    @O2 Your recycle programme is a joke. I have tried to speak to them multiple times after they’re telling me my phone was broken (it wasn’t). And they have now recycled for the lower quote that I clearly did not accept

    @virginmedia Well, if @O2 doesn’t do that then I hope you do offer some solution. Getting money from people without offering the contracted service is considered a theft.

    @O2 So I sent a PM as requested - heard nothing back. At the same time I was on the house phone to customer services AGAIN for the call to cut off AGAIN after 30 minutes. Come on O2 what’s going on?
