  @O2 It seems to be ok at the moment. Unfortunately they rely on a data sim and mifi for their Wi-fi so the link doesn’t help.

  @MoneySavingExp I’ve been trying to disconnect from @O2 since I moved last November! Paying £18 a month despite not receiving any service from them!! They just told me that they can’t do anything as I’m tied into a contract!! Isn’t this a breach of contract @MartinSLewis

  @HayleyJ87 @O2 If it’s a direct debit Falkland your bank, cancel it and ask them to do an indemnity claim If it’s a card payment tell them you want their disputes team to take it up with O2. They then by law have to prove to your back that you signed up to pay. Yes I work for a bank

  @O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

  @O2 not impressed, upgraded at start of month, partly for the extra £250 when recycling old phone as it covered the cost of upgrading. Still haven't had the extra money, got told to email o2 recycle, a week on and still no reply. Poor service!!

  .@O2 Just spoken to a customer service advisor who has confirmed that your supposed Volt benefit of increased data can only be achieved by giving up other more important benefits. At best misleading and very poor customer service and advertising.

  @O2 appalling customer service chat today. You would rather lose a customer of 10 years than try to resolve a data roaming issue. Currently sat with my 4 year old who has food poisons so thanks 👌🏻 made my day 👌🏻👍🏻 #moneygrabbers
