They then by law have to prove to your back that you signed up to pay. Yes I work for a bank

Since then it’s formally crashed on me and had to get apple to fix it. I can’t hear out speaker half the time and it kicks me off using my data even on WiFi and mobile data!

And customer service don't have a clue about it, telling me I have to pay extra!
