@O2 answer to 4G never working in Swansea City Centre... turn 4g off 🤔 only switched a month ago, I’m not in a contract so I’ll be switching again pretty soon!

@O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

@O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

@EnglandRugby @O2 Seriously beginning to think Farrell will be the 1st player to make 1000caps... His kicking has been poor and he is about as quick as Dan Cole.. Being such a pivotal player and England playing poorly for the past 3yrs... We need change sooner rather than later..has to be done.

A 17.3% increase is insulting @O2 (thanks for the email today) 22+ years as a customer from the days of "Genie", and this is not the time to be hitting customers hard with unreasonable price hikes. What's your profit margin on this increase? 100% scandalous.

@O2 Not quite sure how you can justify 3.9% on top of RPI price hike and say it will help cover the cost to power your network, the higher fuel prices are in the RPI, you’re just a bunch of crooks.

The 5G/4G in Tiverton is so bad, I have to knock my phone down to 3G to just send WhatsApp messages!! Sort it out @o2!!
