@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

@O2 I keep getting hung up on when I phone you as I'm talking to someone. Its now been a month since I've had a problem and its still mot resolved. Was supposed to get a call off a manager and never received one

Warning. If you with O2 and use the preset number in your address book to CALL @O2 customer service you risk being hacked. I assumed that as it was preset and had the call icon it was safe. It absolutely is not safe!!!! The 4445 number is a scam!!!

After 20 years of being a customer I'm about to dump @O2 for another service. I just want to request a micro sim and apparently I can't. Infuriatingly bad online service. I keep trying to access my account, texts me a code to my phone, then tells me I used the wrong number! 🤬

I’m still smarting from my experience with @O2 yesterday!! They asked the name if my FIRST pet but the correct security question was just “name of pet”. Failed security (one chance) then put on hold forever. Do they appreciate how infuriating that is with no signal / 4G? 🤬🤬
