use this increase as a reason to cancel a contract without paying a penalty. So I’m stuck.

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Customer care is appalling and trying to leave is a terrible customer experience. You can't cancel contract online. It has cost me hours (days for a confirmation email) and once you get through to the disconnection dep. (3x), there's no guarantee you won't have to go do it again.

Had a message from @O2 CEO office stating they're looking into my issue and will respond in 3 working days. It's now been 5. I sent an email yesterday and got no reply. It seems O2 are just a **** company.

I don’t get full coverage for voice & text. Forget 5G I don’t even get 3G where I live. So how the heck can you - esp the chief exec justify 17.3% rise from April? Honestly @O2 I’ve been a loyal customer last 22 years. @MartinSLewis can you look into this daylight robbery by o2?
