@O2 I followed steps given to me in store, went back to check I'd done all I had to(they said yes)& I got told just to wait for the discount to go on. It did not. Now the team when I call say they can't help me because its been past 28 days. A fault on o2 side but I lose out 🙄

  • ICPlanetologist Steve Banham (@ICPlanetologist) reported

@DrGMcLeod_Leeds @O2 Let me guess - they can hike the price with impunity, but you can't terminate the contract without substantial penalty?

  • iaconic_ lou (@iaconic_) reported

@BCantona7 @O2 Surely this would mean that the terms of the original contract have changed and is no longer legally valid? In theory people could cancel their contracts?

  • c_beacham Craig Beacham (@c_beacham) reported

Cannot believe the price increase of 17.3% from @o2 absolute joke to go with the already terrible service they provide

  • cms110490 Clare (@cms110490) reported

@O2 can someone assist me with a £40 bill I’ve had calling 02, unknowingly being charged whilst spending hours on wait setting up a new contract with you and having to phone numerous times as the phone never arrived neither did the sim so I had to phone from a different phone.

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 2nd day in a row now that the WiFi has gone down. This is not the first time. Working from home & this is seriously affecting my business. Had Sky Broadband for nearly 10 years & never had this issue. Your WiFi service is the worst in my experience. Regret switching now.

@matgalbraith @EnglandRugby @O2 He offers more then murley not saying he isn’t a bad player also

  • GoldShyGuy1 Part Time MKT Drifter (@GoldShyGuy1) reported

@O2 I don’t dispute the need for investment, however the tariff model could’ve been revamped any time over the last few years given the challenges people have faced financially. Another case of our costs go up and we’ll shovel on to the customer. Flexible tariffs are the future.
