    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 thankyou for stealing nearly 500 from my partners bank account 2 weeks ago for an account you guys never cancelled after claiming you had. With bank details you also claimed you didn't keep. We are now starving. My kids are on rations. Council tax bounced.

    @O2 do you purposely make the disconnection team phone line ring for ages then cut you off in the hope that people just leave it and you continue to take money or are the lines actually really busy because you are so crap?

    I missed calls for appointments with my MH and neuro nurse because it had no charge and yet you still claim I made international calls. Hang your head in shame @O2

    @O2 3 devices and I finally got somewhere, but no black friday extra as i have a bolt on and the logic of the bonus replacing it was never considered...

    @O2 your 4G network in Cornwall has pretty much stopped working in the last 12 months. Works in the early hours but as soon as enough people wake up and connect the data just stops. Your support say that nothing is wrong, like many people I know I’m leaving after 15 years.

    @o2 why do I have 4g or even 5g yet never get any internet at all! It's literally abysmal and I'm fed up paying a massive monthly bill for diabolical service! How can I get a discount for how awful it is?
