@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

@O2 still shocked you cant offer decent upgrade packages to a customer of 12 years. Not only do you have to wait 55 minutes to speak to someone; ‘We have high overhead costs’ isn’t the greatest excuse in the world to be told for that long a wait...

@O2 why can some people upgrade early on o2 refresh with out paying the rest of the contract off but I have to pay? Never again I'm getting a 36 month contract deffo been ripped off time to look elsewhere

@MakingYouAwareM @O2 I'll answer you. You signed a contract. In that contract you agree to still pay your bill and that service can be disrupted. When you want to play the high and mighty card, read your legal documents first.
