@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

@O2 answer to 4G never working in Swansea City Centre... turn 4g off 🤔 only switched a month ago, I’m not in a contract so I’ll be switching again pretty soon!

@O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

@O2 Wouldn't mind but I'm not a customer, thank christ, but they keep sending letters to my mum's address (of 17 years) threatening debt collectors, etc, to someone we don't know. You just can't help some people 😕 If they blacklist her address the ombudsman will be my next stop

@O2 Couldn’t unwrap 5 iPhones for Xmas as it didn’t meet O2’s Business Policy, so was sent 2 phones and had to buy outright 3 iPhones and had to have on another network, rubbish customer services
