Nicole Penney (@Nicolef1Penney) reported@O2 I have never been so shocked at a multi million pound company. 6 hours (between live chat and a phone call) my husband spent yesterday trying to upgrade our 4 phones. However although the credit check passed your “business policy” won’t allow more than 2 to be upgraded …

Fitzy (@brickfromcrick) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 Sorry @EnglandRugby but BJvR over Lawrence and Ojomoh absolutely stinks. He’s a Saffa! He grew up wanting to play for the Boks - why on earth pick him over 2 lads that are a) very talented and b) are actually English?! Horrible decision…
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reportedSo two different ombudsman to get you sorted @O2. You've admitted you're at fault by way of a refund, that you never processed, but I have the email. Also the data hasn't worked for most of May too so nothing was resolved in the complaint. #evidenceforombudsman

Jayne Venables (@jaynevenables) reported@O2 please tell me why all 3 of our phones have had no signal whatsoever for days now. I’ve tried online chat. They asked if I’d like to look at new deals! Why would we look at new deals when we can’t even get the service we’re paying for?!
-
Darryl Saul (@DarrylSaul79) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 Tell your arrogant, disrespectful poster boy Pollard.. that we are waiting on him in SA. Make him fully aware that his bullshit shenanigans **** wound be tolerated. In the same breath.. we also waiting on the "KANT" Tom Curry, who disrespected Felipe Contepomi. You are warned!🫵

I.C (@IanCockerill2) reported@O2 Thanks for responding. Luckily my son in uk was able to contact you and it is now resolved. I want to make an official complaint as the reason my phone didn’t work is because O2 had barred foreign calls! I have had an account for 25 years, it’s totally unacceptable behaviour.
-
Ian (@iancharris) reported@HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.
-
Matt Fleming (@m11fyf) reportedShocking that we are in 2026 and yet the south west of the UK (Cornwall) still doesn’t get signal! Get with it @O2
-
Barry Stokes (@bstokes1977) reported@O2 stop sending me marketing emails as if I'm a new customer! I've been a customer for over 15 years! Why are you doing this? #O2

claire whyte (@clairewhyte12) reported@O2 You didn’t look into it for me though. You told me you only deal with virgin media landline, tv and broadband, not much point in contacting you really. 0 help.
