    @O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

    @O2 tried signing on with o2. The worst experience I've ever had in 1 single day. Rude woman hanging up the phone, unhelpfull , lies not able to provide a simple service. See a deal on o2 just avoid!

    @O2 Hi, I used to be o2 customer but left in September. I found out the O2 still charging my account as I would be there customer. Why? How can I claim my money back for October, November?

    @O2 so after speaking to one of your advisers about two accounts being fraudulently opened in my name. saying they would close the accounts and phone or email me. I've heard nothing, until this morning when I receive two letters telling me I've defaulted on payments 😡😡 terrible

    @amiemyoungx @O2 Nope it’s all a cop out to show they are making an attempt to help. DM is not the way forward when you have ongoing issues in need of urgent assistance. It’s a farce! O2 didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my tweets 🤯

    @O2 Just been to an O2 shop to resolve an issue with faulty smart battery case sent to me twice as a replacement and staff tried to put me on phone with a call centre in South Africa according to her. What a joke! I just want my money back!
