@O2 It seems to be ok at the moment. Unfortunately they rely on a data sim and mifi for their Wi-fi so the link doesn’t help.

@MoneySavingExp I’ve been trying to disconnect from @O2 since I moved last November! Paying £18 a month despite not receiving any service from them!! They just told me that they can’t do anything as I’m tied into a contract!! Isn’t this a breach of contract @MartinSLewis

@HayleyJ87 @O2 If it’s a direct debit Falkland your bank, cancel it and ask them to do an indemnity claim If it’s a card payment tell them you want their disputes team to take it up with O2. They then by law have to prove to your back that you signed up to pay. Yes I work for a bank

@O2 4 weeks had no sim wrong sim sent out 3 times now gave so much wrong information but still paying the bill for a sim plan I’ve never received the sim for and not one person can send me the correct sim to use it’s absolute madness

@O2 my elderly parents have been unable to make or receive calls for over 2 months now in their town,on their pay as you go phones.Others there who also do not have the internet have the same issue.We cannot get any straight answers from anyone.This is their only means of contact

@HumanBollard Give @O2 a call. They do great deals on iPhones and they'll help you keep your number. I swear by them. I'd also suggest you consider other manufacturers unless you're already invested in other Apple devices. My S22 Ultra @SamsungUK is superb.

@O2 just spent 3 hours on the phone trying to upgrade my account so I can use my phone in Australia and New Zealand. I’ve spoken to 4 different customer service advisors. Each one contradicted what the previous person had said.

@O2 I’m around 7 days late, and you’ve cut off my service. Seriously? Can you not look into the length of contract(s)&frequency of payments, adjust how you persue funds? Over my life I’ve put 10s of £1000s in; and £45 is a cut off? I’m not leaving, I understand it abit, but not happy

@O2 Network issues in my area that won't be resolved til 21st January 2023 meaning I can't make/receive calls due to very little/no signal unless I travel to another area of Preston. Will myself and my partner be compensated for the outage that began yesterday (9 Jan 2023
