    @O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

    @O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

    Looking for help from phone companies @EE @VodafoneUK @giffgaff @CPWTweets @O2 @tescomobile to provide 3 smart phones with basic contracts to help the plastic surgery team at Morriston hospital in Swansea do as much work by telemedicine as possible. Please DM if you can help.

    @franciscarockey @O2 Shame @o2 couldn’t do that for me too. And also my signal over the last 3 months have been abysmal. Been a loyal customer for 5 years now.

    I wanted to talk to @O2 about a tariff. I logged into the app with my fingerprint then (eventually) found their chat service. I was asked for 5 different security facts!! Then it took 90 minutes to deal with my query when a 5 minute phone call would have done it. #covidexcuses

    @O2 Been an O2 customer for 17 years; taking a bit of a punt but do you have any deals that could help me get a new Samsung s21 ultra without having to pay the £345 device plan exit on my current contract... I'll give you another 17 years if you can!

    @ThreeUK @O2 @VodafoneUK Thats too late for me. I've just cancelled your home broadband service because it got continually worse, and you had no intention on upgrading. Now you post this. Its like you don't even tell your support what is going on. You are way out of your depth.

    @O2 Please tell me how I access webchat on a normal day to day basis? There is no option on your homepage etc. Not very clear or I can see. As a phone company it’s prob vital to have a webchat service. How can people call to sort things out when they have phone issues!?

    @O2 I'm not very happy with the customer service I've recieved, where I currently live I've had no signal for 2 months or at my place of work. I've replaced the sim as advised by you and it's still not working. Blaming it on a mask when the problem on going is you not listening!!
