@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

Kinda feeling sorry for @O2 customer service staff working over Christmas. I now realise just how many people have had such an awful experience with #O2 but the blame is with the bosses who are now all on holiday.

@O2 My main tip is switching over the last three months your network has gone form plenty of 3G with some 4G round here to no signal to E. don’t know what’s going on but it’s shite.

On the phone to nhs 24 for my baby for 45 mins and my phone suddenly hangs up cause it lost signal even though it was sat in the same place! Seriously @O2 need to sort this out we've had bad signal for about a year now and keep saying it's going to be fixed but nothing happens!
