    @HayleyJ87 @O2 If it’s a direct debit Falkland your bank, cancel it and ask them to do an indemnity claim If it’s a card payment tell them you want their disputes team to take it up with O2. They then by law have to prove to your back that you signed up to pay. Yes I work for a bank

    @O2 It seems to be ok at the moment. Unfortunately they rely on a data sim and mifi for their Wi-fi so the link doesn’t help.

    @O2 HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CALL from GILLIAN!! I'm glad it was recorded to pass onto the OMBUDSMAN. You pay for a service that doesn't have to be given to you by O2.Its in T&C. Utterly Shocking attitude by GILLIAN @O2 customer service!!!!!

    @MoneySavingExp I’ve been trying to disconnect from @O2 since I moved last November! Paying £18 a month despite not receiving any service from them!! They just told me that they can’t do anything as I’m tied into a contract!! Isn’t this a breach of contract @MartinSLewis

    @O2 @AppleSupport I bought the iPhone XR in March from o2 branch in Leeds. Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

    Appalling customer service from @O2 - now the third time I have got to resolve the same issue… numerous hours wasted trying to get through for it to repeat again the next month. Why is it so difficult?!

    @O2 Hi, I tried the website and it’s the same thing. When I make the payment it looks like it’s processing but just times out. I’ve tried 3 bank cards and Apple Pay. Same problem each time.

    @commerzbank and @O2 I'm trying to buy a phone from o2, and it asked to leave a deposit. Using the credit card from commerzbank, it says I need to set up the TAN on my CC, but I have done that already. Do you guys have other customers with the same issue? Thank you.

    @O2 I rang yesterday to complain that I wasn’t receiving any signal on 4G/5G or having clear phone calls. You’ve sent me a new sim/ waiting for a technician to call but you’ve deactivated my sim!!! How am I suppose to answer your phone call? How am I meant to use my phone!!

    @O2 Thank you to whomever was sorting my issue with new sim activation this morning. Please apologise to her for the manner in which the call was abruptly ended mid-sentence. She was so efficient in activating the new sim, it disconnected the old one mid call.

    @O2 I recently upgraded my phone and can no longer join the wifi on the underground. The manage my 02 wifi link on the 02 app doesn’t work?? I have tried using wifi, data, different computer, I have turned off my phone & reset my network settings, Can you get this resolved asap?

    @O2 Who can I speak to about not getting the service I pay for? 4G is unusable for me no matter where I go, yet my friends on EE get 170mb/s frequently. It's ridiculous.
